Thank you, Jason. I have only discovered you (quite by chance) in November of this year with hypnosis and pain relief. This was on Amazon Audible. What you had to say about somatic tracking was interesting.
I was in a lot of pain with my lower back and signed off for six weeks. A dexa scan showed osteoporosis in the lumbar five years ago.
