Hello and welcome to let me bore you to sleep. My name is Jason Newland and today is Monday's sleepy boring objects. Oh yeah, well that's excitement.

Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. It gets harder to come up with like a new you know like a new subject for this because I've done a few of them over the years. By the way, before I go any further, yesterday I had a lot of downloads from Leeds.

So if you're in Leeds, say hello. So it looks like you've either got lots of different people in Leeds or just one particular person who is downloading my entire collection. I don't know but uh say hello if you're from Leeds.

If you're from Leeds. Um oh Vinnie's still hunting the flies. He's not caught one yet.

Wow the other day right I think it was Saturday or Sunday my friend came and I had the window open in the kitchen and it'd only be open for like I don't know a couple of hours and I went in there and literally there was about 30 flies. Blue balls 30 or three. There was quite a few anyway.

500. I was like what the heck. So what I did is I pulled the net curtain over and I opened the window much wider with a hope that they'd like fly out.

I think and they didn't even more came and I thought how can I deter these flies and get them to fly out again and my friend said why don't you stick one of your used socks in there and I thought that's a bit rude but I did it and yeah not only did all the flies leave but according to the um my town that I live in there hasn't a fly has not been seen for two days in the whole town so that that was good I was trying to think should I I could talk about have I talked about my counselling course because I did I just trying to think of something I've kind of got this it's not nice oh it's not the most positive title but courses educational courses that I have started and not finished that's kind of what I was thinking and I thought oh it's not something negative but it's not I've done a lot I've started a lot of courses and not finished them so the first one I'll probably say school I didn't really complete school not really I mean I didn't do any homework and when I did do homework I just made it up so I went along I'd do it at school I didn't do homework at home blimey are you kidding me all day at school and then having to do stuff at home come on so I kind of failed at school this isn't hard I don't want it to be a podcast episode of me failing because for one it's that's negative and secondly it's going to be the longest podcast in history so I'm not going to do that so I think the first educational course I didn't complete would be well should we just say educational courses that I did whether I completed them or not so it was catering college at the age of 16 and I did a year yeah I did a year out of two I basically I just stopped turning up but I yeah I did one year how did I get away with not doing the second year I don't remember but yeah I did one year and what did I do two years maybe I did the second year I don't think I did and then I yeah I didn't do anything nothing educational up to 90 91 92 93 in 1993 I started a it was like an access course in order because I had no qualifications and I wanted to do a degree always always had that there was two things I had that I wanted to accomplish and the degree wasn't something as a kid I wanted but like once I became an adult I kind of I like the idea of having a degree and having a black belt in martial arts some kind of martial arts whether it's karate whether it's kung fu whether it's jujitsu whatever ironically I accomplished the degree in education which is a one thing that I it was the hardest one I could have got it I could have got a black belt if I had just put the time in and you know put some work in but hey I did a few different martial arts I just never I never got past like the middle section of the the gradings so I was I got like halfway there halfway towards black belt and then I quit or I just stopped doing the gradings or whatever but I got the degree the one thing that I I mean that was I didn't really believe I'd ever do that so I'm pleased I'm pleased I did it I'm pleased I accomplished it but I also know that I I got the degree because of help that I received not so much like help educational help although I did get some of that but just support I did get support during the degree and I wouldn't have that degree if it wasn't for my friend that's a simple fact of it because I was going to leave not just my friend the teachers as well because I was going to leave that course constantly the degree but anyway we'll go back to the other stuff so I did an access course and this was in East London it was I think it was just East London University or something and it was one evening a week or two evenings a week and the idea of it is you do a year and you kind of do English, Maths, do lots of different sort of subjects and at the end of it you'll then be able to go onward into a degree to a degree without having any qualifications it's like a different way in you know because I left school without any anything and I went there one thing I remember there was a fire alarm so we all had to leave but stand outside anyway it's one way to get to know the building isn't it it wasn't me I didn't set it off I wouldn't set an alarm off fire alarm off until at least well third or fourth time of being there I mean you got got to find out I mean you get there first it's hard to know where the fire alarm buttons are isn't it and if I'd known how how long the walk was to get to the fire part you know the where everyone has to stand outside I wouldn't have done it anyway because it was just like took forever anyway I remember sitting there in this room in the evening I was working really like low low wage temporary work during the day it didn't cost me anything to do this course and it was quite a full yeah the room was quite full the classroom I guess it's just a normal classroom that normal people go to during the day or use during the day and the lady who was running it she said well I'd like you to I think we had to introduce ourselves and she said I'd like you to write a short story because this was basically the English part I think she'd like you to write a short story and that's it so we all sat there for about an hour half an hour an hour whatever and I had to read someone else I think I don't know if we we didn't read the stories out loud but we read I read one person's another person's read theirs so we did like that unless we did read them all out mine was very personal so I talked about something that happened when I was a small child but then I was the people that were writing doing theirs they've been very very factual and like like my story was how I was feeling and theirs were just some of their stories was like I went to a shop I was wearing a green t-shirt I saw a pigeon I noticed there was some chewing gum on the floor I and I bought some beans and it was just like I don't know there's no feeling mine was just much better than everyone else's that's what I'm trying to say no I'm not well I am but I'm not that's what the teacher said it's not what I said the teacher said she thought it was really good my short story and I like that I've never had a teacher tell me that anything I did was good before you see so it actually felt quite nice not nice enough for me to go back though I just it felt weird I didn't really it's not that I disliked there were people but I didn't it wasn't fun now I know maybe educational courses are not necessarily supposed to be fun but I didn't I wasn't I didn't enjoy it I didn't like and working all day early in the morning until you know it's like I was so tired at the end of the day sometimes and I wanted to do other things so I quit that course I think I did one I think I went once maybe twice now the fact is I'd have made friends with the people that were there because I was pretty good at making friends back then and I don't know if I would have completed it or been or passed but I fairly active brain back then but I don't know anyway I I didn't do anything again educationally after that until 93 94 1995 1996 hmm I have I think it was 1997 maybe 98 actually 98 99 I started an open university degree in psychology and at the time it was free.

It was free ain't free no more it's 3 grand a year but it was free and well it's more than 3 grand a year now but yeah it was absolutely free all degrees I don't know if all degrees everywhere were free but open university if you don't know what the open university is it's basically home study and back then they would send you a book and you would do the essays and you'd send them back by post and all that stuff this is before the internet now it's all done online so you still receive a book and everything but you send in they call them essays and do it digitally and all that stuff so I did that course and then I stopped doing it I don't know why I can't remember and then in 99 no 99 98 yeah I did my first course in neurolinguistic programming which is NLP and I did a year-long thing at City University which is just one evening a week during term time and there's three terms and it's basically just an introduction to NLP so I did that I think it was on a Thursday I do believe Thursday evening because I used to go to the comedy club afterwards so I like that actually it was up yes City University is I'm trying to think where it is now it's not it's a walk it's walkable from Shoreditch I'm sure it is because I I'm pretty sure it is yeah Hackney kind of hmm he's got fed up with the flies now he's not caught one yet he's only just got out of bed the next thing I did after that is in 99 I did two courses what did the practitioner course in NLP which I completed I did the master practitioner in NLP which I completed and I did a hypnosis course which I completed in all in 1999 and then in 2000 I mean that was probably my the most enjoyable courses I ever did there's a lot of people there but that was the beginning of this what I'm doing now well not right now but you know with the hypnosis the whole thing that I started 20 years ago it isn't really 20 years ago because I started it in 1998 when I first read my book what bought two books on hypnosis in January 1998 from and then from there I started buying books on hypnosis and studying the subject so technically it's nearly 30 years that I've been you know involved in hypnosis I will be in a year and a half so after 99 after doing those three courses 2000 nothing 2001 2002 I did a hypnosis course I completed that and then in 2003 I did another hypnosis course I don't think I completed that one but then I was in the midst of going through my anxiety period so I couldn't really function very well I ended up like leaving my job and everything just everything went a bit weird for about two years and which is why I kind of started focusing on that the seeds of helping people to relax really kind of set in then my initial interest was helping people with chronic pain that's the first thing I thought about when I when I really got involved in hypnosis I thought wow you know this could really why aren't more people using this or why don't more people know about this anyway it kind of sowed the seeds of the relaxing the what I kind of felt I needed to do and I still do now I do a lot of relaxing kind of meditation every day because I have to because it's the only way I can keep myself calm now whether it's listening to my own recordings or listening to like classical music sometimes audiobooks but I spend a good two three hours a day calming myself down and relaxing and every time it's like learning to relax I kind of even I was continuing to relax it's something that I've needed to do it's almost like I like medication really the meditation is the medication but it's a different time different type of meditation I don't generally just sit here on without doing anything I can but unfortunately Vinny doesn't like if there's no if this if there's no sound going on like right now I'm there's me but he can get sparked off by any outside noise if there's music playing or there's my voice going he's generally quite content to chill out or just give himself a bed bath like he is right now a dirty bugger but I find that I can listen to classical music or listen to my hypnosis recordings and they really they really do the trick for me or listen to the let me boy to sleep which I did last night I just sent me right off right off to sleep so yeah trying to think what the next course was I did oh blimey how did I forget that so in 2003 September 2003 I started a college course and it's basically a therapeutic multiple thing I forget what holistic therapies I said so included was massage like full body massage reflexology aromatherapy and potentially Indian head massage depending if they had time that's one of those ones that they're not not weren't necessarily gonna do which is a bit weird but then anatomy as well anatomy was a big thing of it so this was full time for a year and I signed up it didn't cost much to do the course but it did mean that I had to go I needed to make that time free during the day so I went part-time at my job and I worked evenings and Saturdays the first part of course was very much focused on massage and then we did reflexology and aromatherapy was very much it could be used part of the massage but there was also various different things you can use aromatherapy for for without massage you know so the various complaints making it it's almost like making little spells you know like you got the oil then you got the different and you got the the base the base oil whatever that was let's say and then you got other smells that you add other oils you know that you add in to make it nice and healing you can tell it's been a while since I did it can't you I made some for my Nan for her shoulder because she had osteoporosis so her shoulder basically her bunions were crumbling so I gave her I got some for her for a shoulder and I got some for my dad for his piles I got I did ones for myself for my for to calm me down I did I used to use like various I didn't want to go into I didn't want to be known as the lavender man because lavender was like known as being the like the smell the old ladies would would wear you know back like hundred years ago or whatever and that's that's like it's true it's used to be like a female thing for like elderly females back in the you know long long long long long time ago lavender was known for that I don't know why it's a nice nice smell it's when I realized what's what's the Jesus one myrrh not myrrh frankincense Frankenstein frankincense so I used to hear that and I like the the three wise men came along and they gave him gold like yeah that's understandable it's good not the little baby could really appreciate gold but the parents seemed pleased and then you had frankincense and myrrh I still don't know what myrrh is didn't know what frankincense was until I did this course but it's one of my favorite smells it's really really really nice and so if you've never smelled frankincense Frankenstein before go and have a look and you might go to get some incest with it on but any of those shops where they have like you know bottles of oils essential oils or something check out the Frankenstein it's absolutely I mean each to their own but oh it's it's something about it I don't know if it means I'm super religious or something but or maybe you know in my past life I was a wise man definitely not now but I don't know it's just nice it smells so nice and because I was working I was going into the the Buddhist evolution shop regularly and I was already kind of into the oils and the oil burners and stuff like that so I kind of I preferred the oil burners to the incest because I just I find them a bit too smoky a bit too like a bit overwhelming and with the oils yeah they a little bit of smoke but it's the smell more than anything else and I mean there's been times I've been in the the Buddhist Center in the shrine room and everybody in there is pretty much lit an incest and put it onto the into the bowl with sand in and the whole place you can't see nothing it's literally so smoky it's uncomfortable so I did that course I didn't complete it but I did learn I learned how to I mean the thing is when I do a course I buy every book possible that I can afford on the subjects so I had loads of books on massage reflexology anatomy and aromatherapy and oils and all that stuff so I really get to know my subject so I knew the anatomy you know the there's a map of the bottom of your feet also it's the same pretty much on your hand it's a little bit different but and it's the bits that you press on and the bits that you massage supposed to coincide with parts of your body so I did practice I did it I did some reflexology on my dad on my nan and I did massages I even had I didn't do it with any family members but we don't like we don't not be in touch did my family I did because I was living at the YMCA in one of the flats studio apartments and I was actually massaging some of the staff but the weird thing about it is I never asked anyone that I was working with if they wanted to be a client like to practice on I don't know why I didn't do that maybe it seemed inappropriate but the thing is I wasn't just massaging women I was massaging men as well I didn't I just basically whoever wanted to to be a client so I can practice on them and I did this man this this bloke and his girlfriend separately so and I massaged all pretty much all the people in the evolution shop Wow so I was doing that I wasn't even working at the shop so I got to know them because I was going to the Buddhist Center see yes I was massaging him him and him and then we were massaging other the other students on the course as well so we were sharing massages there but I remember I looked at my diary this was probably October 2003 and I realized that I had literally and no time to myself so I start in college at 9 a.

m. and with all the different activities I was doing all the different like practices I was doing so I wasn't just practicing massage I was practicing reflexology as well and then working and then sleeping and it turned out I had like about three hours a week to myself and then I was at work and things yeah I became a bit ill to be honest the my situation that the anxiety sort of came back not not came back but we just became worse let's say so I dropped everything the job the course everything and then I ended up working in the evolution shop for that Christmas period and then all the way until August the next year when I got another job so I just worked there part-time couple of days a week so I wanted to keep busy I didn't want to not be doing anything but in reality I could have just dropped one thing you know I could have still kept my job part-time and just got rid of the course or got rid of the job well no I couldn't have I couldn't have done but yeah I needed the money coming so I would have had to I could have just got rid of the course and just gone just continued working part-time but you know it's easy to say that now isn't it but at the time that's what I just had to sort of let everything I had to just let everything fall to the ground as it were this desk is becoming much more creaky than it used to be at least I hope it's the desk only things happen when I'm leaning forward and so that was the education of course then 2003 and then 2004 I did some home study hypnosis course and and completed that 95 I did what did I do 95 95 96 97 95 I did a reflexology course in Lowestoft because I pretty much completed the massage course the massage side of things I was just literally had to do the exam and I would have been qualified in Swedish massage but yeah I didn't get to that point but and I did so much practice in a way I preferred the reflexology it's it kind of grabbed me a bit so I like the idea of perhaps being able to reduce people's pain with reflexology and I had this really weird incident when I was at college I was doing my laundry in the laundrette good place to do your laundry and it's just me in there and this lady comes in and she's doing her laundry at least I think she was and she's sitting there talking to me and asking me what I do and within about 10 minutes I'm massaging her feet or doing reflexology on her feet is that normal and by by saying is that normal I'm not I didn't I didn't talk her into it or anything we just it just kind of naturally happened it's a bit weird though isn't it and then she left and I and we said goodbye afterwards I thought maybe she might have liked me if you let someone massage your feet and you enjoy their company and you enjoy talking to them and you're actually that relaxed that you actually get your feet out and let them touch your feet for me it was it was strictly reflexology it was nothing nothing weird in it but I was always looking for chances to practice but that was a bit ridiculous she probably got home and thought not that she wanted me to but she probably did wonder why didn't he ask me out or ask for my telephone number I literally said I'll see you then because I still had to do the drying of my washing so I'd sort of wait in there she'd finish what she was doing said I'll bye never saw her again ever at times like that and I think to myself did it really happen or am I just lying again just lying that definitely happened it's strange though oh well it was nice it was a nice strange because I like the idea of just helping people because what it is she had back pain or something that's what it is she had a pain in the body and I said well I might be able to help with reflexology she said what are you talking about what's reflexology hmm and I just like I said well get your feet out just getting your feet out in public it's probably a weird thing to do isn't it touching a stranger's foot and I had no oil or anything so no I didn't carry baby oil around with me that would have been yeah I'm not sure we had to make use of something else oh I think we've got some soap suds for the machine and the opening machine just like got some some of the soap suds and you know the soapy water and I used that no I didn't that'd be weird wouldn't it when she got home where you been let me guess you've been to the laundry how do you know because I can smell it I can smell the laundry on you because there's a puddle of soap suds in your shoes that's why I'm going with that one I so I did the reflexology course in Lowestoft another one I didn't finish but again I was I wasn't really fit to do it I would like I just I was still going in and out of the old anxiety stuff so and I didn't really enjoy it if I'm honest didn't enjoy the course the setup the traveling just no although I did meet someone this is a weird one I get my bed and breakfast get in there put my stuff in my room and I go for a little wander and as I'm like walking back this woman starts talking to me and she asked for a cup of coffee and at the one time I didn't bring my flask out I said well come and have a cup of coffee in there if you want so went upstairs to my room she had a cup of coffee I really didn't know what she wanted I'm not yeah I'm not very good at reading people or their intentions and like what do you want because I had stuff to do I need to go and get something to eat and watch television and that you know she was like just lingering so I was waiting for her to finish it finish her coffee so she could leave and she said oh I can't know what she said it's a long time ago but yeah 21 years ago blimey but I didn't finish the course because I just didn't like it I'll be honest I didn't it's a long way to travel it's a really long way like three three different trains and 95 94 95 yeah 95 I did it I did a hypnosis course as well where I traveled up to Oldham it's at Oldham which is a lot further but it was a weekend course but it was really good it was it was very social as well so I rented a hotel room for Friday night Saturday night yeah Friday night Saturday night I came back on the Sunday so I was working on the Monday and it was party time when I got there everyone was drinking and getting to know each other then we had all day this like the first day was a seminar then the next day was a seminar but Saturday night it was drinking and everything and we went out to Indian restaurant on a Saturday night it was good the the bar the bar lady said that she liked my accent which is something that I don't hear very well back then I didn't hear it very often because everyone around is got the same accent but there I don't know what it sounds like in her ear but she had a very I think old is it Oldham I don't know but very like we only are a nice accent that isn't a good impression but it was a different accent that she had a different accent Oldham Oldham it was northern anyway it's definitely not up north lovely lovely place I liked it and so I did that course I completed that but it was only two days I did get certificates but didn't need certificates for that what I did get from it though I got confidence because at the time I had a lot of educational stuff especially right with hypnosis and that and what didn't have what I didn't feel was confident and also what I didn't have was experience a very large book collection on hypnosis and hypnosis related subjects but no actual experience so that's when 96 came along to have I been saying 95 2005 I do apologize 95 I'm 30 years blind me 2005 was when I went to the hypnosis course and 2006 is when I started doing I also did a course I think 2005 where I went to a yeah I went to a pain relief meditation thing called breath works and it was a week but it was a basic it was a training course in how to help people to relieve pain using meditation to reduce chronic pain so I did that that was in Wales and that was when it was snowing some we're talking probably March time in 2005 in January 2006 I started another hypnosis course but then my current my girlfriend at the time got upset because I was going away to London to do this hypnosis course at the weekends and then that relationship ended and I kind of I didn't go off the rails but I had excess energy and I just that's kind of I decided that I'm not going to do that course anymore but I did decide that I was after a little bit of consideration and a few days of feeling sorry for myself to start this to start making recordings to start my free pain relief service even though I tried to do it in you know 2004 unsuccessfully and that's what launched this whole thing that I'm doing now the next training course I did would be 2007 when I first when I did my degree in counseling so I completed that then 2007 2008 2009 2010 in 2011 I started a degree in psychology again with the Open University but I was unwell and I didn't complete that so 2011 2012 2013 I just realized I haven't really done anything for years have I I mean for me it's continual education because I'm you know studying and stuff when I was a counsellor we used to have these continual studies as well so we'd have study days about certain subjects so yeah I had like continuous kind of study for the four years or whatever that I was doing the counselling I'm just trying to think of any other educational things I've done since well a couple of years ago I did start I did start the psychology degree but it's very very it was badly timed as it were because there was stuff going on and I just couldn't do it I couldn't do it I could do it but I couldn't do it and the first course was just extremely boring for me it didn't it didn't stretch me at all I was like I know obviously it would have got more difficult with the years and that as it went by but I just couldn't I just it just bored me so much because of like an introduction and it was stuff I already knew I just yeah I just couldn't couldn't bring myself to do the the whatever you want to call it the ESA the SA or ESA SA ESA SEA ESA ELA ELO DSA anyway and I just like oh so I quit I got extension after extension and then I just I hadn't yeah it wasn't the right time because it was it wasn't long after you know some big things happened I was just like oh I just didn't it wasn't good timing if you know what I mean I can't think of any other educational stuff that I've done apart from I mean I did training courses you know like in my jobs so I did for all three yeah all three insurance companies I had training so I trained how to learn about insurance three times so that you know I kind of still probably got some of that information in my brain the third one was harder not the information but just the the system they used a very different system a very outdated system as well it was it's like it was so complicated and you had to keep going back on yourself instead of so for me it's like with a you're gonna fill a form in it makes sense for it just to be 1 2 3 4 5 6 you know from the start to the end but if you think of this like filling a form in you go like 1 2 3 then you go back to 1 again 2 then you go to 9 then you go to 7 then 1 2 3 then go to 11 then go back to 3 and it was like that very strange and even setting up the policy sometimes you have to get ID from people never had to do that in the past and it's almost like they're doing everything to stop sales from happening which did not make sense to me yeah didn't I mean if you know if you're a salesperson the most important thing is to sell you know I mean it's obvious but sometimes even the second company it seemed like they were just trying to get in the way of you selling like come on just give me a take it give me a discount so I can sell it and yeah I remember one of the I forget what they call them now but the people used to be able to give discounts he really didn't like me and I was working the 2 or half 1 to 9 shift permanently for about half a year he just didn't like me and then we ended up being really good friends it's weird isn't it I suppose just me being there every day and he was an artist and he used to come and he'd show me pictures he'd done because it was quite quiet sometimes in the evenings and he told me that he'd been offered a job like a really well-paid job in London and he wasn't sure whether to take it on I said take it take it and he did he left which is good because he never liked the bloke no I did I don't know in the third insurance job I had a similar kind of thing I was sitting next to this bloke and he was a football coach for kids and he got offered like he just did it you know for fun of a passionate but he did it he's loved football he wanted to be a football coach and he got offered a contract for a year to coach the juniors at the local football ground and he didn't know whether to take it or not because he was worried about giving up his job for a year and what if nothing came out of it I said I tell you you know there's a good chance something will come out of it but I tell you what what will definitely come out of it if you don't do it and that'll be you regretting not taking it whether it's a year's time or 40 years time you will look back and you'll regret not taking this opportunity you can get another job you can get another job in insurance I mean we was in a town full of insurance companies it wouldn't have been difficult to get another job but to take that opportunity and he did I was actually I think I had a few days off work I came back and he was gone he didn't even give his notice just left so you probably won't get a good reference from that company but I don't think that would make too much difference it wasn't um it didn't have a great rep in the town that company anyway but I think it was better than what it was a bit yeah it was a bit of a like a cowboy show when it first started but then everything you know they got their got their stuff together and it was quite well run and got took over by another company that made sure it was all correct but it kept that reputation from before you know and ironically I was the same company that owned the company that I used to work for before before they sold it to the company that I was working for if that made any sense it did to me so yeah educationally I haven't really done much else I mean most of my education comes from just self-studying and things like that now although I do quite like the idea of going to university again and doing a degree but at university with other people but just for fun you know three years full-time education which I can't do you know I can't get funding for that I can get funding for part-time degree but it'll be a student loan so it has to be paid back but I can't yeah I would recommend anyone that if they're in the position to do it and they haven't had a degree yet and if you thought about it then yeah I'm glad I got mine and if nothing else it gives you three years off of providing you know providing you're not financially dependent upon a job to the point of not being able to sort of a sentence like silly silly sentence isn't it everyone's financially dependent upon the job but I you know I didn't have anyone that depended upon me I didn't have a mortgage to pay or any of that stuff I wasn't in debt so I could go to university for three years and just live off the little bit of money I was getting and I had a little part-time job as well and there was a degree of freedom I quite enjoyed that I hadn't had for a long long time yeah so I'm I don't regret doing any of the courses I've done because I've completed some and I've learned quite a bit from them even the ones I didn't complete I still learn stuff from them or maybe learn something about myself Oh I also in 2000 and 2022 I think I started a hypnosis course in London and I think I did two weekends and then it all went to rubbish like there was this big massive row and three of the people we had a tiny little group there's only about six of us seven of us in this tiny little room honestly it was not I'm used to being in big rooms with doing hypnosis courses big rooms with plenty of space and with maybe 25 30 people in it and you get to meet people and it's interesting you know this was a small room literally you there's no room to maneuver very just too tight and it was an it wasn't it wasn't cheap the course either and they had a room in this really expensive hotel so yeah anyway there was this big bust up between two of the two of the people that were on the course and the teacher and then another person got involved and it became really a really hostile environment it's gonna be weird it seems weird to say this but it was really really not nice at all and the teacher the tutor rather did not they he would not back down and she was this woman was crying and another woman was shouting and it was just really yeah I'd like it just like nope I just sent a letter sent a text I ain't coming back to that and I want my money back or I will get my high my high paid lawyer on you yeah but I said I know I don't I'm not can't come back to that and I didn't because it was just yeah it's very strange I've never experienced that before I experienced a little bit with the counseling course because of the subject matters and sometimes people have got a little bit passionate and and also spending three years with the same group of people personality clashes and that but this was everyone seemed to get on okay generally until this happened I can't even remember what it was about but he basically dismissed what she said or laughed at what she said something like that and yeah it was very very weird but I didn't want to go back to that I was like nah and now it's the last thing it doesn't mean that I wouldn't I mean I would still like to go on some courses in the future but for me it's not about getting qualifications when you finish as far as you know if I did a hypnosis course or something just it's just you know maybe learn something a bit new meet some new people just you know have a have a fun time really which might sound weird but that's kind of how I think about it and that is I do believe all of my courses that I can remember I might miss some out but sorry about that so I'm going to go thank you for listening remember to be kind to yourself because you do deserve to be happy be gentle with yourself you deserve to feel safe lots of love bye you
