Hello and welcome, my name is Jason Newland, this is Deep Sleep Whisperer Hypnosis. Just to let you know that I no longer have a website and I'm no longer on SoundCloud, so my podcast is now hosted on Spreaker, although you can still listen on all the various different places like Spotify, iTunes, I'm trying to think of some of the others, but TuneIn, iHeartRadio, various different places, only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes, and if you're watching on YouTube, only watch when you can safely close your eyes, and please subscribe.

Now, as always there will be background sounds faintly, as well as maybe more closer depending upon the environment, my side and your side, but that's okay because we don't need complete silence, because if we needed complete silence, then I would have to stop talking, and this would just be a blank recording of nothing.

Some would say it's the equivalent to a blank recording of nothing, but I would say to those people, boo to you, so there's always going to be sounds, as long as your ears are working, you're going to hear things, it's normal, although the ears do have a tendency of just shutting down, and I didn't realise this, really, really realise it properly, until I started sleeping during the day, and I noticed that sometimes I wake up before my ears, so it's like the rest of my body is awake, and then whatever's going on sound-wise, I become

aware of, so I find that interesting that individual parts of your body can go to sleep, and I don't mean in the same way as when your arm goes to sleep when you've been lying on it, or when your legs go to sleep when you've spent too much time sitting on the toilet, this is more subtle, this is more like it's been erased, like there's a picture of you on a piece of paper, just a picture, your head, it could be a photograph, your head, your arms, legs, body, feet, toes, hands, all the parts of

your body that you have, and as you look at that picture, you can start to associate how you feel with that picture, you can start to associate the arms of that picture with you, the head with your head, because it is your head, the legs, the torso, stomach, chest, breasts, you know whatever parts of the body are connected with you, toes, feet, nose, ears, eyes, we can get an eraser, in England we call them rubbers, but I realised that that might give a different connotation to other people in other parts of the world, so let's

call it an eraser, so what we're going to do as you look at that picture, we're going to erase different parts of the body, and as you erase it, you no longer need to feel it, it's just sending it to sleep, same as my hearing, my ears went to sleep, but it's not the same as when your legs go to sleep when you're sitting on a lavatory for too long, because there's no feeling connected to it, it's just a sense of disappearing, a sense of not being there anymore, comfortably and relaxed, you can start with

your feet, erasing your feet, noticing how it feels now that your feet and toes have been erased, you can see it on that picture, as you erase your legs all the way up to your knees, you can notice how that feels, or rather how it doesn't feel, as you're looking at that picture and you continue to erase the knees all the way up to the hips, erasing your thighs, and being aware of not being aware, as you focus back on that picture, and realising that this is a comfortable, pleasant thing to do, and you know

that that picture isn't you, you know that you've still got your feet and your legs, it's about switching them off, it's about turning them off, it's about erasing them in this moment, it's about sending them to sleep, and now we're going to erase your fingers and your hands, become aware of the lack of awareness of your fingers and your hands, and now we're going to erase your arm up to the elbow, sending your forearms to sleep, being aware of the lack of awareness of that part of you that was there, but now is asleep, as

you now focus on erasing your arm from the elbow all the way up and including your shoulders, erasing your shoulders, sending your shoulders to sleep, and now you can focus on erasing the whole of your hips, all of your hip area, erasing and sending to sleep your hips and your buttocks, your lower back, your lower abdomen, all that area that connects with each other, erased and asleep, and now getting ready to erase your stomach all the way up to your chest, including the middle of your back and your sides, erasing, disappearing, sending to sleep, now

focusing on your chest and your upper back, erasing your chest and your upper back, allowing that part to be sent to sleep, erased and asleep, enjoying the feeling of no feeling, just existing and being here now, sleepy and content, and lastly we're going to erase your head and your neck, starting with your neck, maybe the back of your neck, your throat, your jaw, your cheeks, your mouth, your tongue, your nose, your eyes, your forehead and your scalp, erasing that all, disappearing, relaxed and asleep, erased and asleep, erased and asleep, erased and asleep.

Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
