Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland This is Sleep Hypnosis Weekly Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes And please subscribe Maybe you leave a comment and share on Facebook or twitter or wherever you share stuff Maybe you're a member of a Facebook page, some kind of group And people may find this podcast useful Now I'd like you to get yourself comfortable Ideally lying down on your bed If you are sitting in a chair,
make sure the chair supports your body So that when you fall asleep you don't fall out basically You need to make sure that you're safe and secure We're going to focus on the safety of your bed The bed being a safe space for you to rest The bed is a safe space for you to let go of everything Now your bed is a safe space for you to allow yourself to relax completely And to just drift away Drift away Because you may be focusing on my voice And you may also
start to get a little bit bored with listening to me Which means that the only option left The only two options is to either get out of bed and turn the recording off Or just sink deeper into your bed And fall asleep gently And the longer you listen to me talking about the safety of your bed And how nice it feels to just lay there Letting go of everything Letting go of everything As your mind really slows down And although you can hear my voice sometimes It may seem as though
my voice is moving away Which in fact means that you may be drifting even more deeply In that safety of your bed As your mind slows down even more Relax in sleepiness The boring tone of my voice becomes so uninteresting Boring that my voice seems to be moving further And it feels so nice So nice to relax this deeply To let go completely Let go completely As my voice drifts further Drifting peacefully So safe and calm So safe and peaceful Drifting peacefully Feeling so safe 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Letting go completely 5, 4, 3, 2 Falling asleep 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Asleep
Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
