Hello and welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. My name's Jason Newland. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.

It is Sunday the 12th of April 2026 and I'd like to say a big thank you to Karen for your PayPal gift. I'm very kind of you and I appreciate any support I can get to help to cover the costs of this free service and what else what else what else what else I've got two websites jasonnewland.com which is my podcast and jasonnewland.store where my recordings are available to download for free for free yes and I'm also on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok and YouTube.

Every recording I do uploads instantly to YouTube.

I do six versions of each recording short, long, overnight with and without music. The short one is just basically the recording the original recording so although it says short it might still be an hour and a half I don't think so I think I've got through the introduction nice and quickly there's nothing else is there really if you'd like to send me a PayPal gift my PayPal address is on my website and on my Facebook groups Jason Newland boring group that's it and you know if you'd like to join if you like what I do I mean I guess it's a bit silly to

join if you don't like what I do but then if you don't like what I do you wouldn't be listening would you unless it's the first time you listen to me and you might be thinking well I'm not sure yet I've only heard two minutes how can I judge if I like it or not I'm not going to join a Facebook group based on two and a half minutes of hearing you talk because let's face it so far you haven't really said anything I mean I'm still awake that's one of

those things isn't it like there's a thing that you have with you know websites and stuff called call to action so you know if you were to advertise there'd be a button someone presses and so for example join my Facebook group or you know send a PayPal gift something like that and on a website you know if someone wanted to do that they'd press a button and then it'd take them to set a Facebook group and they could you know apply to join and become part of Facebook the saucy saucy

wonderful Facebook group but because you're probably listening with your eyes closed either sitting down or lying down there is no call to action it's more kind of it's the opposite isn't it it's the call for non-action I've actually in the past I've had people say like for two years I've been meaning to join your Facebook group but you mentioned at the beginning of the recording and then I've forgotten about it by the end it's one of those things isn't it I suppose it's it's I'm the same because I listen to

my recordings every day and I've noticed I've started to listen to the hypnosis recordings a bit more so I generally it might sound a bit um weird that I listen to myself but my hypnosis sleep recordings are different from the Let Me Bore You To Sleep and I listen to both because I figure well if I was if I was cooking in a restaurant if I was a chef for example and I owned the restaurant you know it was my restaurant and I was responsible wholly for the food although if

you own a restaurant even if you're not a chef you're still responsible for the food aren't you that you give to the customers but I would want to make sure that every time food went out to a customer it would be of a certain that it tastes good or they you know taste there'd be something that I'd want to eat myself which isn't a good idea for me to have a restaurant because I have no taste I've got no taste when it comes to food um I'm a burger chips man

I'm not I'm not really very sophisticated um palatability but is that a word palatability my palate isn't really it's not built for caviar never had caviar never eaten French food genuinely never eaten French food um not because I don't want to I just never I've never been in a French restaurant the only types of restaurants I've been in I've been in an Indian restaurant I have been in a Thai restaurant in London once and that was like more like noodles and stuff that was with uh I don't know who the

heck that was with I think it was with a girlfriend when I was in London um that was near Shoreditch I do believe who did I go in there with and I've been in yeah have I been in an Italian restaurant I mean I've been in a pizzeria you know one of them places is that classed as Italian because they didn't they didn't only do pizzas they did um like spaghetti and um other stuff like that so I guess that was probably an Italian restaurant um I've never been in this

no I have I've been in a Spanish I have been in a Spanish restaurant but I didn't I ate at the bar because the Spanish restaurant with a little bar in the corner and I was at the bar and I was eating Spanish food it was a you know they put you lots of different types of food out I know there's a name for it but I can't remember what it is I've been to a pie and mash shop which you could say is probably one of the most I don't

know about British but definitely London East London food like if you go traditional go back like 100 maybe 200 years pie and mash was the real thing pie mash jelly deals things like that I don't know about outside of London I'm not very cosmopolitan when it comes to what kind of meals I mean I guess Cornish pasties come from Cornwall don't they and I did I did have a Cornish pasty when I went to Cornwall and it was lovely I mean it was I can't I can't argue about that it

was a lovely pasty but it wasn't really a pasty it wasn't a Cornish pasty restaurant so I wouldn't say it could be a Cornish restaurant in fact it was during lockdown so nothing was open really and some shops were open during the day but the pub which is on this we went away for about four days five days with a friend it wasn't lockdown itself but it was during that period that makes sense wasn't actually during the lockdown because that would be illegal it was during the the period where a

lot of places weren't open and some places open for a little while and then they closed and some places open to the public but there was no one coming in so they closed early and that was the situation with this pub they were closing at six yeah and they're closing at seven o'clock in the evening and open about two o'clock in the afternoon it was just like what and it was on this it wasn't a caravan site it was it was like a it's almost like a holiday camp without the

holiday as far as like chalets so this is chalet but flats but the way it was situated it's very much kind of like a holiday place but there was nothing there it was kind of really in the middle of nowhere in Cornwall there was a pub and had food but you know they didn't like to open but there was nothing else there which was a bit strange yeah chinese restaurant have i been in a chinese restaurant i'm pretty sure i must have been i've been in enough chinese takeaways chinese restaurant

yeah i must have been in a chinese restaurant i must have been but i've been in a french restaurant never been in a german restaurant um do they do is such a thing as a german restaurant i mean in the uk i mean i'm not talking in obviously imagine germany has lots of german restaurants i mean it's literally a german restaurant isn't it if it's in germany um i don't know what other countries are there in the world there's got to be others isn't there yeah i wonder so yeah i

don't know i'm not quite sure why i'm mentioning restaurants but i think it might be because i'm hungry i'd quite like some food some food foodie foodie foodie foodie woody yeah i last night watched the boxing it was good it was a i have questions though i do have questions so i was on Netflix there's quite a few contradictions over the whole thing for me so i was on Netflix um which is the biggest streaming platform in the world it had the headline was tyson fury which means it had interest

from other countries uh america tyson fury is known in america he's known in the boxing world so it wouldn't just be the uk that would be watching his opponent was russian which means they'd have a big russian audience probably and audiences around kind of eastern europe that might be a big fan of must love the tyson hughes opponent there was an american fighter on who's a former two-time world champion so i'd imagine that would entice an american audience to watch and conor ben is he's a well-known name in this country

so i kind of okay you got you got them too so that's the the main event and the co-main event this is where i get a little little bit confused a little bit confused so the next two fights on the undercard bearing in mind there was what was that one two there was four fights four fights all together on the main card so the undercard is part of the main card and then there was these pre-fight fights and there was about seven of that or six of those so i think

there's 10 fights all in all and all the fights were heavyweight except the the one before you know the co-main event was at welterweight-ish weight i don't know what it was but it wasn't you know it was a lighter weight so i don't know what it was but it was a lighter weight when i'm going to get to my my question the question okay it's kind of a it's a it's a multiple question without an answer so they had two heavyweight fights at the beginning of the evening starting at seven

yeah and the first one blimey oh yeah it was what is it was it um Richard Rickerpore against what's the name ktp or whatever his name is jamey kate kpt i forget his get his name so they fought and that's for the british title i think before that that might be that might be in the second fight he did before that yeah it was the the first fight was um what's his name fight in justice hooney so justice hooney and big not big joe yeah it was big joe big phrase

that's what i'm thinking big phrase so frazier frazier what's his name so it's frazier clark was fighting justice hooney both of which have lost to wardley okay now it was my okay my question why was he undercard them two fights which for an average boxing fan is a good bill i'm not arguing about that i'm i was happy with the bill um you know that those two fights were interesting the first one wasn't very good uh there's a lot of holding and it you know but the second one yeah it

was it was a bit better but my question is because this it was on Netflix it wasn't aimed at a boxing audience it was aimed at a wider audience entertainment wise to get more people watching to get more people subscribing to Netflix which is why they had tyson fury and why were they putting four unknown people really on the bill and maybe you could say well justice hooney is australian so he's the australian audience will be watching that's a good point actually fraser clark's well known but he's not it's not

really a big name anymore he's he's lost too many times he's kind of he was the big hope you know he was a bronze olympic champion but he hasn't kind of he hasn't gone on to accomplish what people thought he would um and also he turned professional quite late wasn't a young he didn't get his didn't get gold when he was 22 or bronze at the olympics at 22 and then he he was i think he was in his 30s when he turned professional and the brit i just i'm just

thinking why his you might think well what does it matter well for the audience i thought i would say it matters because the first two fights weren't hugely exciting and i'd have thought that being on Netflix it was a very first fight on these shores that's been shown live in on Netflix that they would want the biggest bestest most exciting bill that they could possibly get and you might say yeah but that's expensive well that's my next question because apparently apparently conor ben who was on the co-present co-main present so

he wasn't even the top of the bill he got paid 15 million dollars for that fight and apparently tyson fury's rival in in the fight his his opponent got paid two million dollars dog's barking again so i'm just trying to figure out how does that make sense why would someone get paid 15 million dollars for one fight that had nothing no no world title belts philly move that for the metal please come on you can eat it and play with it just you don't got a balance he's balanced it on

the the bar between the the desk it's like he's trying to wind me up oh he's moved it now thanks baby good boy and i'm just thinking how how how how did it make sense that i mean i don't know how much tyson fury got apparently 18 million so why would he only get three million more than conor ben when tyson fury's the biggest name he's i say only when i say only 18 million okay i'm talking in respect to can you imagine moaning what only 18 million i don't want

that he's getting he's getting 15 million i don't want i want to get i'm i'm only getting three million more than him that's not fair yeah maybe okay maybe not but i do wonder like that all that money i'd have thought they could have put on one of the best shows ever they could have put on four world title fights or three world title fights and then tyson fury at the top because he was going to be top of the bill and that was what made it kind of interesting for

the uk you know being tyson fury being a big name he is and possibly in america and other countries but they could have put three world title fights on matched up three english people british fighters with three americans or three you know i've heard like world title people and had that because you know they they plan these fights a long time in advance they just they just they just wake up on monday and think i've got an idea you go into the board i've got an idea why don't we put

on some boxing when this saturday that's a good idea we should a boxing bill yeah tyson fury what about him see if he's available oh yeah you know i know it's got to be planned a long time in advance i mean he's been training for three months for the fight even if they didn't right even if they didn't go for like a world title person there are some fighters out there that are flipping fantastic like future world champions way better than anyone they had on that bill possibly way but yeah

probably better than anybody that was on that bill there isn't even a champion yet but will be like guaranteed they could have put those on and shown like just one of the most amazing nights of boxing ever because how many people were watching it in this country even knew who the other people was i'm not saying that people are ignorant i'm just saying non-boxing fans might not know who justice hooney is they might not know who um conor ben's opponent is was even though he's a two-time world champion in america

they might not know here he's been a few times boxing i mean some non i know a lot of non-boxing fans will know who conor ben is because he's kind of famous in this country so i don't know i don't know am i just moaning is it just moaning for the sake of moaning not really i don't i think one of my little problems is a lot of little problems they're all little and some are little than others i i kind of i care about other people in a sense of

i want other people to enjoy it even if i'm enjoying it i think well is someone else going to enjoy this because they don't know for example they might not know for me for example the frazier clark and justice hooney fight was interesting to me because both of them had taken uh fabio wardley the distance in two really hard fights um or nearly distance he actually knocked out justice hooney but they'd both they'd both been knocked out by justice by fabio wardley because he had a rematch with uh frazier clark

so i thought as it is an interesting fight to see two people that have been beaten by a current world champion fight each other especially as justice hooney was so good in that fight against fabio until he got clipped and also frazier clark was really good against him in the first fight he had but that fight didn't match up to it but i was intrigued but i didn't i wouldn't imagine the people that are non-boxing people would be that fast now you could say yeah but then if you put on

unknowns they might not even sign up at all no matter how good the unknown people are you know there might be uh future world champions and yeah but that's when you promote isn't it that's where the promotion comes in mike tyson was unknown it's only because he was knocking out everybody practically he faced as a teenager that he was getting momentum and he was getting momentum at the same time that nigel ben was going getting momentum because nigel ben was doing the same thing over here he was knocking out everyone

and they were both at the same period they're both mike tyson mike tyson was ahead of nigel ben but nigel ben was also kind of on his way up so mike tyson won his title in 1986 but i remember watching a boxing show i think every week and they did pretty much mention him and every two probably every three four weeks they'd show his latest fight his latest knockout because he had i think 15 15 fights in one year mike tyson did before he became a champion and he was he's

a little little known uh thing that some people might not know although mike tyson was called iron mike when he was first around they used to call him boy wonder in america of course you can't keep calling someone a boy can you when they're an adult because he was like 14 15 knocking out grown men and he turned professional when he was probably 18 they called him boy wonder and i didn't really know what boy wonder was but that was the name of um a batman's boyfriend wasn't it boy wonder

robin i just knew his name robin i didn't realize it was actually his slight nickname was boy wonder why didn't they call him boy wonder then why call him robin unless batman and boy wonder that was a mouthful wasn't it bit of a mouthful robin often used to complain about that um so yeah i'm thinking it could have done something put me in charge mr Netflix or mrs Netflix or both ms Netflix put me in charge of the bill and the promotion and i'll turn it into the biggest the biggest

thing you've ever seen i get people watching that's never even watched boxing people have never been interested in boxing the same that um because that's what mayweather and um what's his name the mma bloke did 10 years ago wasn't it they got people watching them was that on Netflix as well it was wasn't it they got people watching them that didn't even care about boxing mcgregor mcgregor and mayweather people had never watched boxing before people had never watched mma before or ufc suddenly it was like the biggest sporting event the

world's ever known the way they were going on about it and they did get an absolute huge audience massive biggest pay-per-view in history i do believe unless it was on Netflix if it was on Netflix and it wouldn't be pay-per-view unless it was i don't remember it's raining now isn't it weird it's raining but it's a blue well it's cloudy but it's a bluish sky i wonder are you getting excited now that i might start singing i can see a rainbow see a rainbow see a rainbow too i can't though

because that would involve getting out of my chair and looking at the sky and i'm not going to do that i can see the sky but just like from here probably about an inch inch and a half above the but not really an inch and a half and it's a lot more than that but like if i measured it with my finger now it's about an inch an inch and a half above the roof between the roof and the top of the window yeah it's weird yesterday i'm out with the

dog i'm gonna say that way if i don't mention his name you won't you won't realize i'm talking about him so i'm out with a little pygmy and uh i'm walking around and i'm thinking to myself you know what this is the perfect weather it was sunny but it wasn't like hot it was it was cool not really any wind a little bit of a breeze but just cool and i thought you know what i could handle this all year round every day of the year i'd be happy see i

don't need to wear a t-shirt i don't i don't have a t-shirt body i don't have an out in public body really now people say oh a beach body i'd like a body that i can actually go out in public with you know it's yeah good for you i have to cover up not not because of the court case but just because well just you know we don't all have the perfect we're not all the perfect specimen are we when i say specimen i mean that can mean anything can't it

that can mean a poo sample yeah i don't mean it like that but just i'm not yeah i'd i don't want to see myself in a t-shirt i would notice now i don't care it doesn't matter people do what they want i'm not bothered about anyone else i just imagine what other people might think and i suppose i'm a little bit worried that someone might want to push me over just to see whether or not i i come back up again whether i just wobble like a weeble remember weebles wobble

but they don't fall down i'm just don't know if that's gonna i don't want that to happen just sort of see whether or not i'm a weeble no idea that was gonna come out my mouth oh wow it's very much like when i'm eating in a restaurant because i end up spraying everyone do you ever do that sometimes you kind of you're eating and you're talking and it sprays out and no one says anything and you start to think i wonder how much spray i can get away with before someone

says anything i don't either i would never done that that'd be a weird thing to do i've got a bit of a toothache and i think i might mention this friday i did phone up a dentist no answer but i found out one dentist i mean there was answer machines but this this one dentist answered as if it was a call center like a reception this is your ai call center receptionist please just talk to me like a a normal person it's all right okay uh can i speak to someone

can i speak to a human please no you can't speak to a human i don't know i'm starting to sound like uh captain kirk but in the background all you could hear was this tapping on a keyboard now i've worked in a call center you don't get that much sound of tapping when i'm surrounded by hundreds of people you do get some it's like you get noise but it's not like a really loud tapping all the way through the conversation anyway so they said we've put you on the list of

emergency and we'll get back to you shortly we'll continue we'll continue communication via text nothing i heard a single thing okay so tomorrow i'm going to call up 111 and see if they can find me a dentist that i can have nhs treatment on because i want to get it sorted before i have to get it sorted you know i mean but if i have to go private it's going to be the last time i went it was 190 pound oh so yeah if i can get nhs that would be

better i mean it might not need to be extracted it might be it might be a filling it's just the last three times i've been to a dentist i've had teeth taken out but prior to that it was always a filling you know so this is kind of it comes and it goes so it's not like constant so i'm hoping that maybe it's just a filling or maybe something just got a bit stuck and it managed to get rid of it or whatever i don't know i figured if i ate

more chocolate that might help i don't know what you think is that something that you would advise just in case you're a dentist listening are you a dentist do you like teeth i don't it's a weird industry to get into isn't it i mean i understand why people get into dentistry because it's a big earner it's a big big earner yeah it's not that big we got a lot of expenses no it's a big earner now we gotta pay rent we gotta pay for stuff it's a big earner shut up

it's there's a lot of money to be made from being a dentist and i've noticed that more and more of the local dentists unlike in the past but first of all it used to be nhs they're less and less nhs i think they have to have some nhs paste pasties pastries patients by law i think some of you know but they really one thing i did notice i went to this place called like a zen clinic or something and they did cosmetic surgery like teeth stuff and every time i went

there they kept trying to give me a nose job no they didn't every time i went there they kept trying to um do something more than i needed i think like let's get some root canal i think you might need root canal i said but i haven't sat down yet i thought you haven't even x-rayed me yet oh and like yeah root canal because that's they can charge the nhs thousands of pounds for that probably oh we're gonna make gonna make you a gum shield because you grind your teeth when

you're asleep how do you know that are you spying on me is there a camera in my bedroom i'm so angry never been so angry and i said no you can see from your teeth that you've been grinding your teeth i said why do you assume that's when i'm asleep and she did know what to say to that because probably never been asked and i imagine most people they go to the dentist and they just accept what the dentists say because the dentists generally do know what they're talking about but

i know through my life there's been times when i've grinded my teeth when i've been awake especially when i'm going through a bit of a over excited stage like manic kind of you know i'll be like ah and i'll just like be working away doing something i said working and you know i've got a habit of grinding my teeth so when i notice i'm doing it i do kind of stop but in night time i don't know if i do do it at night it's hard to tell i know i

snore but grinding teeth i'm not sure no but i've noticed that kept that dentist kept wanting to do stuff like perhaps we should send you on holiday and we'll charge the nhs you know i don't know i think you might need a new bed like what's going on i'm just i just want to get my teeth checked they're really trying to get money like trying to maybe get some teeth whitening we could get your teeth whitened i said look my teeth are okay i don't want teeth whitened you know i

was abroad a few years back quite a while ago and everybody had bright white teeth and it was very i'm not saying that everyone had teeth white nerves and whatever but it looked like a lot of people did and i met someone just had normal teeth they weren't white they weren't green either they weren't black they were just normal colored teeth but they weren't blindingly bright white which generally doesn't happen for people it might happen for some people they don't naturally have really really white teeth but my teeth used to

be quite white but i've never had them polished i've never i do wonder though because would i have i would never have false teeth because i can't have something in my mouth like that like i can't wear a gum shield like at night i tried to get one for but i did buy one for the sleep apnea thinking it could help i can't have something in my mouth and i can't have something over my face so i'm pretty much i can't do anything about the sleep apnea and when i have

an x-ray at the dentist having that thing in my mouth i just can't it's hard that's the hardest part and uh so dentures are out of the out of that's not a thing maybe having one screwed in why are you talking about dentists you know no one likes dentists this is supposed to be relaxing and going to sleep this is the least relaxing podcast in the whole time what are you doing i'm sorry i just realized i'm going to stop talking about dentists now the iran war i am no no

i'm not although i did find it kind of a bit weird that russia wanted to have a truce over their easter period except easter a different time to us their easter weekend was this weekend like this weekend today and russia arranged with ukraine to have a truce over easter and i just thought about that imagine you're in church praying celebrating because it's a celebration of the jesus rising up isn't it and uh you know kind of dying for all of our sins and all that stuff and time to rejoice and

time to contemplate on life and how valuable life is so i can't even say this about laughing and about love loving one another loving each other like a family member and doing no harm on upon each other see where i'm going with this i said i wanted a truce until what i think probably the day after easter monday and then right back to the missiles how how does that happen that's what i never understood the mafia like in the movies that in the movies not in real life the ones in

real life are amazing and i love them the ones in the movies where they'll be doing such horrible things and then they'll have a parade and they'll like raise money for the church it's like how does that work how i mean you do realize this person you're worshipping is supposed to be able to see everything you do he's not just going to see the bit when you go into the church and hand money over he might have seen that thing where you put the plastic bag over that man's head so

yeah anyway that is i just found that kind of weird the whole idea that it's a bit like the was it that um paul mccartney's pipes of peace where they're all i mean it's world war one isn't it and they're all in ditches and there's a little bit of choir and they both come out of they come out of their trenches or whatever and start playing football and showing each other pictures of their wives and play football kick a football around and then you know have a little truce and then

the bombs start again and they go back inside their trenches i mean how it's for me how would you how could you go back to that after uh because you can only it's only possible to be at war with someone if you don't see them as human it's impossible you can't you have to not see them as human there's no other way of doing it and once they've seen each other looked at pictures of their loved ones seen it they're pretty much the same as they're all the same all around

the same age young men had a love of football whatever they saw each other as human so how did they get back into the mindset of uh i don't know i wasn't there i wonder if it really happened maybe paul mccartney is old enough to remember probably was it 105 now if you wait another day until i call you um no is that the wrong song and if it takes a couple of years to turn these tears to laughter i will do what i feel to be nice no more lonely

nights in it the pipes of peace wow what was the one for the pipes of peace then day after day nice little dawn hill eat up the pipes of peace oh the pipes of peace that's bob dylan um no much i'll do the Elvis Presley now oh the pipes of peace um pipes of peace oh the pipes of peace okay that's not the one is it boom boom boom boom boom we all sing together um i would wait another day no it's still not the one is it and if it

takes a couple of years uh no more why am i getting muddled up between no more lonely nights and pipes of peace get out the pipes piece oh i don't know why i pull my jaw back like that when i say that oh maybe it's a very similar song to no more lonely nights as in tempo and melody and that kind of singing in the same kind of softness because he plays he plays the a soldier in both sides doesn't he both the both sides of the craters and he comes

out and does he talk to himself you think they'd notice wouldn't you like oh we look very familiar you think that'd be the first thing wouldn't you not like i'll have a look at a picture i've got be like you look exactly the same as me or you look just like paul mccartney so do you pipes of peace oh the pipes of peace nope i can't get it without listening to it so yeah i watched the boxing last night and um it was good you know i'm pleased i watched it

and Netflix know how to put on a good show although if i was gonna give probably say that the the best format of a boxing i would say so far that i've seen in recent years is misfits and i'm not talking about the fights i'm talking about the the whole presentation of it it's fun the energy is so different so different it's a fun energy from start to finish there's there's laughs and they're having a you know and you've got um uh i don't know case ksi or jake paul or

you know it's a youtubers and stuff and they're just having a having a laugh and they're not taking themselves all seriously and being like professional boxing pundits although it's nice to have you know they do have i think they do have like boxing pundits on there as well but yeah i would say for format and also there's no long wait between fights a fight finishes and they get another one on which is what i would i would argue the general public would want now for some reason during this recording i've

turned into an expert on what the general public want when in reality i don't know what even one person wants i've never met a person that i knew what they wanted so probably not the best expert ever but there's that waiting around like okay i understand if they've got and six fights five fights on the bill let's say four fights four five fights and if and all supposed to last for 10 rounds yeah if the first fight ends in the first round then there might be a bit of a gap

between the second fight but if the second fight ends in the first round the third fight ends in the second round the fourth fight ends in the third or second round it's a really short night so they started at seven if they got everyone on straight away the show's going to be ended by about half eight maybe nine you know even with gaps and the ring walks and all that stuff so yeah okay let's just i just prefer there not to be a long wait i like it when the fight's

finished there's enough time to go do a wee wee or to take the dog into the garden or something like that the dog is staring at me he wants to go for a walk do you want to go for a walk is that why you're staring at me blimey and it's raining if we get wet you know what's gonna happen or nothing really i'll just be wet won't i all right okay i don't know if you heard him a second ago right it's a little bit it's not dark but it's

very overcast right now it's not the not the brightest six it's not six it's like one minute to six there's potential of seeing archie out there as well because he sometimes goes out at six all right penny right so i'm gonna go i'm gonna go and take the little one out i hope i wish all of you a really good week ahead uh because sunday now so a brilliant you know week monday tuesday wednesday thursday friday saturday etc and i will speak to you again tomorrow so take care thanks for

listening and remember to be kind to yourself because you do deserve to be happy and be gentle with yourself you deserve to feel safe and also just to remind you that it's okay to ask for help we all need help sometimes okay that's really important to remember that and pass it on because everybody every single one of us needs help at some time sometimes more often than you know than others but we all have times when we need help and not everybody is able to ask and some part sometimes people

ask and they get turned down ask somebody else until you find the help you need now i'm doing a little internal dance a little tap dance for you as a kind of thank you for listening to that last boring bit take care lots of love bye bye bye
