Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com this is this is Q&A Q&A Q&A Friday it's been a year literally I've been doing this Q&A Friday for over a year now it was a year last week I still haven't figured out a tune a nice little tune nice little ease into it it's Q&A Friday maybe one day so my name's Jason Newland please only listen when you can safely close your eyes or else you do my website's cool got all my recordings on there you can stream you can download and you can also

ask me questions for future Q&A Fridays send me a message send me a request also I've got a Facebook group called Jason Newland's Boring Group and it's another place I do post and requests for Q&A Friday usually Wednesday or Thursday and when was it 23rd so yeah it would have been Wednesday and this time I've actually got eight questions a couple of weeks ago I got I think two questions last week I had a few more but I think eight's the most I've had for a while see yeah and what

else I've got a YouTube channel at Jason Newland's where I post it's basically my podcast now as well it's another place to listen to my recordings so all my latest recordings go on there it's yeah I think I'm kind of ruining my YouTube channel a bit by doing this but maybe over time it'll be appreciated I don't know yeah it might be maybe over time people think that's handy it's another place we can go and listen to him and I don't know YouTube at the moment it's you know I've lost

subscribers since I've been doing this since I stopped making videos of my my funny face talking subscribe subscribers have gone down not gone down a lot apart from okay the views on a month hasn't gone down but on a daily basis it's not yeah it's gone a bit down so I don't know we'll see what happens I just don't want to make videos really but if that's the only way maybe I need to keep the YouTube channel solely for hypnosis recordings get rid of all the other stuff just have hypnosis

recordings maybe or just have whisper hypnosis recordings maybe we'll see right so first question so it's the 25th of April 2025 and let's have a look at all the questions view or all the questions so the first question according to this is from Ben right so I'm just I'm mildly distracted myself by doing I'm also editing another recording at the same time I will give you my full attention partly it's just I'm not editing I'm just processing so the editing's been done this bit's just the easy bit but it's time

consuming it's basically I can partly edit in as well so adding the background music or adding the the the bits where I'm just talking and doing affirmations and things like that so okay I need to go back music just the music right the thing is we've got to a point where the day's gone by I left things a little bit late so I made a recording this morning and it was a whisper just a Friday whisper and I've done one for the last few days I don't know why but I

just have and then so I edited that that takes a few hours to do all that and then I made let me bore your pain away this afternoon because it's now 702 in the evening I finished that around five maybe yeah probably about five and then I had something to eat watched a bit of telly then I took Vinnie out I was out for a lot longer than I normally am because he's one of the neighbor's daughters and was excited to see Vinnie so he was like she was playing in

the park with him and I got back I probably left here 20 to 6 got back about 20 to 7 in that time really I should have had all the editing done but I didn't which meant I didn't know what to do because I like it's 20 to 7 I still haven't done the Q&A Friday still haven't edited the let me bore your pain away which gets priority but if I record the let me bore your pain if I know if I record the Q&A Friday I'm not going to be

able to edit it and upload it for tonight because Big Brother's on at nine the live eviction the final the actual final show and I'm not going to miss that and that finishes so yeah the that starts at nine so they'll be Big Brother final eviction finishes at half ten I think and unless I feel energetic and do the editing then or I suppose potentially just potentially I could do it while I if I do the very first edit and then I can do the rest of the processing while I

watch it that is a possibility I suppose so yeah kind of left myself a little bit late in the day to get everything done you know it's no one's fault and I'm the one that decided for some reason to do another let me bore your pain away I don't know why I don't know but I started laughing during that one I mean you know it's not hypnosis not supposed to be hypnosis it's just me talking but you know I just I caught myself off guard I said something silly and it

made me laugh but what can you do you know there's going to be some people that take it seriously like are you doing laughing this isn't but you know what I don't know if something makes me laugh it makes me laugh I thought about editing it out and then I just changed my mind I reduced the sound on that bit because it was a little bit loud but other than that I just left it in it's only a few seconds it was just silly silly thing so we'll see you never

know oh by the way I've lost um Jason Newland's Boring Group on Facebook it was seven 217 members now it's 216 what's happened who's left and why why have you left that's the big question why would you leave but I love you why would you leave me so yeah it's it's all right I'm okay with that well clearly not because I just made a big deal about it but yeah generally I'm not too bothered other than yeah a little bit it just makes me curious I mean the person might have

actually left Facebook or come off Facebook temporarily and as it is I don't have any friends or family on my Facebook and if I accidentally have them on there I'll block them not because I'm being rude I just don't have friends or family on my Facebook it is our Facebook is I wonder how many more times I can say Facebook it's specifically for what I do online that's what this is you know always has been pretty much in the beginning since 2006 I mean 2005 when was Facebook first come out

was it 2007 2006 I don't know I mean it might have come out I was never necessarily trendy so I might have discovered it once it became popular so it might have been around a while before so okay here we go Ben asks me oh a couple of questions all rolled into one so I've got questions from Ben Rich, Hilary, Tammy, Anne, Cindy, Cindy and Ali so Ben asks me best thing about life at the moment I don't know I think I quite like the change in the weather I like

this time of year I do I'm a springy person I like spring I've got no issue with any time of the year but I do I quite like spring it's the I like the lighter evenings the lighter mornings the birds singing to you know late at night the birds waking up again early hours of the morning and more flexibility for when I can go out with the little one because it's lighter longer in the winter I was having to try and go out while it was light and get everything done

before it got dark now I've got a bit more flexibility although I generally I'm in bed by 10 anyway so it hasn't made that much difference but even just going in the garden so he can do a wee I can see what he's doing up till is it nine o'clock now it's dark I'm not sure no I'm not sure I don't think it's light light at nine but it's fairly light it's not dark dark so I quite like spring that's probably the thing I'm liking about life the other thing I

seem to be having a bit of motivation to be making recordings so that's not surprised me yeah it surprised me a little bit because I went through a bit of a mildly manic state a couple of weeks ago and I was doing like three recordings a day and I was just getting so much done and then I thought oh I thought I was going to crash and although I did I didn't kind of completely crash it was sort of temporary it wasn't like full-on so I'm quite grateful for that I

know you've not asked me what I'm grateful for but it's a similar kind of question is it what's the best thing about life at the moment um I feel quite good about sending my first step mum the flowers for Easter even though it's not opened up it's not not opened up communication and I wasn't doing it for that I was doing it just as a nice thing and just to say thank you really for all she did all those years ago and to let her know that she's appreciated and I

do appreciate what she did I probably didn't at the time to be honest because I was a kid and when she left I probably she wasn't my favorite person for quite a while because she left but ultimately it's kind of you know if it wasn't for those nine years living with her where would my life be where would I be now I think she just caught me in time I was just young enough to be positively affected by her in a substantial way that allowed me to survive at least you

know I got through got through life I mean made loads of mistakes but I think I don't know I just I like to think that people like her my my Nan Andre and some other people my friends you know people family whatever that I've been close to over the years I've all had a positive impact and maybe perhaps made me a better person or want to be a better person there's still a lot of work to be done it will never be complete I'm like the is it the golden gate

bridge once you start painting one you just basically once you get to the end of it you have to start painting it again it's never complete it's never finished I'm nothing like the golden gate bridge that wasn't a good analogy really I thought it was before I said it I could have stopped myself saying it I just didn't don't know why so best things are like I suppose um I seem to be functioning well enough to make recordings and I think I'm seeing life a little bit differently these days and

realizing that I can't put stuff off you know it's I can like think well next year I'll do I'll sort of maybe do two recordings a day but actually all I've got is now or all I've got is this moment and try and make the most of it I guess and hope that it's good enough or that I'm good enough or that I'm useful that I've you know that I've made a difference because ultimately I know I'm going to be forgotten maybe maybe during my lifetime but I know that you

know eventually I won't be remembered as nothing's gonna nothing's gonna make people remember me not in decades or centuries so only really what really matters is now and the people that are around now that hopefully I can help a little bit and when I get feedback I feel better about it I feel feel better about what I'm doing because otherwise it can turn into a little bit of an ego thing like I have to pretend that I'm successful or pretend that I'm helping people but when I see it in writing

when I you know that it's like okay well I'm not pretending someone's actually is finding what I do useful because at the moment I'm doing those let me bore your pain away I don't know if anyone's I know people listening to them so that that's not an issue I know that's happening but I don't know really like how I don't know what's the right word I don't know if how people like if they people like them or or not because um yep stats has happened so 10 hours Let Me Bore

You To Sleep 1311 25th of march at the woman's toilet then trivia tuesday 1st of april 2025 Let Me Bore You To Sleep Q&A Friday 20th of march willy wonka monday's boring objects which was this week so that's one two three the fourth most popular one of the month the fifth most popular one was sunday papers 30th of march moving things okay Let Me Bore You To Sleep third of march one two three four five six but the seventh most popular one was the let me bore your pain away 25

earnest and then a couple down another one face pain let me bore your performance anxiety where it's been quite popular as well which was a request let me bore your pain another one the relaxation techniques that was fairly popular so people are listening I say popular I mean like as far as statistics go within the different you know over the last 30 days I mean I don't know over the last should you see for the whole this whole year what's been the most popular recording what should I say for the

last 12 months for the last 12 months most popular recording in fact I did I deleted some stuff didn't I I gotta stop doing that if I just go just this month this year this year january to now which is the 25th so the most popular it's been noisy all right okay so this is for the last three months january february march nearly four months 107 000 total downloads that's all right that's on the speaker I've also got soundcloud one as well okay just checking something you're working on the editing

aren't you no yes you are okay maybe why can't you do that put it on pause and do that why have we got to listen to you doing it well you're not listening to me do it and I might not be doing it the fact that I just told you I am doesn't mean I am constantly lying so the last two weeks has been yeah last the last three weeks have been quite busy so anyway um it's it's quite weird it's been noisy that was number one the susan sue special

Let Me Bore You To Sleep q a that was one of the most popular ones for the this year magic mirrors deep sleep whisper let me bore your pain away number 11 10 hours of music 8th of january so that was the one two three four five sixth most popular one of the year so far so someone's listening to them I just don't know if it's it's kind of like I don't want to do something if no one's listening I know they entertain me sometimes and it might seem correctly so

probably that I'm just entertaining myself when I'm doing these and there is a degree of that it's not why I'm doing it but if it entertains me then I'm going to enjoy doing it if you know what I mean that makes sense really doesn't it and with the let me bore your pain away I'm I'm talking about stuff that I'm interested in yeah I'm not just talking about my life I'm talking about you know a subject that is that I'm actually quite passionate about actually don't tell anyone but at the

same time do I really know what I'm talking about I don't know I like to think I know a little bit about it but I'm not I'm not qualified in any way when it comes to medical stuff and I do say that right at the beginning you know so if it helps it helps if it doesn't then that's a shame but hopefully if people are still listening then it must have something going for it because I believe that people are too intelligent really to be listening stuff if it's not useful

even if it's just entertaining or it's you know a friendly voice to listen to a familiar voice or relaxing I mean relaxing is a really good thing this is so important to be able to relax so if listening to me wobble on it helps the good what's your chill out zone out music right I like classical music I like piano music but I've noticed when I listen to piano music I you can hear the clinking of the keys it's almost like they've got the microphone in like on the lap of

the like of the penis so I kind of it's a bit clattery not all of them but Richard some of the older ones like Richard Clayderman and you know from the 80s who was a huge star back then the reason actually I like piano music is because my first step-mom was a pianist and she had a piano in the house and she was really good really really really great great um at doing it she used to play classical music and I used to love listening to it one of my things

and I mean really I've been listening to music to relax since I was a kid since I was really really young I've been listening to I say really young as far back as 10 as far back as 10 I could remember lying down listening to classical music and also listening to an album of movie songs or soundtracks and it just used to relax me and then when I moved upstairs when in the family home I used to listen to albums like Buddy Holly I used to listen to Madness the Monkees

like just my favorite albums I'd listen to and I would just relax you know whatever it was it was something I enjoyed listening to I didn't so much I mean I used to listen to the radio as well once I left there I can't just answer a question simply can I I have to give you my whole life story every time I answer a question sores about that and I when I moved always loved music I remember I went to my uncle's and he bought me a Walkman and it was

one of those yeah it was a really good Walkman and I got a greatest hits album on tape I'd already got it and I was listening so I was in the basement because that's where my bed was down there and that's like his playrooms he had computers and all kinds of stuff so I was sleeping down there and sometimes I'd just go down for a rest and I'd listen to the music and it'd just be you know now this no that was it now that's what I call music number two

or number three or number four it's very early on so it was like 1983 time and I used to relax just lay on the bed and relax because I remember one of the songs I just remembered one of the songs now that's what I call call music don't give up now that's why I call music number eight see that's what does me in really because I get the dates wrong how can that be number eight 1986 so it must have been a completely different time that we went up there don't

give up because we have friends 1986 blimey I really really thought it was earlier than that I thought it was like 80 no not a lot earlier but I thought it was now then that's what I call music number four or three 1986 I loved it now that's what I call music so that's what I can meet so let's go that's what I call music number eight so let's see if it's got the various now that's what I call music a few credits reviews tracks okay here we go so Duran

Duran Notorious so this is the first side Pet Shop Boys Suburbia Notorious Suburbia Run DMC walk this way walk this way the communards don't leave me this way swing out sister break out break out Steve Wynwood you gotta have love then you got orchestra maneuvers in the dark live and let die no live and die forever so I don't know what that one is genesis in too deep and don't know that one cameo word up Grace Jones I'm not perfect but I'm perfect for you Mellon Kim showing out get fresh

at the weekend showing out Jermaine Stewart we don't have to take our clothes off to have a good time oh no Jackie Graham step right up Janet Jackson what have you done for me lately human league human human and Boris Gardner I want to wake up with you I want to wake up with you baby and Peter Grey Gabriel Kate Bush the one I was thinking about earlier don't give up because you have us or friends the house martins think for a minute think for a minute like a madness ghost

train this uh oh looking for a ghost train all the girls is gone no it's the wrong one status quo in the army now oh we're in the army now how Huey Lewis in the news stuck with you stuck with you got a feeling down deep in my soul no stuck with you stuck with you big country one great thing nope this is really weird because I used to listen to this album and none of these songs I know the song well I remember most of them but I don't remember

it doesn't seem like it sounds very relaxing cutting crew I died in your arms tonight um Billy Bragg greetings to new brunette Kim Wilde you keep me hanging on it bites calling all the holes no calling all the heroes calling all the heroes I don't know that's what I need to I need to get that one and have a listen doctor and medics with Roy Wood Waterloo how can you believe that you won the war that was number one I remember that one Debbie Harry French kissing in the USA French

kissing in the USA hey Robert Palmer I didn't mean to turn you on but I remember that totally addicted to love Robert Palmer Paul Hardcastle the wizard the wizard they were wizards Gwen Guffrey the long they long to be close to you Nick Berry oh Nick Berry I love Nick Berry every loser wins once the dream begins in time you'll see fate holds the key and every loser knows not every winner knows so Nick Berry he was in EastEnders and great song just love it he also did Buddy Holly's Heartbeat

because he went well he was in a TV show called Heartbeat and Heartbeat and yeah it was good see that's probably one of the only out of all these people that were in TV shows like soaps that went on to do a song I would say Nick Berry's Every Loser Wins yeah that's the only song I liked pretty much that I really liked out of all of the songs that were done from Soapstars apart from Igly Nublilili or what was it Nublilili um was she in Home and Away or East

or um Neighbours Nublilili um I can't remember her name but she did a song in about 97 98 99 that was really good I can't remember the name well yeah I might not be doing it very good justice but it was a good song and then when I left school I yeah probably on a Sunday I used to listen to music in the evening or no on a Sunday to listen to music during the day Michael Jackson mainly though his albums that used to relax me I also got in the

habit during the 90s like the whole of the 90s and yeah pretty like yeah the whole of the 90s I'd listen to the top 40 on the radio and that would relax because I just sit there or lie down and just fall asleep listening to it and yeah I did it's just used to listen just general music really um I think as the internet's come in and there's more options like Classic FM and with um the streaming audio places they're good I like them I've I've used Spotify but I now

use Amazon no I don't yes I do do I or Apple I use one of them I don't even know who I use that's terrible isn't it is it Amazon music it's I don't even know Amazon did I just bang the microphone I think it's Amazon music I don't even know who I'm with I need to check this I think it's either Apple or Amazon Amazon Apple subscriptions oh it's Apple music okay so what did I think it was of Amazon oh I used to be with Amazon as well not

as well but instead of don't really need to but Apple Apple suits me I like Apple the Apple music it suits what I do or what I listen to nowadays I like to listen to classical music I do have a tendency of listening to audio books to zone out and really so the only podcasts I do like I mean I don't listen to many podcasts now I spend so much time making them and I do I have started to listen to my own recordings every now and then maybe a couple

of times a week I listen to but I only listen to the ones about music and for the length of the duration of the actual original recording so if it lasts for an hour or 50 minutes or an hour and a half whatever they're the only ones I listen to and I hope that answers your question I think well I don't think I hope I do do hope um Rich asks me what kind of breed is your dog and I've never seen a video and I've never heard him bark is

he boring too oh well he's a Jack Russell you'll never hear him bark the reason he does bark during the videos or during the recordings but I have to edit it out because it's so loud and you might occasionally you'll hear him in the background I mean at the moment he's obsessed with a fly I wish he was obsessed with his food he's just not been eating recently if he didn't have his stuff he just won't he'll eat dry food he doesn't want the wet food at the moment just a

bit bored of it I think I yes he's a little Jack Russell he's red he's I don't know how to describe him really he is loud and he goes from zero to you know super loud in a second in an instant I try and keep the noise down because the problem is if he barks a lot then the dog over this the other in the garden will bark or if the dog barks he barks and then someone starts shouting to the dog stop if it happens too often then I hear

music go on in one of the neighbor's flats and then he barks again and sometimes it gets to the point where another neighbor puts music on to cover up the music from that you know it just gets silly so I just kind of I try to avoid that situation by keeping him quiet oh that's a weird noise but it doesn't always work I mean earlier on today I was in bed and he literally woke me up while I was asleep by barking in my ear which is not the best way

to be woken up if I'm honest so that's why I don't you know I don't leave his barking in the recording if it wasn't supposed to be relaxing then I probably would I'll probably leave him in there but because especially you know after maybe an hour in or something it just wouldn't be ideal although occasionally I do leave in my laughing which is probably just as loud I try not to but occasionally I just yeah sometimes I just laugh I say something ridiculous and it makes me giggle is he boring

blimey and did you say too are you calling me boring is he boring no no he's full of it he's really full of energy very excitable very excited he loves seeing people he's got a few dogs that he likes to say hello to but he loves people really does and I do sometimes think I'm his least favorite person but that's probably because he spends all his time with me you know if he got to spend a bit more time away with someone else he might appreciate me a little bit I

don't know but no he does sleep quite a bit but I do take him out a few times a day for a walk so I just said that word and yeah he's all right he's okay boring no I wouldn't say boring annoying but I don't have boring and cute as well so Hillary asks me have you ever heard of Mrs.

Hinch she sounds like the male you sound like the male version of her and she says blimey nearly as much as you do I say blimey I don't really notice saying that do I say blimey a lot I notice I say so I try not to say so so so so but blimey blimey I don't do I I have to listen back I think that's what you call a blind spot I don't really notice so I guess I'm I suppose we all do but I imagine I do have a few

verbal mannerisms that I'm not aware of and I know sometimes I can be a little bit I don't always pronounce my words correctly sometimes especially if I've been talking for a long time occasionally I slur a little bit it's not because I'm drunk I think it's just because I'm tired my mouth is a little bit tired now Vinnie just barked then so I left it in so you can hear it okay Rich so you can hear him barking but that was just a tiny little bark then just as I was

talking he's trying to get that he's just frustrated with the with the fly the fly rather that he's trying to catch I've never heard of Mrs Hinch so I sound like a male version of her and she says blimey nearly as much as you do is it just what does she do the same kind of stuff as me never heard of Mrs Hinch is it someone that you actually know personally or is it is it a podcaster Mrs Hinch I'm going to look it up look her up rather Mrs Hinch

Sophie Rose Hinchcliffe born 16th February 1990 known as Mrs Hinch is a British influencer whose Instagram account features tips for home cleaning well that's where we divide I'm definitely I'm definitely now I'm very different from my friend that says I can't say the word and her cleaning books and her memoir has been included on the Sunday Times bestsellers list wow Hinchcliffe was born Sophie Barker in Basildon Essex it's not that far from where I live before creating her Instagram account she was a hairdresser she stated that she suffers from anxiety

and that cleaning helped her cope with it I know someone that's a bit like that this person said that I love cleaning I didn't believe her I was like why do you mean you love cleaning that just seems and her name is Sophie as well no I just like I couldn't get my head around the idea that someone would enjoy cleaning really I don't yeah I still can't right so she changed her name for the thing to March 2018 she created Instagram account initially to show how she and her husband

would redecorate in the house within two years she'd accumulated 2 million followers on the platform known as Hinch's and by the hashtag Hinch Army by 2019 2.5 million October 2020 more than 3.8 million so her content includes stories and short 15 second videos in which which she cleans and organizes her home blimey March 2021 ratings site go compare listed her as the highest paid home fluencer or clean fluencer in the United Kingdom second highest worldwide her first book Hinch Yourself Happy sold 160 302 copies in three days really wow is

I guess that I suppose is that be a digital version I really don't know I don't know if people if that's a lot though isn't it in October 2020 her memoir This Is Me also became a number one bestseller wow that's really so saying Hinchcliffe suffered health problems after gastric gastric band operation and she lost eight stone and she was prescribed antidepressants due to anxiety Hinchcliffe and her son Ronnie had been both being diagnosed as autistic wow no it's a first I don't even know what she looks like not that

it's relevant but never maybe I saw on TV I don't really watch oh there's a picture of her she's with a baby seven days ago wow she's a star isn't she I've never heard of her I have now did I just say ply me again didn't I wow I'm star I'm going to be self-conscious I've got to stop can't be self-conscious about things like that um Tammy asked me what are you up to this weekend there's only one thing that I'm up to not only one thing but there's one thing

that's the main thing and that is watching boxing on Saturday night which is Connor Benn versus Chris Eubank Jr there's been a huge build-up to it and lots of controversy and yeah I'm going to watch that tomorrow night I tell you I want to close this window it gets so stuffy in here because I've got all this electric equipment and maybe it needs a little bit of dusting to be fair so it really gets on my chest a little bit the heating might be on as well I don't know um

so yeah that is it Sunday I like to just relax if I can I have a tendency of staying in bed for a lot of Sunday I see that's usually my Sunday listen to some music chill out um I mean technically that could be every day I suppose but I try and I like to think that even though I'm not working I'm not earning a living or doing anything like that but I am contributing in my own little way towards society maybe not local society but hopefully you know the wider

society and yeah I hope that's the case but yeah on yeah Tammy boxing that's what I'm going to be doing I'm going to be watching boxing tomorrow night with Vinnie and I watch all the fights I watch it from beginning to the end and then I go to bed so that that is it that's tomorrow I may make a recording tomorrow I don't know see how I feel Sunday there's Sunday papers in Saturday I generally do like a uh catch up or Saturday summary we'll see see how I feel it

depends what kind of noise is going on around as well because it's a nice day Saturday there'll probably be a lot of activity in the garden and stuff so we'll just see see what happens see what goes on but boxing that's the thing I'm gonna be focusing on and hopefully I'm not disturbed by anyone um and suddenly I got and did you ever get your chocolate egg from your neighbor I did I did I did I did I did I I didn't ask him because I was playing around with the

idea of trying to figure out a way to be subtle and you know remind him to get me the egg or remind him if he has already bought the egg to give it to me so I could put it in my tummy and he knocked on my door I think Saturday was it Saturday I think it was Saturday evening and he gave me a chocolate egg or was it Sunday it might have been Sunday actually or was it Monday I think yeah I think it was Saturday I lose track but

yeah I did get an egg it was a Cadbury's cream egg chocolate egg so it's a big well you know it's a fair size egg and yeah it was lovely so that was nice I know I'm not supposed to eat chocolate I just got another letter from the NHS talking about my pre-diabetic and how I'm a high risk and all that stuff so yeah after my chocolate's now done I've I've eaten a fair bit of chocolate over the last probably two two and a half weeks because of Easter but now

that's done I'm not going to have any more until tomorrow I don't know maybe but yeah so I did get the Easter egg and it was the first Easter egg I've had for decades that I've had anyone give me I think unless of course I've just forgotten there's a chance I've forgotten yeah but yeah it was nice and I didn't have to sort of put any hints you know like put in a new yeah I suppose I could have just I haven't had a a new letterbox put in in the

shape of an Easter egg but that would be expensive and I'd probably get probably get kicked out of my flat for doing that by the council so it's not really worth it for the sake of a five pound Easter egg is it five pound as in money not weight but I don't know what the weight of an Easter egg is I've never weighed one I really don't know and Cindy what are some habits or things Americans do that baffle you that puts me on the spot doesn't it I have to

be very careful what I say next so I'm going to answer the next question first do you have Cadbury's Cadbury eggs all year or only Easter right we only have Easter eggs at Easter well the build-up I'd say probably maybe January until Easter and then they're off the shelves I mean it's been a while since I've been in the supermarket but it always used to be a case of if they weren't sold they'd be sold for a discounted rate the day after whatever and they'd all be gone really quickly and

then no Easter eggs again until the next year which would probably be you know maybe January February I'd say possibly January so it's only during that period that Easter eggs are available and Cadbury's Cream Eggs on the other side and again they're only available generally during that period as well they're like beginning of the year and some people buy them they buy them so they can have them for much longer so they'll buy like huge amounts and they'll like the garage I think they have them for like six months of

the year but eventually they run out and so you kind of have to make do with if you like chocolate in this country's have to make do with chocolate bars or those kinds of you know candy or treats whatever you call them so so we don't call them candy in this country at least my age group don't I don't know maybe it's now called candy I can't keep track I really can't is things that you know I now kind of a little bit understand how frustrating it was for the older

generation when I was younger because they weren't keeping up with the times and now I'm not I like to think I'm not way behind the times because I'm online and I'm seeing what's being said and I'm kind of keeping up to date with the news and stuff like that but when it comes to conversations I'm I'm you know I mean I was literally in the park just now well a couple of hours ago and my neighbor's kids and she's she was literally my neighbor was pregnant with her when I moved

in here so she's like nine or something not my neighbor who's pregnant her daughter and she's with her friend in the park and she loves Vinnie and Vinnie loves her he's known for years and I've known her since she was born but these two little girls they kept saying they kept saying it's not that deep it's not that that's like is that a new saying now I know what it means I've seen it on Big Brother and I've seen people say it but but what I've noticed and it happened I've

seen it loads of times in the past where people they overuse it and it loses its context and in it was one of those where a lot of the young people would say in it it's cold in it but then they'll be saying it's like I'm hungry in it no that's not a sentence I'm hungry isn't it that's not yeah that's not like grammatically correct so it went from but then it was like in it every other words in it but then when I was growing up probably 15 16 I

was constantly saying you know I mean you know I mean after every sentence you know I mean you know I mean you know I mean and I blame Frank Bruno for that because he was an absolute hero in this country and he used to say you know I'll be Larry and and I really loved him so I wanted to be like Frank so I was like constantly you know I mean and I was saying it all the time without even realizing it and I think I'm I don't know I've seen

it as well you get me you get me I heard that a lot in London you get me and it's there's another thing like swear down I've heard people say that as a kind of a joke and then it turns into normal language it's weird I don't know it's it's kind of I think and I'm the same we just pick up from other people just little mannerisms I've noticed that my friend Luke he would spend some time with someone and he'd come back I'm not saying he didn't he wasn't a

mimic but he'd come back and he'd have their mannerisms if he was with them for a couple of days just solely with them and he'd come back and he just just a few things because I knew the person he'd spent time with and he'd come back and he's like yeah one is this that and the other now he never said that any other time and this is someone I saw every day for years but whenever he spent time with this one particular person who did say this that and the other

quite often you know as a like a kind of bother to explain about this that and the other and I was just like wow he he just absorbed other people's mannerisms sometimes a bit like when his dad visited he kind of took on some of those mannerisms and I wonder if he took any any mine on but I noticed I took some of his on as well and so it's kind of if you're around someone I suppose it's natural isn't it and the other person that you know this that and

the other was a very close friend of his as well so I guess someone that he respected and yeah I don't know I don't know where I was really going with that to be honest okay so the chocolate's being sorted right I gotta come back to this what are some habits of things Americans do that baffle you okay baffle baffles an okay word isn't it I was thinking more annoy but no not doing annoying baffle okay things Americans do that baffle you right I'm not going to get into politics okay

right but I do find and this is just from it's not really from the news it's what I see online I see a lot of stuff online and and people seem willing to fall out with family members over a difference of opinion that baffles me I had a I had a friend that did that with his with her son they had a political completely different political opinions like really you know extreme different opinions and she said I can't talk to him I don't have nothing to do with him because he

thinks differently to me and I sat down and I said I don't mean to be harsh here but he's not your friend he's your child you're not friends you're his mother because he was only like 17 18 at the time like it doesn't matter what he thinks what his opinions are does he treat you right is he kind to you he's got different opinions that's just normal now the idea I've seen people um I just seen heard people say I can never be any friends of anyone unless they agree with

everything that I agree with well I bet anybody any amount of money that you will never find anyone that agrees with you completely ever because you'd have to really delve into every single subject there'll be something you disagree on whether the person keeps it quiet or not sometimes it's easier to do that but I've known loads of people I had completely different um belief systems to my friend Luke downstairs didn't stop me being good friends with him completely different not complete like not completely completely different but you know extreme different

views but we still cared about each other we still had a laugh at each other I laughed at each other and with each other um it just wasn't that deep you know you get me in it swear down it's that baffles me but it's not just about anyone it's the extreme side of things and I think well I've had a friend stop being my friend because of a situation like this because I just had a difference of opinion and it wasn't over anything political it wasn't over anything I think whether

he's having a bad day or I said something that he didn't like but you know a friendship that was from 1989 all the way to 2015 it's quite a long time isn't it you know he was happy just to let that relationship that friendship go because of a disagreement you know it's it's it's strange I don't know um I think that's what it is like disagreements I like to think that we can disagree and still get on but if it's family members you know if I had to agree if I

never spoke to anyone I disagreed with then I never speak to anyone because I've never met one person ever in my life that I completely agree with with every single thing they say or every opinion they have and in a way I think it's quite interesting to have different opinions and I realize extremely different opinions can lead to war I realize that so that's not ideal that's probably not the right wording is it you know I'm war war really isn't ideal is it no but so that baffles me but it's

again it's not just Americans but I've noticed it recently and we had a similar thing here during Brexit in this country where people were really against each other and the press and constantly bringing stuff up trying to get people to go against each other and I don't know why that's like can't we just can't we just cuddle and get along you know things that people weren't even thinking about now they're thinking about it and that that just surprises me how easily people are manipulated I don't know why it surprises me

but it just seems so obvious in ways sometimes I mean I'm no doubt I'm being manipulated as well so I'm you know the things that I'm not aware of is the things that are going to affect me I guess but other things I tell you one thing that really really surprised me I don't get this at all and this is probably something that is going to make you maybe curious in America I don't know if it's every state or everywhere I watch these YouTube videos of and I've seen them on

TV as well but I don't watch TV much now but YouTube videos of police pulling people over and who they've suspected are drinking driving or whatever intoxicated and they spend the next 30 minutes trying to get them to walk down a straight line and hop on one leg and do a do a head spin and do handstands and all that kind of stuff to test their sobriety get them to blow into a thing it takes like two minutes and you can see whether or not they're over the limit or not

it's really simple it's like faffing around and I don't know why they do it it's just in this country as far as I'm not I'm not a driver but as far as I'm aware if they think you're over the limit they give you a breathalyzer and if you refuse a breathalyzer you get arrested and you get taken in and you know so but when they do do the breathalyzer they take you into the into the police station and then they do another sample I think it might be a blood sample

this time and they get a correct reading so breathalyzer is a ball ballpark figure and I don't know if they put the two together to kind of make the correct figure but if you refuse to have the breathalyzer and you refuse to get tested when you get back to the police station then you're in trouble you're on the naughty step so I never I never really understood what because it seems like a waste of police time and the time of the person you know the the human I don't know what

you want the driver to be faffing around for like half an hour when it can be over and done with maybe five ten minutes if they don't if they pass the breathalyzer they're under see ya that's it isn't it but yeah I'm sure there's a reason for it maybe it's it's just the way things are done it's just maybe it works it works in a way that I don't understand because I'm not a police am I so I don't know it just seems a little bit wasteful a little bit of

a waste of time trying to get someone especially when they're clearly drunk or clearly intoxicated you know some people are obviously intoxicated unless they've got you know a very a physical problem you know other than that I've been around enough intoxicated people to generally tell when someone is I think I might be wrong though I think the thing is with it's like it's an old joke but like Sam Kinison used to say or was it Bill Hicks I don't know he'd say well drunk people would never a sober person would

never drink and drive most sober people would never drink and drive but a drunk person perhaps doesn't know doesn't realize that they're not sober it's one of those weird things so in this country how silly it is is pubs and places where they serve alcohol not only do loads of them have car parking space but you're allowed to drink and drive in this country but only a specific small amount so drink drive limit UK so the UK limit is you can drink blood alcohol limit I don't know pint of lager

one so let's go one one pint of lager you have had 2.5 approximately of alcohol you should wait at least 3.5 hours before driving one pint of standard lager wow 2.5 of alcohol you should but this is but it's not illegal to uh anyway I don't know what the limit is but you can you are allowed to have a certain amount of alcohol which just seems ridiculous it makes the law harder I think personally just drink or not drink just make the rule no alcohol and driving cool done you know

just simple but I had to make it well actually I remember the I've seen clips from the 70s or late 70s maybe early 80s when they were gonna do the drink driving thing so you can't and the amount of people are saying I drink I they just did this documentary and it was in the 70s like 78 77 people were saying I drink better I drive better when I'm drunk when I'm drinking so they did a test they put like a bunch of people in the pub gave them the exact

same amount of drinks and before they did that they got everyone to drive around this little course everyone did fine and after the drinks got everyone to do exactly the same thing but they they gave them some of them more drinks than others so they kind of gave someone like a couple of pints then four pint you know like that so that they could judge it so I'd like five people in a certain amount and you know so on and so forth and this that and the other and it was

funny because these people that were really good at driving weren't once it had some alcohol in them and the ones that had the most they were knocking cones over and it was just they didn't even know they thought they'd done really well so I don't really know what the laws are in America over that so Americans baffle me that caused me just a bit of surprise but this isn't new but I think some of the TV shows where the adults are the kids look like adults so in high school and

they look in 20s it just seems to be especially like young what is it 9010 or whatever it is and they all like they all look older than the age and what's it that the age of consent is weird one as well not just for whoopee but also drinking so let's have a look okay I know it might change depending on where you live yeah but it's 18 for whoopee but then driving list of minimum driving ages is it 17 in America Algeria 18, Cameroon 16 and Mount Mali 21 that's a good age I know Morocco 18,

16 motorbikes it's kind of the same everywhere South Africa 17 provisional license yeah same here America United Kingdom 16 so United States 16 is legal driving age but permits can be obtained at 15 okay so you can get a driving you can drive at 16 in America and drinking age 21 five years 21 so you can drive a car around but you can't drink it just I mean obviously the two don't go together but that's something that's very different from over here so it's I'm surprised there's not more Americans coming

to the UK or anywhere to be any any part of the world where you can drink 18 because waiting to 21 is it's a long time it's you know I mean I was I think I was and they don't let's face it who waits till they're 21 anyway so I think when I was so is another word I seem to say quite a lot oh blimey oh I started drinking in pubs when I was 16 but I didn't look 16 I didn't even probably look 14 they knew the only time

I could get served was in a pub when it's really quiet midweek when there's no one around and that's I've kind of had to hide in a corner sometimes you know that'd be it but the other times is when if it's really busy at the weekend where you kind of just you pale into the background no one really knows you there and so yeah and other people you know new people so they buy me a drinks or buy it buy it for me I think it helped a little bit because

I worked in the chip shop so a lot of people knew who I was or I served them their chips you know so they probably felt that maybe I was 18 I just looked very young and I did look very young when I was 16 I probably looked about 14 when I was 18 probably 16 I was about two years behind really so I find that I just find it interesting that the legal age 21 I don't know what it used to be don't know why why is that though I

don't know what the rules are I don't know what the history don't know what the history for it was most laws apply only to drinking alcohol in public places ah so in see Vinnie just barked again there so you can purchase 21 so I mean to be this does make sense though it's an effort to reduce the amount of drunk driving rates among teenagers and young adults so you can't I can't say that's not a good thing so that actually so yeah thinking about it that way because you think about

it like they get used to driving and let's say 16 five years so yeah yeah it's a good idea actually so this is things that I just find I said like a bit baffling I think it's not bad I mean I personally don't think it's a bad idea to have people not drive until they're 30 and ban alcohol altogether I'd be popular wouldn't I but it's one of those things you can't you can't do that it just wouldn't go down very well would it and other countries have tried to ban

alcohol and it just led to crime didn't it led to yeah the what's it people like what's this name Al Capone doing naughty things I don't know what other things I think some of the words I find strange just not just baffling me I don't know quite how we got there like pronounced differently I mean maybe in this country we pronounce it wrong it's possible I don't know but things are aluminum aluminum aluminum aluminum we call it aluminium aluminum aluminium and what other words roof we say roof and like in

America roof and sidewalk pavement just little things like that it's just zebra zebra we call them zebras the alphabet you know it's uh l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z it's not z we don't say z here perhaps we used to I don't know I definitely said it on Sesame Street and I've heard people say z like in this country like English people use z not just by saying jz I call them jz because we I don't do z it's z and I

won't back down from that I just can't but then if I met him I'd just call him j wouldn't I although that'd be uncomfortable because I'm j not him I'm the original j because I'm older am I older he might be older than me jz how old is he he might be older he's oh he's a year older than me but that's not his name anyway it's not jz it's Sean Corey Carter so he was born December 1969 we don't really hear much over here about what's going on with him

and just like with yeah just that kind of stuff and what's his name puff daddy diddy and I don't know if what's happening I want to go down that rabbit hole but puffy puff I don't know is is he I don't know where he is right now I don't mean like I've got no cameras on him but personal life blimey blimey all right okay so he's still in the same place he was before okay so and I watch the news and you know I'm not like watching the news all the

time I dip in and out of it but we don't seem to see much about American celebrities on the news so much I'm sure there's a lot of it online and I do go on YouTube quite a bit but they don't seem to be covering it a lot as much as they used to hmm hmm I don't know I'm walking in the air what is this oh yeah okay so I'm trying to think of anything else that just just to find interesting that's a bit confusing I think some of the

words you know the terminology I find just different but then I've grown up listening to it so it's not like it's unusual but it does I do sometimes think really really no I do think oh really thanks mate make a bit more noise can you please thanks cheers yeah I don't know it's not really the American people just more the I suppose the the impression that what I see on TV as opposed to in real life because I don't you know in real life I don't know any American people like

in actual face-to-face life I have met them but I have never been to America and I guarantee that America is nothing like how it's portrayed on the TV and in movies just in the same way that England is nothing like how it's portrayed in America you know there's there's I've been told that by lots of people as well and even stars have said it that what's he doing he's staring at the floor and there's a fly on the floor and he's just staring at it and he's inches away from it

because he knows if he goes near it it'll just fly off hours of entertainment for him so I'm just trying to think um I do sometimes wonder why again this this could be I don't mean this in a controversial way it's the same here though but why people would live in a place that has a hurricane not hurricane season um whirlwind season or whatever it's called what is it not whirlwind what are they called what's the thing to know the Wizard of Oz it's like it just if there's an area

which gets completely flattened every time every year at a certain time like that seems like a not very good place to be building land or building places to live but maybe it's a really lovely place to live so who am I to say but it's the same here there's they've been built houses and properties on floodland so but that's the builder's fault isn't it it's the council and the builder's fault not people have moved in because they probably didn't know I don't think anyone would purposefully move into a place that's

going to get flooded that just doesn't seem very likely um I find the what else baffles me I think it's just because it's all based on what I see on TV what I've seen in movies and TV shows reality shows cartoons you know it's not really based in not really based in reality it's based on my interpretation of someone's someone else's interpretation of America so yeah it's just somehow I mean especially like the drink driving thing like getting them to do somersaults and the splits and jumping up and down like

a bunny across an invisible straight line it just seems just seems pointless in a sense of just do a breathalyzer seems to be the thing the most ideal thing another thing I mean I want to go through differences but I'm surprised that just the amount of guns out there if there is as many guns in America as what is portrayed then I'm surprised anybody goes around causing problems with each other because if you put if you gave guns to everyone in this country you'd lose probably half the population in the

first weekend you know it's just there's a reason the population the populace do not have guns especially in this country there's there's people wouldn't be able to yeah no I'm including myself in that one no no no so I do wonder it baffles me what it must be like to grow up um with guns around I mean it used to be I used to if you'd have asked me this question 20 years ago I would have like been going how can you stand seeing the police walking around with guns but

now we have guns here there's more and more police with guns they always used to be in London that was standard but now there's more and more armed police walking around and they have tasers as well but it's yeah it's more norm it's yeah it's just more kind of how it is now but that baffled that has always baffled me a little bit the whole gun thing I understand but I understand different sides of the argument with that one not that I'm getting into politics but I understand you know it's

kind of it baffles me this is nothing that baffles me but in a good way it's more it baffles me why we are more like that in this country see in America you can defend your property you can protect yourself someone breaks into your house or someone attacks you you can defend yourself in this country we can't we can but you're going to get in trouble serious trouble and even like defending yourself against an attack in the street minimal oh my stomach's gurgling it's almost like unless you're some kind of

martial artist expert and knows how to softly unarm someone and just put them into a gentle cradling sleepy position whilst you wait for the police to come you know it's it's kind of ridiculous because we can't carry anything we can't we're not allowed to carry guns obviously because we don't have guns but not allowed to carry anything to protect ourselves at all nothing that could be classed as a weapon so if you're going to walk around with a baseball bat in your in your bag you better make sure that you've

got a baseball ball a baseball ball a baseball in there as well and have a good reason for having the baseball bat in there even though that could save your life it's one of the weird things you know it's just um i'm gonna get some dog spray because we can't use mace mace is illegal in this country everything that could help you is illegal pretty much but you can get dog mace so if a dog if with a dog attack you could spray that so if you've got a dog if

you're a dog owner you can carry that around and use that if necessary against it's going to work with a human just as it does with a dog and it's weird it's really strange the way i think america seems to it seems to be a bit more pro taking care of yourselves and being able to look after your family here there's nothing it's really it seems to be whoever's willing to do whatever they do will get away with it very strange i don't understand it that's gone in a weird weird

direction but yeah it's just there are things like that that baffles me that's not about america there's more about the difference between here and there so i'm trying to think what other things i'd like to visit i mean it'll be welcome but i'd like to visit america providing and things you know sought out in the world and everyone gets on that's all i really want in life i want everyone to get on don't have to agree with each other but just just get on you know just work through it there

seems to be there's a lot more focus on things that divide us than things that actually pull us together and there's more things that pull us together i mean i live i'm a buddhist i live in a place a local person that's muslim and there's more we've got more in common than we have difference it's completely different religion different ideals you know different kind of belief systems i guess but we get on really well he's got a lovely family and they all like me and i i mean his wife cooks

me cook me food you know it's like it's like we can get on as long as we don't have conversations that there's certain conversations that we probably couldn't have and in the same way there's certain things i couldn't talk about um but if you know someone has a strong opinion maybe just don't talk about that subject maybe right noise has started from somewhere else in the building so i don't think it helped with vinny barking he'll just had a big old bark then and that's sometimes what happens he barks the

music goes on because they don't want to hear him barking which i understand because i don't want to hear him barking either uh alley asks what are your thoughts beliefs around manifestation manifestation well i've read or listened to loads of books on this subject and for me i've kind of gone quite deep with it just to find out what the original people believe in and where it came from and all that stuff it goes back a long time and the main book is think and grow rich that's the main book

and i mean i know i'm coming from a different angle i suppose but if anyone wants to really understand about the well should we call it the secret it's not a secret but you know the manifestation the best teacher he's unfortunately passed away a couple of years ago bob proctor devoted his entire life to teaching the basically what's in think and grow rich the book and think and grow rich was written by blimey it's gone out of my head that's ridiculous think and grow rich napoleon hill to me there's two

of the biggest exponents of that book that are promoted the most i mean over decades and decades and decades would be bob proctor and earl nightingale now earl nightingale has a video of him on YouTube it's called the secret is it called the secret i have a secret or something like that that's where i came over him probably six years ago and the actual the movie the secret the secret which was the law of attraction manifest your dreams 2006 and it just had a bunch of people just talking about the

law of attraction and it became not really popular and everyone was talking about it i just i was interested i you know i read it i watched it on YouTube online and stuff when it first came out and it's interesting and it was something that i didn't really know what they were talking about like just get on with it what what is the secret uh bob proctor was one of the main people on that video on that secret thing ronda byrne but it seemed to be for me people were reading

it or watching the video and it wasn't actually telling them what it was it's like it was very very surface level that's just how i perceived it to be at the time bob proctor goes really deep with it like really deep he devoted his entire adult life to that book think and grow rich and that's where the secret came from that's where it was so l nightingale they got the idea the terminology the secret really from him although thinking go rich they did talk about the secret you're going to hear

it in each chapter and whatever l nightingale loved the book but then he started to study and he studied lots of lots of books and he became a huge he was one of the first real stars one of the first real stars of self-help i mean nightingale and conan conant and nightingale or whatever that that company sold self-help books and audios for you know decades and he was quite a big star in america in the 50s and 60s i think he was on radio and things like that i think he

was there's also videos of him on tv as well i think so he expanded upon it bob proctor really went deep on it he also expanded on it but he kind of i find l nightingale the way he describes it different you know it's nice to hear him describe it in certain ways that really makes sense bob proctor goes as i said really in a different direction but he covers everything and then you've got the actual person that wrote the book think and grow rich and napoleon hill i've got tapes

of him talking as well books where he's talking and i've got i think about three different versions of that book on audio i've also got audio napoleon hill talking himself because he devoted like 20 years of his life to interviewing successful people i think he also interviewed people that weren't successful as well but that his focus was successful people and he got introduced by oh what's his name uh tycoon in america he was i was gonna say lego not lego tycoon although whoever owns lego is going to be a tycoon

isn't he is it iron usa tycoons 1960s literally so it wasn't rockefeller was it rockefeller british american who was rockefeller maybe it was rockefeller i don't think so it was wasn't howard hughes really john d rockefeller standard oil trust wasn't rockefeller it was wasn't henry ford i don't know understand how can henry ford not be like at the time of his life you know the original henry ford how can he not be the richest man in the world when he basically owned cars and how could he have not been one

of the most richest in history it's weird isn't it ford i mean henry ford man i can't remember i can't find it wasn't rockefeller it was someone steel he was into steel steel companies and oh it's gonna bug me now i don't know why it doesn't really matter henry ford and i'm just going down nope henry chose steel tycoons okay steel steel tycoons 10 most interesting steel tycoons here we go it'll be on this one here this one will be the one yeah i've seen his face straight away i know

his face so not adrian andrew melton william henry martin nope jp morgan the jp morgan isn't that the same steel is wow he bought the steel company off of the one i'm thinking of andrew carnegie who is the number one andrew carnegie i thought he would have been one of the richest men in the world at the time so jp morgan bought the steel company off of andrew carnegie and then went on to be fairly well off i mean jp morgan is i mean it's the bank isn't it isn't jp

morgan one of the players they should like run the banks in the world or something anyway um so i got quite deep into it and still reading i read think and grow rich i listen to it every every day every couple of days i listen to it and it's not about growing rich clearly because i ain't got no money so it's it's not about that and it's not about manifesting really i think in some ways from a practical perspective is you do it's what you do you get what you you

you you you sow what you reap you know it's really it's quite as simple as that you get what you put in you get out what you put in you do nothing you get nothing and l nightingale his phrase which is my favorite phrase of all time really and well no i mean outside of a relationship um would be is we become what we think about and that resonated with me when i first heard it resonated with me and it makes sense because it fits in with everything i've learned psychologically

and from the hypnosis perspective from the buddhist perspective even from any religion really in a sense it fits together and i've seen it with my own eyes heard it with my own ears experienced both personally how my thoughts have affected my life and how other people's thoughts have affected their lives and it's pretty much undeniable to me so that is my thoughts and beliefs about i don't really think of it as manifestation um but that's kind of what it is it's that ballpark isn't it it's like manifestation the law of

attraction we become what we think about so if you spend if someone spends all the time thinking about something that's not good or focusing on things that are not going well then they're kind of invited more of that into their life they don't mean to be and it's not you know it's not purposely doing that and it's not a it's just there's so many examples of that if we look around and i used to be one of those examples and sometimes i still am so my whole life is based around

this we can't we become what we think about so i think about this and it doesn't mean that i want to turn into a podcast i mean i am the podcast there used to be a time when i was yeah i feel like i am the podcast now really this is me and i think that yeah i don't know i'm not trying to make this about me but i just want to say about the america thing i don't want it i hope that didn't come across as bad because i i

know a lot of my audience maybe the majority of my audience are from america and i really really appreciate anyone that listens to me and finds me useful and so it's never a criticism and every country's got its you're not the only weird ones we're all weird we're all weird england wow what i do like about americans is they seem to be more upbeat more positive you know have a good day have a good day here in this country how are you not too bad could be worse you know it's

a very and it's not even negative but it is negative but not negative it's yeah there's kind of like that or just expect the worst no good no good turn no good deed goes unpunished all that kind of rubbish it's like i understand that mentality because i've i go in and out of that you know so i'm trying to for me i'm trying to try and get some sentence out of that keep saying or a train the attempt is by focusing on positive stuff i can get out of that hole

quicker when i fall into it as it were and maybe not fall as deep and have a reason i think that this is what i've i think i've come to this conclusion i know this isn't supposed to be a um a philosophy of life you know but i kind of come to the idea the conclusion that really i don't have to go i've got finished oh what was i going to say just trying to just do our best in it what we could do is our best and big brother's on

now so i'm going to go see i was about to tell you what my philosophy of life is and it's just focus on one thing and this is this this is what i do this is my entire life and hopefully it'll be good it'll continue so thank you for listening remember to be kind to yourself because you do deserve to be happy be gentle with yourself you deserve to feel safe lots of love bye
