Hello and welcome to Jason Newland dot com. My name is Jason Newland. This is Deep Sleep Whisper Hypnosis.
Please only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes, as it may cause drowsiness, sleepiness, the need to slow your mind down. If you're watching the video, again, only watch it if you can safely close your eyes. And if you're watching on YouTube, please subscribe, and thank you very much for watching.
And wherever you're listening on the internet, whatever podcast host, speaker, iTunes, Spotify, wherever it is, Stitcher, thank you, I appreciate you listening to me. So I'm just going to talk to you today, or whisper to you in your ear, or ears, and that's it. I'm not going to ask you to focus on any part of your body, I'm going to talk, ideally, before you press play, you can be in a comfortable position, maybe lying down on a bed, a comfortable sofa, maybe even the floor, depending on your preferences and needs.
Also, you may choose to sit in a chair, one that supports your body. I know someone once told me that they were listening to me and they were sitting on a chair, and they nearly fell off the chair, because they fell asleep. Well, my solution to that is, only sit in a chair that you would fall asleep in, safely.
Even a deck chair, a sunbed, by sunbed I mean, a lay back chair thing that you can sit in the sun with, not a sunbed where you lay down and get sun tan, because that's not something that you want to be falling asleep under. I did that once, it was 1986, I used to go to this gym and they got sunbeds in, so I thought, ah, because I've got quite red skin, and I thought maybe I could try and get a sun tan, because I can't sun tan, I just sunburn. Basically, I go red in the winter, if I open the freezer up, I get sunburn, it's just the way my skin is.
So I thought maybe I could train my skin to relax into some kind of a sun tan situation. Well, I fell asleep. This is, it didn't have any kind of an alarm on it, and yeah, it wasn't great.
So, I'm not sure why I'm telling you that story. I think maybe it's all part of the trust, because when you listen to me, there needs to be trust on both sides. I need to trust that you are looking after yourself.
I need to trust that you're preparing the situation for you, so that you're comfortable at all times. I need to trust that if you're lying down, and a part of your body starts to ache, then you can move your body so that you feel comfortable again. I need to trust that you only listen to this when it's safe to fall asleep, so you're not driving a train or something like that when you're listening.
And you need to be able to trust that I have the right intention, that I have your welfare at the very heart of everything that I do with these recordings. You need to be able to trust that you can safely drift off and still listen to me, and know that the things that I say when you're asleep are absolutely fine. Trust in that I don't want anything from you.
I just want you to be happier, to be freer, because even though your mind will automatically start to slow down and drift away, because that maybe is what happens as soon as you hear my voice, sleeping is so important for your health, for your well-being, for your life, and for me it's about a natural process. There's no medication involved. There's also no trying to force yourself to fall asleep, because that is impossible.
I suppose the only way to force it technically would be to wear yourself out completely, physically. I'm pretty sure that anybody that's climbed a mountain, you know, or a really big hill, they've been walking all day long, when they finally get to lay down, I'm pretty sure that most people would just fall asleep quite quickly due to physical exhaustion. Now, we don't all have the luxury, I wouldn't call it luxury, but we don't all have the availability or the circumstances for that type of situation to occur each and every day, as well as maybe physically it not being suitable.
Therefore, this is another way, a nice, gentle, healing way to just let go. And even though this background sounds, because people sometimes like to go into the garden and they talk to each other as if they're on the other side of the town, that kind of volume, even though they're only maybe a few feet away, maybe they feel what they're saying is really worthwhile and worth sharing with everybody else. So they're just being kind and generous with their observation of the weather.
But that's all part of the process, it gives each of these recordings its own personality and individuality, where you can think, well that was recording 43, ah yeah, that's the one where the penguins started running around the bedroom, yeah, that's the one, or there's like old number 72, oh that's the bulldozer, that was when the house was being built next door, yeah, yeah that was, that electrician, he was a good whistler, yeah. So each recording becomes individual in itself due to any background sounds that may be there and it's a moment in time that's been captured just for you to enjoy listening, really listening and by listening to my voice and any other sounds that may be accompanying my voice like an orchestra of neighbourly comments and chatter about nothing, it allows you to just let go even more and let go of anything that you are holding onto because nothing needs to be held except you and I can hold you while you listen to my voice so you're comforted and you can feel safe because you are safe to relax, to enjoy just being you and each day going forward listening to one of these recordings cements all the learnings from previous recordings and previous days allowing you to experience more comfort, more sleepiness as well as more of those benefits that you feel when you are awake, those benefits that you feel during those waking hours with more energy, more positivity, more safety, more of a sense of a purpose, a reason to get out of bed, a reason to appreciate yourself for the wonderful person that you are because you are amazing, listen to those words, you are an amazing person, let those words sink deep into your mind and body, deep into your mind and body, you deserve to be happy, really listen to those words, you deserve to be happy and allow those words and the energy, the positive energy to sink deep, deep into your mind and body and stay with you wherever you are, whatever you're doing, whoever you're with and whatever you're saying, remember that you deserve to be happy and you are amazing.
Now I'm going to go and I'll see you and speak to you, sleep well.
