Hi Jason. Been following you since 2007/2008. I respect all the hard work and the dedication you have put in to hypnosis and relaxation audio over the now many years. You're a true hero! 😄
I remember back in the day, I had downloaded many mp3's of your podcasts and audiorecordings. I was one of the people getting in to relaxation/self hypnosis almost in the beginning. My mom, May here rest in peace, had chronic pain and she was getting tips about these selfhypnosis casettes in early 90's to help her sleep and relax thru her pains. I used to borrow these casettes and have since then been kind of a addict to these too get to sleep 😂
