Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. This is Let Me Bore You To Sleep and this is Q&A Friday.

Q&A, Q&A, Q&A Friday. I've only got one question this week. But admittedly I only posted requests for questions yesterday.

I completely forgot. So the one question I got is from Hope. So if there's anyone on here would like to ask me a question, because I'm also going live on TikTok.

So if anyone wants to ask me a question, I'll try and answer that. I know a few people that follow me, like follow my podcast also do follow me on TikTok as well. Bit of gas, lovely.

Excuse me. I've literally had nobody. Wait a minute, if I can share this on Facebook, can I share on Facebook, Facebook.

So something about this. Q. Q. Join me live. Join me live.

Join me live. Post. Get the word out to more people.

Create an event. No. Publish original post.

Okay. Hello, anyone that's there. So Hope is the only person that's asked me a question for this week.

And the question is, what are your favourite tourist attractions in England? I don't know. I do have a question though. Who's left my group? One person's left Jason Newland's boring group on Facebook.

Who's left? It's okay. There's no punishment. I just want to know who it was.

It's weird. I got it's funny. I've got 238 members now.

It's a private group, you can join, but you have to ask to join. But I noticed when one person leaves, like what's going on? I mean, they might have just gone off of Facebook. I don't know.

I did have a question from I did have a message from Michelle. Hi, Jason. I was thinking about your wall and your plan to cover it.

Have you thought about using a decorative shower curtain? You can have a Google at shower curtain decor ideas. There's lots of it on the interwebbies and have something like a garden, a beach or all kinds of stuff. Just a thought.

As always, love your work. Thank you, Michelle. Thank you.

Yeah, that's an idea. I seem to really be lagging the night a bit with the whole wall. I mean, it kind of looks like mould.

It's not mould. But it's, you know, it kind of does need work. I've decided on YouTube to include posting my podcast episodes, as well as the videos.

Because Oh, yeah, if you didn't know, if you're watching on YouTube, I do six versions of the podcast. So you've got the normal length recording, you've got to sort the normal length recording with music. You've also got five and 10 hour versions without and with music.

So six versions of each recording I do, which is available on my podcast on Spotify, Spotify, Spreaker, Apple podcasts, all of them pretty much. So yeah, I'm going to do something about the background. And I do have some curtains to put there.

But they're black. And I don't know if black is the correct colour. I'm not sure if that would be too dark behind me.

Or if I need more of a whiter wall behind me. Or I don't know. But that is a good idea.

Thank you, Michelle, I'm gonna look into it. Chances are it will still be the same wall in a year. Because I have a tendency of putting stuff off.

Or I could have so I'm just talking about the white, the colour of the wall behind me. So whether or not it needs to be bright, whether or not it matters. Because I think the this the sun, the light shines off of the wall, because it's a white wall.

So I think that gives the video more colour, more brightness. I think if it was like a dark curtain behind me, it might take away the the light of the video. I don't know.

Because the curtains are drawn. It's dark outside. That's why I was saying that.

Vinnie, what do you want? Is that what you want? Is that but it's not chocolate flake? If it was I'd be eating it. It's one of those dental things. Dental dam.

Yeah, he doesn't know it's good for him. That's why he's eating it. Just like his daddy would need to if he knew it was good for his teeth.

You know. So I was trying to think, I could come from this from a different perspective. What would I recommend somebody to go to see if they was visiting England, but then I'm not very well travelled.

I've lived in different places in this country. But really the only places I reckon, I mean, I used to live in Newcastle. I lived in Southend.

I lived in Suffolk. I lived in London, different parts. I lived in Essex.

I lived in Bognor Regis for a while. I lived in Ireland for a while. So thank you for anyone that's sending me likes.

I do appreciate it. Thank you very much. I don't know.

What would I, I've never, I mean, the only time I was ever tourist was when I was a very small child, probably about just before I was seven. And my auntie took us to London from Southend. So we was in the children's home in Southend.

My dad, this was a period when I was going to my dad's at the weekends before we moved in like permanently. His wife had mumps or something like that. Our new, our step mum, our new, new mum.

She had mumps. So we couldn't go back there. Or she had something anyway.

So she wasn't well. And I don't know, the plague or something. And she knits, I don't know.

And she, so instead of going there, my auntie, which is my dad's sister, came and picked us up. I don't think we even knew who she was. And she took us to London.

And we stayed there with her in her home. And she took us all around the, I suppose the tourist traps or tourist attractions in London. So, Vinnie, you can hassle me all along.

It's nothing I can do. Right, let's have a look. So I, it's still amazing how many people still trying to get me to say weird things on here.

It's a beach babe. Hi, how you doing? One person I do know on here. How you doing? Hello.

Hello. So hi, Jason. I'm Anna's daughter.

I'm not sure who Anna is. But hi. Hello.

And Anna. So these are messages I'm getting. Oh, sorry.

No, I don't only I only know you as beach babe. So I didn't know that you hadn't you ever actually have a name? Sorry. I can't help it.

Once I know someone by a name. Bethany says Beth, we have the same last name. I'm called Bethany Newland.

Are you related to you might be related to me. Have you got any? I was gonna say have you got any relatives called Jason? But then you'd already know that when you're supposed before saying because that's me. Do you live in London? Do you have any relatives? called Michael, or an Eileen? I was trying to think if you got any john Robert.

There's quite a few I've got quite a few cousins and stuff. I'm not sure how how wide the family is. But I've got quite a big family.

And yeah, I'm not sure. Yeah, cuz my granddad's was my granddad's surname. And my mom, my nan was she was Irish, or both her parents were Irish.

And they had five kids. And my dad had four kids. Both his brothers had I think three or four kids.

And one of his sisters had three kids. So and not all of them are boys. But in fact, yeah, his sister, I just had girls.

But the two brothers had boys. Then one of them had a girl. And yeah, so it's kind of two boys, one girl.

I just realized. Oh, large family. Yeah, to be honest, I don't see them.

I don't see them. And the last time this terrible, really the last time I really saw much of the family was my nan's F, you know, leaving duet leaving thing. So that was 2015.

Last time I saw them all together. And yeah, and when my uncle passed, it was during lockdown. So I couldn't go to that one.

So it's, oh, thanks, Beth. See, do you think we're related or we might not be? There's other. There's only one other person with my name.

Not only one person, but like this, like active online. And he's called Jason Newland. But obviously my name.

And he's a doctor in America. And he's a pediatrist or whatever it does, like children's medicine. And it's very active during it does like diseases and like stuff like that.

So my granddad's called Eddie or Edward. He left in 1991. Ask around.

I'll tell you what, though, Beth. This is a long, long time ago. One of my cousins was in a pub.

And someone, one of his friends came up to me and said, if you've got a relative called Jason. He said, Yeah, it's my cousin. He said, he makes podcasts.

He said, I don't know. I have no contact with him. I haven't had contact with my cousins for those cousins pretty much ever really, since childhood.

And the other cousin, and that's really weird. It's like, I got it from my uncle. My uncle told me he said, Yeah, he told me.

And he said, you make recordings? I said, Yeah. So I was weird. I don't know where they live.

And another thing happened is I sent emails out to all these different driving schools offering my services like to maybe do group hypnosis sessions to help people to pass the driving test. So I sent them out to everywhere pretty much in the area. London, Essex kind of area.

And I got an email from someone saying, if you got three brothers, and your name, your dad's name and put that in there, and I thought freaked me out. Because I didn't realize who was from I didn't connect it. So it turned out that she'd married someone, and they both own a driving school.

And okay, this was like 2010. So long time ago, but it's like, wow, just really weird things like that. I hadn't spoken to her since she was a kid.

Since I was a kid. Scarlet says, is that a mini recording studio? It looks amazing. If you can see it, you see that? So you look at the suites, you've got the suites there.

But the recording studios there behind me, it's very messy on that table, like headphones and stuff. But this microphone is a really good microphone. This is so that what you hear on the video, what you hear on the podcast, and what you hear here, it's very different.

So the audio on the stir, blah, TikTok is very much kind of, kind of just normal without a microphone. The video is using this, this is quite a good microphone as well, actually. But this is, I tell you what, if you watch Frasier, TV show Frasier, they use this microphone.

And although that's a long time ago, they're still used because they're one of the best ones. But you're not going to get that on TikTok. You're not going to hear that quality.

But and Scarlett says, looks great, Jason, you should put videos on YouTube. I do. I have a YouTube channel.

It's called Jason. What's it called? I don't know what it's called. I've got 1000s of videos on there.

1000s and 1000s. What is my website, Jason Newland, Let Me Bore You To Sleep. And there are, if I look at the content, let's have a look.

If I look at the where did my channel, if I go to my channel, why is it doing that? Okay, if I come out of there, and I look into my channel, it should, should, should, should, should, should view your channel. Okay. I'll be able to show how many videos.

So I've got many subscribers, or 1630 subscribers. And I've got 3.3900 videos on my YouTube channel. A lot of them are really old and I have re uploaded them because my other my previous YouTube, the previous YouTube channel used did quite well, but I kind of deleted it a long time ago.

So what, and I focused on the podcast, because that's what I wanted to do. I did regret getting rid of the YouTube channel. But a few years back, I started posting videos again, from the past.

And it's only recently that I started putting a bit more energy into making videos. But do also, every time I make a podcast, there's six versions, and it goes uploaded to YouTube automatically. I have found Okay, where's your wig? Oi.

I found you will take a look tonight. Thank you. Thanks, Scarlet.

So who's saying where's my wig? Orla? Where's your wig from? It's so cute. I love it. Clearly, it's not a wig, is it? Scarlet says I love rain sounds for bed and white noise as well.

Sorry, it was a joke. It's not very good week is I get a refund look. My chin week on my chest week.

They got to say sorry to me. It's fine. I was a question.

So I'm going to take these questions as a Q&A Friday. So everyone is watching on TikTok. This is my Q&A Friday, which I do every Friday.

Normally, I get questions, I ask questions on my Facebook group, Jason Newlands boring group. And people just ask me random questions and stuff. This week, I forgot.

So I didn't post it till yesterday, which means I haven't I've only got one question, which is about tourist stuff. What my favorite tourist attractions, which I will talk about throughout the podcast. Although I'll also, you know, talk about other things as well.

Scarlet says I love rain sounds for bed. And white noise as well. Yeah, I am.

I do have quite a few people listen to me at night. When they're into when they're asleep, when they're going to bed. And I call my podcast Let Me Bore You To Sleep because some people just they struggle to listen to me for too long without just drifting off.

But I think that would possibly be the case maybe regardless of what you're listening to. You know, if you listen to an hour TED talk, which would be a lot more informative, of course. I don't.

I think I would struggle to stay awake. I actually saw someone who was someone that I'd wanted to see for years. Do a talk, not a TED talk.

Wasn't Ted. I wasn't at the front of the audience. Because I never sit at the front of an audience because I know what I'll do.

Unless it's like an entertainment situation. You know, someone's singing or if they're dancing, or if they're telling jokes, whatever. You know, I've never fallen asleep in a comedy club.

And I spent many years in comedy clubs. If the person just sitting there talking, I'm gone. I'm literally because I can concentrate eat better on someone saying when I got my eyes closed.

Now I didn't go very down very well when I was a counselor. My counselor keeps falling asleep. I'm not asleep.

I'm listening with my ears. But if I'm listening to someone talking, you know, yeah, I just find it easier. There's no distractions, no visual distractions.

And I can focus on their voice. I just but when I do that, there's more chance I'm going to fall asleep. Here's another trick to fall asleep.

So I do these are my questions tricks to fall asleep. Try and stay awake. I look really pleased myself.

Don't I say that? Try and stay awake. The pride say it with chest. Try and stay awake.

I've had this experience many times in the past. Where I've maybe had a late one. And I've had to attend something that I really didn't want to attend.

Maybe it was a study thing. A lecture. Maybe it was it was some kind of thing that I had to be there and had to pretend to be paying attention and had to kind of have my eyes open.

But the more I tried to keep my eyes open, the more my eyes closed. And I first noticed this when I was at school properly. Another time I think when I was getting told off by my parents.

They came home from school, like the parents evening, and were telling me off checking tables, people and stuff. And I got bored. They were just going on and on and on and on.

And I found myself drifting off a little bit, because it was boring, because they were just repeating themselves. So and being in the classroom as well, having the teachers just droning on and on and on. I'll tell you what, if you could record your teacher, find this is another trick, okay, I'm going to do tricks.

These are fall asleep tricks for everyone. If you're at school, or if you're at college, or university, whatever some educational situation, if you've got a teacher, and it's a subject you just don't like, like really not, not hate, but something that you really don't like. Maybe it's because you find a subject boring, but you have to do it because it's part of your course.

Maybe you find the person boring. Okay, not not teach you that you dislike, because you're not going to want to listen to that. But teach it you find maybe tedious, and just, or just you're not interested when they're talking.

They might be a lovely person, but it's just a subject, whatever. I'm not trying to be cruel here. There's two things you could do.

Imagine they're talking to you when you're in bed. That might be weird. You could record them, get an audio, record them on your phone.

Or if you've got a decent kind of microphone, just record an hour of them talking, and then play it to yourself in the evening. Not loud, just enough so you can hear the drone. Because even if it isn't droney, even if it isn't, because other people might hear them, and it's exciting.

But to you, they might like, oh gosh, it's really interesting. I've always wanted to know about potholes. And you might, all you might hear is So if there is someone that does that, I mean, I kind of fill that gap.

But if there's someone in your real life that does, you can play that. And that might well send you to sleep, because that might be the thing that you want to do when you're in that class. And I've had classes like that.

I mean, I've been to school, college and university, done a few college courses, done courses in hypnosis, degree, I'm not showing off, but I am pretty amazing. No, but it's times when you just like, I don't want to be here. Don't want to be listening to this.

I just want to go to sleep. And you have to keep your eyes open. And the more you try and do that, the more tired you get.

So yeah, so that's two ideas. Okay, right. Sorry.

Um, why is he not showing me what's going on here? You look like my school teacher. Oi. Right.

I'm sorry about this, everyone. But I'm gonna Oops. I'm trying to catch up with what people have written.

I have a question. How long have you had your dog? My mom said he's adorable. Finny.

I've got Finny. He's a red Jack Russell. He won't let me pick him up.

He literally won't let me pick him up. So I can't because he'll just he'll attack me. He's adorable.

He's he's he likes other people more than me. I got him when he was 10 months old. And it was December three years ago.

So he's coming up at the end of next month, he will be four years old. And he is basically an accident. He will accident as in, I shouldn't have even been here that day.

And my friend was friends with a neighbor who I didn't know. Said that she was trying to get rid of her dog, Finny. And because he bit her on the face, when she wouldn't give him any chicken.

Now he's never he would never do that with me and never has. But he did that with her. I don't know quite why what happened.

But she was worried that her grandkids would do the same to the grandkids. I don't think he probably nipped, you know, he didn't like proper full bite didn't. He didn't eat her head.

It was, you know, a bit more gentle than that. But still, it's a little kid that would be traumatic, wouldn't it? So she said, like, can you find someone to take him? So my friend forward me, because I used to have a ferret. And a few years back, I lost him 2021.

And may I've got his thing up there on the So I couldn't get in another pet or another animal. Straight away took a while. And then he came into my life.

I shouldn't have been I should have been at my dad's for like Christmas because it was just the first week of December, or second week of December, we're all going up to see my dad. But stayed inside a bit of a cough. So I didn't want to give that to my dad.

Because he's a bit elderly now. Well, suppose am I? Yeah, he's older than me. So he's got to be quite old.

And my friend downstairs knocked on my door. Now, if you live locally, you might know him, you know, because if he's, he used to be quite as quite tall, he had a dog, big white dog, and he had tattoos on his face and stuff. But his dog loved Vinnie.

So anyway, he knocked on my door, and I answered the door. He's standing there. Loki his dog is standing there.

And this thing runs through my legs. And I first think, oh, he's got another ferret. Bearing in mind, he was 10 months old.

So he was a lot smaller than he is now. Not a huge amount, but he was, you know, slimmer and everything. And I thought, what the hell was that? And my friend's laughing his head off.

Because I've never even seen him. I heard about a dog that Loki got on with. But I'd never seen him.

I didn't know who he was. I'd never met the lady. And he said, so he came in and the fact that he was playing with Loki, like, I couldn't believe that.

Because Loki did not like other dogs. Cutest dog in the world indoors, loved humans, but other dogs not so much. And he just, they were in love with each other.

So I just said, oh, my friend said, I didn't say to start with, I saw like, I didn't really know why he brought him up. And it was very excitable, when yeah. And my dad, my friend said, Oh, he needs a new home.

And if you want it, I'll buy him for you. And I didn't know what to do, really. I didn't know.

It's like, do I want to another animal? Because it was so hard losing Andre. And I wasn't sure if I was kind of ready for that or not. And, you know, eventually, I kind of just, well, obviously, I decided to keep him.

I'm still thinking about it. I decided to keep him. And that was the week when we had a lot of snow, right near the beginning of December.

It was three years ago. A lot of snow, like really settled quite thick. But then it was it lasted for a few days, and then it just all melted away, rained and was gone.

So I was out in the snow with him the very first week I got him and no problems. I had no problems with the ice. And then the day that the snow melted, I slipped down the stairs and fractured my back in two places.

So I managed the ice so careful. But the stairs was all wet and greasy. There's oil and everything like I guess from being outside.

So yeah, I just remember that because I had I was taking him out having to bend over to pick up his poo. And I was in serious agony with my back. Just are and and proper whoever says you look like my school teacher.

Thank you. That's never, never a compliment, is it when someone says that? You look like my school teacher. Never a compliment, but thanks anyway.

Karen Berry says basically I need to talk to you. Okay. Okay, well, I'm just having a look at that.

Well, I'm seeing your comments. So I just see them now. I'll put you in a forever box.

Ye dad sells Avon. Well, Karen Barry said, and you can I've got my stuff on my website, jasonnewland.com. As far as getting help and stuff, I mean, there's lots of help out there, depending where you are in the country or the world. There's and I've talked about this more recently, actually, on videos and podcasts, and on TikTok, just to remind people that it's okay to ask for help.

In fact, it's important to ask for help when you need it. And you know, I mean, just, I think, sometimes, depending on how you grown up or how you brought up or where you live, or just your own mind, thinking that shouldn't ask for help, because it is a sign of weakness or something, but it's not at all. And it's as if you need help.

Everybody needs help sometimes. Can I have help? I need it. I'm unemployed.

Becca. Unfortunately, I don't have a job for you. But I wish you luck with getting a job.

It's one of those things you just keep going. And never give up. Never ever give up.

That's not help much help. I know Becca, it's not much help. But don't ever make sure just if you can't find something, try and find someone that can help you find something, if that makes sense.

So there's lots of places where you can get help with employment assistance help with finding jobs, doing a CV. Have I got the job center number? No, Becca. I hope that's not a person that lives around the corner.

That's putting this up there. Better not be. So you never know on here who's listening, who's talking, who's you know, I found out the other day that one of my neighbors is listening.

He's watching me. So it lives in the building. It's like, really? Yeah.

Oh, it's embarrassing. I mean, for years and years and years, I didn't even used to tell people what my YouTube channel was, or what podcast I did. I've been doing this for 20 years now.

And making podcasts, making videos. And Becky says, Don't worry, I have no idea who you are. Have a nice night.

Bye. Thank you. Love you, Jason.

Okay. Cheers. Now, what you could do, if you look here, see that? That's Vinnie.

He's staring at me. He's literally staring at me. That's what he's been doing for probably the last 10 minutes.

Just staring. Look, just staring, whining, Vinnie. What's up, mate? What is it? So that's what I deal with when I'm making these podcasts.

He just stares at me. I need to get a... Thanks, Dylan. I need to get some kind of like Vinnie cam, you know, so I could just show him what I'm doing this.

So we'll see him again. Vinnie. What's up, baby? What's up? What is it? What is it? What is it? What is it, Vin? What? What? What is it? What? Right, those watching a video won't see this.

Only people watching TikTok. But he's quite excited right now. Bless him.

So going back to my question, what favorite... I don't know if these are tourist... Vinnie, stop it now. That's enough now. I'll tell you what I'll do.

I'll give you a bone. Hopefully this will make you happy. Do you want this? Go on there.

On there. On there. Do you want it? Okay, you're not having it then.

I'm trying to find a way to distract him. If he takes the bone, it may be a bit of noise, but at least he won't be whining. There you go.

Take it then. Ready? Ready? Right, he's got it now. Sometimes I have to do that.

I have to kind of go to give it to him, then take it back, go to give it to him, take it back. You know, let's have a drink of water. And relax.

There doesn't seem to be any boxing on this weekend in the UK. The boxing in England has really kind of gone down. There was a big, big, big boxing thing next week that's been cancelled.

As most of the time, he had an injury. So that's been postponed to March, I think. There's not a lot going on in the domestic or, you know, boxing in this country, or even world boxing, you know, like world titles and stuff.

It's very poor. Hopefully, it will pick up. But at the moment, it's the beginning of the year has been pretty, pretty not much going on at all.

A couple of little couple of fights, but not much. I tell you places that I used to like to go. In London, even as an adult, I used to go to sometimes a museum.

London Museum, the massive, I mean, kind of takes you a year to walk around the thing. Massive museum, also the art gallery. So I'm not sure what the name of the art gallery is, whether it's just the art gallery or it's like a specific name.

I'm not sure. Other things that I visited when I was a kid, but I never bothered when I was an adult was Madame Tussauds. Although I might have gone because I pretty much my first girlfriend.

This is when I moved back to London when I was 20. She was she'd never be she was from another country. So she'd come from Trinidad.

So I was showing her the the sites in London. So I might have gone to Madame Tussauds, very possibly went to and also there was a Canadian lady that I kind of spent the day with, who was friends with my landlady. And she asked me to take her out for the day and show her like the tourist things.

So I did that. So and I tried to pretend that my bedroom was a tourist attraction, but she didn't take that one. She didn't believe me.

So I think we probably went to art galleries and stuff like that. My favourite places, I like Leicester Square, I still do like Leicester Square, but I haven't been there for a long time. When I was actively living in London, one probably my favourite place was no, it was Leicester Square.

That's it. No, let's let's square. That was my favourite place.

I keep thinking Trafalgar Square, no Trafalgar Square is cool as well. Covent Garden, all those places. And there's some really amazing parks in London as well.

I think one of them has even got a zoo. London Zoo, I think it must be. And but Leicester Square, it's, it's got everything.

But hasn't got everything. I don't think it's got an ice skating rink. But it's got it's just I mean, there's lots of nightclubs and stuff, which wasn't really my thing.

Never really been a nightclub person. But Leicester Square is a comedy store was comedy, which is the original comedy club in the country really, I think, as far as like alternative comedy goes. I don't know it wasn't that there was it wasn't really about what was there.

For me. It was about the energy is somewhere you could go at two o'clock in the morning and it felt like daytime. So many lights, bright lights, people around like literally 1000s of people around, even though it was like early hours in the morning.

And it wasn't just full of drunk people. There's a few around, of course, but there was plenty of people just a lot of tourists, which is nice. And they'll just out in restaurants and been to a show and, you know, go there like you pretty much go there anytime of the day and it was nice place to go.

Yeah, I always loved I don't know what it's like now. But Leicester Square or Leicester Square, you might pronounce it and yeah, that's probably my favourite place. As far as touristy places go.

Give your best 180. I'm sorry, but I'm not seven. Invite, we need to know.

I think, I think, so I guess the museums, the art galleries. The Tower of London is another one. Going up to the Houses of Parliament when you can't go to the House of Parliament, but you can go near it.

And you can go up to the where the king lives, where that's called. And the strand leads up their huge road, probably the widest road I've ever seen. It's like a motorway, massive wide road.

And you can walk up there. And Buckingham Palace, sorry, Buckingham Palace. And then you can stand outside the gates and watch the changing of the guard and all that stuff.

I mean, I saw that when I was a kid and I seen as an adult. I've not seen it for a long time. I left London 2001.

I still went back but I left I'd stopped living there in 2001. So love my hair. Thank you.

It's great, isn't it? It's been ages styling it just for today. Just for you. Trying to think of other places.

I mean, it depends where you want to go because there's some notorious places. So the blind beggar pub, which is a very, very, very famous pub in the East End. And I've been there I went there as an adult.

And it was an accident. It's in Bethnal Green. I just happened to get off at Bethnal Green.

No, I didn't. I walked. I think I walked actually, because if you go down, if you come out of Liverpool Street Station, and you cross the road, there's a police station there and there's shops, but the police station is kind of hidden really.

But if you walk down that road that leads you all the way down. And if you keep following it, it leads you to Whitechapel. I'm just trying to think does that lead to Bethnal Green? I'm getting a little bit confused about where it goes, what goes where.

But I know Whitechapel also leads leads to Mile End. Mile End? Yeah, the Bow Bells. So the only reason I know that is because I used to run it to get to Block, well, I don't know if it's Blockbusters, but to get to video shop when I had a girlfriend in Mile End.

And I used to run, run there, run back, because I wanted to be with her because I loved her. And whatever thing. Also, sometimes we used to get back, I'd miss a train, miss a train from the comedy club.

So we'd get back to Liverpool Street Station and miss the train. So we'd walk, me and my friend would walk all the way down to to Whitechapel. And then walk all the way down Whitechapel.

And then walk all the way to Stratford, which was a long walk, especially like two, three in the morning. So long walk to do at that time in the morning. But yeah, I basically I was just visiting my friend who owned the comedy club.

This is a long time ago, but I think I left because I was in Shoreditch. So I just went for a walk, ended up outside the Blind Beggar pub, which was famous because of some stuff happened in the 60s. You could, you can Google it if you don't know what it is.

But if you live in this country, you probably do know. And I thought I'm going to go in there. It was to do with the Kray twins.

And I thought I'll go in there. Go and have a look. I thought it was going to be like a, like a monument or some kind of museum or something.

It's just still a pub. Went in, sat down, there was literally nobody in there, maybe one person. And so I'm sitting at the bar, the blokes friendly enough, have a pint of lager or something and can't believe how empty it is.

But I also can't believe that it isn't bigger. Because when I moved to London in my 20s, when I was 20, I worked with so many people that were there that night in the Blind Beggar pub when the incident occurred. I'm not even kidding you.

I mean, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people that were supposedly there that night. And I walked into this pub and I thought they must have been lying on top of each other. I mean, you couldn't get 100, they couldn't get that many people in that pub.

Because when I walked in, I thought it's gonna be the size of Wembley Stadium. But yeah, so I'm trying to think maybe some of those people were telling porcupines. Maybe.

And then something else weird kind of happened. Frankie Fraser, who is a well known, was a well known, wrote a book and he was kind of from the underworld and stuff. He walked in with an entourage, and he was being interviewed in there.

So I'm like, wow, because I had his book at home. And I've seen him on the internet, seen him on telly and like, whoa, famous. So I had two pints of lager and then I left.

So walking down, I guess, whatever road that is, I'm going down. And suddenly I feel the need to go to the toilet. I'm still on the subject of places, you know, tourist attractions, by the way.

Because I think that would be a tourist attraction to someone that's maybe familiar with the London history, especially the East End, like Whitechapel. Because of stuff that happened to watch Whitechapel in the 200 years ago or something very famous stuff. And also, because of the Blind Beggar pub.

And so I'm walking, not really knowing where I'm going. Because I don't know where I'm going. I'm heading towards a tube station, because I'm planning to go back to the comedy club.

Because when I got there, I think he wasn't in yet, my friend. Because so I thought I'd just go for a walk and I come back. And then I had an urge to go toilet.

No toilets around. No pubs around, no nothing. And I think this is I'm partly making this up.

I'm pretty sure. In fact, I have done this before. I've gone into a pub and said, can I use your toilet? He said, no, not unless you have a drink.

So I paid for a drink and then gone to the toilet. When I could have just gone into the toilet without them even noticing I'd done it. But not obviously not for wear this shirt.

But I just I find that rude, you know, understand they don't if it's touristy, they don't want loads of people coming in. But we've all had that in the past when we needed to go to toilet. It's like, just let me go.

It's just it's a nice thing to do. Anyway. I'm walking down the road and I'm thinking, oh, it felt like a bit of a time.

There was a timer going down. And like I only had 3045 seconds left until takeoff. And I thought, what am I going to do? It really was getting Yeah.

Walked into so I saw a bookies a betting shop, which is something I don't frequent because I don't bet. I don't really not for any reason. I just don't never really been into it.

So I went in probably the third third betting shop I've ever been in in my life, maybe fourth. And I just went out to him and said, look, can I give you got a toilet I can use, please? I'm literally about to explode. And he did gave me the key.

When I don't need to go into detail, but you know, it was a very satisfying result, compared to what I thought it was going to be. And I left there and I went straight to the club to see my friend didn't have to stop to buy new clothes on the way. So and that bloke so lovely.

He said he could have said no. And he could have said no. And I wouldn't be able to do anything because literally the door was locked.

So I couldn't go in. And he was beyond the counter beyond glass. But it was lovely.

So I think it was those pints of lager I think it upset my tum tum. Someone says what you had for tea boss, man. I haven't had my I haven't had my tea yet.

I'm going to have it after this. Gonna have some breast chicken chicken breast in a roll. Yeah, that's probably my plan.

What's the time now? 1937 Wow. The thing is, I purposely haven't bought any cakes or chocolate or anything. And I'm really craving that stuff right now.

And it's bugging me like really bugging me because I just want to. So Michelle says Babe, what sham to what shampoo do you use babe? Head and shoulders. And I don't really I mean, technically you could say I don't need to use shampoo but and there's not really a lot there.

Although I think kind of shaving off again on Sunday. Sunday's a good day to shave my head. I don't know why.

There's no logic to that. But I just Sunday's a good day. Just trying to think of any other.

It's a Covent Garden. And there's other places in London as a like Hyde Park. I'm just trying.

I mean, you've got some of the train stations that are huge and very old. Like King's Cross station, Houston station. And what we got there.

Ellen says hi. Hi. Yeah, the two of the oldest train stations in Liverpool Street, but I think Liverpool Street's been kind of redesigned through kind of necessity to be fair, because it was it was half destroyed a few years back.

But King's Cross in Houston, although I've not been there for a long time, I just remember like the height of the roof is I don't know why it's so high. It's massive. It's just huge.

Oh, tall like huge. What about the oh no, it's not there anymore, is it? Oh, because you got Canary Wharf, which is one of the largest buildings. I think it's not anymore.

The Shard, I think is the tallest building in England. I can't really give tips. So what I would say if you if you're coming from another country, I know, like a foreign country, as such, like you cross in the sea.

That's what I mean. Then I would definitely recommend going to Scotland or Wales. Beautiful countries, beautiful pieces of land.

They're lush. And Wales is got beaches, some that just seem to go on forever. And I used to go to Wales when I was a kid on holiday.

There's no one watching on TikTok anymore. I miss my viewers. So if you're coming from I say from America or Canada or anywhere really in Europe, maybe really recommend going to Wales.

I can talk from first for you know, from my own experience that is very beautiful part of this land, this island. And Scotland. I know it's also very beautiful.

I'm not really I don't have much knowledge as in first hand experience of Scotland. But it's definitely, you know, another place worth visiting. I think with this country, it's not for me.

So you've got parts of the country that are very different from other parts. So you've got somewhere like the southeast, I live in the southeast. But if you go up to north, or you go up to the northwest or northeast, or very different.

And it's very different. It's green for to start with the weathers. They seem to get a lot more rain there.

It's colder. Where I live, it's kind of the most mildest places in the whole country. What a hold landmass is one of the most mildest weathers that we get.

And the least amount of rain as well, for some reason. And what else there's So yeah, you've also got places like Cornwall, Somerset, beautiful places. And you've got places where like farms, farmland and you got walls made of rocks.

I've probably been there hundreds of years. And that's another thing to remember, if you do come to this land, this, I'm going to say this land. And because Scotland, Wales is all connected, isn't it? But this land, basically, all it is, is if you fly over it, you can see it's just farm.

It's farmland, with a few little places where there's people living. A few bigger places like the cities. But generally, it's countryside.

So when someone says I live in the countryside, we all, anyone on this land lives in the countryside. It's just some people, the countryside is a little bit closer than others. You know, for me, end of the road, countryside.

Literally farms, country, it's like the whole thing. No forests, no jungles or anything like that. And if you're in London, I guess the countryside was turned into parks.

So you got Hyde Park and all the different parks. So I imagine that used to be countryside. And probably the whole, I mean, I suppose all towns, cities, the whole thing used to be countryside, didn't it at one point? Whether farms or not farms, just countryside, the whole bit of land.

So most motorways are surrounded by countryside. In fact, I'd say all motorways are aren't they, I guess. I guess what I'm saying is you're never far from a cow.

That's what I'm trying to say. So if you love cows, this is a good place to come. It's, yeah, I'm trying to think.

And one of my favorite places I've ever been in this country is Torquay. And I went there in 2003. Yeah, my cousin was living there with his girlfriend at the time.

And I just went up to visit him. But I wanted to go to Torquay because that was where Fawlty Towers was supposed to be. And I stayed in this bed and breakfast place and the beach was small.

But it had a coral reef that I've never seen, not really seen that before. Maybe I saw it in Wales, I can't remember. But it's beautiful.

And I just I loved it. And I think had there been an opportunity, I might have moved there. It was I don't know.

I mean, I went there kind of peak time, not peak time, it was August. So July, August, I guess. It was busy.

So maybe it wasn't. It's not like that all the time. And maybe in the winter, it's not a great place to be.

I don't know. A lot of tourist attractions really get a bit grim in the winter. Because there's no work.

It's like seasonal work. So they're not always great places to live, or great places to visit. But I don't know.

I mean, I've not been there in the winter. I just found it to be a lovely place. Wales.

We went to Wales a few times. And it was always lovely. I've been to Wales three other times, as an adult, twice to visit someone and another time on a Buddhist retreat meditation retreat.

It was pain relief. Yeah, chronic pain. Yeah, it was chronic pain relief retreat, how to help people chronic pain using mindfulness.

I was a few years back. And, oh man, the snow. Wow, it's the most snow I think I've ever seen.

In Wales happened twice. And two times I've been to Wales, it snowed. Not in the summer.

But yeah, the kind of, I guess it's about the beginning of the year, I think it was like February time, March, February, March. So much snow. It's very beautiful.

And untouched as well. It wasn't kind of just lovely. I do like I do love a bit of snow.

Vinnie's falling asleep now. I quite liked going when I went to Nottingham, I used to go to Nottingham. I had a friend that lived up there.

I really liked that place. And there was the kind of because a lot of the coal mines were in Nottingham. And you've got that remains.

So they used to call them slag heaps. When I was a call when I was a kid at school, calling someone a slag heap was an insult. But I didn't know what slag heap was.

Basically, I think it's just the the contents of the mind as they're digging in. They used to take put outside and made these hills, which then grew grass over it. And they called them slag slag heaps.

But they were actually, I thought they were lovely because they were the bottom of everyone's gardens. And it was I thought they were really nice. And my friend said, No, that's just a slag heap.

That is a lad. However, he talked. What is it? I remember I went there.

And the first time I went there, and he was picking me up for the train station. But I didn't know where the train station was. So I phoned him up.

He said, Where are you? I said, I'm near the bridge. He said, Which end? I said, I'm at the end of it. He said, Which end? I said, this end.

He said, But which end? How do you answer that question? If someone asks you, which end of the bridge are you? If they say, Where are you on the bridge? I'm in the middle. But if you're at the end of the bridge, I'm at the end of the bridge, which end? I don't know. Which end would you like me to be? And he said, What can you see?

Well, seagulls, cars, there's a bridge.

So I know there's a bridge. What shops are there? I said, Well, there's a, there's an off-license. No, it's a, what's it? A newsagents on the corner.

He said, Okay, right. I know that. Go in there.

And we'll just wait for me outside there. And I'll come and pick you up. Because he was at the train station waiting for me.

And I'd come by coach from London. So I thought, well, I'll go into the newsagents and get myself probably a Mars bar. I can't guarantee that that's what I bought.

But it was something like that. Don't test me on it. And maybe a drink, maybe something for him.

But probably just mainly for me probably because a little bit selfish back then. And I went in there. And something I never thought I would ever hear ever in my life.

The person behind the counter said to me, Eyup duck. I was literally frozen on the spot. Because I didn't know what that was.

Not I do know what duck is. But I didn't. I didn't know what was happening.

I was a little bit afraid. A little bit afraid. Eyup duck.

Like the Eyup. Okay, I was used to my friend saying that Eyup Jess. I'd never, ever heard.

I've never been called duck before. I didn't mind it. I wasn't against being called duck.

I just found it. It threw me off. And where he lived, there was this wall and it's the tallest wall I've ever seen in my life.

No reason for the wall to be there. It's just a wall. One wall.

And it's about the size of a tower block. It's just there. Maybe it was a tower block.

No. It's just one wall. And what's it doing there? But that threw me off.

Eyup duck. And I hear bibbing. My friend was outside.

And so I go out. He said, You alright? I said, I don't know. So I get into the car.

He said, Get in. I can't just stay here. Because you know, there's traffic behind.

And then he said, What happened? He said, I don't know. I'm just in shock. He said, What did you go in there for? I said, a Mars bar.

And I think probably a can of Coke. Local newspaper, just see what's going on in your area. He said, Where are they? I said, I don't know.

I just, I had them in my hands. And next thing, I hear these words. And the world stops.

And I just become very confused. What were those words? You're not going to believe it. Go on.

Go on, Jess. Go on. So the lady behind the counter looked at me.

I'm assuming she was looking at me. There was no one else there. She said, I can't even say it.

Go on, just say it. It's fine. I said, I don't know what to make of it.

I just never. And I was like, 20, 21, 22, whatever, you know, so I've never experienced it before. And he said, I know how old you are.

What? What? What? What did she say to you? Did she do something bad? No, it wasn't bad. It's just, I was confused by what she said. He said, tell me what she said.

Okay, she said, it was fine. And I'm used to you using that. I don't really know what it means.

But I accept that you speak like that. I just figured it was a speech impediment. And she said, I thought, is that a speech impediment that rhymes? I don't know.

And he laughed. He said, no, no. It's what we, it's the way we talk to each other.

I'm not doing a very good accent here, am I? And I said, really? He said, yeah, it's just that it doesn't mean anything. He means, because I was thinking, does that mean we're engaged now? I don't know. I mean, I've not been, never been to Nottingham before.

So yeah, it was strange. Speech impediment that rhymes. So I, um, I, I, I, I, I, I went to Bolton, not Bolton, near Bolton.

I can't remember exactly where it was, but I liked it. And again, it's, it was proper north. And you can tell you go through the towns and everything's different.

The houses are built different. And I'm not saying there's no new built houses up north forever. But everything just, this is personal opinion.

Back then, everything just looked nicer. The roads look nicer. The, the fields seem to look nicer.

The, the, the walls look nicer. And I went to a hypnosis training course weekend. I don't think it was actually Bolton itself, but it was near Bolton.

It was lovely, really nice little place. I stayed in a hotel. And the lady behind the counter said to me, she said, Oh, I really like your accent.

Which again, is something that I don't hear. I would not normally hear where I live because everybody, I've got a southern accent and everyone around is southern. So apart from those that So to be in a place where everybody had a different accent to me, and someone saying, I like your accent.

I felt nice and cozy. And I loved her. I fell in love with her.

I still love her now. 50 years later, trying to think of anywhere else. Um, there's lots of places around the country worth visiting.

I mean, I guess if you're a Beatles fan, you're going to want to go to Liverpool. If you're an Oasis fan or a Manchester fan, go into Manchester. Because there's lots of bands from Manchester, very famous bands.

Lots of famous bands from Liverpool as well, not just the Beatles. You might want to go and visit the universities like Oxford or Cambridge. Cambridge is a very nice place to go.

They got a river and they've got a lovely park. Yeah, it's a nice place. Oxford I've never been to.

Never been to. Southend used to have the longest pier in Europe, I think, maybe one of the longest piers in the world. But it got it got I'm not I'm not laughing at this.

But the problem they had is it was too long. We all know that problem. And they lost one of it part of it through fire.

And I lost another part of it because a boat banged into it. Because it was just too long. But it's still one of the longest piers I think in the world.

Southend, it's definitely the longest one in this country. And I've even got a train to take you all the way down to the end. You can walk it, but it's a long walk, or a train.

So I used to live in Southend when I was about, well I left Southend just before I was seven years old. So I used to live in a place called Nazareth house, this big, massive white building, which was run by nuns, Catholic nuns, as a children's home. And it's really weird, you know, when you're a kid, or when you're an adult, and you think back to when you was a kid, and you think, that was a big place.

That was huge. And then you go and visit it. And like, it's not so big now.

Wait a minute. Or things just don't seem as big as they used to because you're bigger. That place is still huge.

Although I think they've knocked it down now. Massive, massive building. Absolute giant of a building.

Yeah, I think it was just off London Road. Because like, wherever you go, pretty much in the southeast of London, there's a London Road. There's a road that leads to London.

Wherever you're in, literally, wherever you are, there seems to be a London Road. Now, I don't know if they all lead to each other. I don't know.

But I do find it interesting for some reason. In fact, it's the most interesting thing I've ever, ever really thought about. What's, Ashley says, what's your favorite scent for shampoo? Chicken poop, probably.

That's my favorite one. So trying to think what other places you could visit as like touristy place. I mean, anywhere's could be quite nice.

I mean, you've got, if you're interested in the history, like the revolutionary history is as far as like, shipbuilding. So you've got Portsmouth for that. Although I don't know if they still do it in Portsmouth, but I used to be a place.

It used to be the main naval place was Portsmouth. But yet shipbuilding and steel places in Newcastle and kind of the northeast. I'm just trying to think.

Nottingham, you got Nottingham Forest, the Robin Hood. Robin Hood and his merry men. How could you say happy birthday to my son, Mark, just told 12, he's a big fan.

Happy birthday, Mark. Max, sorry, not my eyesight is not very good. Happy birthday.

Hope you're well. Hope you have a good time. And it's hard to decipher the people are ex Lily live says accept me.

I do accept you live. I accept everyone. Thank you.

Right. Okay. So it wasn't cam it was so it was a trying to get me to I did say cam didn't I? So hey, trying to get me to say the same word but with a U instead of an A. Bless.

Oh, dear. Just trying to think any other touristy places. Eastbourne.

Oh, yeah. Um, Oh, lowest oft lowest off got an amazing beach. Not been there for a long time, but I did a not genital.

What's it called when you do we massage feels feet. reflexology. I did a reflexology course there in lowest oft.

And I couldn't believe how amazing the beach was the sand. It's like, wow. It wasn't during the summer I was going there but still really amazing beach.

No not was on there. But also being to your lowest oft off the other place. You got old and towers.

See if you come into the UK come to England and you've got a family for example. We've got a lot of sorry, Vinnie. We've got a lot of attractions that people can go to my Alton towers you've got the we've arcade like lots of games.

I don't know rides and stuff. I think I went there when I was a kid. And trying to think where's is it? Was it not waterworld? What's the place where you can go and there's water everywhere? Other than my bathroom.

My pants when I've been walking too fast. I think you also got the Norfolk broads. The thing is, if you these, when you say tourist attractions, I normally would think of London.

But then I think you know what, there's way more to this country than London. And there's many, many more nicer places to visit as well. So it depends on how long you're going to be in the country, I would definitely say, try and get to some of these other places.

But the traveling time is a thing you know, could take it could be spending a whole day traveling. So I suppose one of those things you could be quite strategic about. But then, how is that an enjoyable holiday when you kind of got a timetable? I don't know.

And I've been on a holiday with a timetable for since I was a kid, really, probably not even then. I think it was too restrictive. And yeah, Norfolk broads, that's really nice.

You can go on boats and stuff. And yeah, it's like a river, you got the River Deben, the river, lots of different rivers in Norfolk. Oh man, it's beautiful in Norfolk as well.

You got lots of lots of countryside. But like really intense countryside with rivers, and it's very beautiful there as well. So you can walk for hours and not see anyone if that's what you want to do.

And just trying to think of any other places around the country that kind of shoot into my head. I mean, you could decide to get on the Channel Tunnel and go to France from here. So that's I don't know how long that takes.

But that's quite quick, I think. But that's not really a tourist attraction to here is it I suppose. So Trafalgar Square, so you got Nelson's Column and you've got the the all the like the statues and stuff in Trafalgar Square.

There's quite a few I forget the road but there's a road near Trafalgar Square that's very much focused on clothing shops. It's like a trendy place always Lisa always was. Not that I've been there but I've been there but I didn't go into shops.

Shoreditch is quite a trendy place to go now. As is Camden or Camden always used to be in London is I probably missed out hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of places that you could go to. But these are some of the places that I can think of with London.

It's quite easy in a sense of there's lots of things you can do in one day if you want. As far as you visit a museum, you could visit an art gallery, you could visit Madame Tussauds, you could visit the Tower of London, maybe House of Parliament and then go to the theatre in the evening. So you could do like a whole action-packed day.

That's a lot to do in but you could. The art galleries are quite nice actually. Yeah what's that Laura fun shirt thank you.

A very very sexy shirt isn't it? You're right. I've got a collection of the some of these shirts and they get a little bit wild. I've got like a bright pink one, I've got a blue well they're more like bowling shirts or Hawaiian kind of shirts.

Blue, pink and then I've got another one sort of similar to this but a different colour and so one, two, three, four, five shirts or maybe a few t-shirts that I wear during these recordings. But Vinnie's just staring at me and he's not eating his dinner. His dinner's been down there for hours and he's not eating it.

It's a whole tin of food and all he wants is t-r-e-e-t-s. I think he's started to understand. He knows what I say.

When I say in the bedroom, he understands that now and I've taught him how to open the door for the kitchen, push the door and he knows. It's just it's weird just a little I've been teaching those recently and he's a quick learner. Now what he hasn't learned is eat your food and slowly when we cross the road.

My theory is he knows exactly what I'm saying but he's ignoring me. That's what I think. I'm just trying to think of any other things you could visit.

There ain't nothing where I live. There's nothing here and I wouldn't say there's anything around here for a good 60 miles, 100 miles, probably not. I mean I would say just personally most of London I just probably wouldn't go to because a lot of it's just unless you're interested in a specific part you know maybe you want to visit somewhere that your family used to live because I lived in Stratford but my my nan was born in Leytonstone which was literally five minutes away from Stratford.

All right then so it's kind of that area was where my family like my nan's side of the family kind of originated and my dad's side of the family was north London although my nan's both her parents were Irish which is why I'm 48% Irish. I did the uh what do they call it ancestry.com DNA test. 48% Irish I am.

Oh yes oh yes oh yes which probably explains why I'm so I don't know I don't know what it explains. Verbally gifted. I'm not sure if it's a gift.

I tell you what my ability to talk doesn't it's not always there when I'm in the same presence of somebody. I'm not always able to I think I communicate better doing this than I do in person. Maybe maybe maybe maybe maybe baby baby baby baby baby baby.

Sorry. Sorry mum. He's hassling me.

The thing is I'm hungry and I want to eat but I don't want to cook myself anything. I want someone else to cook for me and no one's going to cook for me because no one ever does cook for me because I've got no one to cook for me and it's not laziness it's a bit of laziness.

It's predominantly laziness but it should be nice just to kind of it's not like I want to just finish the recording push the microwave microwave microphone back switch everything off and then someone walks in and puts a plate on the table for me to eat and it's just at the right temperature that I can eat it without burning my mouth and that'd be nice but I don't expect that and you know it's never happened yet so I in my life really so apart from when I was a kid when we

used to get fed but it would be nice just every now and then I mean I'm not I mean it would be weird you know if I'm doing this recording I finish and someone just walks in and puts a plate down of food on the table I'll probably get very freaked out because there's no one else in the flat and that would be weird and I'm not sure I'd be able to enjoy the meal not knowing who it was that just put the plate down on my table but it would

kind of be nice to have a meal cooked for me you thought you taught Vinnie to open the kitchen door I did Laura whoops I did I like that just a few more steps and he can cook for you you know what maybe the thing is I'm pretty sure if he cooked some chicken and he put it on a plate with some vegetables I don't think I probably end up just with a plate of vegetables bless him but on that note it is nearly getting on to eight o'clock no it's

wow it's 17 minutes past eight I can't believe it so I need to get myself some food I'm normally I normally eat before now so I've been on doing this for over an hour and a half so I'm gonna go so I'd say thank you for those that I've communicated with me on here luckily I haven't had an awful lot of horrible things being said which is nice so that's good on TikTok that is I've tried to cover the tourist question for Q&A Friday but I don't know how well I've

done it I've tried to kind of gone for breadth rather than I kind of gone for width rather than length you know I mean kind of tried to spread out try to go for girth sort of including Scotland and Wales and the different parts of the country I'm just I know there's gonna be parts that I've missed out and I is sorry I never meant that but but realistically if you just like if I come to California for example or to America let's just say if I come to America I'm

not going to be able to visit everywhere every place that's a big attraction I'm not going to be able to visit everywhere unless I'm there for a very long time realistically so it's a case of choosing where do you want to go do you want to go to Waterworld do you want to go to Disney World or do I want to go to I don't know whatever a golf course or do I want to go and visit do they have casinos in Florida California whatever so it's kind of choose a

where do I want to go you know so I don't know really so on that note I'm going to go and get myself some din-dins only takes 20 minutes so it's not like a big a big old thing 20 minutes in the airfryer and it's ready literally so it's kind of it's no it's not hard at all although I could eat a pizza but I don't have any pizza in the freezer so I'm going to go thank you for watching thank you for listening remember to be kind to yourself because

you deserve to be happy and be gentle with yourself you deserve to feel safe Vinnie knows that this is the end of the recording because now he's got up and he's staring at me also also remember that you are already enough you're already enough and you're going to be okay lots of love bye and thank you everyone including Laura and Beach Babe and Scarlett and all the people that have been on here to on TikTok as well take care bye
