Hello and welcome to Relax and Sleep Hypnosis Daily. My name is Jason Newland, please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. I'd like you to get yourself comfortable sitting down in a chair that supports your body or lying down maybe on a bed.

Of course it's okay to sit up in bed if that's what you need to do. I suggest wearing loose clothing just so you can allow yourself a real chance to relax physically. Just get in touch with how you feel emotionally right now, how do you feel? Is there tension in your mind, stress? Is there something you are worrying about, concerned about, is there anxiety? All of these feelings will start to reduce, subside and disappear because they are not necessary for you in this moment.

Just in the same way as if you go to the beach for a day on the beach to sunbathe, you don't take your skis with you, not necessary, a lot of baggage to carry around.

Or if you are on the ski slopes, you are probably not going to take your bathing trunks or your bikini or a rubber dinghy because when you are in this space of comfort, knowing and expecting to feel more relaxed, knowing and expecting to, observe your mind slowing down, calming down, turning down the volume, you realise that everything you need is right here, right now, just breathing naturally, listening to my voice and nothing else, nothing to think about, nothing to plan, nothing to read, nothing to look at, nothing to taste, nothing to say, listening only to my voice, and I am wondering how you emotionally feel as you observe your mind slowing down, turning down the volume.

If you think about your mind as being like a garden, maybe you've got a birds table and some bird feeders hanging off the trees, and when they are full, all the birds come in to your garden and eat and have a good old time, maybe they washed themselves in the bird bath, and perhaps thinking of your mind in the same way, but except for birds, there's thoughts entering your mind because there's a reason for it, they're there for a reason, but if you take away the food, all of the bird food,

just empty everything and take it away out of the garden, the birds might pop in and they'll fly out, they might just visit and say hi and then they'll be gone, they're not going to hang around, there's no food for them to eat, there's no reason for them to stay, and it almost seems like the birds then pass on the message to the other birds to not bother coming into your garden today because there's no food available for them, but instead of feeding the birds, we're talking about feeding the thoughts,

giving the thoughts something to stick around for by feeding them, so when you decide to get rid of that food, the thoughts might pop in, have a look around, get bored and just leave and pass on that message to any potential thoughts to not bother you because you're relaxing and there's no reason for you to have any thoughts right now, there's no food at the moment, which then allows you to feel even calmer, because as we know when your mind feels relaxed, your body also follows that pattern of relaxation,

follows sending those signals of comfort down your spine, through your nervous system, to every muscle in your body, that nothing is needed from you, no thoughts, no action, just relaxation, which is effortless, the easiest thing in the world is to just do nothing, to release the thoughts from your mind, release the tension from your body, letting it all go, letting it all go, relaxed and peaceful and that feeling of relaxation continues to grow, continues to spread into your bones, your bones feeling relaxed, deeply calm, deeply peaceful in your bones,

that relaxation spreads through your veins, in your blood spreading throughout your entire body, sending that healing energy to rejuvenate, heal and deeply relax every particle of your being, your skin starts to feel, although it's almost made of this relaxation, healing and protecting your body, that relaxed skin sending the messages of comfort and peace to every inch of your body, and then soaking inwards, increasing that sense of deep calmness within, spreading deeper and deeper, every passing breath causes you to feel more relaxed, more relaxed in your face, more relaxed,

more in your chest and stomach, more relaxed, relaxed in your arms and hands, more relaxed, relaxed in the whole of your body, more relaxed, relaxed in your legs and your feet, your legs and your feet, more relaxed, more relaxed in your mind, relaxed.

Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
