Hello, welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason and this is Sleep Hypnosis Weekly. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. I hope that you're well and that you can take some time out of your day to relax.
Now, if you're listening to this recording purely for relaxation, then I suggest you sit in a comfortable chair that supports your body and maybe even set an alarm because there's a good chance that you will fall asleep. And if you're listening in order to drift off to sleep, then I suggest that you lie down on your bed. There's probably going to be two versions of this recording, one with and one without music.
The one with music will last for two hours and the music, the background music is provided by Kevin MacLeod and his details will be in the description box. His music is copyright free so that anybody can use it as long as they credit him for that music, which is what I do. So, you know, maybe check out his website because he produces a lot of music.
And I hope that you enjoy the improved audio quality of this recording because I have just purchased a a much better microphone. So, if you would like to support me in running this free hypnosis service, please go to paypal.me forward slash Jason Newland and the link is on my website. Now, I'm going to start by asking you to close your eyes and I will assume that you've got yourself into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down.
And if there's anything that is really kind of on your mind, something that's almost like rattling around in your brain, that you may feel that you're struggling to let go, maybe something that you feel you need to remember, I suggest that you press the pause button and get yourself a piece of paper or pad, pen or pencil and write down the thing that you feel that you need to remember.
And once you've done that, you can then go and lie down again or sit comfortably in your supported chair. And you can let those thoughts go because it's, you don't need to remember it anymore because it's now remembered.
It's written down so that when you finish with this relaxation sleep recording, and if you choose, you can revisit that piece of paper or that pad and then focus on that issue that you wrote down. And it can feel quite, almost liberating to be able to just let some of that stuff go. Because because in reality, nothing and no thoughts are actually required during this time of increased relaxation and sleepiness.
You don't need to think about anything, which in itself is, it's quite freeing. It's a nice feeling to just be able to just relax your mind, because when you relax your mind, your body also relaxes. And the more your body relaxes, the more your mind relaxes.
And the more your mind relaxes, you've got it, it just, it keeps going around in a circle. Your mind's comfort affects your body's comfort. And it goes both ways.
In the same way as if you was feeling stressed in your mind, then your body may also feel stressed. Or if you had tension in your body, then your mind would be affected by that. So it's almost like a universal law.
Yet in this situation, whilst you're listening to my voice, what I'm saying is, comfort and relaxation is the sensations that you can enjoy experiencing more of that feeling, letting go, letting go of everything, letting go of any thoughts or concerns that you may have had before you decided to press the play button on this recording, which in itself had a physical response, whereby you started to feel more comfort, not just in the different muscles of your body, but also in your mind.
And the more relaxed your mind feels, the more your mind starts to slow down and slows down, the more you continue to drift calm and loose, so calm and loose. And this is a feeling that can grow from within, a feeling of self-acceptance for who you are now, knowing that everything changes, everything continues to grow and move forward in your life.
And you can get to the stage where not only only do you feel more relaxed in the muscles of your body, but you also also start to notice that there is a sense of peacefulness in your mind that seems to seem to spread and overflow from your mind into the different parts of your body, and you need that emotional healing, healing, spreading, because that healing seems to have a mind of its own as it moves through your spine, spreading that healing energy, not just to all the different parts of your body, but yet also to your internal organs, your heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, healing, healing, and continue to heal long after this recording has ended.
That feeling of deep healing continues, and there's a peacefulness, there's a continued growing both of deep healing healing, relaxation, leading to your mind starting to drift, starting to move away, so relaxed, and so safely peaceful, and it really is a case of you giving yourself permission, and enjoying the feelings of so relaxed, so deeply comfortable, so comfortable, so loose, far drifting, drifting, three, three, two, one, drifting, you may find yourself drifting in your mind, drifting further away each time, drifting further and for longer, drifting in a way that becomes longer, and gentler, it's almost like you're not drifting at all.
Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
