Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com the pigeon that has followed me all around the world. Wherever I go that pigeon is there in the tree outside tormenting me. I call him Andrew.

So welcome to this deep sleep whisper hypnosis. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. If you're watching on youtube please only watch when you can safely close your eyes.

Please subscribe. So this could be the memorable pigeon session. It could be like the 50 years time.

This could be the pigeon tapes. Now another pigeon in the distance making some sounds. Now there's a seagull.

Someone said to me last night, yeah yesterday, they said it's a bit strange sometimes when we've got the sounds of the birds outside and when we're sort of going to sleep or listening to you going to sleep with sounds of birds. But the birds are around in the evening as well not just in the morning. But I suppose the thing is when I make these sessions in order to record these recordings there's a prerequisite and that is that I kind of need to be awake when I'm doing them.

So you know I can't I can't do them when I'm asleep. Even if sometimes I do feel like falling asleep or feel that I am falling asleep. And I have in the past made recordings where I fell asleep.

Sometimes I'll record this when I've just woken up. So I am half asleep. But I can't record them when I am asleep.

Because then I'd be asleep. And in all fairness all you'd hear from me was snoring. And apparently not everybody finds snoring therapeutic.

And sleep inducing. So if my future wife is out there please learn to find snoring a wonderful experience. Prepare yourself for the snore machine that I am.

So as I talk or whisper to you in your ears with the intention of relaxing you with the intention of reminding you that you are safe with the intention of giving you space to feel relaxed and know that when you lay down and your head touches the pillow your body becomes heavy and your mind starts to slow down. It's a little bit like if you had a piggy bank literally a piggy bank it might be this size I've actually got one it's a big big pink pig and at the bottom you can have an opening and you can just pull it open and all the contents all the coins just fall out and that heavy piggy bank becomes a heck of a lot lighter very quickly I normally let them fall onto the bed the coins I can't let them fall onto the floor otherwise I just have to be careful I have to look after my back not too much bending so if you were helping me you'd need to get on your knees but if they're on the bed it's just a bit easier but that piggy bank becomes light pretty much instantly not only that, it's when you actually look down at the contents of that piggy bank which was your mind you can start to realise that actually it's a lot of like coinage that doesn't need to be there and you think about it you've got that in there and you think well you've got maybe ten dollars or ten pounds worth of change so I've just got to get that changed into a ten pound note or a ten dollar note and it just slipped that note into the cache you know the top the slot and that piggy bank still has the same amount of money but it's light still got the same content but it's now lighter laying down on your bed your head touches the pillow which causes your body to feel heavy instantly your mind starts to empty of any thoughts that are unnecessary like emptying that piggy bank but imagine how much quicker and easier things are now that you've transferred that coins into a a note a piece of paper a light piece of paper which still represents all those coins but everything is lighter and more simple to deal with and enjoy that sensation of lightness that you can experience something quite beautiful a peacefulness within you that just feels right a peacefulness within you that allows you to reconnect with that sensation of feeling sleepy when your head touches the pillow your body becomes heavy deeply relaxed triggers your mind to just empty so empty so relaxed in every part of your body so relaxed in every part of your mind you feel safe and free to enjoy that sense of safety and deep deep sleep deep deep sleep ten ten deep deep sleep eight deeper deeper sleep six deeper deeper comfort four karma so much karma in your mind and in every muscle of your body to safety and even more safety as you feel that sense of safety increase throughout your body and your mind deep deep sleep safe safe sleep natural healing sleep
