Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland and this is Sleep Hypnosis Weekly. Today please only listen when you can. Safely close your eyes and there's nothing, absolutely nothing that you need to think about at this moment.
You can let go completely. You can relax every muscle in your body completely. It feels nice, it really feels nice to just let go of any thoughts or feelings about anything as you slowly notice your body sinking into the bed or wherever you're lying.
Your body feels like really sinking, really sinking and as your mind continues to sink into your bed those thoughts that were in your mind before seem to just be turning into dust, falling on the floor, a heap of dust and you can open a window of your mind. Maybe there's more than one window and as you open that you can feel the dust being sucked out of that window and just disappearing into the sky, disappearing into the sky.
And now that that window is open you realise that that is the window of sleepiness.
As your whole body starts to fill up, fill with this deep sense of sleepiness, deep sense, deep sleepiness. Filling your mind up so full of this sleepiness and you notice this huge pile of sleepiness on the floor yet more sleepiness is still entering through that window in your mind. More sleepiness entering through that window that you opened and you may wonder where that sleepiness is going to go as it's really filling your mind with sleepiness and you start to notice that big pile of sleepiness is starting to sink from your mind spreading around your brain, sinking deep into your brain, deep sleepiness sinking deep, deep into your brain.
Oh it feels so comfortable to be able to enjoy the sensations that sleepiness can give you, a real feeling of release release from absolutely everything, absolutely and completely relaxed and sleepy, absolutely and completely relaxed and sleepy absolutely and completely relaxed and sleepy letting go, really, really go, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 sleepy
Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
