It's a nice little advert. My name is Jason Newland and this is Deep Sleep Whisper Hypnosis. I only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes or if you're watching on YouTube, again only watch the video when you can safely close your eyes.

Please remember to subscribe. So, I think this is the 29th edition or episode of Deep Sleep Whisper and what you may notice is that even though we've just started the recording, you'll be starting to feel relaxed and sleepy and you know something, and I'm not saying this to brag, but since I've been doing these Deep Sleep Whisper sessions daily and since I've been talking about laying down and when your head touches the pillow, your body becomes heavy and you just drift off to sleep naturally without any effort. Well, that's been happening to me.

It happened yesterday and all I did was lie down just to have a little rest, just to rest my body and I fell asleep for three hours. I wasn't even intending to go to sleep. So, this is powerful stuff.

It's useful, which is what I like, because basically what we're doing is we're wrapping your mind around the idea and we're focusing on the same subject every day. And even if you are listening to the same session every day, because there may be one that you particularly become fond of, you find that it becomes part of your routine. You'll experience these recordings becoming part of your life in a really positive way, because the benefits of sleeping are so amazing that it's worthwhile investing the 20 minutes or so a day for each recording, because it's not just about lying down, listening to the recordings and falling asleep there and then, which is what you may wish to do, but it's also about giving those suggestions to your brain, connecting those parts of your mind together, which lead to that sleep, because it's kind of a journey.

It's a bunch of procedures, little things, little links of a chain that lead to sleep. And as you know, if one of the links of a chain breaks, then the chain is no longer a chain. Or electricity circuit, if one part is not connected, then the whole thing doesn't work, which means the mind, your mind and your body, and your expectation for when you lie down on your bed and touch the pillow with your head, leads to your body feeling heavy and sinking into your bed, and your mind just switching off to the outside world, because of course we know the mind never switches off completely.

In fact, the mind is very active during sleep, during parts of sleep. That's not our concern, because that means you're asleep, which is a good thing. It's ultimately the aim of these recordings to not just send you into a nice little slumber during the time that you listen to my voice.

But also, more importantly, setting you up for future times when you want to just be able to lay down, touch your head on the pillow, allow your body to just become heavy, and your mind just switches off. You drift asleep naturally, and the idea is for you to be able to do that naturally and easily, without having to listen to me or anyone else. If you so wish, you might like listening to this as you drift off, but it's important for you to take back that which is yours, which is the ability to sleep naturally.

Without needing to listen to recordings, without anything other than just lying down on your bed, your head touching your pillow, triggering your body to become heavy, and your mind switches off. And you drift into a deep sleep, naturally and easily. You can just wind down and feel good, feel relaxed, enjoy those feelings of being in touch with that part of you that regenerates your body.

That regenerates your mind, that part of you, that sleep that helps you to recover physically, mentally, and emotionally, so that when you do awaken, you can feel replenished. You can feel relaxed, and at the same time, you can notice over the coming days, the difference that you feel when you wake up. You can feel the difference that you feel with your energy increasing, positivity increasing.

It's as if a new enthusiastic version of yourself arises. Maybe a part of you that you've not experienced for a while starts to show you how successful you have been with learning to sleep again. Easily, and naturally, by just lying down on a bed, putting your head against a pillow, which triggers your body to feel really heavy, which triggers your mind to switch off, which triggers you to drift into a deep, healing, safe sleep.

And it can feel so nice, so nice, so comfortable. Just the idea of lying down can cause that sense of sleepiness to arise in your body and in your mind. You really can enjoy that sensation of relaxation and calmness in your mind, and you really can appreciate all the good work that you have done.

And everything that you have accomplished, which has led you to be able to sleep deeply, and more naturally, and more easily. Letting go, and drifting into a deep, healing sleep, where you are safe, relaxed, calm. Just imagining laying down on your bed, your head touches the pillow, triggering your body to feel so relaxed and heavy, which then triggers your mind to switch off, which triggers you to drift into a deep, deep sleep.

And as your body heals, your mind heals itself. You really can enjoy that sensation of calmness and safety that you are experiencing in this very moment. And you deserve to pat yourself on the back, you deserve to congratulate yourself on the work that you have put in, which has allowed you to lead you to have this ability to just lay down on your bed, your head touches the pillow, which triggers your body to fully relax and become so heavy, which triggers your mind to just switch off, leading you to drift, really drift into a deep, deep sleep.

A nice, deep, deep sleep. And every time you lay down on your bed, you know that as soon as your head touches the pillow, that will trigger your body to feel deeply, deeply relaxed and so heavy, which then triggers your mind to switch off and then you drift, drift deeply, deeply, deeply into sleep. And knowing that just by lying down and allowing your head to touch the pillow, which leads you into a deep sleep, can prepare you for the next time you lie down on your bed, preparing you for that deep sleep that you will experience the next time you lay down on your bed and your head touches that pillow and all those deep sleep feelings occur.

Now, I will see you.
