Hello and welcome to let me bore you to sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. My name is Jason Newland and my website is jasonnewland.com where all of my recordings are available to download and stream and totally free.
Free! Yes. So before I further go on, I will just read a message I got from Diana. She says, this was actually a reply for, she left this message regarding number 847, let me bore you to sleep.
Which was, I have a bike. That was yesterday, was it? Okay. Totally 100% love that you do this for everyone needing to be bored to sleep.
And you do it so well. Thank you. Thank you, Diana.
That's very kind of you. I don't know if I read this out. I haven't replied to it yet, but this is from Des.
Thank you very much, Jason, for accepting my friend request. I've been listening to your podcast on Audible recently about chronic pain. That helps.
A new concept to me that makes me ponder, showing gratitude to my pain. As I was reading that out, I think I did read it out before. Never mind.
It's all right. It's okay. Not to worry.
It don't matter. And see if there's any other messages. I don't think there is.
There might be. Let me have a little look. Let me have a little, little, little, little look.
Love, love. Okay. This is from another person called Diana saying, love, love, love what you do for us, Jason.
Thank you. This was a message left on my website, a five star review for number 27, Jason's Bedtime Storytime. And that was titled 365 Fairies Necklaces.
I've got no idea what I talk about in that. And for those that haven't listened to my bedtime storytime, basically all it is, is I, I mean, sometimes I make up a story, but sometimes I'll just choose a fairy tale and I'll change it and I'll add bits and change names. And, you know, so I, yeah, so it's adapted.
I adapt it, change it a bit. I do some silly voices and it's just a bit of fun, really. Maybe not for the listener, but for me.
It's no fun for anyone else, just for myself. Yeah, so actually, I mean, it's 1141 in the morning on Thursday, the 16th of June. And I have already made a recording.
I did a deep sleep whisper hypnosis recording about, I don't know, a couple of hours ago. So I've edited that, uploaded it, and now I'm doing this one. And I'm quite, I'm quite, quite, quite pleased.
I've been, I've been doing a couple of recordings a day for the last, I think, three days, at least. And something else I'm quite pleased about is the stats for the Let Me Bore You To Sleep podcast. Just that one podcast has actually gone up daily.
I'm getting more listeners than I've ever had before. Now, I do also share the podcast episodes on a few other podcasts. So, you know, a lot more people listen.
But it's nice to see that particular podcast growing, especially as it's been around for, what, four years. So it's, it's definitely, I looked at the stats from last year, this month, last year, and I think it's nearly doubled on a daily, well, on a monthly basis. But daily, it's a lot more than it used to be.
I'm not sure why, but I'm not going to complain. Maybe it's because I'm back to doing regular recordings daily, and I'm not leaving it for three or four days or a week between recordings. But to be fair, I'd say most of the time, during the four years that I've been doing this, I've been fairly regular.
I've been fairly regular. I normally do probably at least four or five recordings a week, quite often one every day for weeks and weeks on end. So you know, on an average month, I probably do at least 20 recordings, maybe more.
So that's 20 hours, which is pretty good. It's pretty good. I think it's quite good.
Really, really, really, I think it's quite, quite wonderful. I don't know. But yeah, I'm quite pleased.
You know, I mean, it's like, Oh, okay. I mean, I've got to think about it. This is number 848.
848. So you know, forgetting the versions with music and stuff, just the individual single recordings of me just talking without music. That's probably 1000 hours.
Or it's well over 900 hours because some recordings are two hours long, some are an hour and a half. So you're looking at about 1000 hours, I reckon, over that time. 1000 hours of me, who would want that? It's just wrong, isn't it? 1000.
41.6 solid days, 24 hours a day, 41, nearly 42 days solid, just listening to me talking. And I said that's without the music. If you listen to the ones that last 10 hours, blimey.
So it's like, wow, that's, there's quite a lot, isn't it? If you divide it by an average working week, then if you, you know, 39 hour week, you go to work for 20, nearly 26 weeks solidly. And just going to work sitting at a desk listening to me. That's how long it would take.
It's just this, I don't know, it's mind boggling to me, how many recordings I've actually made. And I'm not sure why I've stuck to it as well. Why I'm still doing it.
I don't know. It's not in a bad way. Just I'm just like, why I'm still doing it.
What's going on? This is over four years. I think it was something like March 2018. When I started doing the Let Me Boy To Sleep podcasts.
And on the podcast itself. Bearing in mind, I did have a couple of other podcasts for this podcast. Oh, no, wait a minute.
No. Oh, yeah, originally. But since I've had this podcast, so let's just yeah, anyway, it's, it's just it's 497,648 total downloads, which isn't a huge amount, but that's how much I've got on this podcast now.
So it's, I don't know, it's kind of, there's a lot more over the other, you know, with the other podcasts that make it up to, I don't know, a million, million and a half probably. But I just I don't know, I just find it strange. I mean, now, my always talking about stats again, yep.
I'm now with my hypnosis for sleeping deeply podcast. I've got 2,000,000,670,955. So I think that's the top one out of all of them.
So far, there's another one, which is relaxation hypnosis for stress and anxiety and panic attacks. So that is Oh, no, this is higher. 2,747,334.
Oh, I thought the other one was higher. Mind you, the other one, this one had about two years start on the other one. So the other one will take over.
I reckon the other one will reach 3 million before this one does. And deep sleep whisper. What's that one? Download stats.
Okay, deep sleep whisper hypnosis. And 874,676. Now, I've had 42,000 downloads in the last 30 days.
So I get on a daily basis. And yesterday had 1519 downloads, the day before 1908. And today so far 649.
But you know, still the morning. So I was yeah, I suppose averaging about 1500 a day. So I'm looking forward to that being a million.
Not a day. Well, that'd be nice. Oh, that'd be juicy.
Yeah, to have to have the deep sleep whisper hypnosis to reach a million. That'd be cool. That's weird, because my favorite one is this one.
This is almost like my I suppose because this is me. This is me, you know, so this is more personal. And you can reject it, people can reject the deep sleep whisper ones or chronic pain ones, or, you know, the relax and sleep hypnosis daily ones.
Because although it's me talking, I don't necessarily open up and, you know, just be myself in the same way as I do here. So the idea that people are listening to this is probably a bigger buzz in some ways. I say a bigger buzz, you know, if I, I'm not like walking around, not a walking vibrator.
I'm just saying it's a bit of a, it's nice. I mean, with the relax and sleep hypnosis daily, I'm at 446,632. And I get roughly 500 a day downloads on that one.
So it's not not a huge amount, but it's still, it's a fairly new podcast, really. And how many I say fairly new, but it's not new new. It's not a new new, but I've got 166 recordings compared to some of the others where I've got a lot more.
So this is, and I don't do it daily, I should really because that's in the title. So I'm going to try to do a bit more like regular daily recordings on that. Mind you, it might just be easier just to change the title, just relax and sleep hypnosis and just get rid of the daily bit.
That makes sense. Yeah, I'm lazy. But so that's good.
I'll be looking forward again, I'm looking forward to that reaching a million. And the only other one that's even close or possibly is moving towards that is the sleep insomnia hypnosis. And I've got 1,598,234 total downloads for that one.
So I get another 20 to 29,960 downloads last 30 days. So sometimes it goes down, it went down really low on the 10th of June. For some reason, some is it they fluctuate.
It doesn't even seem like there's a reason for it, if that makes sense. And I'm sure there is a reason. But what I've noticed with bank holidays, the stats are lower, I have less people listening on bank holidays, things like Christmas and Easter, and I guess, religious holidays, with from various religions, I guess people, they're busy, you know, and Thanksgiving's another day in America, and I think Canada as well.
It's you know, people are getting together, maybe with their family. And you don't have time to listen to podcasts. Or maybe I just thought about it.
So maybe some people listen on the train, on the way to work, on the way home from work. And if they're not going to work, because it's a holiday, then I guess they're not going to be listening. Another thing is weekends are usually quieter.
So Monday through to Friday are the busiest days. And then I'll give you an example, I'll tell you, there's nothing exciting, really, but just give you an idea. So what's it today so far 5,335 downloads, that's Thursday, Wednesday, yesterday had 11,851 downloads.
Tuesday, 12,554. Monday, 12,737. Now, and that was Monday, yes, Sunday.
And this is rare, actually, to go under 10,000. But it happened 7,482 downloads. That's on Saturday, Sunday.
And Saturday was 8,104. So during a week is more is more than. But there is one podcast that seems to have gone right down with I don't know why maybe it's it's not maybe podcasts have taken it off.
And which is weird, I don't understand it. So but I'll give an example. This is the relaxation hypnosis podcast.
A total of 112,641. So it's not, you know, huge amount of downloads, but I was getting last June 1582 downloads, so you know, not a lot. But then by September 6,130 downloads.
October, 11,000. November, 13,000 downloads. So you see how it's grown.
And December, 10,500. Then January goes down a bit 8,700. And in February 10,000.
Then up again. Did I say February 10? Yes. No, that's wrong.
8,700 in January, February down to 4,800. Then March goes up again to 10,000. That's this year.
And then April down to 6,300. May 3,000. Admittedly, I was away for two weeks of May.
So the stats on all the podcasts would have gone down in May. And so far this month. Bearing in mind, we are halfway through the month because it's the 16th today.
I've only had 435 downloads in half a month. And I've been here that time. I was back before the first of June.
Because I was only I wasn't I was only away for a couple of weeks. Because of my rib being broke. So I came home early.
So based on that, I struggled to even reach 1000 downloads. So that put that podcast has gone right downhill. So even though some of the others are growing, that one has made a bit of a dent in the overall stats.
Another one is the Jason Newland free hypnosis service podcast. And this is the original podcast pretty much. This is the one where I always had all my stuff on.
But over time, and this is exactly the same podcast I used to have for years and years and years, but it was on a different service. So it used to be on SoundCloud. And other ones are different ones.
So every time I started this, I'd have to start from scratch with the stats in there. So about 217,699 total downloads, which is not great, you know, for the amount of time I've had it. But if I look at the month, like over the last year, it's gone way down again, the same as before.
Last June 1946. Then by September gone up to 10,000. November 17,000, nearly 18,000.
December 23,000. Admittedly, December was a very busy month. I think I had over 800,000 downloads in December.
It was just a particularly busy, busy time. Maybe December is just a busy. I guess it's you know, perhaps the weather ain't so great.
And people are spending more time indoors and stuff maybe. And but anyway, then it goes down January. So from 23,000 to 16,000 in January.
February 12,000. And last month in May 2,113. It's gone up to two and a half thousand so far.
So I'll probably hit 5000. But you see, it's really, really reduced on that podcast. I'm getting I mean, it's gone up now from what it was it started to grow again for some reason.
But you know, the 10th of June 147. But the 13th of June 468 downloads. Yesterday 325.
Today so far 70. So that's another podcast that isn't really, although it's starting to grow a little bit ain't doing much. So it's only really a handful of podcasts that are doing their job that are working properly.
There's only a few only a handful of podcasts to listen to the most. Which is if the thing would let me move it, come on. Okay, deep sleep, whisper hypnosis, hypnosis for sleeping deeply.
Let me bore you to sleep. Relaxation hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Relax and sleep hypnosis daily.
And sleep insomnia hypnosis. So that's what's that 123456. So six podcasts that actually get some listens.
listens. It's funny. It's a strange one.
I mean, with the stop smoking relaxation hypnosis podcast. So I had 50,414 total downloads. I haven't I mean, it's there's only 38 listenable episodes on there.
And that's including the ones with music. So I've only got 11 actual recordings. So yesterday I had 160 downloads.
So it's not getting not getting huge amounts. But it goes through periods. This is the weird thing.
Again, December. Last June 507 downloads. This June so far 1654.
So halfway through. So that's that's quite a good amount. Last month 2424.
Now it's grown over the year, November being the top month at 7386. No idea why. And December went back down to 3985.
And then I had a spike in March 4695. And then it stayed around the two two and a half thousand a month. So it's, it's, and then this podcast and I think, oh, I thought it would, I thought they'd get a bit more, a bit more interest, like the stress and pain relief hypnosis.
When I put them on to the other podcasts, people do listen to them. But on here on the actual podcast itself, I've had 2231 downloads in all. Yesterday I had six downloads.
Today, two. No, none so far today, two yesterday, and six a day before. So that's, it's like boring objects.
I thought that that might have picked up. Because I think that I just personally think they're quite good little recordings. But I don't, I don't think necessarily the public know what they are.
Because I don't, I just put the word boring objects on there. It doesn't say that it's there to sort of help you relax or to switch your mind off or distract you. So you can maybe fall asleep or relax or whatever.
And, you know, maybe slightly entertaining as well. But yesterday I had seven downloads 624 in total for the whole time. And that's since September.
That's when I launched that podcast. So it's near what September, June, July, August. Yes, 10 months.
The other one I thought might have picked up just because it's, I don't know, it's a bit of fun, is the Jason's Bedtime Storytime. Now, thousands of people listen to the recordings when they're on the other podcasts. I also put them on the Let Me Boy To Sleep podcast.
And I launched that podcast. Wow. It's been going for a while, over a year.
But I had 6255 total downloads. And, you know, yesterday, or today, so far, six downloads, yesterday, seven. You know, it's, it's, so I just don't know.
Last 12 months, the busiest month was December 506 downloads. Wow. You see what I mean is so I've got podcasters here, but not been listened to.
Maybe for good reason. Maybe they're just really, really bad. But like 30 day relaxation plan.
It's an old podcast. It's like old 1314 years old. So you know, maybe there's a good reason why people aren't listening to it.
But what was weird is it had over 200,000 downloads. When I originally had one of my podcasts. And that was on Podomatic over 200,000 listens, and now I get total of 1175 downloads.
And that's in over more than a year, probably four years, in fact, last seven days, nothing for the last two days, but I got four on Tuesday for downloads. If nothing, even if this is boring, like, oh, don't hear about the stats again. It's quite honest of me, isn't it to be open and just tell you how, how rubbish I'm doing.
Maybe too honest. Yeah, you don't want to listen to that loser. Right seven day cure insomnia podcast.
Again, I had, I think 200,000 plus downloads of this on the original podcast when it was on Podomatic. And that's 1718 total downloads over the last four years. It's Yeah, it's an old podcast.
Again, it's from I think that one was from 2011. I think so. Oh, yesterday, I had 10 downloads.
Wow. But then nothing for the first three days of the seven days. And then three 310 and two today.
Now my erotic hypnosis, I've not made any recordings on that. I've got the picture. I did the picture is quite a good picture.
Actually, I made it myself. So I'm quite pleased with that. But it's I ain't done nothing with it.
I didn't I'm not sure. But I've been asked to do stuff to do some adult erotic, sexual healing, perhaps, you know, sort of adult stuff. And I you know, for Okay, well, I'll look into it.
I've got a couple of books to just read and sort of say, Okay, what what kind of stuff is this and did a bit of research. Didn't last one about six minutes, but it's a 5837 is a total downloads for my fall asleep counting sheep podcast. And there was a time when he used to get quite a few downloads.
Went through a little period it did. So yesterday, nine day before 11 downloads today for so it's a kind of burner, it just burns along just, you know, in 10 years time, I might have a few 100,000 downloads. You know, it just goes very slowly, very slowly, chronic pain hypnosis podcast.
And that's the one that I'd like, I'd love to have loads of downloads, but I don't. I've got a total of 31,216. And 11 downloads today, 27 yesterday, 31 a day before 99 on Monday, 3432 faces forgetting the 99.
It's, you know, because you know, it's weird, you know, you can have that's why averages are so ridiculous, because you can have 30 days of a month. And you might get 25 a day for 29 days. And then one day you get 900 which puts your average up to an inflated amount.
Because it's not the average. It's not well it is the average number wise. But it's not the average day wise because most days I'll be I'm getting 25 a day.
Just because one, you know, one out of seven days I get 900 doesn't mean that I don't know that would work. Okay, so say 700 for one day, which adds, which means the average would be over 100 a day. So but it's not is it? I'm getting 25 a day.
That's not right. I'm doing that over a week. But you know, you know what I mean? I knew what I meant.
I did. So that's chocolate, not chocolate, chronic pain. I'm thinking about chocolate now.
Chronic pain hypnosis podcast. 31,000. So that's, that's gone down.
Again, I had a really good month in November. So November and December last year was big. 4378 just in one month.
And now on average, just under 1000 a month. For that one. So that's not a lot.
Which is a shame because that's why I got into hypnosis for. That was the main reason. So got healing words, healing words, 984 downloads.
12. Blimey. Yeah, no downloads yesterday, one today.
So that's just pretty much non existent. Even though it's a good podcast, I think. Hypnotic buffet.
Download stats 709 total downloads, 30 episodes on here. 30 recordings. I've not added any with music because no one listens to him.
I just didn't see the point in going for all that work. When no one listens to the podcast anyway. But 30 different recordings.
No, no downloads for the last two days. Tuesday, one download Monday, five downloads. Last 12 months.
19 downloads so far this month. And the most I've had in a whole year was December 36 downloads. Is is I kind of might as well just get rid of them.
It's almost a waste of time, isn't it? Having those podcasts on there. But I look back and I spent so much time that's I mean, literally, is it 30 recordings? hypnotic buffet? Yeah, 30. I did 30 different recordings and I remember making them.
And it was the best work I've done at the time. Nevermind. And the last really is the sleep and relax hypnosis with music.
So I've got 75,574 downloads on this one. The last 12. So this although that amount of 75,000, that's not a lot, but that's only since December.
So I had to get rid of all the ones with background music, because we weren't allowed to just have back music anymore. And all music on its own without any kind of talking. So I had to redo it and get rid of them.
And start from scratch. And so last month, I had 17,882 downloads 14,000 a month before this month so far, six and a half thousand. So technically, that's what 150,000 a year on that one.
So that's not too bad. That's not is it really, I guess. And there's still a lot more to upload because I've not uploaded all of my recordings yet on there.
I've got 165 relax and sleep hypnosis. stats, statistics, 178. Oh, that's interesting.
It's not really is it? Not really. No, no. So there you go.
I know how much you love hearing about the statistics. Drinking a Capri Sun black currant. No preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.
I don't care. What are you telling me that for? I want artificial colours and preservatives. If it doesn't rot my stomach, and stain my teeth, I just don't want to know.
See, yeah, so that's too much honesty, probably really for as far as far as the stats go, I should be lying, making stuff up and saying, yeah, I'll get hundreds of 1000s of downloads a day. But I don't, I don't. But I do get millions a year.
You know, so that's not a lie. I'll get millions and millions and millions. I don't know how many millions.
Let's work it out. Let's work it out. How many millions? Last 12 months.
6,145,853 for the last 12 months. Or right, the last month, 354,165. So the last seven days, it's not not the biggest one, but 65,650.
So it's not been like the biggest week in the world. So last month, 354,000. That's not the last month, it was last month.
So that would be May 2022. 354,000. And boom, boom, boom.
So last 30 days 289. And again, that's because I've been away and stuff. So it's going to be a little bit lower.
Last 12 months. Let's have a look. Yeah, it's definitely it has gone down over the last few months.
But I think part of the reason is because I haven't been doing as many. I haven't been as active maybe as I previously had been. But overall, in the last year, there's been a lot of growth.
If that makes sense. So compared to June last year, June last year had 88,721. Now I've got 146,000 so far in June, and it's halfway through the month.
So you know, it's a lot more. And so look, if I go back, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum, January. Okay.
Right. Okay, it does allow it. Good.
I'll turn it around that way. That'd be better. So if you go January 2021.
Okay, January 2021, I had 169,675 downloads. All right, this isn't working. I can't figure it out.
And January. January 2022. So a year later, 773,522.
So yes, it's quite a quite a higher amount. February 171. February 171 2021.
Although it's lower than a January 681. So you know, it's a big, big difference between 2021 and 2022. Even though and beginning of the year, it's gone down at times throughout the year.
It's still a lot more than it was last year. I mean, my highest number was 849,689. And that was was it? November? Yeah, December.
So January, November was 825. December 849. 773 January 681 February 681 533.
So I was doing a lot more recordings. And I was also had that problem where I had to get rid of the music and I had to redo a lot of stuff. So I was getting more listens because I was uploading more like re uploading if that makes sense.
So the stats were a bit higher, but a lot higher because of that. My book just fell over. How dare you? So last month was 354,000.
It was a low month, I pretty much lost two weeks. So it would have been a lot higher than that. And month for that is 401,918.
So last month, May, it would have been a really good month, actually. Had it not been for me only making one recording in two weeks. Yeah.
So I'm guessing this month should be quite a good month. I'm guessing Yeah, I should, should hopefully hit over 400,000 this month. So it's gone down, but it's just way more, way more than than this time last year.
So May, January, February, March, April, May, 193,000. Last year, 354,000 this year. So you know, it's a lot more, isn't it? January, February, March, April, 193,000.
283,000 for March. 533,000. So yeah, so it's, I mean, it's, I'll be honest, in December, I was on a, on a roll.
I was really putting a lot of energy and making lots of recordings and which I guess shows that because of the amount of downloads I was getting. I had, I wanted to reach, I wanted to reach a million in a month. And, you know, I got just under 900,000 downloads.
But I kind of don't know. I do still want to reach a million. I do, you know, I'd love to reach a million downloads a month and continue to grow.
But I'm not in a hurry. I think if I wanted to do this as a job, and I had to, you know, I had to really ramp everything up and get more people listening and try and, you know, earn a living out of it, then yeah, I would need, I'd need a couple of million downloads a month, really, to do that. A million would kind of just about do it, maybe, I don't know.
But really a couple of million downloads. And I'm nowhere near that, really. I mean, I can get, you know, over 500,000 a month if I put a bit of effort in.
I could, I'm pretty sure by the end of the month, by the end of the year, I could, I could get up to a million a month, you know, if I really like was doing lots of recordings and, you know, doing the work. Because, you know, I've got different podcasts that cater for different people. And some people really enjoy listening.
They tell me they enjoy listening to the Deep Sleep Whispers, and other people prefer these ones, the Let Me Boy To Sleep, and some other people prefer, they like to listen to the Boring Objects, even, or the Bedtime Storytime. Obviously not on the actual podcast, because they listen to them on the other podcasts, the more popular ones. But yeah, so everyone's got their own tastes about what they like.
I mean, some people can't stand the Whisper stuff. You do what? Don't like Whisper? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Which is fine.
I mean, I don't know why people tell me. Okay. I mean, it's, it's among my most popular podcasts.
I'm not going to stop doing them. You know, that's, that's, that's a fact. One person doesn't like them.
Even if 100 people didn't like them, this fact is, people out there that do, do like to listen to them. So I'll continue. It's not something I would listen, I don't really listen to them myself.
Not really. Yeah, but then I don't listen really to my kind of thing. I don't, I don't listen to this stuff.
I listen to myself doing it. I don't need to listen to it separate, you know. I do like listening to audiobooks.
I listen to at least one audiobook a day. And I'm just, you know, sometimes two books, depends how long they are. I've got a nice little routine I've got into where I have my evening meal.
And a sticker, there's a YouTube channel that has audiobooks, and they're like self-help, self-development books. And some of them only last for an hour or two. So I'll, and they read it out.
I show the book on the screen, and then they read, read it out loud. So I just sit in the chair, close my eyes and listen to the book, listen to the words. And for an hour or two, there's a nice little routine that I've got into.
So that, I mean, sometimes I will listen to a longer book, but then I don't get to listen to the whole thing because I'm not sitting there for nine hours. But most of my books that I listen to on Audible, I've got, I've got a lot of books on Audible. Lots and lots and lots.
I don't know how many. I should check actually, I wonder how many I've got. I say lots, won't it, will it tell me? Library, library.
249 titles. So I've got 249 books on my Audible app. So they're all, they, I own them.
So they're all on there. I mean, admittedly, some, there are some that are, they're part of the membership. So I've got them free.
I'll give you an example. Which one was it? I don't remember. There was, there was a couple that I got.
And it was this part of the library. Audio books. Oh, here it is.
Oh, okay. So if I search for something, let's say hypnotherapy, hypno, hypnotherapy, hypnotherapy. And what ones it has here is it gives me in your library.
So there's two books on hypnotherapy in my library. There's a few books on hypnosis, but they're, they're the ones with hypnotherapy in the title, just two. Was it clinical hypnotherapy, fundamentals, and Elman hypnotherapy, both by Dr. Tim Brunson.
And then it says here results. So that's two results 286. But then it says a box, if you click it, it says included in your membership.
So they'll be free. So I can download those for free. So click on that, included in your membership.
And there is 11 books. Although they're not all books. Now I just want audio books.
So it's 121 all in all included in your membership because they also included podcast there. So there's no audio books in my membership. So the ones I can get is 123.
I've only got that though. I was in my library. So said in your library, doesn't allow you to buy it twice, which is good.
Because Amazon does. procrastination, Erickson and his innovative style for hypnotherapy. Okay.
Past life regression, stop thinking negatively. Master obliterate and self doubt the hypnotic gastric band. Jumpstart your metabolics, lose weight, the ladder, the ladder, essential healing, hypnosis, 17 in one hypnosis, past life hypnosis by Roy H. Erickson.
I don't know if he's related to Milton Erickson. Because to have the surname Erickson, if he's not related to Milton Erickson, then he's using the word the noun Erickson in order to perhaps try and fool people to think that he's Milton Erickson. Unless that's actually his name.
Then I'm wrong. Sorry. Hypnotherapy, my voice will go with you.
So I've got that anyway. That's in my library. process oriented hypnosis in your library.
linguistic techniques, hypnosis with affirmations, a guide to performing hypnotherapy one on one. creative power, heal yourself, advanced hypnotherapy. Dr. Tim Brunson, he's got loads of books, Tim Brunson.
And there's loads, but a lot of them are just, you know, people for people to listen to. I know all the audio books are for people to listen to, but I knew what I meant when I said it. I knew what I meant.
So I've got 249 titles. Blimey. What was the first one? Let's have a look.
We'll see what the first one is that I downloaded. Your self sabotage. The practitioners, what I learned, reality is plastic, mind hacking, success principles, cyber cybernetics, psycho cybernetics.
Let me tell you about that book. I was when I worked in insurance for the car insurance for the first time, back in 2001. One of the men on my training team, because he started the same time as me.
And we became friends and a few months into us working together, he brought a book in. And I was into self help books and which I still am. And motivational inspirational sales books as well.
So I was because I was doing sales. And I've been into sales books since the 90s. Funny enough, always wanted to be a salesman.
For a long time. I didn't believe I could do it. But part of me wanted to.
The pigeon, Horace the pigeon is actually on the windowsill. You hear him? All right, Horace. He doesn't go on anybody else's windowsill.
He comes to see me. I mean, genuinely, every day he comes and sits on the windowsill to say hello to say sometimes the windows open, he sticks his head in just a little look around. See what I'm doing.
Anyway, yeah, so this, my friend, he brought this book in because he I think we talked about because he liked to read the same kind of things as me. And he brought a book in called psycho cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz. I might have pronounced it wrong.
It doesn't matter. And it's a really good book. I've got it here somewhere.
I've got it on audio. I've got is or I used to have it as a book. I'm pretty sure I've still got one.
I've got it somewhere. Basically, it shows it's about. It just proves how our perception of ourself.
When it changes, transforms our life can transform your life. And so when this basically this person was a plastic surgeon, and he'd do things like plastic surgery, mainly, you know, face stuff and boobies and whatever else, I don't know. I guess pretty much every anything they paid him to do, I imagine.
And he saw how he just talked about how people's perceptions of themselves changed dramatically. Just by making a small change, so they could physically see that change. And even if no one else knew about it, so let's say it was a a private, not on a on a part of the body that no one else gets to see.
I guess an example would be maybe a third nipple or something. Some people have three nipples, I've heard. I mean, I can't imagine having three nipples.
Imagine having imagine go walking around with one missing nipple. Everyone, it's like, we all know we should have four. That's what I'm saying.
Anyway, and so no one else knows about this, except the person. But then they have it removed and it transforms their personality, perhaps. And he was just fascinated by that.
And, you know, he wrote a book about it and talked about different clients and how our self-perception is so easily transformed, really. And also, I guess, how fragile it is at the same time. And yeah, it's a good book, a really, really interesting book, very famous book, actually, in psychotherapy, even though he isn't a psychotherapist, he's a plastic surgeon.
But it's just something that he noticed and he kind of looked more into it. And then, you know, he wrote, it's a very, very famous book in the self-help genre or motivational genre or inspirational genre. I don't know what you want to call it.
Yeah, that's it, really. It's a good book. It's a good book.
So if you have a fancy read or maybe listen to it on audible. There's very few things I'd actually recommend to people, but audible, I would. I'm on audible as well.
I am. My podcasts are on audible. Yep, they are.
They're free. I'm not quite sure why they're on audible, but they are. So that's all right, isn't it? They're on Amazon Music, they're on audible, they're on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Google Podcasts, Alexa as well, I think.
And you can listen to my podcast pretty much everywhere. I don't know if I ever told you this. I had Alexa, I've still got Alexa, but I've unplugged it months ago.
And I was using it all the time, but it was a novelty. And I was out in the park, I think I was taking Andre for a walk. And I was out in the park.
I said, Alexa, what's the time? Honestly, out loud in the park. Because I was so used to saying it, Alexa, what's the time? And honestly, I said it out loud. There was no one else around.
So it was okay. I started laughing. Wow.
It was very weird. Anyway, I'm gonna go now. So thank you for listening.
