Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland and this is let me bore you to sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. And my website, if I haven't mentioned it already, I forget, is www.jasonnewland.com. Yes, been making some changes to the website.

Well, in a way, I've tried to rebuild the website because I made some changes that I wasn't able to unchange. Unlike the podcast, where I was able to get all of the podcast episodes back, I lost everything from the website. But in some ways, I think it's better now than it was before.

In some ways, because to be honest, not many people were actually downloading the recordings. Most people were just streaming them, which is fine, which is, you know, it's, it's completely up to whoever to do whatever they want. Now, I guess maybe I was maybe stuck in the past a little bit, because there was a time, there was a time and you may remember, you may not remember.

I'm not saying you may or may not remember the past, of course, we all remember certain aspects of the past. But there was a time when streaming, even short audio files would result in a bit of buffering. You know, even like a 30 second audio file wasn't always sort of instant.

And downloading was easier, because then you could just download the whole thing and play it without interruption. And going back even further than that, streaming wasn't even an option. Downloading was the only way of doing it.

Now, these days, streaming is almost the only option, which is part of reason why I like the idea of offering the opportunity to also download the recording. Because well, for example, if my podcast host, who is Spreaker, and I recommend them to anyone, they're not they're not paying me to say this, although I think they should, they should pay me. And they, if they weren't able to save the recordings I deleted, I would have lost probably maybe 400 recordings.

And I'm not talking about ones with music, I'm talking about the original recordings. So because I delete all the ones with music anyway. And then I deleted some without music by accident.

Now, I thought I had them all backed up. But I did have them backed up. That's where they were backed up on the website.

They were kind of backed up. So they were both on the podcasts, and on the website, and on a hard drive, and also on the iCloud. Now, although I do have 1000s of recordings on the iCloud, I don't have all of them.

I don't know why I've somehow managed to, I guess not be particularly organized, which is something that I'm going to look to try and do to organize stuff into different files. So you know, stuff that's five hours long stuff that's 10 hours long stuff that's without music with background music, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I did start to do that, when I thought I was going to have to re upload everything onto the podcasts.

Well, it turned out I didn't have to. And but whilst in the process of trying to organize the iCloud, I realized that there was a lot of stuff missing. And I'm not sure why.

I mean, I haven't been using the iCloud forever. But I thought I'd been using it for over a year. I just, I guess I assumed I must have transferred a lot of my stuff back on, you know, saved onto the iCloud, but I didn't.

So I had said I had all the recordings on my podcasts saved, and on my website saved. And I've got two hard drives, I've got an old hard drive. But I don't, I don't even go near it anymore, because that's got a lot of the old recordings and the old videos and stuff.

So pretty much all of the stuff from I've probably not touched it for about four years. So for the last four years, everything up to four years ago, it's pretty much on that old hard drive. Now the newer hard drive I've had for about a year.

So I've been sporadically uploading stuff onto there, saving stuff, but it's okay, it's been random. So it's not organized. So over the next month, like July time, I'm going to get very organized and go through with my hard drive, the small hard, it's a large hard drive, but it's a small hard drive, you know, I mean, it's small in physical size, but large in capacity.

So it can hold a nice load. But it's not particularly large, you know, not particularly big itself, but it can hold a nice load. And so yeah, that's what I'm going to do.

And but I don't want to do that instead of making new recordings. So I'm still going to be making new recordings. And I'm also there's a few things, a few changes I'm planning to make, like in a positive way.

I quite like to watch a Tarzan film. Okay, you know, an original, I say original, but was Johnny Weissmuller the first Tarzan? I know he was the most famous Tarzan. But was he the first Tarzan in movies? Because I know he wasn't the only one.

There was a few. Ah, it's not really relevant, I guess maybe to this particular recording. So yeah, I've been so I'm pleased that the podcasts are all up and running and being listened to.

So that's nice. So that's good. And if anything, it seems that some fresh energy has been injected into the podcasts.

I'm not quite sure how to explain it. It just feels and maybe I feel a little bit, you know, a bit, you know, what the right word is, but I feel grateful that I've not lost everything. Or not lost a lot of the stuff that I thought I had lost.

So from that perspective, you know, I'm, I'm going to make the most of that and I'm gonna, I'm gonna download, make sure that I've got every single recording for my podcasts downloaded onto my hard drive. It doesn't all have to be on my iCloud because, to be fair, there might not be enough room, because I'm limited to two terabytes of hard drive space on the iCloud. I think I've got four terabytes on the hard drive itself.

And that goes in, well, it can go into the iPad, but that goes into the laptop. So I'll do that sporadically over the next month. Another thing I want to, I'm going to do is, I've been real, by the way, hi, hope you're all well.

Bit late in it, 11 minutes in, now you're asking how we are. Okay, fair enough. I just like to assume that you know that I care, care, I care, I do, I care.

So I have started to make changes on my website. And what I've done is, I've got embedded, my podcasts embedded on my website for the, the major podcast, the same major, but the, the most popular out of all the podcasts are kind of listed for now, but I will be listing all of them. I just want to have all of them in the menu.

But on the, so on, for example, the latest recordings page, there's the embedded player with all the latest recordings, and you can just stream them or you can download them as well. And then below that, go down a little, just a little way below the player, there is going to be all my podcasts, like a picture of the podcast episode, and you can just click on it. And it will take take you to that page where there's going to be an embedded player for that podcast.

Yeah, see. And underneath each podcast. Well, what I've done is yeah, in under each podcast, so if you go to each podcast page, I've done the one for boring objects.

And underneath the player on there. So you go there, click on that one. And you've got all the latest boring podcast episodes.

And you can, you can go down and you can, you know, every single episodes on there. Now below the player, and you can stream or download, of course, below the player, there is, I think 40 icons pictures, you know, of different podcast hosts that has the boring object podcast. Now I'm not saying that everyone has that.

So I've not gone that far. But basically, there's, you know, when I say podcast hosts, I mean, there's breaker, but also Apple podcasts, Google podcasts, and Spotify. Spotify, you know, Stitcher, Castbox, you know, Luminary, there's so many, well, it's this 40 that I kind of found online, that had my podcasts on.

Now, I don't think all my podcasts are on all 40. And there are more than 40. Because also apps.

So I'll kind of maybe add as it goes along. But 40 is enough to get me going on with I think. So what that means is if you if you listen to me on a particular, you prefer to listen on a particular online player, such as Spotify, for example, and you can go to my website, click on whichever podcast that you're interested in.

So let's say deep sleep, whisper hypnosis. And then there'll be the player on there. So you can listen to it on my website, download from the website, or go down the page a little bit below the player and just click one of the icons.

So click on Spotify. And it'll take you to the page, the Spotify page, where you can listen to me and subscribe or whatever on Spotify, or Stitcher or Podchaser or trying to think of some other ones. Wait a minute, I'll turn around and look.

In fact, I'll read them out to you. I know you want to know. So I've only done.

Oh, yeah, nice. All right. No, it's on all of them.

I've put it on all of the ones at the moment. But there's no link. They're not linked yet.

So you can click on the image, but nothing will happen. But I will over the next few days, link them up. So first we got Apple podcasts, Spotify, Amazon podcasts, Castbox, Stitcher, Google Podcasts, iHeartRadio, CurioCaster, Luminary, Overcast, Player FM, Pocketcasts, Podcast Index, Podchaser, Podfriend, Podstation, Podverse, Radio Public, Fountain Podcasts, Podcast Addict, Spreaker, Podbean, Audible, Acast, Listen Notes, Radio UK, TuneIn Podcasts, Podparadise, iVoox Podcasts, Chartable Podcasts, Deezer, Riphonic, Backtracks, OwlTail, Geo7, Podtail, Angami, Blueberry, Podtoppin, and lastly, YouTube.

Because I will have playlists on YouTube. So with all I'm currently sharing my all of my podcast episodes on YouTube, and losing subscribers along the way. But hey, it is what it is, what it is.

And I know people unsubscribe because they get bombarded by loads of new episodes. Wow. And never mind.

It's I'm gonna upload them anyway. And it just gives people another opportunity to listen. If they want to listen on YouTube, you know, it's just another another place.

So as you can see, or hear of my podcasts are spread out quite wide on the internet. And there are others, other podcast hosts, which are apps. And but you know, I'll add them another time.

I can't. I'm okay with how it is for now. I don't need to get caught up in any more fit for is enough 40 different ones.

And I can add them as it happens, you know, maybe tinker and update and stuff. But for now, that's okay, I think. So what I'll do is, I'm just going to take me a few hours for each podcast to go to each podcast host and get the link and change and stuff.

It's quite laborious. But it's okay, once it's done, it's done. And there's a few things, I guess I'm trying to streamline the website a bit.

But at the same time, I am still gonna, you know, I'm gonna re upload all of my recordings. But I'm gonna do it in a different way. So it won't be the same as before and having to go through lots of recordings to find stuff.

It will be a case of when you're on the recording. And I'm not quite sure how I'm going to do it. But there will be individual pages for an individual recording.

And then you'll have the option to download it. And it'll just be linking to another page where you just press the download button. You know, but you can download you can download directly from the actual podcast that's embedded in the website.

So it's kind of the same thing. It's just a bit easier doing it that way. So yeah, isn't that exciting? No, no, I think we've decided it's not exciting at all.

Okay. So yeah, Monday, the 27th of June 2022. And it's 10 to nine in the PM.

So it's, it's almost the opposite to what I've been recently doing. I'm most of my recordings late. Well, the last few days anyway, it's been in the morning, like fairly early.

But today? Yeah, I'm not even sure why I had a bit of a headache today. A little bit still got a little bit of a headache. But what happens is, once I get, I get a little bit caught up in, like rebuilding the website, and it grabs me, it does, it literally grabs me and I get very attached to what I'm doing.

And because I'm also in the process of sharing all the podcast episodes on YouTube. And that's, that'll take me probably a week, maybe two weeks, because there's so many recordings. Because it's not, it's not instant.

It's like press share, and it's done. Sometimes it's 510 minutes waiting for it to process. So it's a long old journey.

It's like traveling to the moon, or Mars. When you get to Mars, you got something to eat. Because Mars is made of Mars bar chocolate.

That was a really silly thing to say. You say stuff like that. I don't know.

I don't know why. You should know why. So yeah, all things are pretty cool.

I'm gonna got a few ideas about what I'm going to do as far as this goes. I've kind of fallen in love with my Kindle again. I've fallen in love of like, I don't mean romantically.

But I've had Kindles for years on and off. And I don't know why. But I, you know, I got it.

I remember when they first came out, and that just wasn't, I didn't like the selection that was available. Because back then, I've been, I've been into textbooks for forever, you know, especially sort of hypnosis books. And there wasn't a huge collection of Kindle hypnosis books in the early days.

And then I think about 2014. I know it's eight years ago, ridiculous, however it is. But yeah, 2014, I started to download some Kindle books, some hypnosis books and stuff and some psychotherapy books.

I had a little, a little, little bit of excitement. And then I stopped. And I downloaded a few a while back, but not really, not really sort of bought many Kindle books, because I subscribe to the Kindle Unlimited.

And there's a lot of books that are just free to list, free to read, if you're with Kindle Unlimited. And I didn't even know I subscribed to them. So I guess I must still be unless it's free.

No, it wouldn't be free, would it? So I'm reading a book at the moment and reading it on the screen like that. And it's, I think it's a paperweight book screen I've got. I mean, it's not new.

It's not a new Kindle. It's probably a couple of years old now. But it's just quite nice to read.

It's easy. And it's not a bright screen. So I do need a light above me to read it at night.

But it works fine. If there's a light on it. So it's not a bright screen like a laptop or some of the other I had a Kindle.

Is it a fire Kindle? It was like super duper internet, all that stuff. But it just didn't. It was too much stuff on there.

And that was a distraction as well. And it was a bright screen. This has got nothing on it.

You can access the internet as for access. The book library, if you don't mean you can access, you can buy books on it. But that's it.

You can't use the internet or anything like that. It's got nothing like that on there. It's very, very basic.

You read on it. And that's about all you can do, which kind of suits me. So I'm reading this book called hypnotherapy explained by David Lesser.

It's actually a really good book. I don't know what saying that like I'm surprised, but just I'd never heard of the man before. I'm assuming it's a man David.

I don't know. These days, but it could be a fox or an owl. I don't know.

Horace can visit me earlier. So blatant. He just came onto the windowsill.

You're JJ, are you doing me all mate? All right, Horace. He's a pigeon by the way, Horace, the pigeon. Every day comes and sees me comes onto the windowsill outside that is not inside.

And he just looks at me through the window. I do what I have the window open sometimes any kind of stick his head through. He doesn't come in.

I don't know. Should I invite him? I mean, a pigeons like vampires, you have to invite them in. Otherwise they can't enter.

I don't know. I have no idea. So I don't know.

I don't know. So yeah, so I'm quite pleased about it. Because I love books.

And it's not just hypnosis books. I mean, that's my hobby. Collecting hypnosis books is my hobby.

I've got two hobbies. Three, but I won't talk about the third. No, I've got two hobbies.

Really. Boxing, but watching boxing that is but boxing that's as far as like a hobby where I know about stuff, you know, I'm interested and I follow it. You know, with boxing, I not only do I watch every single fight that I can, like the big fights or the world title fights.

But thanks to YouTube, I get to watch interviews and documentaries and you know, stuff like that about the fighters. So I get to know more about the fighters than we ever would have done 20 years ago. And also I get to watch the old fights going back, you know, 100 years sometimes.

So it's you know, it's if you go to heavyweight championship, there's fights by Holmes and Ali and Ronnie Corbett. So he was one out and then Sullivan, but Ronnie Corbett when he won it. And it was like, it's really good to be able to go back, you know, watch Ronnie Corbett win the world title when they were heavyweight world title.

So it's, you know, it's not all the videos good quality. But it's so much there to be able to sort of to study and just from an interest perspective. So yeah, um, that is one of my, I guess, pretty classic as a hobby.

Yeah, I guess. And the other thing, I don't know, hypnosis. Is that my hobby? I don't know.

I'm not even sure anymore. But it feels different to a hobby. This collecting books is definitely my hobby.

That's a hobby. I've been collecting books since I was a child. And reading books was a big thing.

I mean, and that's why I got a little bit excited about Kindle lately, because it's got me back into reading again. And it's not that I don't read or can't, I can read. It's not just there's other ways of absorbing information, which I suppose I find easier, such as an audio book.

Now, I listened to probably four or five audio books a week from Audible. And you know, I've got hundreds of Audible books on my Audible thing. So I do I listen to quite a few.

And every day I listen to, to a few hours of Audible. And also, I listen to audio books on YouTube as well. Something that I've been doing lately, not today or yesterday, but for a few weeks, I've been having me dinner in the evening.

And then I sit in my chair. And I listened to a book on YouTube, one that maybe lasts for cut. Pull of hours.

And I mean, there's books there that lasts for nine hours or 14 hours and stuff. I mean, sometimes I'll listen to one of those and listen until I wake up because I generally fall asleep. And I'll turn it off.

But there's a few that last for a short period and, you know, maybe only an hour and a half or something, two hours. And so I listen or maybe it's a lecture, I might listen to a lecture on neuroscience or something like that. So you know, it's so I am absorbing information.

I'm thinking now I don't, because I was reading this book, the one that I talked to you about hypnotherapy explained. And I'm beginning to think that when I read something, it sticks more than into my in my brain or my memory or I'm not intro, I don't care about remembering stuff, but it's, it seems to, I don't know, feel more, perhaps fitting with previous knowledge, a bit better, or more obviously than when I listen to an audio. I guess that's because when I'm listening to an audio, I'm usually lying down.

And you know, I will fall asleep quite often. Not always, but you know, I might lie down for half an hour and just listen to or an hour and listen to an audio book. And I might be awake the whole time.

And just listening. But when I read, I'm awake, I'm alert. And it's, it feels like a different type of stimulation to actually physically read or to be using my eyes and my brain in whatever process is used to read compared to the process used to listen with my eyes closed.

So maybe the activity of having my eyes open is beneficial. Maybe I don't know. You know, beneficial, I mean, as for memory, memory retention, or to just benefit from the new information.

I like to think that listening to maybe 20 audio books a month has some kind of benefit to my brain, to my knowledge, maybe intelligence, I don't know. There is, there's theories about IQ, isn't there? I don't mean IQ, but just intelligence as in knowing stuff. I mean, IQ isn't about memory, is it? So I did an IQ test years ago, it was online, and I think it might, I don't know if it was the IQ test or an intelligence test.

It's the same thing. But it was a different thing. I think the IQ test was almost and it might have even been from Mensa itself.

Perhaps not the full Mensa test. But you know, a version of that. The IQ test, or the intelligence test might have been something different.

But maybe, you know, their own version of the Mensa test. I don't know. But I came, it was very, some of it was quite exciting.

But I came, and then results were, I came in kind of not, my memory, I'm trying to, I'm trying to think, I should have done a joke. So I did a memory test. And here's the results.

And like, oh, well, it was um, you know, but anyway, I did, I'm pretty sure if my memory's right, I came above average intelligence above, just above, like, kind of in the middle, but just with me, you could see me forehead, you know, I mean, above it, just mildly above. Now, I don't know, because I've always thought of intelligence being about well, knowing stuff. And I don't know any, I don't know much.

You know, I don't know hardly anything about geography or history or even the English language. I don't really know the, I don't know what an apostrophe is, but I know what it does. I know where it should go.

You know, do not don't, you know, so it's basically just break the word up. Do not say, replace the I with an apostrophe is an apostrophe. You know, that little dot thing between the N and the N and the T. Is that cursive? I don't know.

I don't know if we do cursive in England. Was cursive joined up right in? You see things like that? I don't know. I could learn it, I could Google it, and I'd know forever if I did.

But I don't care. I don't care. You know, it's this one thing that I'm not that bothered about.

And when it comes to mathematics, I may I'm going to test this one day I'm going to, I'm going to see if I actually do have the ability to learn mathematics beyond the basic level that I'm at, the basic level that I've always been at. You know, I can go up to fractions and that's it. Don't ask me to start dividing.

You know, I can do the very basics like, yeah, I can divide by a quarter. No, divide times, I can times a quarter by two. It's a half.

I know two quarters or a half, four, four quarters or a whole, you know, I can do basic stuff like that. And so well, divide a half by two. Yeah, it's two quarters, it's a quarter.

But then like, add four ninths by 17 fourths, divided by seven million quarters of an ounce or you know, it's like no. First of all, I don't care what the answer is. Secondly, I don't care what the answer is.

Thirdly, yeah, you get the idea. And I'm not sure if there's ever been a time in my life where I've actually needed to know that information, you know, from my brain, where it's been really important as a really important situation where I've needed to do a complicated mathematical equation inside my brain. Never come up.

It's never. And I don't think my knowledge or lack of lack of knowledge for historical things, like the Roman Empire, or the First World War, or you know, things like that. The history of Egypt.

And it's never come up. You know, knowing geography, knowing you know, the history of countries and what they were originally, and now they're this they were called this and now they're this and, and what they were and the land masses being taken over and moved around. I don't know a lot of that stuff.

Although as I got older, I found it a little bit more interesting. I'll be honest, but it's only interesting if it's interesting to me at the time. I didn't find it interesting at school.

I didn't. I didn't care. I mean, I really had no interest in the history of Russia, or the history of Africa and all different countries.

The, the, you know, the Roman Empire was, they were created within that continent and I didn't care. I just I wasn't interested. Not that wasn't interested in Africa.

I wasn't interested in any country. I don't know, I've got a new doorbell. What do you think? I'm just gonna test it out.

What do you think? I haven't not fixed it yet. But I've got it like separate. I've got to attach but you just press the buzzer and that's what that's the noise you get.

I thought it was quite good.

So you know someone wrote a review because I've been going through the websites looking for podcasts and where am I you know where am I I haven't done this for ages and I've literally spent hours doing it yesterday just to find out where I am so that I could make work on the website and prepare it and some people left reviews and someone left reviews saying he sometimes goes off subject and they said well first of all he asked he said asked me to close my eyes and relax and next thing he's talking about dogs

humping and meteorites or something like that it's like yeah sounds normal to me isn't it sounds like quite a therapeutic hypnosis session oh dear yeah I don't think I've quite got the hang of this stuff yet have I not quite got the hang of professionalism you know why that is because I'm not a professional you're not paying me I'm not getting paid to do this I'm doing it just for fun I'm hopefully hopefully trying to help but you know I'm not getting I'm not professional am I a professional is someone that earns a living doing

something and that ain't that no no no no no no which is okay I reckon I'll be able to earn a living out of this by the time I'm 70 maybe 72 it's another 20 years and I should be able to should be able to earn enough to to treat myself to cookies cookies and milk every day for every meal no it should possibly be able to if if nothing else it'll if I work it out properly it'll be a nice little booster to my pension booster little boost all these pensioners will be moaning oh

I only get 20 percent of what I was earning before oh being a pensioner and I'll be saying oh yeah I know I have to keep quiet as I cruise around the world on my podcasting pension money I mean you know you don't know I might I might be doing quite well but in another 20 years I might I might be relatively successful you never know I might be able to travel the world and do my podcasts from all over the globe yeah exciting isn't it yes it is I don't know I'm not sure I

might still be here I mean literally I might still be sitting here in this exact chair in 20 years time and that seems hard to believe that any chair could survive 20 years of my big fat bum but moving aside that that aside I could be sitting in exactly the same spot still thinking to myself I need to do the washing up the plates have now disintegrated so isn't it strange to think that this could be it this could be my life for the next 20 years and it's not a terrible lifestyle but it is

boring it is I'll be honest I don't see hardly anybody you don't do hardly anything some of that's through choice but just you know if you live somewhere where there's activity where there's a bit of energy there's zero energy here there is and I know that I'm not the most energetic person you know I talk slowly I walk slowly I think slowly not all the time but you know I'm pretty slow as a person but it is nice to enter or go somewhere where there's some energy maybe not to stay there necessarily necessarily but to

be around that energy for example when I was at university I was there and there's lots and lots of much younger people there and it wasn't always an enjoyable experience I felt a little bit like being back at school sometimes but it's an energy a different type of energy that well I guess I hadn't experienced for a long long time like I've been to college twice before you know I went to college and did a massage course well it was a therapy course but part of it was massage and reflexology and stuff and that was

in 2003 I also went to catering college but it was just a college but the catering department so I went to catering college in 1986 to 87 so I had been to college twice before but the first time I was still a kid you know I'd just left school so going to college was a much better version of being at school in a way being at college when I was 16 was kind of like because I used to do home economics as a subject for two years and I did cooking for probably three or four

years of the high school I did cooking home economics and I think for the first two years it was compulsory and the second two years I chose to do it so being at college was almost kind of like if it's only one day a week it was like a whole day being it's like one whole lesson one home economics lesson that lasted for mornings you know all day long and you know we also did first aid and health and safety and you know all that kinds of stuff as well so I guess in a way

when I did that course I wasn't it it wasn't so different you know energy wise it's probably fairly similar to being at school except I was around adults and I was kind of still a kid and in 2003 I would have been it was September so I would have been 33 years old so I was at college then the same college I went to when I was 16 funny enough isn't that weird exactly the same college it's now a university and they knocked it down and it's a university now but at the time it was

the same building so see it was different then because I was an adult I was an old man back then even though it was 19 years ago I was old and if I remember yeah I can't remember how I felt because I didn't it didn't feel so weird as when I went to university when I was again I was that much older really I was 37 I was 37 when I went to um when I started my counselling degree I was 37 years old because it was 2007 September and I turned 37 in August blimey

it's really weird to think that I graduated 12 years ago I graduated I'd finished the course finished a three-year degree 12 years ago literally kind of now I mean I didn't graduate until the November I think it was but I finished the course by now by June in 2010 10 yeah so by 2010 June this time because now the 25th blimey 27th and then I graduated so I'd finished the you know had to hand in the dissertation and so I hadn't officially passed because I had to I had to pass that dissertation and needed to

wait about a month before I got the results from that and then the official graduation I think as I said I think it was in November 2010 so I'd finished the course I'd finished it 12 years ago what happens to time I don't get it I mean I'm I started watching this movie a little while ago I'm literally I was watching it and then someone knocked on my door and and I had a chat with him for a little bit and then I thought I'll just make a recording I watched the rest of the movie

later and it's about it's like a time travel movie I've watched literally seven minutes of it so you know but I've got not I roughly know what the synopsis is but it's you know it's got it's time travel I don't know why I'm so fascinated with time travel because I am a time traveler constantly moving through time but we're all time travelers aren't we but quicker because I I remember I well I don't remember but I'm pretty sure I kind of remember being a kid and the Christmas the summer holidays would drag along drag now

I couldn't stand school I didn't like school at all but six weeks of being off even I just wanted to go back to school just to do something different because I was bored and then after 10 minutes of being back at school I wanted to I wanted to be on holiday again but time used to go so slowly and I remember sitting in the classroom looking at the clock and it literally used to go tick tick tick and that was how long seconds lasted tick tick it's like that that was now seconds like tick tick

tick and I'm pretty sure in a few years time it's like tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick it's like what so yeah so that's that's it I'm gonna have to go to a dentist at some point my teeth need a bit yeah on my right side I need a bit of dental work a little dental a little bit of a dental work yes yes yes yeah yes lovely that's it really I think I'll come to a standstill it's nice when that happens you know when a podcast just comes naturally to an

ending where I just for some reason just stop talking and that's a good time to end it isn't it when when the words is stopped I might as well go and have myself a nice cup of tea and a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich that's what I'm gonna have and then I'm going to just watch the movie and just being lovely and relaxed so on that note thank you for listening remember to be kind to yourself remember to be gentle with yourself because you deserve to be happy lots of love bye
