Hello and welcome to let me bore you to sleep. This is whisper Wednesday, ah ba ba da ba da ba da ba da. I haven't done one of these for a while, so I've literally just got up out of bed, done the, okay I've been to the toilet, I was going to say done the biggest poo the world's ever seen.

Nope, I've just been to the toilet and in fact I have to go and get my pill, wait a second. I have to have my pill, I just took my tablet, just took my tablet, it's ah, I take one in the morning, half an hour or an hour before eating, it's for my acid reflux. I remember when I got it, well not when I got it, when I went to the doctor's and he said, it's good and bad news, I said what's that, he said well, you're going to need to take this tablet every day, if you've got some kind of hernia thing, but that will stop the heartburn and all that stuff you know, the acid reflux, I said okay, what's the bad news?

And we laughed, and I said what's the good news, he said, he said well, welcome, you're now the newest member of the huge penis club, I said what, he said yeah, only people with huge penises have acid reflux, so welcome, it's at that point that I decided to maybe change my doctor, because he clearly had no idea what he was talking about.

We kept, we stayed in contact, you know, just not professionally, so let's have a look at the stats, what have I got, okay, right, YouTube studio, so I've now got 1,690 views, subscribers, it's a very slow scrape, climb, scrape, one of them, very slow indeed, oh I had a bit of a jump there, that's nice, okay, so yeah, it's just plodding along it's own gentle way, especially as I haven't made a recording since Saturday and it's now Wednesday, to be fair I've not really felt in the mood as it were, yeah there's been quite a bit going on, so I've just not felt in the mood, but I've woke up today, it's another day, another day, yeah, it's another day full of opportunities, oh yeah, yeah, I've got a message on here, what does it say, Jason, this is from DZ1541 on YouTube, this is on my turn off your mind and sleep episode, Jason, I've just found your app on Spotify now, I was going off to sleep and I was so interested in hearing your life I stayed awake, that's the downside of having a super exciting life, the thing is on the turn off your mind and sleep I shouldn't be talking about my life on there, I don't do I, it should just be hypnosis, it's sleep hypnosis, I shouldn't even mention myself, I gotta figure, I gotta give myself a good talking to, just trying to think what's happened this weekend or since Saturday when I did the Q&A Friday, which was a little bit late, we had boxing on all through the weekend, I've not even watched the Saturday evenings boxing yet, but I watched the Saturday in Japan, Monster Inui, he defends, okay I don't want to spoil it in case someone's not watched it yet, so he fought on Saturday morning, all the fights were good, and then in his morning in the UK, in Japan I guess it was in the evening, and then I think the Sunday, no in the evening Saturday I didn't watch it, I started to watch it then I thought no I'm going to go to bed early and get up to watch the David Benefitters fight, because that was the, I mean I wanted to watch the Inui fight, but David Benefitters, I wanted to watch both, more important than the one in the evening on Saturday evening in the UK, so I did get up and I watched it, and it was really good, David Benefitters, he's just phenomenal, phenomenal, and I do wonder if he's going to go up in weight again, because now he's gone from super middleweight champion twice, plus once the interim champion, became a light heavyweight champion, and now he's become the cruiserweight champion, world champion, now is he going to fight the other cruiserweight champion who is, what's his name, or will he go up to heavyweight, I don't know, I really don't know, will he go up to heavyweight, I mean a lot of people do go up to heavyweight don't they, from cruiserweight, and a few people have won world titles from super middleweight, Roy Jones being one, I don't know anyone else has gone all the way up to heavyweight, and what's his name, I forget his name, but he did it, but then he got tested positive for enhancement substances, so I think that was, that was encountered as a win, yeah I think Roy Jones, the only one that's gone from super middleweight all the way up, but quite a few people have gone from cruiserweight to heavyweight title, David Hayes won, Evander Holyfield, Isik, I think that's it, I think that's it, I'm pretty sure that's all there is, because cruiserweight has not been around for an awfully long time, maybe 30 years, cos it used to be light heavyweight and then heavyweight, cos old Michael Spinks went from light heavyweight champion and fought Holmes and won the world heavyweight championship, including a rematch which he won again as well, won again as well, yeah, it kind of made sense, no I can't think of anyone, so, so good, so good, David Benefitters, now I've been championing him for probably 10 years, the first time I watched him I realised that he was on a different level, even to, I won't say better than someone like Canelo, cos Canelo's refused to fight him, I don't think there's better than Canelo, I don't think that anyone has beaten Canelo, it's not that they're better than him, they're just, you could argue, well yeah they beat him, yeah they've just got the right style to beat him, I don't know, I think what I'm trying to say with Canelo is he has accomplished so much in his career and he is for everybody, nearly everybody, apart from David Benefitters, and he's just collected world titles along the way, I don't think there's ever been anyone like him, so successful, for so long, and there's a huge gap between when he got beaten by Mayweather and then he got beaten again by Biffle, huge gap, and he gets beaten by Crawford recently, last year, he's been beaten three times, never been knocked out, never been knocked down as far as I'm aware, and in reality, without being rude, would Biffle and Crawford have beat him if that fight had been six, seven years ago, when both those fighters were also really good, it's not like, because they're all coming near the end of their career, well Crawford's retired, Biffle's in his thirties, Canelo's in his thirties, 35, 36, something like that, but I think if they'd have fought in the peak, which would have been maybe seven, eight years ago, let's say six years ago, seven years ago, I'm not sure if either of those would have beaten Canelo, controversial or no, that Mayweather was always going to beat him, I mean, I don't think there's been one boxer that really seemed unbeatable, other than Mayweather, I mean Mike Tyson in his early days, before he got beat, Shaqiri Leonard, Marvin Hagler, Hitman Hearns, Nigel Benn, Chris Shubank, Roy Jones Jr.

, the fighters that look unbeatable, no one's going to beat him, there's been a few retired undefeated, but I think, you know, Mayweather was just on such a much higher plateau, I'd imagine how good that would have been to see him fighting Leonard, I don't know, a lot of people are like, Leonard would have beaten him so easily, blah, blah, blah, well, I mean, Leonard did fight his uncle, and won, but his uncle wasn't him was it, Mayweather was way better than his uncle, I think it was his dad, his uncle was a two time world champion, his dad was a titleist, he was a contender, so I think he did fight, yeah, Mayweather's dad fought for the world title against, what's his name, Shaqiri Leonard, but last, I watched those fights at the weekend, Sunday, I was just relaxing, but wasn't in the mood to do anything, Tuesday, which was yesterday, I didn't want to, but I made my way to town, and I paid for the spectacles, my glasses, which Brook paid for, so thank you again Brook, also thank you Cara for your Paypal gift, I haven't made a recording since you gave that to me, so thank you, so I collected, no I didn't, I paid for the glasses, and I thought, I hope this is just simple now, so I phoned them up, and I said why, I think on the Monday, I said I still don't understand why I have to actually come in, to pay for this, just because it's got vouchers, give me a discount, they said yep, that's the rule, so I said how much is it without the vouchers, and it was going to cost me over £80 more, without the vouchers, but I'd be able to pay for that on the phone, £80, I nearly considered doing it, because I had enough to do that, but then the next day when I woke up Monday, I'd had over £100 taken out of my account, for various bills and stuff, so I wouldn't have had that money in there to pay that, if I'd have paid the £280, no it was £260 something, so it was £80 anyway, more, so I decided I'm just going to do my best, and I'll go in, and I thought I'll get a taxi, but I was working out my money, and I thought I can't afford a taxi, so I'll get a bus in, so I got a bus in, and that was relatively okay, getting buses back is the hardest one, for some reason, they're so like mixed up, so I get a bus in, oh yeah, so I get off, just trying to remember the journey, and guys, it was a slippery bus, I think, you know those buses where the seating is not comfortable, it's almost pushing you off the seat, one of them, why, why would they do that, I don't know, I don't get it, I just, I would have thought that any kind of transport, public transport, when it comes to the seating, they would want the seating to be comfortable, not whatever that is, slippery, I suppose, slippery and slidey, great if you want to go ice skating with your bum, you know what I mean, like moving around and stuff, so I get into town eventually, I get off, walk up, which way do I walk, I am walking up the road, this lady smiles at me, which is nice, I don't know if it's a smile or a held in laugh, I'm not sure, and she was blonde, and that's all I remember, and then I walk up to the road, turn left, it's the wrong road, so I have to keep going, eventually turn left, and I realise that this is quite a long road, I'm going to walk down just to get to the road I want to go to, so when I get down there, I thought, no, I'm just going to walk into town, and I started thinking about this, this lady that does the big issue, that I used to talk to regularly, like years and years ago, and she hasn't been in town, not that I go into town very often, but I've never been there, probably 5 or 6 years, and so I'm just walking into town for a different way, I thought I'd turn left here, walk up that way, and I'm face to face with her, she's not where she normally stands, she's just like walking through the town, and we just come face to face, me and this lady, the big issue subber, and she's like, hello, I said, hello, it was really weird, so we got talking, and you might think it was not that weird because you were looking for her, no I wasn't looking for her, I just, I was just taking a different route, and I was thinking about her, because I haven't seen her for so many years, and she seemed excited to see me, and she was saying, oh, you look exactly the same, I said thank you, I said, do you want me to put my trousers on, and she said no it's fine, and I thought, see, not everybody's uptight, we just had to catch up, I said, why are you still doing this 6 years later, because I thought the idea of the big issue was to help you get out of that situation, and she's still doing it, she's got 2 kids, she's only 26, I can't believe she's only 26, she must have been like 20 when I was talking to her before, because she asked me to get her some stuff for her babies, yeah what if her kids are going to be 10, it's weird I tell you, very very strange, it was nice to see her, nice to, I don't know, going out, walking around, it's the second time I've done it in 2 weeks, because I went mad, because I had my dentist appointment the week before, in fact I had a dentist appointment the week before that as well that night I think, so this is the third time I've been in town in a month, it's also the third time I've been in town in 6 years, or 5 years, and I did go to the dentist 2 or 3, a couple of years back, but I haven't been wandering around, like last Tuesday, I was walking through the park because I had such a long time to wait between my dentist and my auditions, and that was a proper how do you do, that was, but I kind of am glad it's done now, and I'll be glad when the dentist is done, it's next Wednesday, I thought it was Tuesday, so I'm going to collect my glasses in the morning on Wednesday, then I've got my dentist an hour and a half later, so it gives me time to do everything I need to do, then that's it, I'll be able to look at the computer screen hopefully without damaging my eyes, I'll be able to read again, and hopefully be able to see just that bit of vision all in all when I'm out, which would be nice, it would be strange, but it would be nice, oh yeah, so yeah yesterday, as I got the bus in, slipped and slid and everything on the way to town, but I was ok, got there, and as I said, I walked in and bumped into that lady, big issue seller, and I walked up to her spot, she's still in the same spot, we just had a chat, and she wanted to know when I was going to see her next, and I said I'll pop in, I'll pop in, I can't come into town next Wednesday so I'll come and see her, I thought, I might have said next Tuesday, I think I said next Wednesday, anyway, and then head up to the opticians, so I've just come to pay for my glasses, and they sent me to go and sit down, which wasn't for long, I sat down for about 10 minutes, and they came and got me, I was just going through the whole thing, and had to sign some forms, and everything was going ok, made the payment, I thought I could just then come back and collect them, no, got to make an appointment to collect them, I was like really, oh man, it's just hard work, I wanted to just turn up whenever I wanted, you know, and just collect my glasses that I paid for, but no, I guess they have to check they fit and stuff, I don't know, so they said I can come in at 10.

30, and I said I've got an appointment with a dentist at 11, I'm not going to leave it that fine, because every time I go into the opticians, there's so much faffing around and waiting around, and I guess that's just because they're so busy, but I don't have time for that, I'm just trying to get some nice relaxed feelings in myself, stay relaxed and calm, so they changed the appointment to 9. 30, 9. 30, and then, let me go and collect, trying to think anything else, I came back, got the bus, waited, waited and waited and waited, it's almost like people don't want to come to where I live, understandable I suppose, but just it's very, it's not very well provided for, transport wise, public transport wise, so I head back, my friend, I'm going to collect my friend's prescription for her, my neighbour, so I go to the pharmacy, first of all I give her the wrong address, but I get it right Then, I go into, I go into the, I know I go into the chemist or the pharmacy, they said the stuff's not ready yet, can you come back later, I was asked, and they said no, like I'm just going to have to wait, so I can just wander around and come back, sit over there on the desk, the bench, because it's a nice day, and the lady that said can you come back, she was in the other part of the pharmacy, she said it's only going to be about 15 minutes, I said okay, I'll just pop in and get some stuff, I need to go to a couple of shops, because on that section there, there's a petrol station, there's a sandwich shop, a butcher's, a pharmacy, a mini supermarket place, with a, what's it, a post office area section, just trying to think, oh yeah, so I did that, and I said it's okay, I can, I've got other things to do, so, but I said I'm not leaving, because I can't, I won't come back, but I'll stay local, I said, so going to the post office next door, and get a couple of bits, and I see someone that I recognised, and she was standing next to me at the post office bit, and I said hello, she said errr, I said do you remember me, she said yeah, you didn't seem in any way excited to see me, when I saw her was, the last time I saw her, sorry, was at the children's charity that I used to work, back in 2011, and she was volunteering, and it's really strange because she seemed errr, awkward speaking to me, and I realised to some people, it's like 15 years, it's a long time, crazy, for me it's not long, I remember it, I remember her, then I, I was standing outside this bakery, like a, you can get sandwiches and stuff, and there's a bloke in there, he's just waffling on about stuff, so I'm thinking, keep away from that, I didn't really understand what he was going on about, and then I go up back in when he leaves, and order, and it seemed as if the person serving was not enjoying the conversation that the bloke was having, but then when he saw me, asked me how Vinny was, because normally Vinny goes with me, when I collect the prescription or buy something from the sandwich shop, and he pays Vinny a lot of attention, which means Vinny's happy, and then errr, this is the weird part of the day really, which is kind of strange, so I make my way home, and I go down the bridge, I walk across the bridge, go down the bridge, and I see there's a lady, well I see there's somebody waiting for the bus, which is always a good sign, so I say to her, when I get there, erm, do you know what time the bus is coming?

Oh, what time it's due? And she said yeah, it's 4 minutes past, 12 or something, or 44, I don't know anyway, I said thank you, I didn't ask her what number she was getting, and because the bus is so irregular, when the bus turned up, I assumed it was her bus, but it wasn't, and her bus pulled up behind, he didn't even look at it, he was too busy looking at me, or looking at the bus, because I was saying after you, you were waiting first, so she gets on and asks the question, and they said no, we're not going that way, you should have gotten the bus behind, which is now left, I think the bus driver seemed to find it funny, which was unnecessary really, anyway, I got home, had my sausage roll, and my bakewell tart, I think I had a bit of a nap, so anyway I'm going to go back to bed, I'm going to bring this relaxation, whatever this is, to an end, thank you for listening, remember to be kind to yourself, because you deserve to be happy, be gentle with yourself, you deserve to feel safe, lots of love, bye.
