Hello, welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. My name is Jason Newland. Please only listen when you can safely.

Close your eyes. today is monday nearly said sunday feels like a sunday yeah feels feels a little bit like a sunday for some reason but it's a bank holiday monday so maybe that's why hmm it's definitely a monday yeah hasn't felt like a normal monday i don't know why really because my life's no different on a bank holiday monday to any other normal day of the week yeah i don't i haven't kind of i haven't done my normal routine exactly i've not gone out at the same times as i normally

do hmm i think the kids are back at school tomorrow i'm pretty sure the 2nd of september no it's the 1st of september maybe it's next week i don't know i know that summer holidays just seem to go pretty quickly although this summer hasn't seemed so very quick there's been some days where it's really i don't want to say dragged but sort of maybe it's the heat i don't know hmm maybe it's because i've i've got quite a lot done maybe with the website on maybe yeah maker the deleting and

then re-uploading and all that stuff so if i get a lot done in a day it feels like the day is it seems to last longer which doesn't really make sense i don't know if i pack a lot in on a monday and a tuesday and a wednesday by the friday it just feels like it's been a really long week because i've managed to do so much and when i say do so much i mean it's not that i'm physically doing a lot of stuff just i've been focusing on the

website and had quite a few problems with that last week or the week before i can't remember and now the last period of time i don't know how many days it's been i've been focused well no actually i was focusing on rebuilding the website i already have online which is still live jasonnewland.com but then i got logged locked out of my own account because i think it's because i was trying to use ai to make changes or or maybe because i was changing the code in the pages which i don't

think my website host was appreciating for some reason i was just trying to improve the website instead of just sticking to the the regular pages and i tried to log in using chat gpt to do the work for me you have to tell it what i want so i spent ages putting together a design on one page one recording page and then sort of saying well let's do this for all of the recordings or let's do this for all of the uh we'll do it for the playlists for the Let

Me Bore You To Sleep playlists and let's start with 1 to 50 first so instead of me doing it manually which i was doing it before i was copying the code that chat gpt gave me and then putting it in it was navigating me around like telling me where to go what to click on and everything in order to add the code and then we kept changing the code and changing it again and again and again and again in order to have a translation uh and transcribing and all the kinds

of stuff that i was trying to add and then i realized that after all that it would just take way too long if i have to keep adding it by hand the code so chat gpt well i asked chat gpt i said i'm going to call it chat from now on okay i asked chat um to if it could log in to my website host and make those changes for me and it said yeah jay jay i can do that should we do now shall we can we can we so

i thought okay calm down baby calm down and see yeah that's what we did and then things were going really well very well indeed very well indeed then then it stopped then it didn't go so so very well indeed and yeah suddenly i can't log in i can't log in i can't this is chat telling me can't log in don't know what's going on can't connect misfunctioning misfunctioning well that was a bit of salivary anyway then i tried to so i'm going manually and um reset it and we'll try and

you know maybe do a few pages manually and then we can go and do you know try and go back to doing it automatically and then i got yeah got kicked out so i maybe it was my fault i don't i'm not really big into the blame game i definitely don't like to don't like to take responsibility for anything if i can help it so i'm such a child what's going on here oh that's weird so okay so yeah i had this whole thing i know i've realized i guess i'm

just repeating what i've already told you but i'm sure there's quite a few people that are not even aware of this that maybe haven't listened to it or maybe fell asleep while i was talking about it which is understandable understandable and so i mean the good thing about it is when i asked chat gpt to if it could make me a website because i saw online on YouTube videos that it could because it's now got a thing called work so you've got chat and you've got work and work is something

that can do stuff automatically make changes and you know this and that i'm still learning how to use it to be honest so i started i thought i said well can you build me a website and he said yeah we can do a basic outline and blah blah blah blah i said well can you not just copy the website i've already got and i said no no he said okay so he copied the the design like the first page which i've never liked to be honest which you could argue why

why did you copy it then but i had no actually i did then because i'd redesigned the first page and i thought hmm let's start from here and i'm still i'm still not sure i'm not sure what the cost is going to be to me extra potentially because i'm i'm a member of chat gpt so i pay 20 pound a month or 20 22 24 pound a month something like that and there are limits to what i'm able to do how much usage i can have although i'm kind of i

think i found a way around that is to just be a bit more mindful and to spread out what i do don't try and bombard it you know with like millions of things to do all at the same time so i started off with the main page and then uh it you know i said can you add a podcast section a playlist section and just take what from the live website because the one live website is actually pretty good because it's a lot of changes on there but you know it's

kind of um that one's coming to an end that website ends on the 18th and i will be connected my jasonnewland.com to my new website which is way better way way way way way way better in fact i've never put so much okay i have i've spent years building websites but in a sense of actually putting together a website with a deadline you know with a date in line in mind for when it's going to be released planning in my mind keep looking at it making small changes and i think

by the 18th because we've still got what 18 days left before the 18th i think it will be done it will be done it'll be uploaded but it's already live actually but it's got a different address so you won't find it um i was thinking about posting the address maybe on my Facebook group so you can have a little look and see what you think because it's all up and running but it's not going to be found on google i don't think or anything like that so i mean i'm quite

pleased with how it's gone i don't think there's any major difference between now and yesterday to be honest oh okay i've added the podcast description so every single one of my podcast episodes have now got a podcast description on them let me just check i'll go to 106 has it got podcast oh there is so if i go to 106 this is from 5th of march 2019 oh so i did 100 in the first year so you've got you know at the beginning of the top you've got the the name

you know name of it okay a few little bits listen safely a little box um then you've got the player where you can stream it for free of course and you can also as a box where you click download for free as well then if you go below that you've got podcast description i wanted to put a little bit more information to be fair because it's very much just a basic a little there's not a lot of energy put into that description to be honest so i might kind of work

on that and see if we can get a bit more a bit more of a juicier description and then underneath that we've got the transcript and you can open up the transcript and you can read it if you want to and it's all broken up so instead of being from the original transcript it's cleaned up so you can into paragraphs punctuation ideally things kind of repetitions deleted and stuff like that it's not going to be exactly so it does sound in a paragraph space and then recurring name or title errors

have been tidied because this began as a voice transcription an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect i mean literally if i was going to go through each one individually and check the grammar and tidy up the text i couldn't do it it's i mean even on a day basis when i'm making one recording and then having to transcribe and having to go through the whole thing and that's a lot of work but to do 1600 1600 well over 2000 so i've got other ones haven't i so

no i can't do it i can't do it so i've got it being done for me and then it's got more from this collection i'm sure i had something else what is it maybe it's on the podcasts oh i've got playlists that's it so i've got a collection called just the page called playlists choose a main podcast below you can then open it's numbered playlists select an individual record and listen online and download it for free so this is pretty much the same thing so these are so i've got short

voice only and all the other different versions so click on 1 to 50 click on 4 ah so this this is something i need to work on because you've got playlists on this one there's a transcription there's also yeah that's why i've got to keep going through it because i'm doing some sections in a you know that are really i'm pleased with and then there's other sections that i haven't completed yet so on number four Let Me Bore You To Sleep you've got the a big four i'm just putting the

numbers on on the podcast now on on the playlists i'll do an image when it's released you know onto the onto the podcast but when i do the playlist podcasts it's going to have the numbers Let Me Bore You To Sleep so there's the playlist so there's the stream the the play bar where you can stream download free more from this collection so that takes you back to the collection then there's a podcast description then below that there's translations so read this script in another language choose a language to open

a separate translated box or page rather the recording itself remains in english choose a language oh the audio recording remains in english so mandarin chinese hindi spanish french arabic yeah it's like this 10 it took me days to get this right it really did it took a long time i'm just having a look at all the different languages there are so erdy yeah urdu basada indonesia or indonesian russian portuguese bengal bengali sorry arabic french spanish hindi mandarin chinese and english that's 11 isn't it or is urdu part of the indonesian

i don't know so these are the top languages spoken in the world according to my research it's just a tester to do you know to have 10 languages first and then i suppose technically technically you can have a list of every language which is a lot isn't it that's a lot of languages so click on let's say french francais and it's just turning over so it's come on there the head the titles in french the it the what's it description or whatever is in french i'm trying to see what it

is because it's all in different language and then the transcription down below is all in french as well but the actual recording recording see what i need to do is add the recording and i'm gonna i want the recording to be in french which means dubbing the recording so i did do it it's somewhere on one of these pages i actually with chatgbt put together i think it was an hour long recording we did it bit by bit so it did 30 seconds and we did like a minute and to

test and it wasn't my voice it was so technically if everyone's listening they want to hear me or if they want to hear what i got to say if it's what i got to say then dead what are you doing then it wouldn't be too bad because yeah the voice is still you know being spoken but i could have done it in my voice but it would cost me thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of pounds to do that in fact let me work out i'll give you an example

actually i'm going to ask that question so using oh come on why is the internet not working it's very busy right now it's doing a i think it's finished what it was doing okay so if i so i um i dubbed my voice i cloned my voice rather on 11labs 11labs is part of openai which has chatgbt if i used my clone voice voice voice in 11labs to dub an hour hour long recording audio recording from english to french now i'm just going to add the e's into recording and english

because my stupid keyboard's not working recall and o is not me oh blimey recording from english to french what would be the cost i'm just gonna put how much that's easier isn't it how much so i use my clone voice why is it using work i don't need work just chat normal chat i'll i'll check 11labs current dubbing prices and work out the approximate cost for one hour of english to french audio and i'll give you an idea bearing in mind i mean not not all of my recordings are very

long but all of them are pretty long so it's really rare that i'll do a Let Me Bore You To Sleep that is less than an hour long really rare but then if i was going to do a hypnosis recording um sometimes i do recordings that last half an hour 20 minutes even so that's potentially possible right you want to see how much it's going to cost you thought i was telling fib fibs but i wasn't for a one hour english to french recording and it depends on the dubbing quality

automatic dubbing is 120 000 credits the creator plan includes 121 000 credits so one hour would fit it exactly blimey it costs 22 pound or 22 dollars or actually no with vat 19 pound 50 in the uk for higher quality dubbing it would be too blimey wow wow for higher quality dubbing it would cost roughly 132 dollars or 117 uk pounds for an hour to dub so if you think most of my recordings yeah any i'm i'm just wow then it says here i would test v1 on the creator plan

first it should retain the sound of your voice and is far cheaper 11 labs newer dubbing can also recreate the voice from the original recording automatically so you may not need to select your saved clone voice so i wonder how much would that cost then so basically it just copies the voice instead of cloning it which is kind of what cloning is but you know i mean it's like the way 11 labs does cloning is they get you to upload really clear recordings of your voice my voice feels a bit

today a little bit restricted but if you get uh i mean i cloned my voice well years ago actually and every now and then i revisit 11 labs and i sign up for a month and i upload newer versions of my voice clearer versions better quality versions and the quality's got better the the results are better i mean i haven't visited probably 11 labs for about i was there the other day but i have not really for quite a while pretty good six months since i've used it to play around

because that's really all i've done on there just to play around to try and figure out how much it would cost and constantly surprised not delighted it's a really good service it's really good but blimey so for one hour using automatic v1 you'd need a creator plan about 1950 so 1950 for one month okay so that is that is different isn't it so instead of costing 117 pound using the clone it would cost well 19 pound 50 so it's copying the voice rather than clone using my clone voice which has

been created with well well over 100 recordings yeah hmm i think if finance wasn't an issue i would use my own voice but then i don't know how good the copying is but i can't yeah i can't do it it's just that i reckon with time there will come a time in time over time before time under time i reckon and i don't i don't reckon it'd be too far away where i would be able to have my website set up so i upload a new recording and it translates it

into all the different languages automatically so i'll have all that programs all set up and also it'll take it'll also dub and make that recording also available for all the different languages and it won't cost it'll cost but it won't cost the earth to do it people say that what costs the earth but you know it won't be as expensive because it can't be i can't you know i can't have it be expensive it's free service so i remember years ago someone saying to me on via messages but saying why

don't you why don't you just use a free service why don't you use a free a free um podcast hosting service why ever it's like okay yeah for the first for the first few recordings i did do that but they have limits they've got limits these free podcast services have limits on how much you can that they will store and it's amazing it's like oh wow i couldn't even i could you wouldn't believe some of the things i've had messages posted on videos or podcasts and stuff over the years absolutely

absolutely amazing really absolutely amazing mostly nice but there's been some strange ones is uh i had one person he was like a big fan and then he said one day you're a fascist and he just i think i mentioned just because i mentioned some uh a political figure just mentioning the name was enough to trigger him i was like no i'm really not i don't think you understand the term what that you know the meaning of that in fact the original meaning wasn't a bad meaning being a fascist was not

a bad thing at the beginning like in the 30s the early 30s it was all about building the country up again wasn't it it was about i'm not saying it was obviously it was a bad thing what happened you know no i wonder what's called a fascist so you're telling me you think that the years before the war really good do you think no i'm not saying that i'm not saying that i'm really not oh man i'm just saying the word fascist in italy and what different countries it wasn't classed

as a bad thing back then like i'm talking in the 20s and i don't know can you forget i mentioned it please oh dear oh oh it's i just i've watched a few documentaries and there was people proud like yeah i'm not say the word i am because i don't want that taken out of context an audio of me saying yeah i'm a fascist and my name is jason and i've just given you the opportunity to take that out of context now haven't i but like it's gonna make a single

bit of difference to my life wow um wish i'm not but like i'm probably the i would say i'm quite an open-minded person actually i would say probably i'm among the grooviest people that i know i do impress myself wow i'm just i've got this video playing of thailand and there's all these people and it's a zebra crossing yeah and it's got green so that people can cross and there must have been 150 people crossing some of the cars were on the actual zebra crossing some were just moving forward and

forward even though people were walking almost like banging into their chins there's a big that um i think i can i understand i think why indians the indian population like to go to thailand it's become a very popular place for um indians to go on holiday because there's that degree of chaos when it comes to traffic you're being a fascist again indian the traffic in india is really good and everyone drives really well it's just a it's okay well some people drive really well i mean people in this country don't

drive very well i don't i reckon i think when people pass their driving test in this country they have to when they get their certificate or whatever they pass or maybe when they get their driving um passport or driving license they have to give a part of their brain as payment that part of the brain which just is careful that part of the brain that's considerate only in that scenario just in a driving scenario when like because i realized years ago i was getting a lift home with someone and it

was a big bloke and he was never going to move very quickly a bit like me now but when he got in his car it was like speedy gonzalez again probably can't mention speedy gonzalez was that what he used to do speedy gonza it's weird every single cartoon character was probably offensive and you had daffy duck with the lisp even donald duck had a i never understood did you i never admitted to not being able to understand donald duck i just couldn't do it didn't understand but i just figured everybody

else could oh there was this comedian used to come on stage and he used to mumble i couldn't understand what he was saying but some people could plus he had an accent oh you can have a go at people with accents now yeah i'm not i'm not it was it was it was an english accent oh so it's okay to be racist to people english no i'm not being what are you talking about fascist i'm not i love everyone which is a lie um no you can see the traffic you

know when i was in thailand i actually tried to cross the road once eventually and you have to cross the road wherever you live eventually you have to cross the road and the roads are big the zebra crossings are huge they're not tiny little zebra crossings like you might get here huge zebra crossings but the cars don't seem to care that it's a zebra crossing or even um look at the lights when it goes to green for the people to to cross and i tried to cross a few times over

my time in thailand it's weird because i didn't see one thai well there was a couple of shops that sold suits thai get it you're making fun of the name thai now like oh so they're bits of clover now they're not you're not real human beings is what you're saying no it's not what i'm saying oh man stop being so sensitive oh so you do it with a lisp now you're making fun of people with lisps no oh really not making fun of anyone the only person i ever really make

fun of is myself because there's plenty here there's plenty to make fun of i never run out of stuff it's non-stop my life the things are some of the silly things i've done over the years it's ridiculous and i've got diabetic oh god i forgot about that i'm going to start being diabetic tomorrow i think yeah i'm becoming diabetic tomorrow so i don't know what's happening i have to be put on medication or something i don't know vinny was being really rude to me yesterday i think it was yesterday morning

no it's no it was yesterday evening last night and i'm trying to go to bed and he's saying daddy i was like oh i just want to go to sleep vinny thing is he sleeps all day pretty much so when it comes to bedtime he's not always that tired daddy vinny i'm trying to go to sleep daddy vinny i'm trying to go to sleep daddy what he said he said if i was diabetic i said yeah if i was diabetic like you i said yeah yeah what he said would my

poo taste like ice cream i was like vinny this ridiculous thing to do because go to sleep we've been talking all he said sorry daddy night night i said night night it's bye not bye because he's literally still there because that's weird you know when you're talking to someone you sort of say goodbye and then you you think you're going to be going the other way and you realize you've got to go the same way i have to mention how weird it is sometimes i just go back and start the

conversation all over again so i say oh how are you i haven't seen you in ages and yeah a bit embarrassing and then i hear again like it's about five six minutes nothing so i'm like okay i'm not hearing him snoring yet but he's like okay daddy really said what he said don't be angry i said i'm not angry sorry vinny i'm not angry i'm just just trying to like relax you know i'm going to sleep and stuff and just calming down he said okay i won't disturb you anymore i

said thanks vinny you're a good boy and then i hear i hear the mattress tapping where his tail's going because he's happy isn't he now that he's been told he's a good boy he said you mean that do you mean it do you do you mean it am i really a good boy i said yes you're a good boy he said i know i know i am i already knew that gets cocky sometimes and uh so okay go to sleep he said okay okay daddy i said what he said if

i was diabetic like you i said yeah go on and i accidentally cut myself falling over on the playground i fell off the swings or something i don't know just and i cut myself by accident and i said yeah i don't really like where this is going but yeah what he said when i bleed when the blood kind of squared out i said said yeah would it come out as candy floss i thought what do you mean would it come out as candy floss he said because the bloods isn't your

blood just sugar now this is is there any blood left in your body or is it all sugar because what i was thinking maybe it just come out as candy floss i said first of all of course the blood's still there secondly don't think about having accidents like that it's bedtime it's nice to have nice thoughts and thirdly where did you find out about candy floss he said my friend my friend benny told me who's your friend benny he's my friend i don't know any of your friends called benny he

said just because you don't know him doesn't mean he's not my friend you don't know everybody to you not true are you sure you're talking about archie no but archie's the only person he's the only friend that i've seen you with although that wasn't his archie's mom doesn't like doesn't like me so he doesn't really get to kind of play with archie she's uh i think a few people get to know me a little bit they say i think i'm okay and then you get to me know there's a point

where you get to know me so well that it's just hard to like me anymore that's that's why i like to date people that can't speak english because the relationship just lasts so much longer you know as soon as they start realizing what i'm saying that's when it goes downhill it's true i've dated loads of women from different countries and it's really goes quite well and then they realize i mean i had that problem didn't i with the the bar the bar manager in this bar and she was it was

like a a steak grill place and and she was letting me know that she was holding up a menu that should have been a clue to me that the menu um you know she was talking about the menu and there was a special offer for grills grilled i don't ribs or whatever and i thought she was talking about the bikini contest that was coming up don't ask me why i guess that's just what i was thinking about so they were having a bikini contest in there and and there was signs

all over the place so she's saying look this and i'm going oh bikini contest you you you're you're you're gonna be in a bikini contest yeah no and yeah she got upset with me i mean that was the quickest i've upset someone from another language before usually takes a few weeks that was the second the second uh visit visit or second not entry that's the wrong word the second the second time i went there to eat yeah i upset someone in bulgaria when i was in bulgaria there was this thing

is the communication was really bad for me there it was it wasn't just like word wise but they they nod when they mean yes they not like no when they mean yes and not yes when they mean no you didn't know that did you i bet you didn't know that don't pretend you did so in bulgaria and i don't think it's only bulgaria it might be some other countries in that area so they nod yes but they mean no and not know when they mean yes which even if they're saying

the word yes the fact that they're nodding their head no it's too confusing it's really difficult to it's it's almost i'm not saying it's impossible but it's a hard one to get over because because being born into the nodding you know i've inherited nodding and everyone i've ever met apart from when i went to bulgaria well as far as i know was nodding the correct well nodding the way that i nod and to suddenly have people nod in a different way it the communication was very very difficult very complicated very

confusing and other words that mean the same thing anyway so i met this this lady she was a waitress on the very first day and she caught me looking down the top and it's only because i i was told there was a tattoo you see that's all there's a tattoo and i thought well i've got to start learning the language somehow so this would be a good time so i thought i was just i'd read i was just reading the tattoo that's all it was nothing weird okay and she caught

me and she's like she winked at me now i don't know i mean thinking about it her winking might have actually been her telling me off is you know who knows but we we kind of got on quite well and we used to chat and stuff and then i went into another bar and then i went into a pizza place because i was on the on the mountains pretty much injuring myself and then the next day i'll be off and i'll be in the bar on my own in a hotel

while my friends were snowboarding so i got to meet some of the staff and got to know them a bit and just you know so i met this okay basically i asked the waitress out and when i went to be to see her she was well it looked to me that she was clearly with someone and she looked over at me and she continued talking to this bloke so i thought okay fair enough see ya so it wasn't a date i thought it was a date and we were going to

go and get married or something i don't know but so far okay fair enough so the next day i ask out a lady who's running the pizza place because i just discovered this out of nowhere there's a lot of hotels with like that connected together so i'm not quite sure where i was anyway she it's very quiet because i was going there when there was no one around not in a weird way it's just everyone when people go on holiday to go skiing generally they go skiing i didn't because i

didn't like it so i asked her out and she said oh no i kind of was chatting to her and um did i ask her out i can't remember but i was chatting to her i think i might have asked her out and then probably a few hours later the waitress the original waitress came up to me and said i've just had an interesting conversation her english was really good at this point it's weird like really improved she said dear chap i've had a very very interesting conversation with my friend

and i went up to my friend and i said well my friend said to me oh i just met this really nice man very nice english man ever so sexy ever so handsome i'm adding a little bit material here really tall fit and sexy and she said well i said to her yeah i've also met someone he's also really he's english and really probably the most handsome man in the world ever ever lived like wow i couldn't believe it he's just amazing so what what's the name of your man his

name's jason that's funny the man i met's called jason and um i end up well funny enough i ended up not going out with either of them but the only one that really had the ump with me was the waitress i apologized to her i said look i was confused because i thought we were going out and i'll see you there with uh that bloke it's my brother i said i've heard that one before he said you've heard what i said that excuse it's not an excuse and i said what

do you mean and he said excuse me and she had to we were in a lift at this time this point and she had to go and she was delivering drinks to one of the rooms that was the end of the conversation really but i still stayed friends like during the time they didn't she kind of forgave me but that was the end of that that weren't gonna nothing was gonna happen there and i i really liked to be i there's there's a couple of ladies i really liked but i

did like the one that the lady in pizza place but it's very difficult i mean i was a much younger man back then this was 2002 2002 blimey 2002 probably about march time so 20 over 24 years ago i just can't believe can't believe honestly they'll be in their 40s now i was gonna say they'll be in their 30s now but that's like no wait a minute um so yeah this it was weird because i ended up well i ended up but i actually met one two three four five different

women who i got along really well with that like me just in that i don't know how long we were there for five six days seven days maybe i don't know i think it's something happened to me it's almost like i got my mojo when i left this country i became i don't know i perhaps became a bit happier a bit more jovial a bit more upbeat a bit more friendly maybe a bit more interested in other people which i generally wouldn't be yeah i've never been great at being interested

in other people if i'm interested i'm interested but i can't fake it it's very difficult to fake it well for me i can't fake it it has to be real or nothing so if i say to someone um if i ask someone how they are or like do you need to talk i mean i mean it i'm not just saying it for the sake of it if i tell if i'm sort of like recently trying to point out to someone to focus on all the people that they've helped but also

trying to explain that i'm not i'm not talking about it in a in a bs way not not just like oh let's pretend to feel this way and let's just be real and this particular person will have helped thousands of people maybe saved thousands of lives over like a 20 year period like you know phenomenal amount of people because of the job they did so it wasn't um placating is it placating or what's that word when you say something that's sincere you're just like platitude that's it so it wasn't i

don't do platitudes i mean you might say what i say at the end of this is platitude i don't know maybe but i do mean it i think that we all do deserve to be happy why not and we all should be just remember to be kind to ourselves and be gentle with ourselves this is what i've learned over a very very long time and i'll stick to that and i will stick to that forever because i think it's important and it took me generate not generations i said exaggeration i've

not been alive for hundreds of years but it's taken me decades and decades to realize how important it is to take it easy on yourself you know show a bit of respect towards yourself a bit of kindness towards yourself let yourself off the hook you know even if self-forgiveness is difficult just take a step let's take a step back or maybe just stop walking for a while go and have a lie down anyway so on this talk about foreigners so i'm on this thailand separate crossing it's gone green there is

nobody crossing the road and i tried this multiple times this particular one and loads of others and very difficult to cross the road but on this occasion all the cars just stopped and i thought at last they're realizing that i am worthy of respect you know my reputation as an important member of the commonwealth my it's like my reputation has gone before me and maybe they're just looking in admiration perhaps just sitting there wanting to be me you know just just normal stuff my normal thoughts so i'm crossing a road

thinking i can't believe they've all stopped what the heck what i didn't realize is right next to me because i'm looking at the cars but to the left of me because the cars are on the right there's three police women and they crossed the road they're crossing the zebra crossing all the cars stay stay still so i'm talking to these police ladies and i'm saying you know they don't normally stop and they were laughing because it's just it's just part of the society is to not have any respect for pedestrians

and the or other drivers i suppose anyway they crossed one road and then they went to cross another road and i said i'm is it okay if i just follow you and they laughed well one of them said no thanks i said no not like that she said well it's a bit weird isn't it you got you kinky for for police uniform i said no well not totally true but yeah that's not the reason it's not it's not the only reason that i'm that i'm not following you following you it

was a joke as in can i follow you because i'll be able to cross the road not can i follow you home and she said well you want to follow me home i said oh no i got one of them here like you say anything in a sentence and they'll just take out that one particular those bunch of words and say oh i swear i heard once i don't know if it was on big brother or it might have been even in the street or online someone two people having an

argument and the other one said he said oh after all my mom's done for you and the other one said no your mom your mom's been great and the answer to that was don't you dare mention my mom you mentioned her first don't you dare mention and pretended to get angry because there's a little thing in this country where if you if you mention someone's mom not their dad it doesn't matter what you say about their dad apparently but if you mention someone's mummy they it's like they have to pretend

to be angry just have to build themselves up like it's almost like um i don't know like little carbon copies of each other it's weird and it's like oh yes this i don't get it i mean i understand it like generally you know don't don't but for me when i was at school people used to say stuff about my dad and i yeah i used to react ironically my my dad came back from parents evening and said the teacher said that you'll you'll keep fighting you keep fighting i said yeah

why i said because my my people at school keep making fun of you and i still got in trouble i said what what do you expect i'm defending the new land name but yeah and i think probably my dad was in and out of people's houses because he was an electrician so a lot of my friends probably saw him in their houses and stuff and he used to wear this uh he used to balance a bucket of water on his head and i don't know why sometimes it was orange juice

but generally water and he'd just walk around like that and i think someone said to him it'd be quite good for posture and he was also considering becoming a window cleaner like part-time he thought well because there was a i think a bit of a rough time um in the there was a you could only do a three-day week or something in the late 70s or something and he wanted to become like self-employed window cleaner as well to try and take up those other two days so he could earn enough

so that was pretty much his advice in life always have a bucket of water on you and i mean didn't it wasn't explicit about carrying it on your head i don't know why but it was a balancing thing i wouldn't have thought that's a good i mean how how how how did that come about i've seen videos i've seen on YouTube and i've seen films and old film footage and stuff of some people carrying things on their head how did it get to that idea how did they okay with this

struggling it's heavy and it's maybe hurting their shoulders and who came up with the idea if you tried carrying it you try putting it on the top of your head and carrying it around that way i mean if someone said that to you probably i don't know i think i might react in a not so positive way like what are you talking about balancing on my head i mean obviously i can't say anything because my dad used to do it but you know if that had if i'm just talking rubbish

now it's time to go it's time to go so anyway talk about my website um fascist talk about my website it is going pretty well pretty well and yeah i'm okay i'm okay with how it's going i mean the website's got a nice little clock at the top i don't know why i wanted that but i just i might get rid of it but it basically wherever you are in the world it'll tell you the time the date the day the date and the time in the correct order you know

as in the day then the number of the month and then the month and then the year you know the correct order yeah not the month day like you know the the day of the month let's say for example 31 and then 8 2026 because that's the wrong way to do it sorry but half the world do it like that just because half the world do it doesn't mean it's right so you know get a grip baby i don't like you anymore so yeah i gotta go to the doctors the

doctors 1408 i'll be honest i'm getting a little bit confused with the website i've realized that in order to edit it i need to go into the website edit it manually not manually but like ask for it in a specific page rather than just randomly just say could you do this and it kind of logs it has to be logged into the website for it to really work and i need to do oh my goodness oh i need to do not a summary but i need to go through all the

pages to make sure everything's running the way it should be running make sure all the pages are the same you know kind of as in the same design has the correct stuff on it and that's it and i'll be editing this in the morning when i get up because it's too late now it's time to go to bed i can't believe i'll have to go out tomorrow oh well so i'll see you later thanks for listening and remember to be kind to yourself because you do deserve to be happy be gentle with yourself you deserve to feel safe lots of love bye
