Honestly, I'm like a walking ball sack. It's just oh, basically having these big lights shining at me doesn't help things. I'm one of the hottest days in history.

Everything's the hottest, the coldest, the longest, the biggest. Everything's a crisis these days. Have you noticed that? Every single thing, a crisis.

Anyway, hi. This is, um, I haven't made a video actually for a little while. I don't know if you can hear all the buzzing.

It's a little bit annoying actually. Considering, well, they're not technically, the lights aren't technically for video, but you know, I imagine more people buy them for video, making videos than they do for photography. So therefore, shouldn't they be quiet? They've got three noisy lamps.

I don't know if you can hear it. I can and it's annoying. I'm trying to make myself look slim, but that's just not going to happen, is it? It looks like my breasts are like hanging down to my navel, but they're not.

It's just a t-shirt. Yeah, so I've been trying to do, oh yeah, only listen when you can safely close your eyes. Just in case you, um, wanted to close your eyes or didn't want to close your eyes.

I don't know. No. So I've got this little bit of a different setup with a background, which has involved moving stuff around and it's in the way.

So when I've finished, I have to move everything around again, moving it away from where it is now. Unless I figure out another way of doing it, perhaps. I don't know.

There's been a few changes. A few little things changed the last, uh, just the last few days, the last couple of weeks. And I just had to make a few decisions.

Nothing particularly exciting, but, um, I'm thinking a little bit in my head. I'm thinking maybe, just maybe, I maybe will make some videos. That's what I'm thinking.

Just about maybe. What's that? I've got like skinny little arms, don't I? It looks like I've got, um, chicken arms. That's what you got.

Chicken, little skinny chicken arms. I haven't, honestly. It's just compared to my belly, everything looks small.

Trust me, everything. So, um, so this is Let Me Boil Asleep. Basically, basically, if you haven't listened or watched this podcast before, then basically all it is, is me talking nonsense, really just a bunch of rubbish.

It's not, you know, it's just, it's pointless and it's supposed to be pointless. It's supposed to be. And that's it.

It's just me just chatting about stuff. The one thing, um, I try not to do, I'll try to avoid, I try to avoid heavy subjects these days. I mean, I have talked about my life and I have talked about stuff over the years because I've been doing these Let Me Boil Asleep podcasts since oh, is it 2018? It's about four, four and a half years.

I think it was February 2018. Was it March, April, May, June, July, or yeah, four and a half years. Blimey.

So I, you know, I've talked about various things over the years. Yes. Because this is a number, although this is the first one, this is the first one on the YouTube channel as it stands now, and I'm not going to re-upload anything.

I'm just gonna just make new recordings from now on. And so it's, you know, it's going to look like, oh, what have you done? You ain't done nothing. Where you been? Oh, it's signed me out.

That's weird. Um, so I'm just going to just get you the how many whip, how many episodes? Okay. 877 Let Me Boil Asleep podcasts I've done.

And the first one, number one was, oh no, I was wrong. It was the 27th of March, 2018. That was the very first recording.

So you can see where I'm going with that. It's been, it's been going for a while. So 877.

Unfortunately, there will be background sounds when I make these because it's live. And it's quite difficult to edit out. I mean, it's possible, I know, but if I'm in the middle of a sentence or in the middle of a word, and suddenly people in the garden shouting out or someone slamming doors, which is a regular occurrence in this building, then I literally would have to wait till maybe three in the morning to make a podcast.

And I don't have to do that. If you know I mean, you know, I mean, it's not ideal, but hey, I'm trying to figure it out trying to figure out how I can find times when there's less noise occurring within the neighborhood. And I suppose in reality, because it's summer, there's more people about.

It's the evening as well. So there's more people about in the evening. There's more people about the children off holiday.

So there's more people about in gardens and stuff like that. And, you know, it's at the weekends as people about. So the best times normally is in the winter when even if people are about they're indoors, because it's killed and it's waning.

And it's killed and it's waning. And it's, you know, that's perhaps stay indoors a bit. So there's more opportunity to make recordings, but I can't just make recordings in the winter and then do not, you know, make them all ahead of time.

Or could I? Oh, that's a possibility, you know, maybe I'll do that. Maybe. Oh, maybe.

I suppose there are ways of doing, you know, trying to move through the background sound is I guess by repeating what I just said. And now there's someone at the front door. I just had to turn the the video off for a second.

Because I had a knock on the door. See exactly what I was saying is, it's just difficult to know when I'm not moaning, moaning a little bit is a little me. So yeah, one thing I could do is I have a storage room, which is, it's big enough to have a desk and the equipment in.

It's big enough to have the lighting in as well. Although I think the lighting it's sound, I think it'd be quite noisy, because it's such a small space. However, it may be quieter.

Or I could make my podcast in there. I'd have to put soundproof in the room, because it would be quite echoey once I emptied it. But there wouldn't be anything else in there.

And of course, I'd hear if someone knocked at the front door, I'd probably also hear door bangs and stuff like that. I wouldn't hear anything from the garden. And I could probably do it so that I wouldn't hear anything from out the front because there's a couple of vents, which I could just cover over soundproof those while I was in there, you know, for an hour or whatever, should be enough oxygen, I hope.

And it's quite cool in there as well. So doesn't seem to get hot in the summer, because there's no windows, there's nothing. So I say that now it might be hot.

I've never sat in there, to be honest, for any length of time. So yeah, it's just got to figure it out really. Just got to figure it out.

My friend's dog got out. The back gate is broken. The latch on the back gate is broken.

So my friend's dog, he goes in the garden does his wee-wees and stuff. And now he just recently, an hour ago, just ran out, because there's nothing to stop him. And he loves getting out, he loves running around free, doesn't get into fights with dogs, because he's free.

He can just he can run circles around other dogs. It doesn't, you know, he's not if he's restricted, and he's on a lead. And he's with his dad, or if he's with me, he goes for the dog through fear.

It's he's not trying to attack the dog. It's a defense thing. I'm pretty sure.

And but he's brilliant with humans, adults, children, he's just so, so gentle. But he's a big dog. He's very strong, very, very strong dog.

And so I was taking him for a walk a few weeks back, and we were in a country lane. I wasn't me and him. And there was a dog off the lead.

And I was shouting to the person, can you please put your dog on the lead? And that the person was chasing after the dog, but couldn't catch a dog. The dog was running towards the dog I was with. So and it was a little dog.

And basically, all he wanted to do is smell his bum. I was that was the little dog's aim. Now I had to stop the dog that I was looking after from eating him, which he would have done had he had the opportunity.

And honestly, I've never I've never put so much effort, physical strength into anything that I can remember, not for a long time. It was harder than loading a lorry full of really heavy boxes, if you love it is like really, every bit of effort, because he was struggling to get away from me. And he was trying to get to this dog.

And his dog at the same time was sticking his nose up his bum. So you know, it probably maybe didn't like that. I don't know.

I don't know why. But it was just hard. And he managed to break his lead.

The chain that he got on broke the chain. He was that desperate to get away. And luckily, I'm quite heavy.

I mean, I'm a lot heavier than him. But that doesn't mean he's so much stronger than me. You know, in comparison, if he was my size, it'd be like the strength of an elephant.

And that's what I mean. You know, he's just he's obviously he's not my size, because he's, he's a three, seven stone. But what a lump, a proper lump, heavy lump of muscle.

And I'm not seven stone, I'm a little bit heavier. And I'm just a lump. I'm not a lot.

I have three muscles, and two of them are in my left leg. So what does that even mean? You have three muscles and two of them are in your left leg? What does that mean? I don't know. But what does it mean though? I'm not sure.

It's gotta mean something. I don't know. I really don't know.

So it's 720 Friday, the 12th of August 2022. And it feels really weird making the video. I haven't done one for such a long time.

It feels like ages and ages and ages. And I haven't done one like this. It's just I'm in the wrong position.

It's almost this is taking up the whole room by putting the desk here in front of the TV and the bookcase. It's just weird. It's just weird.

You know, I mean, I just strange. And I can't even see what the picture's like, if it's any good, even though I've got all these lights shining down on me. I can't quite see.

Should be okay. I forgot to put the light on up there, which would have been useful probably. So hopefully it's okay.

If the light's not good enough, then you know, if I do another one of these, I'll try and improve next time. So something that a lot of people like when I do the podcast, and I get a lot of requests for this, and a lot of people write to me and say, please, Juicy JJ, can you please, please tell us about your stats. It's a very, very popular thing.

Almost, almost yearly, I get almost every decade. So I might as well share my stats. I mean, things are okay.

It's plodding along, plodding, plodding, plodding. So the last 30 days, I've had 387,164 downloads. So it's all right.

It's all right. It's not, it's not like super duper fantastic, but it's okay. It's okay, really.

As long as I get at least 300,000 a month. That's the main thing. I want at least 10,000 downloads a day, bare minimum, just for my own.

That's kind of the minimum. That's my lowest number that I will put up with. If it goes below 10,000 downloads in a day, I'll get the ump.

I do, I get annoyed. Sometimes I never get so, I get so angry. I do, I go, so it really is a case of trying to, just trying to keep it above that level.

And it is at the moment. Yesterday, the day before 18,000 yesterday, 16 today, so far 10, just under 10,000. So it's not going to be a huge day today, but I should get 12, 13, probably maybe 14 before the end of the day.

So that's nice. And you know, I mean, yeah, it'd be great to have 100,000 a day. Yeah, wonderful.

Yeah, 3 million a month. But the fact is, I'm not getting 100,000 downloads a day. So you know, there's no point, you know, I mean, yeah, what's the point in moaning about it? I mean, the most I've ever got, I think is 50,000 in one day.

It's the most I've ever got. And that was, I think, maybe I might have done that twice. And that was last year, probably about December time, maybe January, December, January.

It's not a normal thing. And you know, I'd love to be getting 50,000 a day. You just said you wanted 100,000 a day.

Yeah, I know. But I want, you know, I'd be happy with 50 as opposed to 10. Obviously.

So if we look, the last 12 months, I've had 6,536,075 downloads. So six and a half million downloads in the last 12 months. Now, that's alright.

It's growing, but slowly. I mean, it took me 2018 to well, actually, I mean, I've been doing this. I mean, I mean, I mean, I've been doing this since 2006.

So it's taken a long time to get to 10,000 a day. I didn't get to that until last year, I think it was. So, you know, it's taken a long, long, long, long, long, long, long time.

However, in the past, I didn't have as many podcasts and I didn't, you know, I wasn't quite as didn't have such a broad audience as I do now. Plus, podcasting wasn't very popular. Or listening to podcasts.

It was popular for a while back in about 2008, 2007, 2008, 2009. And then it just seemed to go away. Loads of podcast platforms came and went.

Lots, lots and lots. And a few are still around. The one that I use, which is Spreaker, that wasn't around back then.

And the the one I did used to use was SoundCloud. Now, it's not technically a podcast host. It was more like a music place to put your music on.

I used it to post my hypnosis stuff. And I was on SoundCloud for about over a decade, over a decade. So like proper.

Yeah, at least, yeah, put out 10 years on and off. I had little breaks and I tried different other platforms, different things. I was doing YouTube at the same time.

But SoundCloud, I kept going back to it because it's the only one that was, that I could find that was unlimited. And I paid, paid for it every month, but it was like 10, 10 pounds a month or something, $10 a month. And I noticed that the, the stats started to rise a bit during the last period of time that I was with SoundCloud.

So I think the last year I had about 200,000 downloads in the final year of being with them, I think, before I came to Spreaker. Now, the reason I like SoundCloud is because it's got its own audience. Another one, Podomatic, I used to use as well.

And that was quite successful. You know, I had quite a fair good audience with them for a while, but it was expensive and I couldn't really afford to keep doing it. It was too, okay, it was too expensive for me at the time, because I had so many recordings.

And I just, I had to be on the top, the top level of what it was. And it was, I can't remember, 100 pound a month or something. So, you know, there was times when I couldn't really afford that.

But then I discovered Spreaker. And I gave it a go. This isn't an advert for Spreaker, by the way.

Just talking about what is, let's have a drink. I don't, I can actually get an affiliate link with Spreaker. They haven't bothered.

But I genuinely, if I was going to, if you said to me, recommend a podcast host now, I would recommend Spreaker, because I've been with them now. I mean, solidly since November 2018. But I was also with them the previous to that as well, for a couple of years.

And again, I kept trying different things, trying different, trying out ways of doing it on my website. So I closed down, close it down. Then I start another one and all that.

But I've been solid with them since then. And I, when I came back, I uploaded all the previous recordings. And, you know, and I said, I've been there, like, is it 31st of March 2018? But pretty, in fact, unless it was 2017, November 2017.

Ah, that makes sense. The reason why it would make sense is because which one would be have I had right from the beginning? Okay, yeah, this one. Nope, that's no good.

That's no good either. Damn, I've re uploaded stuff. So it's not there.

One, I saw a look at Deep Sleep Whisper. Now it's the 1st of January 2015. So yeah, it's not valid.

Oh, there's nothing on here. I can't, I can't. Counting sheep.

Again, re uploaded those ones. No, there's nothing. Damn.

Unless it says created four years ago. Will it tell me the exact date it was created? It might tell me the exact date. Created.

This is boring, isn't it? Yeah. No, it doesn't say but four years ago. So that was the first.

Nevermind, it don't matter. I'm still sweating. Rub it into my beard, which is a strange thing to do.

So, I've got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25. I've got three podcasts. I've got 25 podcasts.

And to be honest, to be honest with you, they're not all particularly successful. You know, I've got the Stop Smoking Relaxation Hypnosis Podcast. Nearly 56,000 total downloads.

You know, I get a few a day. Unless I make a new one, then I get more. 30 Day Relaxation Plan.

1,258 total downloads. 7 Day Cure Insomnia. 1,784 downloads for the whole, this is for the whole podcast.

Boring Objects. I mean, that's almost unknown. It's weird because the Boring Objects send you to sleep.

That's the name of that one. And I don't know why I'm smiling. I don't know why.

The actual podcast itself has had 806 total downloads in two years. Created a year ago. Okay.

A year ago. So, but it's had multiple, multiple thousands of downloads when I share on my other podcasts. It's weird the way it works sometimes.

So the Chronic Pain Hypnosis Podcast is 34,000 downloads. So that varies. Sometimes I get 100 downloads a day, sometimes less.

It's weird. Then I've got the Deep Sleep Whisper Hypnosis. 955,000.

And a half downloads. So 497. So 955,000, 956,000 nearly downloads for that one.

And that varies as well on how many I get downloaded. That's a few thousand a day. It varies from 2,000 to 4,000.

You know, it just depends. Erotic Hypnosis. No downloads because there's no podcast on there.

I've got the image made, I've got the podcast set up. I just haven't made any recordings. That was something that people asked me to do.

I just haven't got around to doing it. I got as far as... And that was it. So I don't know.

I didn't think that was really enough to upload. Fall Asleep Counting Sheep. 6,182.

Healing Words, my podcast. So that's 1,018 downloads. Wow.

Phenomenal. As you see, it really changes. I've got ones that are pretty much pointless having.

And I might as well just delete them. There's no point in them being there, really. And then you've got Hypnosis for Sleeping Deeply.

2,891,539. So this varies. Daily, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000.

A couple of days ago, 7,000. Yesterday, just under 5,000. Today so far, 3,500.

So that's... There's a little competition going between this one and another one. I'll tell you what the other one is. It's Relaxation Hypnosis for Stress, Anxiety, and Panic Attacks.

Now, this one, I've got 2,953,933. So I'm literally at 46,000. And I've had 124,000 in the last 30 days.

So 40, 48, so it's only about three days, three or four days, and I should reach the 3 million. It's a little toss up between which one will reach the 3 million first. And when it does reach the 3 million, I'm going to celebrate.

You know how I'm going to celebrate? I'm just wondering, did you know? Because I don't, I've got no idea. I ain't got a clue. I don't know.

No, I don't know. No. So that'll be interesting to find out how I celebrate that one.

But I'm looking forward to that. Because it'll be the first podcast I've had 3 million downloads. And then shortly afterwards, the other one, I'll get reach 3 million because they're both about, I don't know, did I say three days as ridiculous as 30 days, 124,000 a month, not in a week.

So looking about a week, a week or so, maybe 10 days, and then I should reach to 3 million. Now, I'm just a little bit, a little bit, I got a little bit of a stiff nipple thinking about it. You know, it's, it's nice.

It feels nice to know that I've got those kind of numbers on a podcast. And I know that I'm not a big podcaster, by any means, but it's nice to be able to think, well, even little old me, even little old Jason, sitting in his little old house, making his little old podcast on his little old microphone, can get those, you know, to reach millions of downloads, have millions of listens. So I think it's cool.

It's groovy. It's groovy. I like it.

I like it a lot. So the one that another one that I've been promoting for years, and no one ever listens to it, is hypnotic buffet. 757 total downloads.

Again, what's the point of having it on there? There's none. But hey, every, every, every, I don't even know what the end of that sentence is. So there's Jason Newland hypnosis.

It's my hypnosis podcast. This has been around for three years, whatever. I think I deleted it and opened a new one.

I think that's what happened. So podcast stats are 225,000 downloads on that one. Last couple of days has been quite good, but I've uploaded a few bits and bobs.

But ultimately, not a lot of people listen to that one. I got my hypnosis archive, which I thought would be, I thought people might like because I put like, some of my 49 of my best recordings from the past on there. But 1025 downloads, so it hasn't created quite the buzz that I was hoping for.

So bedtime story time, I've already told you that one 6848. But again, with the boring objects for sleeping, will send you to sleep that one. The these podcasts when I share them on the other podcasts get lots of listens.

Lots and lots and lots. One day I'm going to add them all up just so I can get an idea. Jason's motivation podcast, and about 790 downloads.

What's the point in that? You'd think that'd be a good podcast, wouldn't you? It's not it's rubbish. No, it's not rubbish. It's just it gets left behind by all the others.

Put Jason's positivity podcast. I'm not even going to read. That's just 1195.

Let me bore your stress away. Let me bore your stress away. 18 total downloads.

And for some reason, there's not even an episode on it. Why is that? I did have an episode. I must have deleted it somehow.

I don't know why. Why would I do that? Now let me bore you to sleep, which is this. It's not as popular as the others, but like the actual individual podcast.

So even in all those years, I've only just reached over half a million. So it's not really many. 534,341.

And I get more listens when I share it on the other podcasts. So I've had millions of listens, probably of these podcasts, but shared among the others, if that makes sense. But the audience for let me bore you to sleep seems to be the most vocal or the people that contact me, quite often, they'd like that pod or this podcast.

So but the people also listen to this on the hypnosis for sleeping deeply. They listen to it also on relaxation hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks as well. They listen to on a relaxation hypnosis podcast and also sleep insomnia hypnosis, plus the Jason Newland hypnosis.

So I share it out among different podcasts. So it reaches a fairly big audience. Well, my audience, you know, it's not big, but you know what I mean? It's not big, it's not clever.

A relaxation hypnosis podcast 119,000. It variates. I mean, it goes from literally the last 30 days I've had one day where 20 downloads, another day where I had 461.

So go figure, go figure that one relaxes sleep hypnosis daily. Now this has been around. The first ones I did was about 2016, 17, something like that.

And then I did nothing for ages. And then I started making them again. I kind of thought people started listening to them.

I thought, Oh, you hear Horace in the background, pigeon, Horace the pigeon. So I thought I'll start doing some. So what I did is I started doing more and there's a regular audience for these.

But you know, it goes, it variates 94 downloads to 1114 downloads a day. So it just goes all over the place for this one. And if I'm making regular recordings, people listen, that's kind of the way that one works.

So yeah, I've got just under 500,000 downloads for that self-help hypnosis. I haven't got many downloads on that one. 32,000.

Oh, got been quite a good day today for some reason. That's a steady one. It just goes along steadily.

I mean, it's a chance that could grow. Sleep insomnia hypnosis, 1,676,439. So that's the third most popular out of my podcasts.

And again, it variates. I mean, the lowest at last 30 days was 452 downloads and the highest was 2,633. So for the last 30 days, I've had 39 and a half thousand downloads.

So, you know, that's okay. So then I've got sleep hypnosis. What's this one? Sleep and relax hypnosis with music.

Again, this variates from literally blimey 20 downloads to 725 a day. So up to now is 89 and a half thousand for that one. I don't give a lot of energy to that.

And perhaps I need to look, start looking at a bit more. I've already shown you the stop smoking one. The last one is stress and pain relief podcast.

Again, with this 2,582. So hardly anybody must listen on the podcast. But when I share the podcast, I put them on to the Relax Sleep Relaxation podcast.

I've got get thousands of downloads. So it's just one of those things, you know, one of those things. And overall, since I started doing a podcast here with Spreaker, I don't know if it was November 2017.

Or was it November 2018? I think it might be in 17. I completely lose track. I've had 10,367,112 and 40 live plays.

So 10,367,112 total downloads and 40 total live plays. So that's it. Not very exciting, is it? And that's what this is about.

This is about being boring. Boring. Boring.

And the amount of hassle it took for me to set this all up. I'm either going to continue doing this forever. Or never doing it again.

Because I'm gonna have to move this whole desk over there. Otherwise, I can't even watch television. I've got a desk over there.

I've got a desk over there. Or the podcast stuff's over there. This is the YouTube equipment that I'm using.

So I don't even know what kind of sound I'm getting for this. If it's good enough or not. I don't know.

So yeah. So I hope you well. Blah, blah, blah, blah.

So yeah, I'm just gonna... It's Friday night. So I'm gonna get myself something to eat. Have some food.

Yeah, gonna treat myself to some food. Yum, yum, yum. And then that's kind of it, really.

That's done, done, done, done, done. Ain't nothing else to see. So what I might do, try and do some videos, some sleep, hypnosis, relaxation, pain relief, stuff like that.

Maybe videos. I don't know. I'm really not sure.

I'm no sure. Yeah, I don't know. And the weird thing about it is, well it's not weird, but I've got such a small YouTube audience now that I know it's going to take years to get back to where I was.

Maybe, you know, bypass where I was, go further than where I was, but it's still going to take a long time. I think I've got like 660 subscribers on my YouTube channel. And if I upload this, I'll be lucky to get 40 downloads.

Not downloads, 40. I'm so, so caught up in podcasting. I'll be lucky to get, yeah, 40, 30, 40, 50 views, watches or whatever of this video.

Which is kind of why I wouldn't just make a video, because I don't think I could do it for such a small audience. It just is, it's a bit heartbreaking a little bit, you know, it's a bit demoralizing to put in work and then just to have no one watch. But knowing that people are going to listen, knowing that, you know, a few thousand people listen to the podcast is enough for me to maybe make a video as well.

You know, it gives me, you know, I can kind of, it softens the blow of having no YouTube audience or having a very little amount of YouTube audience. And even though there's 660 people, only a tiny percentage of those people actually watch the videos. So, but I guess if I stuck it, and I did every day, did every day for the next year, and did a recording every day, maybe two or three, you know, different recordings.

Eventually, maybe I'd get an audience, maybe I'd get my audience back. I don't know. Not sure.

Not sure. I mean, no, no, no, no, no, don't know. And I've been thinking about maybe making some videos and working with working, re-editing, mastering old recordings and making a video and, you know, putting them onto YouTube with like nice nature background and some music from the YouTube archive.

But then I think wouldn't it be easier just to make a video just just to actually sit here and do a relaxation session. That would be easier, surely, than going through all of that. Because in the time it takes to do that, which would be hours, instead of doing that, I could just spend 30 minutes recording a video and another 30 minutes just editing it.

Because this, you know, it's very basic editing. It's just me sitting here with a grumbling stomach, talking, you know what I mean? So maybe that's what I'll do. Maybe baby.

But then I'm thinking, what about the podcast? Because I've got a lovely podcast microphone over there. I've got all the equipment for podcasting. If I just make videos and then just use the audio, use the audio from the videos for the podcast, then what have I got all that equipment for? That was what I got it for.

Damn. Unless I do completely different recordings to what I do on YouTube. I suppose I could, I could just do a video, do one video a day on YouTube and do a podcast completely different.

I kind of quite like the idea of that. Have a different space. So if you want to watch me, it'll be different to listening to me.

Unless I did a live, let me bore you to sleep every day on YouTube. Could, possible. Why not? What's it got to do with you anyway? I could, because then for people that are in different parts of the world, maybe they can watch on YouTube and other people can listen to it on the podcast.

Unless I did two different versions. I don't know. It's just the idea of doing a podcast and then not using as a, to do this and then not use the audio as a podcast.

It's just almost alien to me because everything I do is on the podcasts now. That's kind of what I've been doing for years. The idea of making a video and not putting it on a podcast, gives me kind of tingles in my toes.

I feel a bit excited about it. Like I'm a rebel. Whoa.
