Hello and welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. My name is Jason Newland and please only listen when you can. Safely close your eyes.

My website is jasonnewland.com. Bit of gas, that was nice. Lovely start. Lovely audio sound.

Haven't made a new recording in a few days. I'm not sure how long it's been. Let me have a look.

Oh, okay. Eight, blimey, really? Eight days ago? Doesn't seem like eight days ago. But according to this, it was eight days ago.

So that was number 1051. This is what happened. That's the title of that one.

There's a picture of a penguin. With a baseball bat about to smash up a computer. Yeah, that's nice.

Friendly, friendly stuff. So really, what I've been doing is just continuing to do the whole uploading the old recordings, finding and saving the old recordings, adding them and uploading them to my website. And bearing in mind, there's over 2050 recordings.

Recordings 2050. In fact, that's 2050 recordings without music. Now, with music, there's blimey, probably about another 1000.

Maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe not that many, maybe another 500 that I was able to save. So here's what I'll go kind of through what I've done. And it's still not finished.

I mean, technically, the website will never be finished, because it's always growing, you know. But I've really, really put quite a lot of time and effort into, you know, get getting the the websites up and running as as well as it is at the moment, there's still a lot to do. At the moment, it's I've got if you go into the if you if you if you're looking on the phone on your phone, then you know, there's basically three things.

Deep Sleep Whisper, Let Me Bore You To Sleep and Relax and Sleep Hypnosis. Daily, there's those three pictures of the podcasts. So you can click on each one of those.

Also in the menu, you've got latest recordings. Let Me Bore You To Sleep, Deep Sleep Whisper, Relax and Sleep Hypnosis, Sleepy Boring Objects, Bedtime Storytime, Smoking, Stop Smoking, Stress and Pain Relief. So they're all playlists.

And then you've got a contact button, which should bring you to you as a contact form, which you can fill in if you want to and as a PayPal gift me page as well. So on each of the, for example, Stress and Pain Relief. It's a playlist.

So there's all how many is on there? Blimey looks like all of them. No, no. Stress and Pain Relief.

40. Oh, yeah, 47. So all 47 recordings there, but they're without music.

However, I do have them with music as well on different podcasts. So I'm going to have to look into that and see how I can sort that bit out as well. But right now, the ones on the website without music, there's also Stop Smoking.

That's a playlist. So that's got all of the recordings on there. Again, without music.

Bedtime Storytime, there's 28 of those. They're on there without music. Sleepy Boring Objects.

That playlist is on the website as well. Hey, 35 of those. Relax and Sleep Hypnosis Daily.

There are blimey 207 I think of those. So there's quite a few so I need to really go through them. They're not in order but there's a playlist.

Yeah, 207. Deep Sleep Whisper. The playlists only allow up to about 500 so or 400 and something.

So I'm not sure if I've got all of them. But according to this, it looks like I've got 500 recordings on there on that playlist. It needs to be shortened because that's too many on one playlist.

But you can just basically scroll down and it goes through the ones. And then there's the Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Now this one is a bit more organized.

I've got it listed down with like in 50s. So playlists are in 50s. 1 to 50, 51 to 100, all the way up to 1001 to 1050.

I need to add another one now. Now that I've gone past that. And there's a different playlist on each one.

So you just click the link and it takes you for example, one to 50. Let Me Bore You To Sleep playlist. And it just gives you the first 50 recordings.

Again, they're all without music. And unfortunately, they will stay without music unless I recreate music once. With the Let Me Bore You To Sleep, the only ones I was able to save so far is being about 50.

And that would be the last 50 recordings that I did before I lost the website before I lost the podcast rather. So yes, I'm still kind of trying to figure out what to do with that. But it's not a high priority.

In a sense of, I still haven't uploaded all the recordings yet. I need to upload stuff, I need to get them a bit more organized. And there's still quite a few to upload to my website.

At the moment, I've got 512 recordings for the Let Me Bore You To Sleep. 512 are there might be more, but definitely 512 are uploaded, which you can go to if you go to the homepage and click on Let Me Bore You To Sleep banner. And they're all organized from the first one is the latest like 1051.

And it goes all the way down to, I suppose, number one, I suppose. Number 44, page 44. Yeah, number one.

So that page number one, and you click on there. Not only can you download the recording for free, you can also stream the recording. So you can play on that page as well.

So I've got 512 done so far. With the Deep Sleep Whisper ones. I've lost a little bit of track of where I've got to on them.

I think they're all done, but I might not be right. Number one is definitely done. I don't know about number one about the very latest one 513.

Yeah, no, it's it might be available to download. But there's no there's no play thing. There's no player on there.

So but you can add it, you can download it. So as I'm just still working on this, it's going to take me I should have it done within about a week. The website should be pretty much completed for those three podcasts within a week.

With all the recordings available, but without music. And then I'll start doing the others like the relaxation, relax and sleep hypnosis daily. Sleep, be boring objects, bedtime, storytime, stop smoking, you know, those ones.

Flappy ears. And then I'll look at the ones with music, I might try and add them to the podcast just to the download. So when you download, let's say, for example, 1049, let me boil the sleep, you or in the future, let's say you end up downloading, not just the recording without music, but also you'll get the one with music in the background, you'll get the five hour one and the 10 hour one, one in one download.

That's something I've been thinking of doing. But we'll see, we'll see if it's possible. So I'm kind of I guess I'm repeating what I've already said previously, potentially.

But you know, I mean, maybe, maybe, just have a look. Okay, so at the moment, I've got three new pod, well, they're not new, but they're podcasts that I've got on SoundCloud. There's the relax sleep.

Why are you Why are you moaning at me? Vinnie? We've just been out for a nice walk. You've got your bone down there. And just because I'm talking into the microphone, you're deciding you don't like it.

There's no reason for that. You don't want any treats or any food because I've chucked you a bunch and you've left them on the floor. You got water over there.

You've had your dinner. I can't think what else you could want. Other than just to annoy me.

And you're you're definitely achieving that goal. You are achieving it. He's just walked off.

Relax sleep and pain relief hypnosis. Really? Does he have it? He'll find anything that's hard and bangs on the metal railings of the desk. Anything to annoy me? Anything? So it's a look right so that's this is the one this is the podcast that has relax and sleep.

Relax sleep and pain relief hypnosis is the one that he's trying to make as much noise as he can down there. That's the one with all of my recordings 2051. All the recordings without music.

And they're split into playlists. So you know, this is a little bit more work to do on that, but that'll be fine for now. There's I was interested in giving you they call it insights on SoundCloud but it's statistics.

Now, I'm not gonna give you the statistics about how many downloads because I know that's boring, boring. But I've had since I started it. Was it last 30 days.

So since the 11th of October, I've had 143,126 plays. So but I think there's a novelty on that one and it's it's going down on a daily basis not down but you know, it varies. I mean, two days ago I had seven half thousand yesterday, just under 3000 and today just over two so far.

So you know, there's only five o'clock in the afternoon. But that wasn't the stats I was going to really look at. What I wanted to say is say hello to people that are listening to me, that I see that followers or maybe or just people are listening.

The top listeners. So for this podcast, Sheila, I won't say if I mean your name is available for the public to see but I won't I won't say if you say name, but Sheila is the top person who most plays. Barry, Barry and Debbie 9000.

So thank you for listening. And the top locations, the top locations is this is something I'm interested in because I don't know where people are listening from. I mean, individual people.

But it does give me the towns and the countries or the cities where people are listening on this particular podcast. So today, cardigan in the United Kingdom. That's the most plays.

Now, according to the plays, only the most plays anyone's played is five, any one individual person. So I don't know how 985 plays in cardigan. I mean, surely there's not that many people just in one place, listen to me.

Maybe there are, I mean, if there are brilliant, welcome. And you know, if maybe I could, I wish there was a way if you let me know, maybe you could go to my website, go to the contact form and maybe just say hi. I won't reply just it's just you can, you know, just hi.

I'm wherever person and I'm, I'm, I'm listening in cardigan, not in my cardigan, but cardigan. It's weird because I actually looked up cardigan on you on Google. Of course, the city doesn't come up first because cardigan is a jumper, isn't it? But eventually it did.

And it's in Wales or Hertfordshire, I think. Because it's, I'm thinking I've got to, I've got to sort of know a little bit about some of the listeners. Again, cardigan, Marks and Spencers, women's cardigans, M&S.

And that is sexy. That's sexy. Men, men, men wear cardigans.

I wear cardigans. Just like assuming that women's where women wears cardigans. That's just sexy.

It's wrong, isn't it? But I know I love a nice cardigan. It's not a recent thing. I've been wearing cardigans since the 90s.

I do like a nice cardigan, especially like in the winter, because the good thing about a cardigan compared to a jumper, I think is with a jumper, if it gets a little bit hot, you know, if you've got the central heating on, sometimes it can get a little bit too warm, but not too warm for you to turn the central heating down, because then it'll get a little bit too cold.

And you realize that the weather is going to be getting more chillier outside because the day is coming to the end, maybe. So whatever temperature, for example, it is outside now, pretty guaranteed in two, three hours, it's going to be colder.

So with a cardigan, this is so boring. I can't believe I'm saying this. You can undo the button.

I mean, I know it's boring, but it's true. And it's factually true, as opposed to lyingly true. And I just, it's not that I love buttons.

I just like to be able to just undo a button to be able to just I'm not quite like zips, to be honest. zips on cardigans, I probably would prefer over buttons. And just a little bit easier.

I used to have this red cardigan that I had for years, that I've even got a picture of. I think it was with my nan in 2004. She wasn't wearing it, I was wearing it.

And we were probably we were having a picture taken. And I had that cardigan for probably over a decade. And it fell apart.

It absolutely fell apart. I don't mean it was upset. I mean, it just, it wore out because I wear it all the time.

Not all the time, but I would wear it regularly. And I miss it. I do have a cardigan with a zip in my bedroom.

But it's just a bit too tight. Because I'm not I'm not little, if you know, I mean, we're not not everywhere. And I don't like tight clothes.

Generally, there was a time when I did like tight clothes when I had a good body. There was there was a two month period in 1999. Where I think it was about May June time.

I had a good had a good body for actually was about five and a half weeks. So and I was wearing tight clothes, tight t shirts, to show off the muscles, muscles. And then I had to stop wearing them.

Because I kind of looked like a sausage in the end. I went from looking like you know, really muscular to just like someone squeezed my body into this t shirt. And there was just my arms look like just little bits of loose sausage.

They didn't don't know why I'm saying that. So little chipolatas. But let's not talk about chipolatas.

I, I like to have some room. Not enough room to dance or anything or, you know, don't room as in like space to, you know, to keep a television or a car, but just enough room to just sit down and not feel constricted, you know, to feel relaxed. I mean, I've got a cardigan on now actually, but it's more like a sports top.

And it's loose. It's nice and loose. It's XXL or whatever.

And it doesn't look good on me. Even a Ferrari wouldn't look good on me. It's true.

It's but it's comfy. It's nice and comfy. I've got two exactly the same.

And I can tell them apart because they've got different stains on them. But it's nice to have that comfort. I like to be able to move around and move my shoulders.

And I mean, I'm not sitting there watching television, just move my shoulders a whole time doing some kind of like I'm doing a magic trick, or I don't know, or playing the piano with my shoulders. How could you play the piano with your shoulders? But you would be moving your shoulders while you're playing the piano. So kind of if you was just to see the top above your chest of a piano player, that was what I'd look like if I was moving my shoulders around a lot of the time, wouldn't it?

Unless, of course, piano players don't move their shoulders.

I don't know. I don't mean ever. I mean, during the actual performance.

But yeah, I like a nice cardigan, but not tight, not tight. So on Google, cardigan comes up as cardigan. And that's the full first page House of Fraser, H&M, Debenhams, UK, newlook.com, sheen or shine.co.uk, ralfloren.co.uk. And so yeah, cardigan, Sarah maker, visit cardigan.com. West Oh, that this is it.

So welcome to cardigan and the beautiful cardigan Bay. Cardigan West Wales is the gateway to the Typhi Valley and the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire coastal paths. The ancient town sits on the estuary of the river Typhi at the base of Cardigan Bay.

It's unspoilt townscape and rich heritage provide a nostalgic backdrop to thriving culture of arts and crafts. Now, if I remember rightly, because I did look it up earlier, I'm pretty sure it used to be a place where they used to make bricks, very big on making bricks, and even used to transport them to other countries. So one of the main places in the world at some point, I think that made clay bricks.

And part of the reason why it was so such a good place to make bricks is because they were able to get the clay on the ground. So they could basically start from where they didn't have to dig right deep to get to it. It probably ended up very deep.

And yeah, I've been I've been to Wales. I remember we get to some slate mines where they used to have slates, you know, the things you have on a wall, and if you have them on your ceiling, not ceiling, the other side of the ceiling, the outer ceiling, the roof, or the roof. And went to one of them once when I was a kid, never been so bored in my life.

I mean, the outside of it was boring inside. Wow, I mean, it's huge, huge. I don't I do wonder if it's if we really should have been made those many bigger holes into the planet.

And how we haven't reached the other side yet. But what's the other thing? Apparently, I think with cardigan. Can you hear that? Blimey, it's loud.

I do have the window open, but the roof's on. So there's no reason why it'd be I should go to hear that. Wow.

The I, if I remember rightly, there, there was a huge influx of Irish people and people from Liverpool, back in, like during the mining days. And that's the reason why that part of Wales has a different accent to the rest of Wales. Now, I partly made that up, because I'm not sure if it's true.

I read it somewhere about somewhere, and it was in Wales. And let me have a look if it's true, because it was on wiki. It's on Wikipedia.

Cardigan. That's it. So let's have a look.

Roman Britain, Middle Ages. Seed first early modern period. Herring fishery.

Nope. I got it completely wrong. This is not the place.

It's not. It's, it's a ship. It was a shipping place.

I don't know what I'm thinking of them. I read something about a place. Oh, man.

Oh, sorry about that. So whoever's living in it, it was a maritime place. So they, from what I'm looking at is, oh, can you look at this? It says, in 2017.

So this, this town has been around. Cardigan Guildhall was built between 1858 and 1860. Okay.

The 18th century. It was a county jail was erected 1893. It's been there a long time.

A long, long time. And then it's saying here, right? It's saying here. Oh, I've lost it now.

Damn it. Oh, oh, damn you. Okay, it's gone.

Now. It just said something about it became made famous in 2017 by Meghan Markle's. It became worldwide famous because I don't know what she visited there or something.

Oh, yes, it is. A new jeans manufacturer, the Heat Denim Company opened in 2012, employing some of the original staff. And in 2017, became globally recognized for its connection with Meghan Markle.

Oh, okay. The last 40 years of the 20th century, a factory in the town made 35,000 pairs of jeans per week for Marks and Spencers. It closed in 2002.

Wow, 35,000 pairs of jeans a week. That's a lot for 40 years. Blimey.

Wow. I mean, I think a lot of places had like towns and stuff around the country have had like a factory or one thing, or maybe a couple that really was a big employer for the town. See, where I lived when I was a kid for a while, well, everyone's a kid for a while, and there was this factory that made meters, the electric meters.

And I don't know how many people they employed, but it was a big, it was the biggest. Also, we had docks as well. So that was the biggest employer.

But outside of the docks, there was, that was the biggest employer, this one business. The rest of the employment really was probably just in retail, and other stuff you get in town, you know, like electricians and estate agents. And I don't know, you know, those kinds of things.

I don't know what people do different jobs, hotels and stuff. Yeah, actually hotels, that was probably quite a big, big employer, but not one big hotel really. But that was the biggest this electric meter maker, they employed hundreds upon hundreds of people.

I don't know how many lots anyway. And when I was in London in 91, I got a job at the biggest bakery, which was in Walthamstow, which was Sunblessed. Absolutely huge.

It was it probably could have filled the town I lived in when I was a kid, probably could live to fill the town I'm in now. Huge area, absolutely massive. Should I say huge one more time? I'm not sure if I've really stressed how big it was.

Very, very, very, very big. And there's some places they have like, was it Dagenham? I'm not sure if it's still there. But Ford's in Dagenham, they worldwide famous for building cars.

And I think that Dagenham was built around the factory. It was created so that people that worked at the factory had somewhere to live closer to their work. I mean, I partly made that up, but it makes sense to me.

And that I think that happened to lots of places. I mean, I'm sure it's happened to places all around the world. And as far as I'm aware, there are places in China, whole cities that are being built for creating or building certain things, manufacturing certain things.

But, you know, we don't get access to really find out much about that as, as much as perhaps we could if we were friendlier. But I like Chinese people. I do not all of them.

I've not met all of them. There's not enough time is there? To be honest, there's a 1.4 billion, not enough time. But every Chinese person I've ever met, I liked them.

Strange, isn't it? There's no reason why I wouldn't, but just always found them friendly. I've never been to China. I'd like to go one day.

I'd like to go to Russia. And I realised saying this, maybe it makes me sound like a communist, but I don't really know, understand what a communist is. So I don't, you know, I don't relate to it because it's this, you know, you know, I mean, in it, you know, I mean, it's a cardigan.

So basically, if you live in cardigan, send me a message, say hi, because it just be interested to know who, even though I got it wrong about the details, be nice to know who it was. Say hi. The second most listened place is Sydney, in Australia.

And then third is Louisville in the United States. So if you're in Louisville, or in Sydney, maybe send me a message just say, Hey, I live in Louisville, or Louisville, Louisville. Crestview is another place in the USA.

Manila pin, Manila pan, Manila pan. In the USA, you got Okotoks in Canada. Pasadena in the USA.

Camden and Sheffield in the UK. Valencia in Spain. Enfield in the UK.

Kingwood, USA, Tooting. Clapham, Gretna, New York, Bakersfield, Atlanta, Brooklyn, Niagara Falls, Philadelphia, San Diego, Sarasota, Tower Hamlets, Vancouver, Visalia. So it's just, just find interest and see where people are from.

I mean, the last this is for the relax, sleep hypnosis and pain relief podcast. Had a lot of plays from Romford as well. So if you're in Romford, hello, maybe let me know.

That's in the UK. Santo Domingo Est. That's ESTE.

A lot of thousands of plays on there the last week. That's Dominican Republic. Stockton on T's in the UK.

I've had a couple of thousand listens there. So I don't know who's listening or a bunch of people maybe. Can't imagine it's just one person because that would come up as the most person listened.

But I don't know. I'm confused. Not for the first time.

It's the fourth time. Roseville in USA, Glasgow, Cardigan as I said. So Brisbane in New Zealand.

I thought it was a Brisbane in in Australia. Oh, wait a minute. It is Australia.

I only just realized the flag and don't don't ever go at me. Don't moan at me. The flag is kind of similar.

The New Zealand flag and the Australia flag. As far as the blue, the United Kingdom flag in the quarter top left hand of the flag. And then some stars or some stars on the right hand side.

But there's also some stars on the right hand side of New Zealand. They're just a different color. But there's a different pattern.

And there's one big star underneath the Australian flag on the Australian flag. But there isn't for New Zealand. So they're not the same.

But I just with my eyesight, I mistook. So please forgive me. Please, please, please don't blame me.

Just accept that sometimes I make mistakes. Coffman, Coffman is United Kingdom, you know, USA rather sorry. I really am getting confused with the flags.

Salentuna, which is not Germany. Trying to find the flag, the flag. Salentuna.

Salentuna, where are you? Oh, Sweden, Sweden. Hello in Sweden. So maybe let me know if you're listening Salentuna, Swindon in the UK.

Let me know Santo Domingo. That is in Domingue, Dominican Republic, made stone in UK. In America, you got Clinton, Birmingham, Mariposa, Grand Rapids, Pontypridd, which is in Wales, I do believe.

Vancouver in Canada. And Muncie, Tooting, Melbourne. This there's too many to read.

There's loads to read But if you are Newcastle upon Tyne, Martin, which is in it is, is Slovakia, Martin. Yes, Slovakia. So if you're listening Slovakia, maybe send me a message on my website.

Just say, Hey, I'm listening, man. Just so I just get an idea really just to find it interesting. Now, what I can do if I go to the podcast with music.

So this is hypnosis for sleeping deeply with music. That's the podcast. I'll just be interested to write this different groups listen.

You know, I mean, so since I've had this one since the 13th of October 158,000. And so I'm just interested. So top listeners.

Screaming, Gnome. Thank you for listening. AMR, or Amr Tamam in brackets, Ray, Rio, Idja.

And then Michael and Slim Joe. So welcome. Thank you for listening.

Now the places again, this is different from the other podcast. So different podcasts have different listeners, I guess. The top listeners today, or should I just say for the last seven days, that'd be easy, wouldn't it? Last seven days.

The top listeners, Bangor in the United Kingdom, United States, sorry. Douglas, Rupert and Foley. So these are cities or towns in the United States.

Istanbul in Turkey. So thank you for listening. If you're in Istanbul, and Brisbane, and again in Australia.

Pudsey, I don't know where Pudsey is. That's in United Kingdom. So thank you.

Let me know if you're listening from there. Battle Creek in the USA, Manchester, Cementon, Twickenham in the UK, Augusta in the USA, Bath in the UK, Gothenburg in Sweden, Monument and Bethlehem in USA, Winnipeg in Canada. I'm getting good with these flags.

Romford and Richmond in the UK, Rapid, Grand Rapids in the USA, North Richland Hills, Erie. That's in Indiana, isn't it? It's I mean, that was the name of the TV show, wasn't it? Remember, Erie, Indiana. I love that show.

Was that in the 90s, wasn't it? Or 2000s? Good show. Erie, Indiana. So Erie, San Clemente, and Las Vegas.

So if you're listening in places, maybe send me a message on my website. Newtown Abbey, Mastig, Bolton. I think it's Newtown Abbey is the place in Wales that I looked up.

I looked up a place and that might be it. That does the clay. So let's have a look.

Newtown Abbey. Nope, Newtown Abbey is in Northern Ireland. So that's not the place.

So welcome if you're listening from there, maybe let me know. Just say hey. So maybe it was the other one.

Mastig. That must be the Wales. It is town in Wales.

Once a coal in mining, coal mining area. Oh, okay. Has a population of 20,000.

It started, the growth of the town started with the opening of ironworks in the 1820s and 30s. Once a coal in minery. Again, this isn't the same place I was thinking.

The guy was talking about the clay. Or is it? The coming to its name. There is considerable coal and iron.

Nope, nope, nope. So it's the iron industry. That's fair enough.

I really don't know then. There was some place that did clay somewhere. Bolton.

Hello in Bolton. If you're listening, let me know. It's in the UK.

Aladara Ranch, Grass Valley, Atlanta in the USA. Buckley in the UK. Houston Kailua Kona.

Rancho Santa Mangareta in the USA. And then we've got Dubai. Dubai, Dubai, Dubai.

So and that's in saying what the the official said. United Arab Emirates. I knew that.

I knew that I've been there. I stopped off there. So I've not been there but I've been to the airport in Dubai.

Central. So I don't know where. I'd like to go to Dubai.

I'd like to go there like and stay but it's it's not a cheap holiday. I mean, it's everything there is the most sophisticated in the world. You know, they've got the biggest and best of everything in Dubai.

And biggest hotels. Just it's a Yeah, it's fascinates me. You know, they've even got I'm pretty sure it was in Dubai.

They had robots cleaning the airport. Right, you know, walking, not walking, but moving across the airport, robots with little happy faces. And I don't think I dreamt it.

I think it did happen. Central, which is in Vietnam. So welcome to my Vietnamese friends.

If you're listening, countries last 14 days plays. Now wait a minute. I got that right.

Central. So this doesn't make sense. What's going on? Central? No, I apologize.

I'm, I'm just looking at the flags. So many flags are quite similar. Because they got similar colors and stuff.

So I do apologize not here to cause harm. Central. So Central is got a flag, a red flag with like a flower.

I don't know to me it looks like leaves 123455 leaves. And Hong Kong. So okay, hi, everyone from Hong Kong.

And I do also have people from Vietnam listening as well. So welcome to you. If you'd like to say hi.

Pet nay P tour, which is again, I'm going to see the flag first before I say blimey. Oh, Nyan Ma. Myanmar.

Is it Myanmar or Myanmar? So welcome. If you're listening, let me say hi. I got that right.

I think so. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Newton Towne Abbey, Maastricht, Bolton.

North Vancouver, Canada. So the most people listening to my to the Let Me Bore You To Sleep podcast over the last couple of weeks has been Canada. And over in the US in the UK, Maysteg in the UK, that was that was Wales, wasn't it? I think that you got Panama City Beach, then Toronto, Manchester, Vancouver, Walthamstow, San Clemente, Dorchester and Chelmsford.

They're in the UK. Chelmsford. It's not too far.

I know I know Chelmsford quite well. Greensboro, Alexandria, Milford, Knoxville, Escondido, and Wilmington. That's USA.

Bandar Seri Begawan. And I'll be honest. I have to check that one up to find out that is in Brunei Darussalam.

So again, please excuse if I'm not pronouncing things correctly. Sometimes I purposely don't pronounce things and sometimes I just don't know how to pronounce things. So, you know, but I'm not, I don't want to people get upset with me.

Please don't get upset. Love me love me. Gotta love me.

I'm the baby. Blackheath, Brisbane, Washington, Chicago. That was from the dinosaurs.

Remember dinosaurs TV show, comedy. The little baby kept saying you gotta love me. I'm the baby.

Hackney. So if you're in Hackney, say hi if you're in Brisbane or Washington or Chicago. Berlin.

Say hi if you're in Berlin, unless of course it's Sebastian, then I'm sure you'll say something more than hello. My friend Sebastian. You know, he actually made another picture of me on his YouTube channel.

He made a picture of me and he aged me about blimey 30 years or something. It took me months to realize it was me until I saw that it basically is my bookcase behind me with my books and I asked me, but he just aged me. And now he's got another one where he's aged me even more and it's gone the wrong way.

I look awful. Now, I'm not saying that I'm gonna look like Robert Redford when I'm in my 90s, but blimey, blimey mate, blimey. So Sydney, Cape Town, Midhurst, Ashburn, Haywards, Heath, Tooting, Brussels, Melbourne.

So if you're in any of these places, please say hi. If you're in Brussels, say hi. Just go to my website, say hey, I'm in Brussels or I'm in Melbourne.

I'm in Tooting. I'm in Chelmsford. So you got Melbourne, Park City, Camden, Tigard, Santa Rosa de Viterbo.

That is in Brazil. Hello to anyone in Brazil listening. And City of Westminster, Phoenix, Georgetown, Oslo, London, Dagenham, Geislingen and Stieg.

That's in Netherlands, is it? Oh, Columbia. No. Columbia.

So black, red, yellow, just black, black, red. Just going the colours on the flag black, red, yellow, black. Germany, black, red, yellow.

Blimey, I thought I'd know the... Really? Is that? That's not... Oh it is! I'm not doubting it, just I didn't realize that was the Germany flag. Camden, Park City. So hello to anyone in Germany, anyone in Camden, London, Oslo, Barking, Bethnal Green, Dartford, Jasper, Houston, we have a problem, Houston, Darner Point and lastly Adelaide.

And it's... there's a lot of places, a lot of countries and a lot of cities and towns with people listening. So yeah, I don't know how correct they are. You know when you log in, try to log into maybe Facebook or something and you're using a different thing.

So say you're using your laptop and you get a message on your... on your phone saying someone tried to log in to your Facebook account or to your Apple account. It was this you or not? And then it gives a town which isn't even where you live. It's close, you know, it's nearby but it might be like 20, 20 odd miles away.

So... and 20 miles, Manchester, you know, it's a different town, it's a different city, 20 miles away from Manchester, 20 miles away from here. Because the UK or, you know, this... this island, Britain or whatever you want to call it, is... it's a very... not a big place. So 20 miles is quite a distance here.

I mean to get from one part of the country to the other, it takes about hour and a half. It's... it is... it's about... it's about 65 miles, I think, from one end to the other. So it doesn't, you know, it doesn't take long to get there.

You can walk in an afternoon on a nice day. So these things don't always get correct. I've heard that America is bigger.

It take you like at least two days to walk from one side to the other of the country, which is... I can't even imagine anything that big. But that's like a chipolata and a jumbo sausage, isn't it? It's a... I mean in comparison I'm talking about... I'm talking about sausages here. I don't know why, I'm not really sure.

I mean it's really got a lot to do with countries and towns and maybe because I was talking about Germany and they're quite famous for their sausages. They're... what do they call them? You have to let me know, I don't know. But if you want, if you're interested, if you're still listening, you can send me messages on my website and just ask me to... I can do a little announcement, say happy birthday or you can give me a message to read out or just have a question that you can ask me and I can read that out on the next Let Me Bore You To Sleep recording.

So, you know, make it a little bit interactive possibly and on that note I'm gonna say good night, goodbye, good morning, good afternoon and I will speak to you next time. So, thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy.

Do something nice for yourself. Be gentle. Lots of love.

Bye.
