Hello, welcome to jasonnuland.com. My name is Jason Nuland and this is Deep Sleep Whisper Hypnosis. Please only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes. And if you're watching on YouTube, please only watch this on YouTube when you can safely close your eyes.
Or if you're watching the video embedded in my website or elsewhere on the internet, again, please only watch when you can safely close your eyes as this may cause drowsiness. And please also subscribe. I am doing something that I don't normally do when I do these recordings.
And before you get worried, it's nothing weird, I'm just laying down on my bed. And the reason I don't normally do recordings when I'm laying down is because I get very tired and I have a tendency to fall asleep. But for some reason, I needed to lay down.
It just felt like the right thing to do. Who knows why? I do believe this is number 46, I think, in these Deep Sleep Whisper Hypnosis recordings. All of the other 45 are available on my website.
They're available on various podcasts, Spotify, iTunes, Twitch. Twitch, I don't know, quite a few different ones. So as I'm lying down, I might as well do a getting in touch with my body session.
And I'm going to try not to yawn. So during this session, I'm going to ask you to try not to yawn. And the focus, first of all, I want to focus on my back.
Because the bed is supporting my back. And there's a focus on my back. Try not to yawn.
There's a focus on my neck. Focus on your neck. Try not to yawn.
There's a focus on my head. The head is on the pillow. My head is on the pillow.
Supported by the pillow. And the pillow is supported by the bed, the mattress. And the bed is supported by... And as you concentrate on your head, try not to yawn.
Focusing on my hands. My hands resting on the bed. Feeling quite relaxed.
They're both in different positions. But they're both being supported by the bed. And as you concentrate on your hands, try not to yawn.
I can feel my legs from the buttocks all the way down. My thighs, my calf muscles and the heels of my feet. All touching and being supported by the mattress.
And as you focus on your legs, try not to yawn. I can feel my stomach. Noticing my stomach just resting.
And quite relaxed. And as you focus on your stomach, try not to yawn. Try not to even think about yawning.
Deeply. Focus on your chest. That there's always background sounds somewhere.
And that's okay. Because you can relax, feel calm, let go and really drift. And as you're focusing on your chest, try not to yawn.
Focusing on your feet. I can feel my feet. Really relaxed, really calm.
And as you focus on your feet, yawn. Try not to yawn. Relax.
Relax. Let go. Relax.
Let go. Let go.
Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
