Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland and this is Relax and Sleep Hypnosis Daily. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. Ideally get yourself into a comfortable position whilst you listen, such as lying down on your bed or sitting in a comfortable chair which supports your body.

So I'm going to ask you to think back to a time when you felt relaxed. And I'm not just talking about, you know, I'm quite relaxed, not quite relaxed, I'm talking really relaxed. Where you're just floppy, you know, where literally you feel good.

And mentally you feel calm. Your body feels loose and light, yet maybe heavy at the same time. And you can't be bothered to do anything because you don't need to do anything.

All things are taken care of, nothing requires your attention. And you can just enjoy that feeling of letting go of absolutely everything. And your mind is peaceful.

So just scan through the past until you come to a memory where you had that type of physical experience. Now some people have this feeling when they have used a lot of physical energy up. Maybe they're, you know, physically tired.

Perhaps they'll come home from work, kick their shoes off, sit down in a chair and feel so comfortable, so peaceful, so relaxed. That feeling of just, it's almost like emptiness. Some people might have that feeling whilst sunbathing on a beach or in the garden or beside a pool on holiday.

Just lying there. And most people have sunbathed at some time in their life. Even people that have skin like me, I have to keep out the sun really.

But even I've sunbathed a couple of times in my life. And I remember that feeling. Because it's a feeling like no other.

Lying on a beach with the sun shining down, the sound of the ocean, gentle. The cool breeze of the wind. And sounds of other people around.

Which almost seem to melt in to the sound of the ocean. Almost like it's making its own sound, connecting the two together. As those sounds move further away, the feeling of the warmth of the sun shining down on my body.

Especially my head. Seems to send a feeling, a real feeling of comfort. And although you can feel the sun and the warmth of the sun on your body and on your skin, on a different level, it's almost as if the body disappears.

And I know that's almost contradictory, but it's a strange feeling. Yet really, really peaceful and relaxing. The feeling when you lie down at night, on your bed after a busy day, you can enjoy stretching out on your bed.

Enjoy the support that your bed gives you. And the feeling of just being able to close your eyes and leave them closed. It's actually a wonderful feeling.

Knowing that you can leave them closed, you're not going to have to open them for somebody else. You can just lie there and enjoy that feeling of comfort that spreads through your body. And it's the stress and the worries and concerns of the day just leave your body and your mind.

Because they're now unimportant. Maybe there's been a time when you've just sat down. You're just sitting there on your own.

No one disturbing you. You're not even disturbing yourself with unnecessary thinking. You're just sitting there.

And your mind starts to slow down. And when you close your eyes, it's almost as if you're just giving the whole of your body permission to relax deeply. It's almost like you're saying, okay, that's the end of the day.

I don't need to do anything. We can just let go and relax. Let go of everything and relax deeply for no reason other than it just feels good.

It's pleasant. It feels nice to relax. It feels nice to completely let go.

And when I relax, I notice that my breathing changes. It seems to become deeper, easier, smoother and cooler. The air seems to feel cooler for some reason.

And I'm imagining maybe you're remembering the time when perhaps you was with someone that you cared about or maybe still care about. And maybe you're lying next to them in bed. And perhaps you've got that afterglow and that sense of pleasure mixed with real, really feeling that relaxation, really, really experiencing comfort in every part of your body, relaxed in every part of your body.

Maybe you can imagine the time in the future when you feel so very deeply comfortable, so deeply relaxed physically and emotionally, completely peaceful, so relaxed. And as you think about that, this time in the future, notice how it feels. Notice how real it feels.

It's almost as if you're preparing yourself preparing your mind and your body to experience and enjoy that sense of deep, deep relaxation. Deep, deep, deep calmness. And it almost feels like with your mind, you just took the roof off.

There's no ceiling, no roof. And all the thoughts just float out of your mind, out of your skull, out of your brain. Into the air, all the way into the clouds and gone.

And when the thoughts are no longer there, they can't affect you at all. And there's no reason for any new thoughts to arise, because that's exactly what will happen to them. They will rise into the air and float away.

And as you continue to enjoy the feelings of comfort, sensation of feels, almost perfect, so peaceful. And it's that energy of deep, deep relaxation that you're experiencing. That energy starts to move forward in time.

Almost like sparkly dust, magical energy. Moving forward in your timeline. Layering the ground with this deep, healing, forgiving, relaxing energy.

Sparkled all the way into the future. Sometimes you don't even need words to just enjoy feeling calm and peaceful.

Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
