Hello, hello, welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason and this is your daily relaxation hypnosis session for, um, what is it? Stress, anxiety and panic attacks. So, sometimes I do these sessions and I'll talk a bit. Sometimes I'll do these sessions and I'll talk a lot.

Today, this is going to be a technique that you can use. So it might be a bit shorter than some of the other sessions, but it's going to be something that you can use, um, um, in a short period of time. So maybe you're at work and you need a break.

So you go to the toilet, the bathroom, whatever you call it, and you give yourself five minutes to reduce the stress, anxiety and any panic feelings that you might be having. So maybe you've only got five minutes to do this. So I think it's very important that I include as many of these type of sessions as possible because you don't always have half an hour to sit down and listen to me talking or watch the video.

There's going to be times when you don't have, you know, you just got five minutes to yourself and that's it. And something needs to happen maybe there and then. Something that you can instantly change how you feel.

So I lose track of what I've done in the past, the sessions that I've done, but this is going to be something that, um, I've done before. I've probably done a session like this as a video before. Um, I've definitely done it with clients in the past when I used to do private practice.

So with this, I'm just going to imagine you're sitting down. Okay. You probably haven't got an opportunity to lay down.

Um, if you're at work, but you might not be at work. You might just, you might be at home and want to sit down or lay down. So whatever, um, just make sure that you're safe.

And if for any reason you did fall asleep that you, you know, you're safe and you're not going to fall off or anything. Um, so I'm going to ask you to close your eyes if it's safe for you to do so. All I'm going to ask you to do is do very, very quick body scan.

It's very quick. So it's literally, and it takes, you know, 30 seconds. So just focus on the top of your head, your forehead, your eyebrows, just focus on them.

Don't do anything. Don't try and cause them to relax. Focus in on your cheeks, your mouth, your tongue, your jaw, your throat, your chest, your stomach, back of your neck, your upper back, middle back, and your lower back, your shoulders, your arms, elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers, your hips, your groin, your buttocks, your legs, ankles, feet, and toes.

And just remembering to focus on your stomach again, such an important area that often holds tension and stress. And just imagine looking into a mirror, seeing your reflection in a mirror. We call this the magic mirror, but seeing your mind, seeing your reflection in the mirror, seeing yourself as you are now.

I'd just like you to imagine seeing yourself starting to disappear. So starting at the top of your head, or maybe starting at your toes, whichever feels right for you. Just noticing those parts of your body starting to vanish.

And I'm going to count from 10 down to one. When I get to one, your whole body will have just disappeared in the mirror, and you won't be able to see anything. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Vanished.

I'd like you to step inside the mirror in your mind and feel how it feels to be completely relaxed. To have all those body parts just vanish. All that stress and anxiety gone.

I'm going to count from 1 to 10. And when I get to 10, I'd like you to step out of that mirror, bringing back that feeling of comfort, deep relaxation. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

And step back out of that mirror, bringing that feeling of complete relaxation in all the parts of your body. You can see yourself in the mirror again, but this time you can see how relaxed you look. And you'll keep this feeling of relaxation for the rest of the day.

Counting from 1 to 3. When I get to 3, open your eyes, feeling wide awake. 1, 2, 3. Open your eyes. Notice how you feel.

Notice how quickly you can change how you feel. Just by doing a quick body scan, noticing how your body feels, imagining the magic mirror in front of you with your eyes closed, of course. And then as you count down from 10 to 1 in your mind, you can just see the different parts of your body disappear in the mirror.

There's all the stress and strain and panic just disappears and vanishes from the mirror. Knowing that that mirror is just complete serenity and relaxation. When you get down to 1, step into the mirror, feeling that sense of complete lightness and relaxation as every part of your body is completely relaxed.

Then count from 1 to 10. And step out of the mirror. Noticing how relaxed and calm you feel.

Looking into the mirror again, you can see yourself, but really maybe a thousand times more relaxed. Counting 1 to 3. Open your eyes, being wide awake. Full of energy and relaxed.

Give it a go. The only thing you've got to lose is your stress and anxiety as well. And any panic feelings.

Because it all goes. It all reduces. It's quite an amazing technique to use when you've only got a few minutes to yourself.

In fact, I reckon this could probably be done in about two minutes. Or maybe even a minute. Because the more you do it, the quicker it happens.

You get to the point where you look in the mirror and you might even get to the point where you don't even have to count. Because all the parts of your body just vanish instantly. And that stress and anxiety completely transforms into relaxation and calmness.

Like an emptiness. Like an empty cloud. And you just step into it.

So you don't need the counting maybe after that. Step into it. Feel the feeling.

Then you can step out. See yourself feeling completely relaxed. And move on with the day.

Feeling calm and relaxed. I could really notice it in my back. How much more relaxed my back feels.
