Hello and welcome to... Oh dear, alright mate. Hello, hello and welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. And as per usual, Vinnie was fast as... I don't know why I'm stuttering.

Fast asleep in the bedroom and the second I turn on the recording studio, he appears underneath the table, hassling me for something, I don't know what. It can't be a bone because he's got a bone. Ah, so welcome to this.

My name's Jason Newland. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. Um, what else is there to say? I don't know.

Oh yeah. Logie, the bogey, is moving home tomorrow. One of Luke's friends is taking him.

So, and it's someone that Luke, that Logie knows very well, so he'll be very happy. So hey, the person that probably won't be very happy is this little sausage down here. I'm talking, I'm talking about Vinnie.

Um, that sounded weird, didn't it? Because I don't think he likes the idea of being stuck here with just me. I think it's one of those things, you know, when you've got, you've got maybe a group of you go out, three of you go out, but there's one particular person that if they're not there, it's just uncomfortable. You need that one person to be there in order for the three of you to kind of flow.

Well, that's Logie. I feel about him, it's going to be a little bit awkward. I'm not sure what we're going to talk about.

Oh, he's frowning at me. Oh, I don't know. I don't know what he's going to be like.

I mean, when Logie went missing for a couple of weeks earlier in like last year, in the summertime or whenever it was, Vinnie pined for at least a week and he was sitting at the front door. Wouldn't come in here, wouldn't get on the bed. He hid behind the, like in the corner of the bedroom.

It was just really, it was actually very strange. Wouldn't come near me. And I wasn't farting excessively that week, just a normal week of farting.

So I don't know. He's, he just, I guess he was upset. And that was when he was seeing Logie for, you know, most days, but not for a huge amount of time.

Sometimes he'd see him for an hour or two. Sometimes Logie would be up here for the day, but sometimes it'd just be for 10 minutes. Some days he wouldn't see him at all.

So what's he going to be like now after having 24 hours a day with him for eight weeks? I don't know. I really don't know because he's actually, Vinnie has been more, I don't know what the right word is, nicer to me since Logie's been up here. Because Logie's a really affectionate dog.

I guess affection is the word I was looking for. I just, I don't seem to be able to come up with that word when I think of Vinnie. When I think of Logie, affectionate, cuddly, lovely, loving, he's a very loving dog.

So he likes to cuddle and Vinnie doesn't like that. He gets jealous. Now I'm not sure if he's jealous of me or jealous of Logie.

I don't know. But he definitely likes to get in the middle of us. And lately, well, for quite a while now, I don't know how long, Vinnie's been sleeping on a pillow next to me.

That's now his favorite place to sleep. Even when I'm not in bed, he goes in the bedroom and he sleeps on that pillow. So I'm guessing it's probably got his smell on it and he's just, maybe it's a comfort thing.

I can't use that pillow anymore. I just, I'd end up with pink eye probably. So I got my pillow anyway.

It's going to be strange though, because before Logie came here, I used to sleep on both sides of the bed. It's a double bed. I'd sleep on both sides.

Since Logie's been here, I've been pinned to the wall. So I've only been able to sleep on one side, the side near the wall. So that would be strange because I haven't physically been able, I literally haven't been able to move to the other side, because once he lays on my leg, that's it.

I'm trapped till he moves. Because he's a big old thing. He's like an elephant shaped as a dog.

I guess that'd just be a dog, wouldn't it? So he is going tomorrow. Did I say only listen when you can safely close your eyes? I sometimes forget. I try and say it every time, but after 39 years of doing these recordings, I just sometimes forget whether or not I've remembered or forgotten to say that particular sentence.

Cup of tea. It's 7.45pm in the evening. And it's Friday the 19th of January 2024.

Now today, I have been working on my website. And I know that I'm still quite a long way off. Accomplishing what I was aiming to do.

But it's progression, you know, getting there, eventually. So the the first page is now changed. Now the very first homepage.

So I've still got that download list of podcast downloads. And then there's like, Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Deep sleep, whisper hypnosis, relax and sleep hypnosis daily.

Sleeping boring objects. Jason's bedtime story time. Stop smoking hypnosis, stress and pain relief.

ASMR whisper, Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Chronic pain hypnosis. And finally relaxation hypnosis for stress anxiety and panic attacks.

So that last one is what I've been working on for a few days. Even though technically, you'd think I'd only be working on it for maybe 20 minutes, because I've only got 20 uploaded. But there's a lot of other stuff I have to do like sort through them and put them into a zip file and all that stuff.

So it's it takes a little bit of time. But it will be done. I was hoping to have this section finished by the end of the weekend.

And now I've got on the first page, I've got two sections before the podcast downloads, which is SoundCloud podcasts, and Spotify podcasts, no music in brackets. Now Spotify does not allow background music on or what that's what that's what they tell me. So I'm not allowed to have music with my podcasts, even just in this background, because they get removed.

SoundCloud, however, does so it's fine. So I've looked through I've got 12345 different podcasts on SoundCloud. And on a couple of them, I've got lots of different podcasts on there.

But these are different, if that makes sense. So for example, Relax, Sleep, and Pain Relief Hypnosis. That's one podcast.

But within it is everything pretty much that I produced. And it's 3548 recordings. That includes the 10 hour versions, five hour versions and all that stuff.

And Relax and Sleep Hypnosis. No, wait a minute. Hypnosis for sleeping deeply with music is all those recordings I've got, but that don't have music, that do have music, sorry.

So, so there's less of them, there's 1493. Oh, then I've got, oh, ASMR, Deep Sleep, Whisper, Hypnosis, 1074. That includes the music ones as well.

And the Let Me Bore You To Sleep podcast, I have 1333. Now, most of them are without music. But the last, I don't know, 1333.

That sounds like too many. So what I've got 1056. Oh, yeah, okay, that's fair enough.

Because I've got a few the last 51, 52. Yeah, so yeah, that makes sense. Otherwise, there'd be about 12344 and a half thousand otherwise, something like that.

Hypnosis is sleeping, Relax and Sleep Hypnosis daily, there's 758. So that's the SoundCloud podcast. And there they all have both or all versions of the recordings that I was able to save, because you know, I lost quite a few, few months back before Christmas.

And it was August, I think blind, it's a long time ago. But hey, took ages to kind of sort of save stuff and just, you know, get back to where I am, even though there's still a fair way to go. So yeah, so that's the SoundCloud SoundCloud podcasts.

Now I've got Spotify podcasts, and none of those got music on. Now, there's more of them. And I've not uploaded all of them yet.

There's loads still to upload. It's just a case of putting the time in because it's literally each recording has to be uploaded separately. So you know, if I could upload 20 or 40 at a time, it'd make it a lot easier, but individual.

So that's the first page, the homepage. So you've got choices, you can go to the podcast downloads where every podcast episode is listed. Now, for example, Let Me Bore You To Sleep.

The last one was yesterday 1065. So if you click on that one, there's a picture of me, it's not me. But it's a picture of the Sebastian has posted my face over a man with a lady walking through Thailand.

And so that's that one. That's called what's it called? Facebook comments. So yeah, yeah, I talked about some Facebook comments I've got.

And there's also four versions of the recording that you can listen to one without music background, five hours and 10 hours. So there you go. So you can choose really, and there's an or or you can add it to the car and then check out or view car and carry on and it's absolutely free to download.

Yes. And you can log in or join. That way you'll be you know, remembered next time.

So that's the website really still got the Dear Luke podcast, put a vlog blog thing. It's just I basically do it really when I wake up in the morning just for a little while just sort of say hi and what's been happening and that is it's just really for me I guess. There's also a link to the boring Facebook group which you can join for free of course.

And so far, so far. I can't believe how many I mean, really, the millions and millions, millions and millions. 141, I've got 141 members.

But that group is for people that really, really, really like what I do. It's for the it's for the hardcore, probably the right word, but you know, the people that really, really like why do I do need to say thank you to Where is it? Where is it? Where is it? Where is it? Oh, oh, oh, okay. Thank you to Joanne for your PayPal gift.

Thank you. You know, when I get on PayPal, it's quite hard to get from Australia, I find it hard to send a message on the app. For some reason, it won't let me send messages.

So I'll try and figure out who's what and where, you know, email addresses and stuff. It's just what I do try and do, especially if I'm making a regular podcast, you're doing it sort of daily. I will mention you at the near the beginning of the recording.

So thank you. I've got what I got here. I've got a message from Cara.

Just trying to catch up on your last three Let Me Bore You To Sleep recordings. January 16 17th and 18th. So yeah, it's caught you all by surprise in night by suddenly making podcasts, making recordings after 700 years of not doing anything.

So here, but I've got a five star review from Ashley. And this is for number one, Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Oh, cool.

And from 2018, was it March 2018. So it says here, I do not miss an episode. I've been sleeping with Jason every night since discovering him in 2018.

I, in fact, get quite annoyed and anxious. If there is not a new Let Me Bore You To Sleep episode every night. No matter when there hasn't been for a while is a part from now.

I'm happy to listen to reruns as long as I'm sure that he and Vinnie and Logie are doing okay. Thanks, Jason for what you do. You're a treasure.

Oh, thank you, Ashley. That's very kind. And I got another Oh, no, I didn't.

No, I didn't. That's it. I thought I got another message, but I didn't.

This was just a message from the app that doesn't. Oh, so yeah, that's it. So thank you very much, everybody.

And goodbye. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. So yeah, today's been it's been weird because it has been cold.

You know, there's no there's no denying it has been a bit. It's a bit chilly. A little bit a little bit nippy nipply.

It's a little bit you know. And you regret you regret walking around naked in this weather. You know? I mean, it's hiding in the garden in the bushes is fun in the summer, but not in the winter.

It's what I don't do that. I don't I don't even do in the summer. What am I talking about? It's dangerous.

Those some of those bushes are thorny. It's it's no, it's cold. It's been cold.

In fact, I at night in the garden, I don't take the last, you know, couple of months I've been taking both the girls out there to do their poos and their weewees. And I can't see to pick up the poo. So I leave it till the morning and then I go out and I pick them all up if wherever they are.

No one else really goes out in the garden. So it's not like there's a couple of couple little kids go and play out in there, but it's fine. Poo is good for you, I think, isn't it? There's no one no one goes out in there.

But I can't see anything at night. So I wait until the daytime. And today, I went to pick them up.

It was like picking up ice. Icy poo. I mean, literally, it's just, I wonder where if that's where they got the idea of ice cubes.

That probably wouldn't be with it. No, okay, that wasn't a good idea. Move away from that.

No, but you know, the I don't know if you get them anymore. But the things are the plastic things you can fill up with water, and different shapes and like little sausages and all kinds of stuff like that. I wonder if that idea was from picking up frozen poo.

Then I'm thinking about drinking, I guess the two don't really blend so well. It's not connection, I guess, would be made by many. If any, but it made it really easy to pick up because I mean, sometimes when it's cold outside and I pick out straight away is, you know, it's quite nice to have warm hands for a little bit.

But, you know, it's like, oh, that feels nice. And then, yeah, but the thing that's making my hands feel nice and cozy is poo, you know, it's like, so yeah, not Yeah, I won't miss because Finny does cute little ones. Because he's a tiny little doggy.

You know, he's, I'm not saying a cute as in like, I wouldn't. I wouldn't like paint them. I wouldn't take a picture of his poos and, you know, put them into some kind of photography exhibition, or build a website around his poos.

You know, I don't mean they're not that cute and lovely. I'm just that they're little. That's what I'm trying to say.

I wouldn't write a poem about them. That's the point. And I won't miss Logie's huge donkey poos.

They're like elephants. I mean, they're huge, huge, like a giraffe. It's not like a giraffe, but just doesn't look like a giraffe.

I'm just saying it's really big, really huge. You know, with Finny's, it doesn't even fill a bag. Like a little poo bag.

With Logie's, I've got to dig up the garden. I have to get a skip. It's hard to balance him on it.

He needs to live in a skip really. So he could just poo and you'd leave him there, be at the bottom of the skip by the end of the day, like pick him up the next day, and he'd be standing on top of a big pile of poo. That's probably not true.

I don't know why I said that. But yeah, huge. I mean, his poos are not far off the size of Vinnie's head.

And it's not even an exaggeration. Like, wow. Now I realise there's a lot of you maybe listening to this thinking, please, for the sake of all that is good.

Please, please, please tell us more about the poos. But no, I'm not gonna. I'm not gonna focus too much on that.

Let's get back to let's get back to the podcast. Yes. So he's going tomorrow.

I'm gonna have an early night tonight. I just feel yeah, I'm gonna go to bed at nine. Have a nice early night.

Well, I don't know if I'll be able to get in bed by nine. But you know, by 10. Anyway, I'll be in bed by 10.

And because things it takes ages to upload this stuff because my internet speed isn't particularly fast. And it's slightly annoying. Just slightly.

Just ever so slightly. Just a little bit. Why is this? I mean, download is probably about 5050 megabytes a second, roughly.

Upload is about 10 to 12 megabytes a second. And because I record and edit and upload and process all of my recordings in the highest possible quality that I can to try and make up for both the terrible quality of the recording and the squeakiness of my voice to try and you know, make my voice sound a bit more relaxing. That's what I sound like.

But if you heard me about the editing about the process, that is what it sounded like. That's me. That's how I sound.

It's not. I don't know why I said that. You know, it's not you've heard me before.

This is me. This is how I normally talk. Yes.

Do you get people to talk and they're so close to your face when they talk? But why are you so close to my face? My ears work. You know, I can just really let's get closer and closer. Like, why are you doing? So just just step back a bit.

I realize we're sharing the same air but doesn't have to be literally the same air. I mean, we're all sharing the same air on the planet, aren't we? But we don't have to actually share the same like breath. Come on, man.

It's sometimes I like talk to someone that gets so close and I can feel the fleas on my shoulders waiting to jump onto them. Like talking like, Yeah, come on, we can get another one. We can escape.

We can escape this one. Ready? Like pirates taking over a new ship on the abandoned ship. You know, your life has got weird when even fleas don't want to know you.

Blimey. This has gone weird. This has gone the wrong way.

I do apologize. Oh, dear. So tomorrow, I'm not gonna repeat it again.

Tomorrow. Yeah, we know Logie's going. No, I wasn't gonna say that.

I wasn't. Tomorrow. I am planning to get a bit more done.

And so I've got this idea. This is the idea. And I'll talk it through with you.

I won't talk through you why I want to do this. Because it's personal. And it's first for a friend.

Not anyone, you know, not anyone on Facebook or anything like that. Just someone that I know. And that asked me, well, I offered actually.

But I'd like to do a recording to help with. In fact, no, no, I'm not gonna mention this. I want that.

Okay, it's not as different. It basically is just generally, I'd like I'm interested in maybe putting together some courses, okay, for a different variety of different things, including would be something that I've done before, but I didn't follow it through. Or and I did follow it through, but I didn't.

Well, basically, I lost it. I lost the course. And so I'd like to do a course in driving test nerves to help people to pass the driving test.

Now, this is something that I used to do. Years and years and years and years ago, I've helped a few people to pass a driving test. It's a long time ago.

But I remember, I remember how I did it. And it was it was fun. I did even did it in a group of people once.

And though none of them, none of them pass. But that's not the point. The point is I was successful because I turned up.

And the another thing I'd like to do would be to do with alcohol dependency, drug dependency, or just addiction in general. I'd like to do some recordings for some of the more like some of the standard stuff that a lot of hypnotists do or have done for confidence and things like that that I haven't I think I've incorporated that stuff into my recordings over the years. I've done a few recordings based focusing specifically on feeling more confident.

But I've forgotten when I did those and I just lose track. I've just done too many recordings now to keep track of not too many because there's more coming. And I just I like the idea of doing some courses.

And having them on my website and having just as a as a course like a standalone course. And I'll do it I'll put on a Spotify podcast. And so that'll be available without any music just be standalone, no music or anything.

But then I might do some with background music and put them on my website. And perhaps put them on Spotify on SoundCloud. I don't know.

So that's three things. What's the other things? Now I've been asked lots of times over the years to make slim or losing weight recordings. Now, this is this is a true story.

Someone once asked me if I'd do a losing weight recording. So first, I wasn't a very good wasn't a very good story. Basically, just repeat what I said previously.

No, no, what happened is this person from the past and everyone's from the past apart from those we haven't met yet, I guess. She contacted me in 2012. And I hadn't seen a really I used to work with her in 2003.

So it's quite a long time. I'd seen her a few times. But not for quite a few years.

And she contacted me on Facebook out of the blue, asking me if I would be willing to do some weight loss hypnosis with her. And two reasons why I said no. She doesn't know.

I think I told her one of the reasons. But the other reason is basically, first of all, I looked around my bedroom. And it was horrible.

And it was nowhere to bring to bring a human being. It wasn't, you know, it's a human being. I mean, I didn't like here, I got a flat, but I still just generally don't invite people in there.

But this was just one room with my bed. Nowhere to sit. Really, you know, it wasn't.

And I was a bit embarrassed, to be honest, because when I worked with her, I was doing fairly well. In insurance, I was quite good at sales. And she would have seen how far down I traveled.

So, you know, and she's, she's really successful. So I was a little bit embarrassed. But then I also looked down at my belly and I thought, how, you know, been really, there's one thing making an audio recording, because you can just hear my voice.

And I could also make a video where you only see from my boobs upwards. But can't really like sit in a room with someone. For example, you can't sit in a room with someone smoking a cigarette, telling them to stop smoking a cigarette, tell them, you know, it's just it doesn't work.

I don't think psychologically, it's incongruent. And I knew she's very, very slim. And I knew, well, I was pretty certain I'd still be the biggest one out of the two of us in the room.

I usually am. So not big, strong, just the biggest belly. I remember this kid once said to me, I was outside talking to my friend who's got a kid.

And her friend came, her friend came over, she's like six or seven or something. And she said, asked me if I was pregnant. A bit rude, isn't it? I said no.

She said, well, why are you wearing a maternity dress? It's like, what's it got to do with you? What has it got to do with you? Why don't you go back over there with that weird looking Muppet? That's my mom. I just I don't care who it is. Go away.

Making fun of me. It's not fair. So, you know, that didn't happen.

I'm not sure why I'm telling you stuff. It didn't happen. But why would I stop now? Why would I stop now? After how many years? 2018, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, nearly six years.

Six years in what, two months? Six years. Six. Blimmin' years.

I wonder if I can keep this up and do one a day. Just one a day. That's all.

Is it possible? I don't know. I don't know. Is it? It could be.

Oh, another thing I wanted to do. But this is so time consuming. And it's not really.

I mean, this is this. Basically, it's like a radio show that I wanted to do as a podcast, using Spotify, but also using Spotify as music, so that I could talk and then introduce the songs. And I was thinking about doing a, an 80s radio show, maybe once a week, and maybe a classical music relaxation show once a week.

And that's what I was thinking. So like Saturday, 80s, Sunday relaxation. And then just record it throughout the week, you know.

Now, I'd probably enjoy that. But it's gonna be quite a bit of work. So I don't, I'm not sure.

I started the 80s one yesterday, just playing around with it. But I'm not sure. I mean, 80s, the 80s music would be easy.

Because well, for me, because that's my, it's not my era, really, not really my era. I mean, I loved the music from the 90s and 2000s. And you know, whatever, any year I was, if I listened to the music, I liked it.

The only time that I came a little bit unstuck with music is when I didn't listen to anything that was current. And that happens, you know, it's happened over the years. And it has happened over the last like nine, not nine years, but probably last few years.

I'm not quite as up to date with the music. And then when I do listen to a music song, a music song, I can hear other songs in it. And I mean, I can hear other songs in it.

I mean, in, in the song. And, and that it just feels like it's being copied, like it's, there's little bits of other songs all kind of mixed together to make this new song. Which probably is possibly the truth.

But maybe that's what all songs have been. Unconsciously, people have written songs and the tune is very similar to other tunes. And maybe some of the lyrics are quite the same ish.

And the way of singing might be similar in different parts to a variety of different songs. But I just, I've noticed that a little bit with some of the young, younger singers, like, Oh, I've heard that before. That might just be because I've heard that song before.

I just didn't realize it. I mean, who knows, maybe, maybe when I'm asleep, the young person living downstairs, she might be playing music, up to date music, and I might be hearing it and not knowing I'm hearing it. And I might be, I might be tap dancing in my sleep.

Because that's what young people, that's what young people do when they listen to music, isn't it? They tap dance. So maybe I do know the music of today, today's music. Because I've never really been one of those people that stick to a decade.

I'm an 80s child, I love 80s songs. Well, I don't really see the point in that. I mean, I do.

I love a lot of 80s songs. But I love a lot of 90s songs. I love quite a few, I love a lot of 50s songs, and 60s and 70s.

So you know, I like songs around before I was even born. One of them is Rubber Ball. Rubber ball, I can bounce him back to you.

Rubber ball, I can bounce him back to you. Rubber ball, I can bounce him back to you. Who? Which is a little bit Buddy Holly, isn't it? Who? The Wanderers.

That's one of my favourite songs of all time. And then, well, Elvis Presley, The Beatles. You know, one of my favourite bands, the Bee Gees.

Seriously, there was, there was so unique, such a unique sound. And no one really, well, I guess no one wanted to copy them, but no one, no one, no, it's weird, isn't it? But no one else, no one else wanted to sound like them. Yet, they were hugely successful.

You can tell by the way I live my walk, I'm a woman's man, no time to talk. Stayin' alive, stayin' alive, stayin' alive. So yeah, I did like, yeah, big, big, big Bee Gees fan.

I like some of the ABBA stuff. Um, yeah, and songs from Greece, especially the love songs like Sandy and Totally Devoted to You. They're two songs that I think I know the words to.

Was it Totally Devoted to You goes Totally Devoted to You. Totally Devoted to You. Ooh.

Totally Devoted to You. Ooh. And Sandy.

Sandy. Sandy. Sandy.

Sandy. Sandy. San-dee, San-dee, San-dee, San-dee, San-dee, San-dee, San-dee, San-dee, San-dee.

Yeah, that's it. That was a bit out of tune. But it wasn't really out of tune because it wasn't being sung correctly was it? If it was sung correctly you would have thought, WOW!

this that song sung really well kind of perhaps hmm what other songs yeah I do like some 50s and 60s songs I really do but I'd have to sift through them because I mean even in the 80s I was surprised oops sometimes I I watched the top of the pops from the 80s and these are the songs in the top 10 and I think to myself why am I watching this there's other things to do I'm not I watched this first time around a hundred years ago why am I watching

it now and I remember that I like watching it and a little bit of what we like every now and then is I think it's pretty good I mean you know it depends on what it is who eats duck eggs it's just a question I don't know why I just it's been bugging me so I sometimes watch top of the pops from the 80s it's on BBC 2 was it BBC 4 might be BBC 4 and sometimes they just show back-to-back episodes bare episodes of top of the pop bareback back

back to bareback bareback to bare whatever lots and lots of episodes and sometimes I just think wow was that a real song how do that get into the top 10 how please explain to me and I'm not talking about agadoo and that is an example but but agadoo is a lot of fun agadoo doo doo to the tree ooh you're left to your right and me me me me me whatever so that that's a bit of fun and you know I can get why if it's summertime and you know people

need a little bit of light entertainment sometimes but then I hear other songs and I think well first of all I don't remember this I really don't remember this why don't I remember this and then like part of my brain says yeah because it's unmemorable because you don't like it I said but there's quite a few songs that I perhaps don't like now that I used to like and I remember them there's also songs that I didn't like back then and I remember them but this song I don't like now

and I don't remember it and I don't know if I liked it before and I just like wonder like is this real are they is this just some kind of joke and some really clever editing just to mess with my brain but I imagine the people of the BBC have got other things to think about the upcoming court cases I guess I don't know so I I like watching Top of the Pops yeah actually to be fair I think really my era I would say my kind of era ish was

from when I started to become interested in music which we're talking probably eight years old 1977 was I think was 78 when Grease came out so I was very into that I didn't have the album but my brother had the album so I remember he came home one day I think I think it was on a Saturday afternoon and he had a bag like carrier bag with something in it and he came in and he was all smiley and came into the kitchen and he said guess what I got and

we all like well I'm not sure if we all were that interested I think my my oldest brother I didn't care and he just jumped out the window we were on the bottom floor he liked to jump out of windows for some reason and pretend that he was in the SAS and my dad was I think he was unplugging the toilet so he was very interested because it gave me a chance to have a break from that I suppose and my little brother was a baby so he wasn't that bothered

at that time my step-mom I can't remember I think she's kind of neutral on it she was like well I've just given birth I mean not in that moment she hadn't literally just squirted my little brother out it was it was more like a few weeks earlier but my I'm not sure she was that interested in hearing about what my brother had in the carrier bag I mean for me if someone says guess what's in the carrier bag then I figure it's a challenge and I should be allowed an infinite

amount of guesses which means that the game would still be going now because there's no way of knowing what's in it but then I thought you know what I do I use my powers and I said it's the Grease album he said how did you know I said it's a see-through carrier bag we laughed we only stopped laughing about a week ago seriously this is four years ago we couldn't stop actually about 45 years ago and that used to be my laugh it used to be and it changed when I

got older to like I kind of moved around testing it out testing different laughs so I wanted to have a laugh that was I wanted to be unique to me but not sound false even though technically by putting on a fake laugh could be construed as being slightly false just just just just a little bit just like a like a leaf in a rice pudding you know just barely noticeable so I what was I talking about oh yeah laughs yeah there was a time I wanted to be like Eddie Murphy

like that and that didn't really work and whatever I loved the idea of having a Woody Woodpecker laugh or Basil Brush for those don't know who Basil Brush is he's a children's thing puppet and he looks a little bit like Vinnie really and he tells jokes he's a wisecracker wisecracking jokester from the 60s or 70s and he had this laugh and so you tell a joke and he'd go boom boom yeah it's all great hey you know okay I can't that's it I can't do the talking but I can do the boom boom but it

was a lot louder than the way that I portrayed it because it just doesn't feel right to be disturbing people with really loud sounds you know I mean do you get me?

What other laughs have I had over the years there was that one and there's that one um yeah that was weird because that that used to cause interference with the TV aerial and what other ones that's like a yawn kind of laugh hmm just realized I've run out of things to talk about never thought it happened but it's just happened this one second oh now luckily Vinnie is being particularly good now if if he knew well he's looking at me now if he knew if he only only knew that this

was his kind of final night together with Logie I wonder how he would what he would do because I'm feeling sorry for him I do feel sorry for him can you imagine being stuck with me that's just that's just like yeah that's gotta be awful bless him however we will be able to go out for long walks again which we haven't been able to do for ages better take him out and maybe the other dog walkers will start talking to me again because some of them have been avoiding me since

I had Logie because they see this big huge white dog in the distance and I think let's keep this keep away mind you it might be because I'm walking around carrying dog poo I'm saying to them look look we all do it all carry dog poo you know I mean we've got dogs you have to carry dog poo around and someone shout out yeah but we use bags okay blimey judge much so that's it yes I've got some plans they're not like concrete plans but I've got ideas about how I

would like this free thing that I'm doing going forward free service hypnosis sleepy stuff I don't know what you call it I'd like it I'd like to continue to do the Let Me Bore You To Sleep recordings and do that on a daily basis and I'd also like to do more the other stuff and also make some courses standalone courses maybe four recordings maybe ten but just like a standalone thing so someone can listen to the recording you know once a day and then listen again to the second recording maybe

or maybe listen all night long to one then listen all night long to day two then day three maybe for seven seven days ten hour recording each one and put it together so it's all to do with what you know is being talked about or the focus of that particular the reason for it you know so I'll just think it through I'd also also like to do a bit more reading because I haven't lately been really reading much I do miss that I do I saw someone reading on a movie

the other day and I thought when I used to read books instead of watching movies then something really interesting happened in the in the film and I forgot about the books so yeah it's nothing really much left to say except remember to be kind to yourself to be gentle with yourself because you do deserve to be happy just take it easy give yourself a bit of rest and just a bit of space to let go and perhaps learning to appreciate what you do have appreciate yourself take care lots of love bye
