Hello and welcome to let me bore you to sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. My name is Jason Newland.

My website is jasonnewland.com where all of my recordings are available to download completely free and also free to stream as well. They're all organized so it's a little resource where you can find all of the older recordings as well which might be useful because some of the podcasts and podcast hosts where you may be listening to this only have the the most recent recordings like up to 250 recordings because I've got thousands of recordings. You know you may find it easier to find them on the website.

Yeah and most people 250 recordings should be enough space shouldn't they? They should do you for a while but I'd have a tendency of making lots and plus I've been doing this for a long time since 2006. So however many years that is was that 16 years 2006 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 yeah 16 years I had to count it on my fingers. So hey hey how you doing? Are you well? So for those that have never listened to me before I'll give you a brief introduction to what this podcast is about.

It's basically just me talking about stuff none of it's particularly interesting and just about my life or some of it's made up some of it's true some of it's just silly there's occasional serious bits but you know generally I try and keep it fairly light-hearted.

And I just talk for about an hour and see people use these recordings because I've got lots of different podcasts this particular podcast to Let Me Bore You To Sleep some people listen to it for that reason you have to go to sleep but some people listen to it for other reasons maybe it's company for people that maybe live on their own and have a solitary existence which I'm actually pretty much like that myself it can be nice to hear a friendly voice or a familiar voice if I'm not friendly I don't know I might

not be a friendly voice but familiar and it's it's almost like company like having a friend who you can just listen to every day or every few days or however regularly I make the recordings and some people listen because it takes your mind off of other stuff it's a distraction maybe so there's various reasons why different people listen I've had some comments from people and they listen to it for adult reasons so which I won't go into so everyone's you know each to their own and you get what you get you know whatever you get

and it's quite relaxing something like that so yeah um I'm kind of preparing like the thing I'm doing now is I'm preparing for my diploma in hypnosis that I'm taking it's called a practitioner diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and it starts on the first weekend of April in less than two weeks in London so I'm going to be doing a training for the next 10 months so there's 10 weekends and then January there's the exam January 2023 next year so I had a reading list so what I've done is I've purchased I had a couple of

the books already I purchased the rest of the books on the reading list and so I'm kind of just trying to get prepared I might try and read or at least look through those reading the reading list books there's also links to some papers that have been written some research papers that apparently are free to read online so I might have a little look at that but I'm kind of jumping the gun a bit really you know I guess I should just wait until I get to the course and they tell me sort of what

what I need to read and when because I guess it's not a lot of point in reading a book if the subject is not going to come up until October well that won't hurt so I'm just trying to plan plan how I'm going to proceed with the course so I filled the forms in online sent them back and so it's all paid for it's all sorted and I start as I said in the first weekend of April now I was looking I've got the the venue address and it's not on the website or anything so

I had to phone them and say yeah well here's a because they're going to send an email with the address of the venue where it's going to be held and I spoke to the man in charge of the course and he told me on the phone the address because I wanted to see about booking a hotel as close to the venue as possible and I've done previous hypnosis trainings where the training was actually in a hotel you know it's like in a function room and this isn't the case but this is a huge building which

has functions in it I think that's the the fun I think that's the function of the building is to have functions and it looks like a palace honestly it's so it's really nice from the pictures I've seen so I'm gonna I had the website and it's like a 360 thing so you could actually look all around it it was quite nice I like that I like it a lot so yeah I looked online to see about hotels and I'm still in shock because the cost was enormous and I was looking to maybe book a hotel

room for two nights so the the course is saturday and sunday every every it's just weekends so every once a month it's actually twice a month on one month but there's 10 10 months 10 weekends rather and it's a saturday and sunday and it's I have to be there by nine in the morning and it's still about six in the evening and then again on sunday nine to six now now the trains going in will get me into liverpool street or into london depends which way I go and it'll I think it's about a quarter

past eight or something which means I'll have a very short period of time to get to where I've got to go because it's another part of london I think it's doable but it's a bit of rushing and I'm not not a big fan of rushing I'm not a big fan of rushing about because I just don't like it I don't like rushing I've got an issue with it I don't I like to just take my time you know I like to just relax so I mean technically once I'm on the train and I'm on the

train and I'm on my way to my hotel to london I can relax it's a saturday and sunday morning it's quite early it's not going to be busy at that time in the morning on a saturday and sunday I don't I can't imagine compared to you know one monday to friday packed but on a saturday sunday should be fairly quiet although sunday there might be a replacement train which means I probably won't get into london till 10 uh you know not so great in that event I'll have to I don't know but I'm kind of

looking into things that um just sort of seeing what I can do but as I said I was looking into the hotels some hotels are coming out at like 1400 pound for two nights the cheapest ones I found were now about 450 440 pounds something for two nights that's ridiculous 440 pound 400 uh and then I found another but I I did find a hotel in east london for 70 pound a night which is really really cheap really cheap and I'll be honest I'm not sure it just doesn't sound safe it's just it sounds I

don't know just sounds one of those like almost too good to be true situations 70 pound it doesn't go up depending on the day it's just 70 pound a night now even at 70 pound a night if they've got let's say 10 rooms they can't fail to make a lot of money and it's just it's like an old just like a house like an old style hotel you know like an old nothing in there really no bar no bed and breakfast as far as I can tell just rooms hopefully with a bath or a shower

but even still I don't know I might in fact what I might do let's talk about it I might go up there I might maybe just try one night just to see if it's any good I might give it a go maybe the first weekend book that hotel for two nights and see if it's any good and if it is and it works out okay I'll just book the rest of the night with them provided I haven't got to pay ahead ahead of time so I don't know we'll see we'll see we'll see we'll see

but I was so surprised that the hotel's near the venue because it's in kind of like the west end of London it's the most expensive part of London pretty much and I don't know why I was thinking I'd be able to get a hotel that was affordable but they're just not it's ridiculous I mean I know it's only once a month and it's it's a one-off expense and I'll never have to do it again after this year really because I'll have completed the course and you know the the end result will be brilliant you know

I'll have I'll have another diploma and it'll be like my second highest level my third highest level of education I guess because I've got a degree undergraduate degree in counselling studies I've got a diploma in person-centered counselling which is probably a higher maybe the same level as this that I'm going to do maybe a higher level I'm not sure I'm not quite sure how diplomas kind of work but that was accredited by a university that other one this diploma is more accredited by a hypnotherapy organization than a university because it's a college but it's not

a university so but it's still a high level it's in fact I think it's kind of postgraduate level education so it's postgraduate diploma my other one was an undergraduate kind of level diploma because the diploma then led to the degree if you know what I mean but I had both the diploma and the degree at the end of it yeah so I'll do that so it's like a toss-up really like well it's an expense but I'll be I'll be gaining at the end of it I mean hopefully well I don't see why it should even

be hopefully it should be definitely the new information I learn and relearning old information that I've perhaps forgotten about or not you know thought about for a while will can only improve my podcasts not these let me point to sleep ones but the hypnosis stuff that I do which is 90% of what I do is the hypnosis so and like 90% of my podcasts if not higher percentage are hypnosis this is the only one which isn't this is yeah this is the only one isn't it no there's a couple now I've got the bedtime story

time that's not hypnosis and the boring objects that's not hypnosis either but everything else so let's say 80% hypnosis so yeah as I'm getting closer to the date I'm kind of starting to warm to the idea of it and because I have a tendency of booking things in the past and not turning up I've booked trainings in the past and just not gone or not being well enough to do it and I've lost money in the past because of it but this time I feel in a much better space a much better position and it's

I mean it is for me but it's not just for me you know this is for other people literally will benefit instantly from what I learn from what I do from what I from new from new education so I'll go there for the weekend I'll come back on the Monday and I'll be able to make a recording using some new maybe new ideas that I've that have come out of the of the new learnings that I've experienced so it'll be a very very positive situation very very yeah advantageous for everyone involved really so you know

it's nice it's nice the idea really of being able to do a training and then potentially help thousands of people the next day I say potentially because I don't know how many people who listen I don't know I know how many people listen but I don't know how many people who do listen that benefit from what I do people do return I've got a lot of regular people that keep coming back and listening and you know I'm getting millions and millions of viewers have listeners rather every every year I think five and a half million

in the last year the previous year so I mean at the moment I'm averaging I do I can do like 20,000 a day quite easily 20,000 downloads I mean if I put a lot of work in and I make lots of recordings and I can get 30,000 40 50 sometimes but the 50,000 are pretty rare if I'm honest it's a that's a rarity I'd love it to be regular but it's not 50,000 it's only happened a few times 40,000 has happened okay not huge amounts of times but 30,000 has happened quite a lot 20,000 is

is very regular but sometimes I go down to 17,000 15,000 even but you know it's more likely going to be above 20 if I actually make recordings you know if I've got too many days without making a new recording then you know it was it will often stay below 20,000 but not by much and I usually usually have at least 10,000 downloads by midday so for the first 12 hours of the day I get about 10,000 and then and I think that's the I'm guessing that would perhaps be the American audience or the Australian audience

now wait a minute oh yeah that have been during the night so like between midnight and midday because it's yeah the Australian audience because it's 12 hours we're 12 hours ahead or 12 hours behind actually I think we're 12 hours behind did I say did I say 12 hours 12 hours but it's Velvet H I know I know so yeah so I did a actually I made a relax and sleep hypnosis daily recording about an hour ago two hours ago and that was nice I haven't made one for it's only been it well the last

one was on the really the 6th of March is the 17th of March today no it's not what am I doing no that's completely wrong the last one I did was on the 17th of March and today's the 21st I was looking at the wrong I hadn't re rebooted the page so it's the number 155 relax and sleep hypnosis daily tell yourself to relax yeah that's the one so yeah I got 11,500 downloads so far today yesterday yeah I did 18 and no wow it's quite a slow day 16 and a half thousand I basically

it's been lying to everyone yeah if I do more regular ones it's it'll go up it's um it's it just depends it really does vary I mean 7th of March I had 25 or 24 and a half thousand 20 20 19 and a half 19.

1 yeah so usually under the 20 maybe a little bit less more more more less more more more more more more less and more I don't mind I mean I was so happy to reach the 10,000 mark so you know getting 16,000 or 17,000 or on your day and then getting 20 plus I don't worry about getting less than 20,000 because it's still great you know for me it's still a really good result because it took so long to get above 10,000 and you know I'm in it for the long game I'm not I'm this

is no sprint for me 16 years it's taken to get to where I am and all's well of another 16 years I'll still be here maybe not in this room but I'll be making recordings can you imagine wow I mean this is number 800 and let's have a quick look oh no that's not what I wanted 800 and 10 so this this recording is number 810 so can you imagine in another 16 years how many thousands I'll want I'll be in that'll be what so let's say give and take 200 a year so that's that

two thousand three thousand so I'll be probably over four thousand even if I just did 200 a year which I probably I think once I get into the groove again I'll be doing them every day I'll do I like to do these every day but just recently I've had other stuff going on and things to deal with and you know haven't um quite had well I'll tell you what I've been doing I've been leaving it too late I've been leaving it to the evening when I'm tired so and my life my sleeping arrangements has changed

because because for years the last couple of years really or previous couple of years I was sleeping during the day and I was awake during the night now I've not been doing that hardly at all anymore in fact it's gone the opposite I think I was in bed by 10 last night and I'm getting up really early so by if I wait till like eight or nine to make these recordings I'm very tired by then so that's why I'm making it now it's half one in the afternoon and I'm doing it early I'm doing it

it's I'm doing it while I'm still awake while I've still got some brain cells some energy in my brain because otherwise it's just I'll be talking and I'll just do about 20 minutes and I'll just stop and that'll be the end of the recording and I just won't upload it so I've got to do these when I've got some energy I'll just get my phone don't know what to talk about what's I gonna say oh yeah the course so what I could do is I could read to you what's on the course what's going to

be on it so if I get this if I close this up put the other iPad there and then I can provide a number into the yeah last week's Saturday no great it's not working oh you wind me up you do you're bloody winding me up why is it not working okay I'll use my phone I don't need you I'll use my phone oh what I'm doing now I mentioned recently I've got a new broadband and it's a mobile broadband so no contract no connected to the telephone line or any of that stuff it's just

a little box with a sim card in that I pay monthly I think it's 27 pound a month and I've been basically testing it for the last week to see if it's good enough to replace the broadband that I've got well actually it's much better than the broadband I've already got but my biggest issue is I don't want to lose the TV so I've got the broadband still up running because I wanted it doesn't matter if things go a little bit slow on uploads and stuff with the internet I just want to make sure that

it doesn't cut out when I'm what when I'm streaming or if I'm watching live boxing on a streaming platform I don't want it to you know cut out or anything so what I've done is when I got I think it was last night because I've been sort of using a mixture of both last week now and then just to sort of um to sort of test and compare now I've unplugged the actual broadband the original broadband so it's not running at all and I'm running everything off of the mobile and at one point I had

four devices uploading recordings and I was also watching um I was also streaming something on the telly all from the same thing actually that's not right one of my phone has got unlimited data on a pay-as-you-go as well so but that I've got that because for uploading videos if I make videos on there to upload them or when I'm out and stuff it's just handy to have the the data so I've got that so it's unlimited but okay that's that's a pay-as-you-go so yeah so that wasn't true so I was running three devices and streaming

a television just on the mobile broadband and it's working fine and when I start a program when I start to stream there's a tiny little buffer for a few seconds and then it starts it doesn't buffer during it's just right at the beginning when I go to press play the tiny little buffer for us so literally about two seconds and it starts and I'm going to continue for another month and then if it all continues perfectly I will get rid of the broadband get rid of the other broadband gone and it's weird because I've got

this plugged in permanently plugged in and it's working so well I was like wow and it's a tiny little thing honestly so I'm very pleased with it and it's cheaper than my other broadband my mobile phone contract my it's not a contract it's a pay-as-you-go and it's cheaper than my other contract I had so I've managed to sort of get things down I've no longer got any contracts I've no longer got any debts either I've managed to pay off every single debt other than you know future bills that come in so um yeah electric gas

water council tax all that stuff yeah there's going to be bills coming in but everything else has paid off and it's nice I don't I don't think I'm ever going to get in debt again ever honestly I don't think I say that now but I really I can't afford to really and it's not worth it I mean you know the the end result is I managed to get a decent setup you know I'm recording this on a new iPad using the phone using a really good microphone good PA I don't know audio system or setup

and everything so that you know it's nice but expensive expensive I mean I find it it's amazing that if you go on YouTube and the really like how to do podcasting they always focus on like the cheapest way to do it the cheapest microphone and the cheapest recorder for some reason I mean for me personally it wasn't about having the most expensive equipment it's just having a way to record where it sounded as good as I can get it to sound now there's always room for improvement and I'm not I'm not an audio expert obviously

but it seems it's that was a whistly wasn't it it's yeah that's weird it seems to be okay seems to be working quite well whether or not I mean I didn't attempt to make any recordings when I was on holiday for two days I came back early because I wasn't very well but I did take a little I got a little microphone kit which plugs into the telephone the mobile and you know can record it record a podcast on there now it won't be this kind of quality and I've used it before when I went

to Cornwall in the end of May June time last year and I made a few podcasts they were okay it wasn't like perfect sound but I was making them outside as well so there's a little bit of wind a little bit of background sound you know as there might be here but this I don't know how much background sounds you know it picks up because I do listen back to a bit of the recording but I don't listen to the whole thing because the the microphone is a good microphone so there's not lots of problems

with it see previous times I'd have to spend maybe two hours editing an hour recording because of the microphone not being good enough or the audio equipment the recording equipment not being good enough or trustworthy but now I can trust this stuff and it seems to really come together quite nice and there's the occasional blurb or blip or whatever generally it seems to be okay which is nice and it makes my feet nice and cozy with happiness so yeah I'm quite this so this is coming together okay I need to tidy up though because since

I've been back I've been back since Wednesday evening it's now Monday sublime me it's nearly it's five days isn't it it's crazy Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday fifth day back time goes so quickly so yeah just another week and then it's a week there's literally a I think I'm going to do that I'm going to book that hotel and book that hotel and stay there as long as it's not one of those places where they have long-term residence because then it's not a hotel anymore you know it's uh I don't want to live like I don't

want to live in that environment I've done that blimey I've done that I've earned my wings on that one I'm not I'm not going back to that so because there's some places like where I used to live there was a hotel I had hotels but they'd rent the rooms they'd rent them out as a hotel for people staying because there was a beach there was a beach so it was like a seaside resort less so since I lived there but you know in the past it used to be quite popular mainly with elderly people I

don't know why but it was it was very popular there was even when I was oh I'm shaking a microphone sorry about that even when I lived there long like 35 years ago whatever they there's lots of elderly people would travel up on coaches and spend a week there and I mean it's like I say it's lovely in the summer but everywhere is lovely in the summer isn't it really in the summer especially on a beach it doesn't really I don't think it really matters where you are and providing it's a sort of decent kind

of area it's just nice isn't it it's like it's a lovely sunny day and you can walk around without a jumper or a jacket and you've got ice creams and there's places to eat and you know it's it's nice just to go for a nice walk and especially if you're with your husband or your wife your grandchildren maybe I don't know just it's uh but it seems to be quite an elderly town there's plenty of young people there but it's still I mean they do reproduce and there's not much else to do there to be

fair so you know the reproduction will still continue forever probably in that town and it's not like there's a few seaside resorts that they used to be really popular in like you know the 50s 60s 70s 40s 30s I don't know used to be very popular and a lot of them used to be like butlins and pontins like holiday camps so people from London and other parts of the country would visit go on holiday for a week or a weekend or two weeks or whatever because it was near the beach and it was it's basically

the whole of the south coast would be really popular and it just but basically anywhere with a beach would be quite often a seaside town and then anyone that lived inland would love going to these seaside resorts because they don't get to see the sea normally don't get to be near a beach so it is a break it's a lovely lovely nice holiday and I guess this was really popular in this country before foreign travel became more accessible in I guess the 60s and 70s 80s or whatever so it was standard really I remember when

my granddad and my nan used to go to I think they used to go to Southend I think they used to go to Southend maybe because Southend is not far from London but there's a beach now I used to live in Southend when I was little but it was a beach and it was you know in my memory it was it was quite a nice beach and they had the longest pier I think in the world if not Europe massive pier and I think what I think it got hit by a ship once which like

shortened it and there was a I think that at least I think two fires which are also shortened it but it's a big old still a big old pier did I say pier or beach I said pier I meant pier biggest beach in Europe no it's biggest pier I wonder what the biggest beach is in the world I suppose it's the desert really isn't it I know it's a beach I mean doesn't have sea but sand yeah not much sand in the town that I used to live but anyway yeah so this some of the

more popular places that used to be really popular they've um they're not all doing so well these days compared to how they used to be and it's a shame because really I'm pretty sure it's pretty much the same anywhere if the place is fairly nice all you need is nice weather and it transforms the experience you know the difference between walking along the promenade of a beach when it's cold and when it's warm it transforms the experience it's like it's just a beautiful thing to do I think anything in a way just if it's really

sunny day which it is today funny enough and I haven't been out yet I really need to try and make an effort to go outside at some point but I'm enjoying the fact that I'm making recordings and I'm being productive and sometimes I think well I really should get outside and but then I justify and I think well if I was working in a call center I'd be working right now and I'd be looking out the window just the same as I am now but I wouldn't be able to go outside unless it was my

break time I'm choosing to stay indoors I don't have to so yeah it's a choice plus I need to wash my balls and so okay complaints from the neighbors oh dear oh dear oh dear oh dear blame me did you really say that yes you did I can't believe it ah here's a night here's something I'll come back to the hotel in a minute I'm thinking of doing a podcast for children not this but like a proper hypnosis podcast for children and it will be there might be a few different podcasts because you know I

like to I'll share them all among some of the other podcasts but I like to have specific ones there might be one for pain relief there might be one for relaxation or I might just do one podcast for children that will just have everything on there and I'm also planning to have a kind of a palliative care podcast but of course nothing nothing medical because I'm not a medical person and but it will just it will be hypnosis to help with the various aspects of palliative care and what I might do is try and I

mean I can learn I've I have studied pain relief in that setting in the past I might get together maybe with someone that works maybe a nurse or doctor or someone that works in that environment and maybe do the podcast with them so they can do the medical side they can talk from a professional perspective and you know and I was thinking about doing that for maybe adults and for children have two separate ones so yeah I'm just just looking at expanding my my portfolio it's not really a portfolio is it expanding my free service

to reach um I don't know it's not so much about reaching more people it's more about it's something I've wanted to do for a long time and maybe not felt perhaps not felt qualified enough in some ways I'm qualified as a counselor to talk to people in a palliative situation and I have done I've counseled people that were going through that experience um but I think having the clinical practitioner diploma in clinical hypnotherapy that's the name of it that might give me more I just might be uh more something maybe more confidence maybe in doing

more of that serious stuff although I don't think it has to be serious I think I can try and make it so it's not so serious when I do it but you know it's a serious situation of course because you know I offer my services whenever I've got a friend and they say oh or family member and they say that someone close to them is in palliative care I say the same thing to them and I get the same response every time pretty much I say I can help I can help with relaxing help with

maybe with the sleep help with pain relief stuff like that and they never take me up on it on that other person's behalf yeah now I imagine most of the time they don't even mention it to that other person they always come up with an excuse always pretty much oh they're a private person or they don't now I don't feel to be into that and I and I think that shows their lack of respect for me for what I do or for what I'm able to do and for what I have done for many years

and it just seems a bit of a shame that people can be so limited in a way but also that they would dismiss it on someone else's behalf but I can't offer it to the person because I don't know the person so I'm offering it to the friend or the family member to pass on the message that I'll help and I always get the same result apart from once okay not once twice three a few times a few years ago you know I've helped people with um yeah they were in palliative care let's just put

it that way I have in the past like one-on-one I mean now I'm sure I know I've helped a few people with my podcasts they're in that situation I remember one young lad I say young he's I don't know how old he was but I think he was quite young and this is probably about what about 13 14 years ago 15 years ago 14 13 years ago something like that he sent me a message on I don't know where it was it's somewhere online he sent me a message maybe to my website he said I

just want to thank you because my mum listened to you every day for the last three months of her life and you really helped helped to relax her and sleep in and stuff and I was like wow that's just amazing that nothing really can because that's not someone's I mean that's a yes that's them saying on behalf of them it's sometimes it's it's nice to hear people say well I like what you do especially if you make me laugh sometimes and stuff that's that's nice um to hear that I've helped someone in their most vulnerable

moments their most needed you know it was like in such an important time is something that money can't buy you know that feeling that I get that feeling of of purpose of I don't know I don't think accomplishment is the right word but I feel I've done something worthwhile and it's powerful it's a powerful feeling and you know this is worth more than getting 50 000 downloads in a day because I don't know I don't hear from from hardly anybody that listens to me I hear from some but from a tiny tiny tiny tiny percentage

like probably not even not even one percent what probably I've yeah I probably well if you think about it I get let's say five and a half million downloads in the last year and maybe I've had a hundred maybe I don't know maybe a hundred messages you know reviews and messages of people saying you know that I'm helping so five and a half million listens and one a hundred maybe maybe even less than that maybe 50 60 yeah maybe less maybe 50 so a tiny tiny percentage and a lot of the people listen they do

come back they keep listening they keep coming back so I'm just guessing that there are people I hope that I benefit in that just just don't tell me they just don't let me know because I think a lot of people want to keep anonymous they don't want to let it's personal you know they don't well they don't think that um I think maybe some people listening don't think of me as a like a real human being just as this weird voice this strange man that makes these podcasts and I don't think of me as an

as a human as an actual person so like oh we don't need to let him know that you know that we like what he does I don't know I mean maybe that's how I see other people so I listen to someone and on album you know I listen to an album I don't think oh I want to contact that person let them know how much I enjoyed that album it's a great album I don't even have that thought but why don't I have that thought why wouldn't I want to tell them tell that person although

created by the AI and then spoken by the AI and no longer needing human interaction to make it work so you know that's probably that I guess that probably definitely is the future in fact I could use AI now to produce this I could I could easily use an AI voice this is artificial intelligence for those who don't know what AI means it's not um arse interest it's artificial intelligence and and I just I could go onto the AI app I could put in an idea and I could basically get a script just created by

the AI and then I could get the AI to read it it's true and not only that it would be perfect the sound would be perfect and I could just have that recording and just upload it I'm not going to do that because I like the creativity and and the the I don't know I don't think AI can replace me but it could possibly be better that doesn't make sense can't replace me but it could be better no I don't think AIs can I guess AIs they're probably less likely to make mistakes which is a

good thing on one level but it's not very human is it you know the speech would be perfect there'd be no you know tripping over my tongue like I do sometimes no stuttering no whistling when I talk sometimes because you know it's annoying isn't it um yeah making me think maybe I will go and look into it because there's a few AI apps that are available and this is an amazing I mean I've got a friend uh she's uh she lives in Germany and she made this deep what do they call it not throat deep

um copy of me actually talking there's a video of someone else but he's putting my face on the video and he spent a few days doing it like it takes a while for the machine to learn and this AI technology but it could be done really well you know with the proper equipment it can be done to a point where you wouldn't know so you know which means YouTube in the future won't need real people on there AI will be able to create pretty much anyone doing anything so they could have Martin Luther King's speech

and then put someone else's face on there make someone else's body so so have exactly the same mannerisms as Martin Luther King but have that other person read out that speech and then they could change that speech they could also have Martin Luther King saying completely different things saying things that he never would have said you know it's the technology is amazing and it's just suddenly almost just only starting so I don't know how long or not how long this will be around you know podcasting and normal YouTube videos and hypnosis recordings I'm not going

to stop anyway I'll just continue even if even if only 10 people listen I'll probably just continue doing it but I do wonder I do wonder where it's going actually I wouldn't continue doing it if only 10 people listened I wouldn't it's yeah I wouldn't it's not worth it it's not worth it mind you I've done videos I've done streams on Facebook where I've had less than 10 people watching so yeah maybe I would maybe I would anyway my sweethearts are gonna go I'm gonna go another hour gone so quick didn't it didn't it go
