Anyway, today is Monday the 10th of March 2025. It's been a busy day actually. Busy day.
Mind you, I was going to talk about, I'm going to do a boring Monday. Monday's boring objects. I want to talk about today.
It's the first time I've gone out all month. Is it? It's not. It's well all month, all of this month.
Yeah, I did go out in the first week of last month. It's probably a month since I last went out. I mean, actually, you know, actually out out as opposed to just walk in a little penguin.
It's not a euphemism. Walk in the penguin. So yeah, I went out, I had to go and collect my prescription.
Anyway, looks like there's a shadow on my face today. Is it a microphone, microphone shadowy on me? Or just my beard, my dark, really thick, sexy black beard. Really on my forehead of hair.
For those listening on the podcast. And for those listening on the podcast, not watching on YouTube, you don't need to watch the videos because I can describe myself very well. And just so you get an idea what I look like in reality, you know, so I need to watch videos or anything.
Just just listen to the podcast. I can be anything you like. About six, five.
Got very good. I got dark hair and blonde hair. It's kind of a bit of mixture.
And but it's thick, it's very, very a lot, a lot of hair and no bald patches. Not one, not one bald patch. No baldness at all.
Very unbald, completely hair, hairy, hairy head. Often that's what people call me, hairy head. Well, sometimes they just call me Jason.
But you know, sometimes, you know, that was just the teachers. Beard, there's a trimmed beard, but it's very dark, very naturally dark hair, because I'm so very young. And I'm 26.
So yeah, 26 years old. I weigh probably 12 stone. Very slim, extremely slim.
And what does my face look like? I've got brown eyes and big, thick eyebrows, very dark, very dark. And cute little little tiny little pixie nose, very cute little nose, tiny little nose. Very pale, very pale.
Not, not pink. I've got pink skin, very pale. Very pale, so pale, almost like a ghost.
You can, you can see through me almost. And what else? Massive ego. I've got size, that chap's got the size of me.
Size 10 feet. That's my, that's my actual size feet. So yeah, that's about it.
Size 15 feet. Yeah, size 15 feet, which would look weird. And yeah, no fat, though, completely skinny.
No fat at all. So yeah, that's, that's what I look like. Just in case you're wondering.
And for those that can't see me, for whatever reason, if you're just listening to my voice, that's, that's a description. Some people say, oh, JJ, juicy JJ. What? You just sound, you just sound so amazing.
Like, okay, fair enough. But you sound younger. I mean, you talk about being 54.
You're not really are you? I was like, no, I'm not. I just joke about being old. I'm actually 21.
20. What was I 26? I'm 26. 26.
And I smell really good. Yeah, smell amazing. If you think about the most expensive male cologne, like the world's most expensive, the almost if you smell it, it lifts you off your feet with instant delight.
That's why I smell like after I haven't washed three days. That's a sort of, no, I'm gonna say the next thing is gonna involve diarrhea. So anyway, but um, yeah, I'm amazing.
I really look good. So just in case you're, you know, you're wondering, you don't need to watch videos. Just, just listen to my voice.
If you want me to be sure I could be sure if you want me to be tall, I can be tall. I can be any color. I can be any race.
I can be any size. I can be any age. It's all up to your imagination.
But if you watch me on YouTube, you're a bit limited. Yeah, I mean, you can close your eyes and pretend that I am, you know, something else. But then if you open your eyes again, you might fall off your chair.
And that's not fair. Especially if you got hair. There's a poem there somewhere.
I can't be bothered to do more. Monday boring objects. Sorry.
I want to talk about the day that I had. I don't get out very often. So I'm going to talk about my whole day.
Yeah. I went to bed early last night. I think.
I can't even remember. But I was woken up just before three o'clock. Now the night before I was woken up as well.
So I don't know what Vinnie's up to. I think I've been going to bed too early for him. And he doesn't like it.
He woke me up. I probably had six hours sleep already. And I've been in bed a few times last yesterday.
Sunday's my I mean, I'm gonna say Sunday's my lazy day, but maybe some would argue isn't every day your lazy day, but not really. I tried to, I tried to accomplish some things, but it's not always easy. And yeah, so I woke up just before three.
He woke me up again. I don't know why. So I get up and I'm thinking, Oh, I didn't even want to get up.
I wanted to go back to bed. But he was wide awake. So I thought, Alright, I might as well just have my breakfast and go on and do some editing and stuff like that.
I can't remember what I had to do, whether or not I'd already uploaded the all of the recordings from yesterday. I can't remember. There's always something to do.
There's always there's always something to do. When it comes to this stuff. It's never ending.
And there's always little improvements with the descriptions and the tags and, you know, stuff like that. It's just or I might forget to have uploaded my podcasts to SoundCloud or to one of the podcasts. And maybe I forgot to do it to that one.
And you know, so yeah, if then it's a case of I just got to kind of do it and get it done. And so that's usually about half an hour after took my my tummy pill. And I what did I do? What did I do then? Probably went back to bed watched a bit of TV.
Oh, I watch at the moment, early morning, like I'm talking early, half three. There's some sitcoms from the 70s. Some of which I've or maybe 80s that I've not even seen before.
That wasn't as exciting as I thought it was going to be when I was about to say it. Yeah, it wasn't quite as it felt like it was going to be an intriguing revelation. But it didn't seem to be that way.
It it didn't land so well, even with me. I thought it was going to be an announcement that was going to result in multiple pleasures spread around the world. But no.
So yeah, they have TV programs on television. Big Whoop I know. But I like them.
I like the old sitcoms from 70s 80s, early 80s. Because I used to watch them. I watched all of them.
There wasn't one sitcom that I didn't watch. Even the ones that didn't make me laugh still watch them. Because they're amusing.
They were I don't know, just kind of grew up on them. Plus, you know, there was about two, two years, maybe three years, two years before the age of seven where I didn't get to watch TV. Hardly at all.
So suddenly, when I was able to watch TV, I wanted to watch it all the time. You know, it's like really from the age of seven onwards. It was the first time I ever got to watch children's TV in the morning on a Saturday.
And be able to understand what's going on. I mean, I might have done it when I was little, little, little, but for the previous two years or so I hadn't. I didn't know all about Hong Kong furry and catch the pigeon, catch the pigeon, that one, the pink panther, the banana splits, the monkeys, trying to think of some of the others.
So when I was a kid, I was about seven. There is on Saturday, there was tis was on one side. Bear in mind, we only had three television channels at that time.
BBC one, BBC two, and it through an ITV. That was it channel four came around and I think 1980 or 81. So we had three channels, BBC one, BBC two and ITV.
So BBC one, if I correctly, it was the multicoloured swap shop with Noel Edmonds and Cheggers. And it was just a kid I think in that. And then on ITV, there was tis was with Chris Tarrant.
And we just swapped between two of them. They were both brilliant. I mean, iconic.
Not then they weren't, they weren't iconic then because they were kind of new, I suppose. But they were definitely if you ask anyone in their, I don't know, I don't know what age group 45, maybe 50 plus, who was raised in this country. They would, they may remember, I don't know, can't can't guarantee who's going to remember what but tis was and multicoloured swap shop.
I think we just call it swap shop, but it was started off being a multicoloured. And that might have been because it was in colour. Even then, not everything was in colour.
And not all. Really? He's gone to the to the door. He's, he needs more space to run around.
But he did get a good walk today, which I'm going to talk about. I just, I remember sitting down on the sofa with my two brothers, watching TV. There was no remote control.
Well, I was the remote control because I was the youngest. So I'd get up and turn the TV over. And quite often I'd actually be on the floor.
Like that, like lying down and looking up at the TV. And I think my other brother is a little bit older than me would do that as well. However, for some reason, I don't know what reason it is.
My first step mum would decide to do the hoovering of the front, the front room carpet while we were watching telly. I should let it go, shouldn't I really? It's been, you know, 48 years. But hey, why would you? Why wait? Why not do it during the day? Why not do it like during the week? Why wait till till all there? It would all lift our legs up and it was it was annoying, actually.
I'm thinking of it like fondly, but you know what? I was trying to watch television. And very little in those days came first over television. I really was a bit of a TV head.
Love the television. Not even bothered about it anymore. I watch it, but I don't I'm not like glued to it like I used to be.
I don't watch every soap. Every single soap, which I used to like everything. There was a time when I'd watch Coronation Street.
EastEnders, Emmerdale. I'd also watch the Australian soaps. So home and away.
Well, Neighbours first, then home and away. Then I would also watch Sons and Daughters during the day is when I was 1615 rather 1516. And then there's the American ones.
So Dallas, Dynasty, Falcon's Crest. What was the other one? Flamingo Road was it? Something like that was a falcon Flamingo Road. So there's like, quite a few there.
And then you had prisoner cell blockage, which is kind of like a soap as well. Another Australian one. That was pretty gritty at the time.
But I used to be on quite late. B, B used to be that Mrs. Mangle was in there. Crossroads as well as another one used to watch Crossroads.
Like when I was very young, that came off. I think it was kicked off the air early 90s. So there was this thing.
What was it called? There was a soap that BBC One decided to create called El Dorado. It was an early evening, you know, soap, it was going to be big. But they spent if I'm correct, hundreds of millions, like huge, huge amounts of money on a set in Spain, building these chalets and all this stuff.
And it got so much bad press before it was even launched. And there was nothing wrong with the show. In fact, I had a really good actor in it.
But I didn't realize at the time who he was. But he was in a TV show called The Fear. Good actor, very good actor.
But he was he also was in other other things. So we got soaps called Doctors. I don't know if that's still gone.
I think that's, that's finished now. And you got other soaps that I used to watch Holby City. And which was a what's it off from Holby City.
Yeah, Holby City wasn't that from the casualty. Because there was a TV show, I don't have casualties still around. But I used to watch casualty when I was a kid.
Another soap really, because all about the characters. London's Burning, another soap that was all about the characters. That was you know, that's what it was about really.
The Bill. Another soap that was all about the characters. So you know, it was a different type of soap.
Didn't necessarily see them so much at home, rather than at work. I Eldorado, Crossroads, Crossroads was another one. I say it's like, it's ridiculous, the amount of soaps that were on huge amounts.
And then we had Hollyoaks that started in about 1990. And that was, they did something different. It was, it was a bit weird.
I mean, these days, it probably wouldn't be so popular, the idea of it, but they made a soap full of young, good looking people. It's very, it was kind of more like fashionable kind of soap. The aimed at the younger, a younger audience.
I was young at the time I was 19 when it came out, aimed at a younger audience and very much. Or am I thinking of something else? Or was it in 2000s? Maybe Hollyoaks was the 2000s. I'm gonna have to check this.
This is gonna bug me. I'm sure it came out in 1990. But I might be wrong.
Hollyoaks. Oh, I don't care about her. I don't know who she is.
Hollyoaks, Hollyoaks, Hollyoaks, Hollyoaks, Hollyoaks, Hollyoaks. Ah, I wasn't far, wasn't far from it. Hollyoaks is a British soap opera which originally began airing on Channel 4, 23rd of October 1995.
Brookside's another one that I used to love. I love Brookside. That was based in Liverpool.
Soaps, soap, soap, soaps, it's like everywhere. So 1995 and then from 2005 to 2023, episodes have been aired on sister channel E4. But E4 is not even around anymore, I don't think.
I tell you who I really liked, I used to, oh, what was her name? Oh, I loved her. You realize Tony Hutchins has, he was originally signed for 26 episodes and exclaimed his joy at having appeared on his show since its inception. I imagine that 95 till now, that's over 12 years.
And he's been in it and he was only young. I mean, he's not old now. He's got to be in his fifties, I suppose now.
Nick Picard. That's weird, doesn't he have his date of birth? That's weird. Maybe he does want people to know what his date of birth is.
So Tony, Tony Richard, how old is he then? No, it doesn't even say how old he is. Well, if he started in 1995 and he was 20, so he's got to be at least 50. So I'd say he's probably getting on to my age, probably around my age.
So I was wrong, it wasn't 1990. But you know, five years later, it's not too bad. Casualty, you might, if you're living in, some of you, if you're, even if you're in this country, you might not know this.
Casualty is what we used to call the emergency department in hospitals. It wasn't called A&E, it wasn't called accident and emergency, it's called casualty. And then it got changed, I don't know when, but they didn't change the name of the TV show.
And then Hopi City. The thing is, what I'm thinking about is, what hospital did the bill use? What hospital, hospital, hos, os, oh blimey, the bill use, what hospital did the bill use? The bill, okay, the bill of health, oh man, doesn't know what I mean when I say the bill. What hospital did, did, if I didn't put did the bill use because I had too many d's a double d id oh come on okay tv if I put in tv show tx I can't spell today tv show the tv show the bill was filmed and old wine distribution warehouse that's not why I wanted St.
Hughes St. Hughes a local hospital in Canley so in the hospital featuring the storyline St. Hughes Hospital is situated on Canley High Street the A&E entrance is St.
Hughes estate okay right I mean it's a fictional place I used to watch the bill started in 1984 till 2010 and I watched it all the way through that period there was a time when it was on like three times a week I think Monday Wednesday Friday or twice a week Tuesday Thursday instead of once a week and June the 90s yeah June the 90s I would watch he would be my standard whoops he would be my standard watching TV thing so I'd get home this is like 91 I'd get
home from work probably five half five five something like that I think we finished work it was seven till half four I think was eight or half a loose track but anyway I get home about five half five I keep having to stop the recordings of coughing I've got washing on the railing like above the radio here and I think it's I think it's all wet I want to put it up there I think it's it's taking the air out of the room if that makes sense so I would get
itch I'll get home I'd watch TV 530 to 6 maybe cook something to eat there wasn't much maybe watch the news at 6 maybe watch Star Trek or something like that but then probably watch Wogan at 7 half 7 would be Stenders that'd be just a Tuesday and a Thursday back then now it's on Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday I have watched Neighbors of course I would watch Neighbors if I was home in time to watch Neighbors then Home and Away but I think Neighbors and Home and Away used to
have an omnibus on a Sunday or Saturday just like East Enders used to have an omnibus where if you missed it during a week you could watch all by Tuesday was only two episodes and they said an hour you could watch it on a Sunday afternoon on probably BBC two why did I think it went on for two hours unless it was omnibus monthly it wouldn't be monthly would it be weekly anyway I'd watch then East Enders it's warm in here East Enders 730 the bill would be on at 8
and yeah that was it I think Holby City didn't wasn't around back then Casualty was on on a Saturday evening so yeah Neighbors and then Home and Away different channels so Neighbors on BBC one Home and Away was on ITV but they always like didn't show them at the same time but they showed them twice a day so you could watch Neighbors at like half past twelve and they're only really on for about 20 minutes really so you watch Neighbors and Home and Away midday and then watch them again in
the afternoon if you want which I actually did sometimes and I don't regret it but it might not be the best use of my time when I think about it have another drink oh so yeah there's a lot of different shows but I didn't stay up very late because I had to get up early in the morning so unless I had a gig I'd be in bed fairly yeah I'd be in bed by at least 11 sometimes later sometimes earlier I went through a period I don't know if it was
92 or 93 and I was waking up really early probably good like four o'clock in the instead of six which when I had to get up six o'clock and it would have been in the summer just light outside I didn't realize how many really cool programs there were to watch that early there's a lot of American shows that were just not shown any other time so I went through a little period when I'd be waking up and I was showing episodes of soap I never even seen it before the thing
is I was amazed at how funny it was I was sitting in bed laughing and laughing and laughing and it was such a great way to start the day laughing and it was just like brilliant and I'd be be tired the rest of the day but I liked it something just clicked then I don't know what that was I liked it though it was so funny if you've never seen soap it's American sitcom kind of it's basically a comedy soap opera some would argue what about Dallas yeah okay fair enough
but Dallas was funny as well especially when Bobby Ewing came back to life in a shower even I at the age of what was I 13 maybe 14 at the time and I'd watch Dallas from its inception so I don't know let's have a look I need to find this out now for some reason Bobby Bobby Ewing shower nothing weird comes up okay oh it's 1986 so I was 15 blimey it's really weird some of the things that happened I seem to think that it happened much earlier like in my
in the 80s you know like course yeah because I don't even remember so Bobby Ewing in Dallas how old is Patrick Duffy now 90 he's 75 I love Patrick Duffy I tell you something else see those that don't know you won't understand what I'm about to say man from Atlantis those that don't know I was looking at a picture of him now and it was there was just fantastic great show and I'm not like oh I'm looking at him in his shorts in his swimming trunks and stuff it's not about
that it's just hmm no it's not about that what it is is just it was so good the idea of someone be able to swim underwater and breathe underwater and I appealed to me because hmm it appealed to me because I couldn't swim on top of the water but underneath the water I could do a whole length and I could swim like the man from Atlantis which was like that floppy like a fish like that and that's why I would do I would just like underneath the water and someone once
asked me said how do you what do you and how do you manage to to stand a water for the whole length I said what you mean how to manage I'm trying to get to the top trying to get to the surface could have done with some help thanks instead of you taking pictures and stuff posting on Facebook even though Facebook isn't around then hmm let's have a look let's have a look okay filmography the man from Atlantis at 1977 these were movies the man from Atlantis the Death Scouts 1977

ones my favorite people in Dallas was JR and Bobby that was it Sue Ellen now my favorite was Pam Pammy yeah I mean you think that's as that's a powerful that's a power to have to be that to for your beauty to be that powerful that can bring someone back from the dead when you're having a shower it's like wow I loved her I did I loved her I'm not joking I actually loved her like when I was I don't know 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17

living before so I didn't tell him I was moving out and yeah because I didn't know how it's gonna work out there so I didn't expect that but yeah I like living there though I like living there I really like my friend whose name called Jim really nice bloke bit of a drinker so and I didn't didn't drink at that in them days and I really liked him but at the same time I didn't I just got on with my own life you know I was working during the day I
had some part-time jobs in Eden as well selling like canvassing was I do to canvassing jobs almost for life insurance and the other ones for sky television satellite dishes trying to get people to sign up for sky which at the time was a joke no joke now but at the time the press were mocking sky like who's gonna pay you know that was their attitude we've got TV who's gonna pay for have a you know a disc stuck to the side of their building and paid to watch stuff from America
and whatever because they didn't really produce anything of their own I think to start with but actually ended up being very profitable and very big I kind of wish I'd stuck at it because I was really had my foot in the front door you know it's 1989 sky wasn't no one really hardly had sky we were offering people think it was three months free have a sky dish with you know whatever with the hundreds of channels whatever it was I can't remember at the time and if they don't want it
take this take the dish back no charge if they do want it if they want to keep it it's the puppy dog sales technique you know if you leave a puppy with someone for three weeks or for three months and then come and say I want to take him back probably not going to get that dog back you know or even a week or two weeks it's they used to do that with is an old sales technique I think it was in America so I used to read a lot of

might be in a period when I wasn't working or it was on maybe maybe it was on a Saturday I don't know but I still watch it with Andre it was funny it's actually funny you might say yeah was a sitcom no but you know it was funny not not all sitcoms are necessarily I don't always find them like funny but this was and I think the reason I like this so much because it had really where Stacey Keenan wait a minute who is the actor that played Bobby Ewing's Jr.
Ewing's son Christine jet piggy Sasha Mitchell such a Mitchell such a Mitchell is an American martial artist James he played James Bowman on Dallas he's also in the original in three and five okay he was in them martial art movies and stuff born in 1967 so he's 57 years old why why has Wikipedia's gone black Wikipedia's just turned black like the whole screens black with white writing I don't understand why it's done that that's the whole all pages done that no is Google done that is any other pages done that

here and he said I used to be in a band they said okay and then he said if you heard of you heard of Aerosmith he said yeah and the young blow said yeah me too so it's just stuff that I kind of quite like that kind of humor is it's ridiculous but I like silly humor or like it a lot yeah I got 1524 subscribers at what point do I actually start talking about what I did today that's the question I think it's a valid question but what's the time
I can't even see the clock 752 I don't know what time I started doing this so I wake up very early the problem with today is I had something I had to do I had to go and get my prescription from the pharmacy used to call them chemists once upon a time now be called in the pharmacy some people still call them the chemist I still sometimes call them a chemist and just like garages the petrol stations now we used to call them the garage we still call it the garage
and casualty A&E we still call it casualty I'm not really a big fan of shortening things to just letters because then I forget what it stands for you know when I was doing counseling we used to talk about CBT it's like CBT what was CBT but I knew what it was but I keep adding because no one you'd use the full sentence the full words cognitive behavioral thumbs whatever and it's like well I know I know what it means but like why can't you say the full name or then you've
got see I've got EUPD which stands for Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder it is a mouthful mind you EUPD is a mouthful but then bipolar affective disorder as well so it's like a what a lovely mixture I'm so fortunate and what why don't I talk more about it justice no no so I I'm thinking about doing a blog like a weekly blog just about mental my experiences or with about with my mental health but I don't think it's really suitable for the Let Me Bore You To Sleep because I want this
to be really light-hearted and I talk about a little bit I do you know talk about a medication and talk about stuff but I don't go into any kind of detail so I think it may be I might do that because it may be useful for others it may be not it may be might not be it might be though I don't know yeah I used to talk about it a lot on my Jason chat vlogs years ago I mean talking like 2011 but 2010 2011 2012 I was talking about
it but that partly is because I was diagnosed so 2010 no 2011 ah it wasn't too fast it was 2011 December I was diagnosed so I wasn't talking about it till 2000 and like then in 2012 that was when I was first diagnosed with bipolar and then I was re-diagnosed again in 2013 14 something like that because I yeah the short story of it is really is I was I had a job I self-employed well yeah I was working self-employed the medication I gave me was just knocking me out I
was drowsy I needed to be alert that's how I felt at the time and I yeah I didn't take this stuff which I should have done and then yeah I got ill again and then went through the whole process again but this time yeah it was worse I got a bit worse this time well did I maybe but anyway it's there's something I might talk about maybe you know in the future but separate from this this isn't really for that this is more about silly stuff I'm trying to think what
I was talking about oh yeah so I get up I go to the pharmacy I don't want to go out I didn't want to go out it was cloudy outside for the first time in about four or five days it's been so sunny been lovely really it's been almost summery the last few days but I needed to go out because I left it to the last minute I had my last tablet this morning and if I didn't go and get collect the medication I wouldn't have any tablet one of my
tablets that I take and I wouldn't have it so I just like oh but what I did is which is a bit early because I went back to sleep but also then I woke up again about 7 so it's too early the pharmacy doesn't open till 8.30 can't get a bus till 9 on the bus pass so if I'm gonna walk up there's no point leaving till 8 at the earliest because I'll just be waiting outside so I wasn't sure what to do but then I thought you know what Finny's
asleep in the bedroom which he was I'll make a deep sleep whisperer whisperer make a recording hypnosis recording so I did nice gentle relaxation session and I did that processed it's quite a short one so it didn't take as long to edit and process and all that stuff did that was already started to get the audio recordings uploaded and by probably was it 18 minutes past 8 I left and I walked walked with him all the way there and it was raining and I was I wasn't best pleased I didn't
really want to get wet the thing is it wasn't windy but having him and a brolly and a carrier bag it's just not a good match good match a good mix I can take it probably if I just going out for a wander with him but when it's like an actual proper trek and I'm doing going for a reason then yeah it wasn't ideal so I didn't take a brolly although it wasn't raining when I left so I didn't think I needed it really I thought about turning back and getting
one and I thought no so I'm walking and he's stopping at every single grain of grass grain of grass blade of grass grain of flour flour grain flour that's probably what I'm thinking but he was just sniffing everything everything possible and can't be angry because he was happy he was enjoying himself so it took us a while to get there eventually we got there went in very busy lots of traffic you know it's very busy road so got got over there got my prescription the chemist lady she was really giving
him a lot of attention that was nice then we went and got some sausage rolls he likes the word sausage he's asleep got some sausage rolls and came back just walking towards the main road and where the bus stop is thinking you know I don't know I'm good I didn't bring my phone out with me so I don't know what time it is I don't know when the bus is coming the buses can be quite awkward sometimes I don't even like to stop and they put a bus stop right on
the corner behind the corner so the bus can't even see anyone that's waiting so they come hurtling around the corner and they get the ump when someone's like putting their hand out to stop the bus it's a bit silly and the bus shelter you can't stand in the bus shelter and see the bus coming not even if it's like the part of the road because there's all these bushes so you can't see because it's all around about you see so it's a bit silly anyway there was two people waiting for
a bus well they're waiting now whether they're waiting for a bus or not I didn't know and one of them was and the other one walked away so I don't know and I realized afterwards I think I know her when I know her I know of her because I've seen her in a shop but she looked familiar you know when you see someone looks familiar but kind of like oh just you know I didn't say anything because I didn't know if because sometimes I see people regularly but I don't know
them and if you see someone regularly enough they start to become familiar but the fact is I've possibly never spoken to them they've got no idea who I am or my I might become familiar to them but it's like they don't know who I am I can't just start talking to them and sometimes I forget who I know and who I don't know which is weird so I'm waiting there and then one of my neighbors was walking up and said hello so I said to him do you know which bus
I need to catch because I don't get on buses very often and he gave me two different buses to catch and so I need one he said well I'll give you two in case you know whichever one comes first I said but I need I only need one bus I asked you have you got a number for a bus not buses he said well what's what's the problem I said well my problem is if you just got a bit of an attitude on you mate I said that if I say
if I say one bus then that's what I expect not buses maybe you start listening and he said I was trying to help you out I said help me out help me out help me out he said why just why are you repeating that I said I don't know I think it's that wrong my brain he said I think there is maybe you should take some medication it's in your bag I said how can you see what's in my bag he said it's in a thin bag you can see through
it I said oh yeah they didn't normally they put in a big like not cardboard but a paper bag so you can't see the medication what's inside but this was like almost loose inside a plastic bag and he said yeah exactly I said well thanks for pointing that out because you know when I get on the bus I don't want people knowing what medication I'm on he says I think most people probably guess and he walked away laughing so yeah none of that happened some of it happened you can figure
out which bit or not I so I came home the bus did turn up literally minutes afterwards a lady she put her hand out and I put my hand out and the bus stopped so again going very fast I don't think it they want to stop sometimes I had this last time last time I went to get my prescription I waited for a bus but I waited a different bus stop still a proper bus stop where you can actually see the bus coming and I put my hand out and it
went right past me and it was a proper bus it was the one I needed to get and I had a little bit of a tension to be honest so and there was another bloke there and he he said are you waiting for this bus I said yeah if it turns or he said are you gonna wait for the next bus said yeah if it turns up if it's if they stop and I don't think he wanted to talk to me and he just left he ran off down an alleyway
for some reason so I waited for about half an hour that time the bus did turn up but that was yeah that was I'm never going to that bus stop again I mean it's not the bus stops fault is it I need to stop being so prejudiced against bus stops but some of these bus drivers I mean there was a time right where bus drivers would do that so often they'd just drive right past they wouldn't even slow down so me and my friend we used to just like just walk
in front of just stop it and give it time but he used to do that he just walk out in front of it and he'd have to stop and would get on and it was kind of it worked but it's not not a good idea really I think some bus stop I don't know they just don't they don't like passengers I think it's all right in London because the London bus drivers from what I experienced last time I was there it might be different and I am generalizing but they don't
even talk to the customers there's no money exchange there's nothing and again I am generalizing I mean it's just what I experienced and I traveled around on buses a lot during the 90s into the early 2000s during the 2000s as well I used to go to London quite a bit and the bus drivers weren't like that they were all helpful you know tell them where you're going oh can you let us know when we get to whatever pub when we get you know because quite often I'd get buses I get
trains and stuff but then I'd have to get a bus to a pub and that's where the gig would be a comedy gig and it'd be in the middle of nowhere sometimes and really in the outskirts in the sticks so I'd ask the bus driver just let us know when we're near the the mole and hole pub and they'd say yeah okay and you know it used to be nice but now I think it's changed and I don't know why because it's no different it's not like it's well it's different
of course everything changes but I couldn't see really much difference in the people that were driving the buses still seeing the same kind of people it wasn't like I had to I don't know you know if it was suddenly lots of really young people or lots of really really elderly people driving maybe it'd be a different dynamic or if it was all I don't know I can't think of anything that I could successfully get away with saying you know different people because in London it's just Londoners that are driving buses
of all types but sort of in where I live it's there's people I don't know it's just it's weird I love bus drivers that's what I'm trying to say I think bus drivers are brilliant do you know what the last all the times I've traveled on buses I don't think I ever once had a bus conductor come up to me and check a ticket or give me a ticket like it was happened when I was on a date with this girl this is about 2000 it's really weird we were in
the West End I think she was a student nurse no she wasn't a student nurse she was an actual nurse and she was sharing a flat I think it might have been student accommodation in London and she we were going somewhere and we're sitting on the top of a bus I think we might have even been one of the ones that were open topped because you don't generally get them outside of London or outside of cities I don't think open top buses are really a thing it's so much but then
I'm thinking did they used to be a thing when I was a kid did open top buses like you know double deckers were they a thing when I was a kid like locally to where I lived I don't remember it being such a thing no but in London you got the tourist buses haven't you but it's really weird because they used to do a thing like they go and then a ticket come out but they have to turn it a few times it's really weird like trying to start an old
car you know the little thing at the front of the car I'm kind of glad that I lived in London I sometimes wish I'd stayed maybe I don't know done something maybe been successful at something in London yeah yeah I don't know so I left in 2001 September and it's weird isn't it 20 over 23 years ago yeah wow so then I get home Vinnie's even though well on the bus I have to pick him up and hold him now he doesn't like being picked up ever but on the bus
he's happy for me to hold on to him and cuddle him and he just doesn't move it's weird because normally if I pick him up he snaps he growls everything not when I'm on the bus he doesn't he clings to me and so I'm just whispering his ears saying it's okay because he's he's nervous he doesn't like he doesn't like buses but we're looking out the window and I'm kind of pointing things out and just you know trying to distract him a little bit and it's not a long journey but
then we get off and he seems happy that he's got off and we we get going to the park and he's yeah he's nice he's got a bit of energy wants to sniff around he wants to play and we come home and I have something to eat I finish doing the editing and the uploading and all that stuff I take him out again at 2 o'clock 2 2 40 I think it was 2 40.
Oh my neighbor needed me help with his credit card so he asked me to help call up the credit card company on his behalf he's with me when I do it but he doesn't like dealing with them so he gets me to talk to them like he gives he gives them permission to talk to me but he's with me the whole time if that makes sense he's on loudspeaker and we're just sorting some stuff out and there was parts when he was talking and I was like I can't hear the
person on the phone when you're talking to me and it's just not in a rude way but just like shut up what I was trying to do for him is to stop the interest on a credit card okay and set up a payment plan but instead what he did he shouted out can I pay more every month and they said well if you can afford to pay more you can't be put on a payment plan which means you can't have the interest cut so kind of be that's not what he
wanted he wanted it doesn't he didn't want the interest stopped we did but he didn't realize that you can't pay extra a month and still have the interest cut and so but it all worked out I think when I got that he phoned originally because he couldn't get his the vacuum cleaner connected that I got him the other day so I went in there and I was quite impressed with myself because I stuck the nozzle in and it clicked now the nozzle into the actual main thing then I stuck the
other nozzle bit into the other bit and that fitted fine but then problem is it was very low down I'm thinking I'm not necessarily the tallest person in the whole wide world and I'm crouching down so this has got to be wrong but after playing with it a little bit I realized it came out like a tripod telescopic or whatever you want to call it came out a thing fine I mean it's not it's not the best vacuum cleaner on the planet it's not you can use it as a for
a professional or even um for a hobby necessarily but it should do the job you know just to vacuum up a few bits and bobs it's not a rubbish one but it's not like the super duper one but yeah that was it and then took him out afterwards came home and here I am I'm pretty sure at the beginning of this recording I said loads has happened today and I'm just so excited about talking about it and telling you I just realized that even though it's a busiest day technically that
I've had for a while for a month at least maybe not but yeah it's yeah it's a bit boring wasn't it this wasn't as exciting as I thought it was gonna be hmm curious I don't know what that was about that's my new thing testing it out I thought whenever I'm thinking to let people know that I'm thinking you know when you'd like going internal just for a couple of seconds to think instead of that I thought what do you think it's hurting me a little bit actually do you think
that's a good look I don't know I thought it might just be a new something I like to try new things out it's just like tapping my jaw really it's like I know someone comes up to me in the street says I can you tell me where the the post office is please and I'm gonna go like wait a second they would know not to interrupt my thought process because I'm clearly thinking you know it's good to test things I like to test things out don't stick with the same old
same old it's nice to try new things out and to be creative with it yeah I mean sometimes do you know how horses with their hooves they just go right at the front I sometimes do that when I'm going to change direction when I'm walking and he pulls me I just do that on the ground and turn and walk sometimes I walk backwards I don't know how useful that is and how safe that is it's probably lucky I'm not a driver really I mean I've tried different things even sounds I've
tried but sometimes to let people know when I'm when I'm excited or maybe to let someone know I'm tired it's like a new thing I'd like you should test it out quite a lot with Luke my friend and I say okay for this week I'll test out a new thing so for example whenever I was whenever something was said that actually grabbed my attention I'd kind of like I'd kind of do that or maybe make a sound like or if I was just a bit tired like or you know how
are you feeling today you know just different faces different sounds different physical movements it's it's good to try different things because not everyone and not everything works I think that's how the language evolved though isn't it by testing testing different things and seeing what goes down okay and then everyone kind of agreeing on it because think about it people copy each other it's just like standard thing because now the amount of people I hear online I mean rather than in real life because I don't see anyone in real life but
online or on television I hear the sentence so often and they've got mental health I've got mental health he's got mental health she's got mental health I've even heard professionals saying that and it's a nonsensical sentence mental health we've all got mental health if you're going to look at it that way either good health or not so good health instead of mental health issues mental health so it's changed it's the actual that term if you just said that 20 years ago yeah he's got mental health well that's good good for
him because it sounds like he's got he's he's well he's got physical health wow great no so are we going to do that next I've got physical health yeah what does that mean that means you're well no it doesn't mean I'm well don't be rude I'm not being rude it's the same as mental health now it means I'm not I'm not well that's I've got mental health so that's what it means now but that's not what the two two words together mean I don't know and I'm talking from a perspective
of someone with mental health right it's weird is it just laziness is it laziness is it too hard to add the word difficulties or illness or problems or issues or you know something like that rather than just just just cut out all the other words to describe what we're actually referring to or wellness mental health wellness so yeah he's on his high horse get off your high horse stop judging us for keeping up with the times things aren't the way they used to be you old fat law don't call me

laughing is involuntary you can't help it it's not something you choose to do I mean you could be primed to do it you know if you go to a movie to watch a comedy or something like that or if you're gonna about to do something or listen to someone or watch someone or whatever that makes you laugh but you can't like just what you do you know lol I'll tell you my lol story you might have heard it before it's changed isn't it because lol used to be lots of love
lol lots of love in the old days we used to write letters people used to write letters I used to write letters I was very romantic back in the days when I had romantic-ness in me and pto and lol they were the two really lots of love and please turn over to pto please turn over it's weird that you'd need to know that because you can see if someone's written on the back of a piece of paper you can see if it's been written on two sides I mean why would
you open a piece of paper like a letter read it oh they've stopped at the end and they didn't finish a sentence oh never mind like you can turn it over and yeah but you don't need to have the pto you'd think plus if they've actually done it by hand you could see it the pressure of it you know it's so and when my when my nanny passed away I had this my friend who's about 20 years older than me probably he's he sent me a text of condolences and this
is someone that I that I like a lot and so he was 50 in about 2010 so he's what he's not he's not 25 years old he's not 20 years older than me probably 15 years older than me so anyway it's not really relevant but you know he came he comes from a generation my generation older older generation than me but still kind of same kind of generation and you know he basically sent me a lovely text saying sorry to hear about him then because he knew that I was close
with her and I talked about her quite a bit and you know it basically was just a nice text of condolences sorry to hear about him then lol now at the time lol did mean laugh out loud because this was 2000 end of 2014 so lol was not being used as lots of love for a long time and it was just it actually made me laugh I needed to laugh to be fair I mean I was just laughing because it was just so absurd because I I know him obviously my
friend I knew that he didn't mean I knew what he meant I knew he meant lots lots of love but I hadn't seen the term used for years the lol as lots of love just laugh out loud so the fact that I it looked like he just said I was so sorry to hear about the person of your nan laugh out loud and at least it wasn't rolling on the floor laughing because then you can't accidentally put that in there can you rolling on the floor laughing out loud does anyone
you know when they when they put that in rfl or ol or whatever it is are they actually rolling on the floor laughing the last time I rolled on the floor laughing I think I was six literally rolling around on the floor I was being tickled by a care one of the carers and the children's home while we were watching Planet of the Apes and she was tickling me and I was laughing I think I might weed a little bit as well but it's one of the my happiest moments so
hey she was lovely and this is a Sunday afternoon we could watch tv on a Sunday afternoon there wasn't much on to be fair but those were the days when there really wasn't much on tv we got we were allowed to watch tv we're allowed to watch crossroads which was on about 6 30 and then we'd be in bed so we'd watch crossroads we'd have our dinner watch crossroads and then go to bed um it's weird because crossroads I think it was on it was on at 6 30 5 36
probably 6 30 so we were in bed at seven seven o'clock it's quite early maybe it's not I don't know but we all had to go to bed at the same time it wasn't I don't think even you could I don't think you could even stay up later if you were older but maybe you could yeah it might have been different for the older ones I just got I just had a memory of there was a room that the older kids could go in they had their own little kind of
room but I wasn't really allowed in there because I was little but there was a place where some of the teenagers would go and there it was like uh I think they might have even had their own television I'm not I can't yeah I wasn't allowed in I went in there but I wasn't allowed to really be in there I just go in looking through drawers for money I didn't I don't know why I even said that looking for cigars no weird and that's it yeah so that's that's what I
did today wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be blimey in a way I kind of did do boring Mondays because I was talking about something wasn't I soaps so I kind of talked about soaps for about an hour but then also I stopped coughing so that's good I was irritated I think it's probably just the washing was irritating my chest a little bit and that's my new um I don't really know what that respect that really stands for but it's just like a statement like I'm saying something but
