Hello and welcome, welcome to jasonnewland.com and LetMePullYouToSleep.com. This is LetMePullYouToSleep. My name is Jason Newland. Eeyup.
It's weird, I haven't really got much of a cough anymore. I managed to heal myself of the chest infection thing that I had. Still a little bit of residue but generally I'm doing a heck of a lot better than I was.
I felt a little bit rough today, just that overall. For some reason but not ill, just a bit meh, a bit meh, a bit meh. Other than that everything's groovy.
Oh my goodness, I haven't made a LetMePullYouToSleep podcast episode for, I don't know how many days it is. Let me see, let me see, it's not that long ago. 10th of November, wow.
Yeah, it's the 15th today so five days, five days. However, last time I did a recording I was chanting, chanting, coughing. Is chanting another word for coughing? Anyway, I was coughing continuously and it took ages to edit the recording.
But thankfully I'm not there anymore. Let me have a drink. So what I have done, my ears still aren't how they were.
I'm still waiting, you know when your ears are blocked, you're just waiting to yawn so they can pop. Well I've been waiting for what, three weeks now, waiting for my ears to pop. It'll be three weeks on Wednesday so it's Monday today, three weeks nearly, waiting for my ears to pop and they haven't.
Yeah, I yawned and they pop. Even talking about yawning makes me yawn. So yeah, one good thing, one good thing, on the 5th of November I did a Jason Chats video where I was in a field walking and I said that I'd started my new exercise routine and I was going to be walking every day and also doing weights like every one or two hours just a set of 20, a rep of 20 repetitions, whatever.
So like, you know different, basically different, all upper body weight training. So curls, lifting above my head, I don't even know what the names of the different exercises are. I know the exercises, I just don't know the names of them.
And I was, I plan to do it probably every hour, hour and a half, two hours, depending, you know whenever I remember. I wasn't going to set my alarm every hour to do it but to do it regularly in order to help my back, to strengthen my back. And I've stuck to it for 10 days now, I've stuck to it.
I've just done some exercises just then and I'm probably doing between 6 and 10 times a day. I'm doing these weights, 20 reps, just basic exercise, not heavy weights or anything, it's dumbbells. But it's definitely had a positive effect on my back.
One thing though I haven't been doing is the walking, I've not been getting out. So perhaps I need to sort of look into that, get myself a bit more, yeah get that kind of exercise going for my back because that would be good. I'm doing the weights and when I do walk, it doesn't hurt.
Which is the first time in years really, I mean even when it didn't hurt, hurt, hurt, hurt, my lower back was, there's a degree of discomfort there for the last 10 years or so I suppose. It's got, yeah, but more so the last 6, 7 years. So just on the left side but now, although at the moment I can feel it feels quite, not, doesn't feel great right now but I think it's because I spent a lot of time sitting in a chair today which is not ideal.
So I suppose I need to get out and do a bit of walking and that. I'm not going to do that this time of night, no I'm not, it's too late, it's too dark. But I've kept up with the weights, I'm very pleased with that because even though it's easy, I say it's easy, some of the exercises are not like easy, easy, it's a bit of, it takes a bit of effort otherwise it wouldn't be worth doing.
You know if I was just lifting up a spoon then that would be of no benefit to me at all. So the weights are heavy enough to put pressure and to you know make my muscles work. But the exercises are easier now than they were so I'm probably going to have to either add some more weight on or increase the reps to maybe 30 instead of 20.
That might be a better way to do it. And yeah so I'm quite pleased. I notice the parts of my body have sort of got a bit more muscular like my upper arms, I can feel it in my shoulders, my forearms, my back, I can definitely feel in my back, I can actually, I can actually tense my back now, the muscles like I used to be able to do when I was younger.
It's been a while and it was not that I had a big fat back, it's just the muscles were not being used and I can actually flex my buttocks but I've been able to do that for a long time. I can flex individual buttocks, not individual, there's only two. Can you do that? Is it normal? I mean I don't know.
Is it normal to be able to flex the muscles in your bum? Because I can do, here's my right one done, my left one, yeah. So I can flex them, I can, I can flex the muscles in my chest but my chest is, I still need a bra, I'll be honest. You know anyone are thinking a second ago, he's going on about how muscly he is, trust me, I have breasts.
I've been a big lover of breasts all my life but I didn't realise that I wouldn't enjoy having them. I didn't, you know, it's not quite the same when you've got them yourself. No wonder women don't know why men make a big deal about it.
It's like, it's just, it's on my chest, why are you making a big deal about it? And now I'm kind of like, I've got them on my chest. And they look lovely in the mirror obviously, especially if I've got a push-up bra on, a wonder bra, a bask, oh I don't, I don't wear clothes like that. It's the one part that's not, it's not, I don't know the right word is, the muscles, and the muscles are starting to kind of, I can flex the muscles a little bit in my chest but not how I used to be able to.
And I kind of, I missed that because that's the one part of me that was always quite good, is my chest, I had quite good chest muscles. Not big chest muscles but just, my chest was always, well, it was a chest, just a normal chest with muscles. And I used to have a very slim waist, so I used to be very slim.
No one believes me, why won't you believe me? I did, I used to be slim. Up to the age of 29, December it was, December 1999, I stopped smoking, and by, I'd say March time, I was a bit of a blob, honestly. I put on, I easily put on two stone.
Now when I, considering how light I was, two stone was a bit of a lump. I could lose two stone now, or even put on two stone and it wouldn't even notice that much, because of how heavy I am. So I'm 100 kilos, two stone is, I don't know how many kilos that is, but I imagine it, it depends where it came off of.
See, I reckon if I lost a stone, providing it came off my stomach, but if it came off my chest, I'd just be less busty. And that might be noticeable, but not, not in a kind of, I might get less attention from men, which is probably maybe a good thing, but I don't know, I quite like it. Confuses them.
I don't know. I don't know how much, because I've seen women, I've seen videos, YouTube videos, not anything weird, of women weighing their bosoms. Now, I wonder if I could weigh my belly the same way, but I don't think any normal scales that you've got in a kitchen would handle my belly, because it probably weighs about, I don't know, 30 kilos.
Honestly, I think that's about a third of my body weight is just my belly. Of course it's not. Of course it's not.
The weird thing though, is doing these weights, I'm feeling, it's not just the case if you start to feel the muscles, but start to notice the places that aren't particularly muscular. It's sort of like my chest, although I'm touching my chest and I can flex the muscles, but there's definitely a layer of bosom over the top. And I don't know, because I see some boxes that are clearly extremely fit heavyweights.
This is a very fit, clearly could outrun, you know, most athletes, you know, just, they're just great athletes and they work and they work really hard in training and they've got big muscles and they, you know, but they've got tits and they're just like got these big flabby breasts. And clearly, no matter what they do, they can't get rid of them. It's just, they're stuck with them.
And I wonder, am I stuck with mine? I don't know. I remember one of the cornermen, it was a heavyweight title boxing. Yeah.
And the, the cornerman was having a go at his boxer in the corner during the break, because I had like a one minute break every, you know, between rounds. And he was shouting at him, do you want to lose your title to a man with tits? Do you want to lose your title to, because the bloke obviously was quite big. And again, even the big bloke, they're, they're super fit, super fit, you know, you can't, they're athletes, professional athletes.
But I guess we all have a different body shapes and my body shapes changed over the years. Into a curvaceous Amazon, Amazonian, I just don't know. I don't know what's gonna happen.
I noticed my stomach starting to firm up as well, because all the weights I'm doing, but I'm doing no sit ups. So the muscles on top of my stomach are firming up. But the fat's still there.
And it's weird, because my stomach's firmer, especially between a diaphragm and the belly button, that area. Because of the lifting of the weights uses all the muscles in the upper body. So every time I lift weights, it activates the muscles in my stomach, as well as everywhere else.
And my stomach doesn't know what to do. It's like, what do I do now? I'm usually just floppy and just flop in there. She should just be in there just flopping, just resting like a, like a beached whale.
And what do I do now? Am I supposed to help him lift the stuff? Am I supposed to? I didn't know the muscles in my stomach, my stomach didn't even know those muscles there anymore. But they were still there. So I'm worried that the fat might be trapped in between, you know, and how does it get rid of how the fat go? Because the muscles growing on top of the fat, like ice, I don't know, will it will it trap, trap the fat like ice on a lake? I'm worried, ever so worried.
So I don't know. I don't know, man. Legs, legs are right.
My legs are always all right. I mean, I got quite not little legs, but I've not got big legs. I've got just a more upper body than lower body.
Just my legs just they're not. I'm not gonna say I've got nice legs, because that would be a weird thing to say about yourself, wouldn't it? But my legs are okay. They always have been.
They're just normal, not normal, they're just normal for me. They're just quite slim, but not skinny. I haven't got skinny thighs, but I've not got big thighs either, really.
Hmm. My back feels stronger, which is the whole reason I was doing the weights. I wasn't doing it so that my biceps would look better, although my biceps now look better.
But that was not the reason to do it, because it's not for vanity. It really is not. It's solely so that I don't go back to the agony that I had with my back.
I will do weights every day for the next 40 years if I have to, if that's a way to prevent going backwards. Because it was just too much, too much to bear, if I'm honest. It's too much to bear.
I couldn't handle it. You know, having lower back pain was challenging enough at times. Challenging, challenging, challenging.
But the middle to upper back was ow. It was ow, ow, ow, ow, ow. It was just awful.
Now, the weird thing about it is this... I keep coughing again. I'm not used to talking, that's what it is. I'm here in silence for a lot of the day, working on stuff.
Just have to start talking again, get myself used to talking. What was I saying? Yeah, doing the weights and as it's going to go, I guess I'll start increasing the weight on the dumbbells. I'll start to increase the reps.
So I'll be doing more weights over time, more daily, you know, just naturally increasing it slightly over time. So my body has really no option but to get stronger and to, I imagine, get slimmer. Maybe, because I don't care if I don't lose weight, I just want to lose fat.
Now, some people say, oh, muscle weighs more than fat. So a kilo of muscle weighs more than a kilo of fat. Does muscle, does muscle weigh more than fat? Apparently, it says here, this is webmd, webmd, webbmd, no, webmd.com, webbmd, webmd.
Muscle weights weighs more than fat. In simple terms, a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. Exactly.
Heimberger, what a great name for a doctor, Berger, Heimberger. The difference is that muscle is much more dense than body fat. Therefore, a pound of muscle will take up much less room in your body than a pound of fat.
Um, do you weigh more if you're muscular? Isn't it weird though, because the heaviest people are fat, aren't they? So, it's quite weird, the idea that, uh, muscly people are the heaviest. Nah, no, trust me, I'm fat and I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life, and it's fat, it's not muscle. I've been muscular before, and I was, I was a hell of a lot lighter than I am now.
Last time I was muscular, like working out regularly with the weights, punch bag, was doing boxing twice a week in the evenings, training every day in the garden on the punch bag and doing weights and stuff, having protein shakes and such like. That was 2009, I think. So, I was, I did put on, I put on muscle, but I'm not sure if I really weighed anymore.
I was weighed a lot less than I do now though. Do you weigh more if you're muscular? There's a question on here. Muscles help to shape a strong, healthy body.
Yeah, well, just answer the question. But when you gain muscle, the number on the scale is likely to increase. Why do they say the number on the scale is likely to increase? Your weight's going to go up.
Why, why would you say that? Why would you word it in that way? But when you gain muscle, the number on the scale is likely to increase. What a weird way to word it. In fact, even if you're also losing fat, you may see an increase on the scale.
That means if you gain muscle, your scale weight might even go up, even if you're losing body fat. Well, that's, um, here's a question. Why do I look thinner but weigh more? Since dense muscle tissue takes up less space and fat, it's possible you may weigh the same or even more, yet appear slimmer than other person with the same weight, a similar height and frame because of the difference in your body composition.
Ah. How do I know if I'm gaining muscle weight or fat weight? Aesthetically, here's the answer. Aesthetically, it should be pretty easy to tell if you're generally gaining muscle or fat.
When you gain muscle, you notice that your muscles naturally look more defined and are more visible. Okay, sarcastic. Bercow said in terms of seeing your abs specifically, you'd have to also lose fat for that.
Here someone says, why have I gained 10 pounds since working out? Well, a new exercise regimen puts stress on your muscle fibers. This causes small micro tears, also known as microtrauma and some inflammation. These two conditions in your muscle fibers are the reason you may gain some weight.
Okay, well, I was weighed three weeks ago. Three weeks ago. Yeah, three weeks ago, I think three weeks ago, I was weighed.
Maybe it's four weeks ago now. I lose track. I do honestly.
And yeah, no, it wouldn't be in there. When I wonder if it will have a list of a second to the 11th. Second to the 11th.
Let's see if I've got a record of when Dr. phoned me. 20 for the 10th. I'm looking at the wrong thing.
I'm looking at my inbox. No. Oh, it doesn't go back any further than 12 for the 10th.
It's October, isn't it? Doctors 17 for the 10th. 11th. Okay.
21st of the 10th is when I went to doctors. 21st of the 10th, which means was that three weeks ago, isn't it? 21st of the 10th. Let me have a look at the calendar.
21st of the 10th was bloody hell. I don't know. Is it Monday or Wednesday? I get so fed up with these stupid things.
Just why can't he make it easier? Doesn't say if it's a Monday or Wednesday. 21st is Thursday. Okay.
21st of October. One, two, one, two, three. So it'd be four weeks, four weeks and two days, three days since I weighed myself.
So I might have, that's what I was trying to find out. Because I want to see how long it is since I weighed myself. I might have lost weight.
I might have put on weight. I don't know. I don't know.
I told my parents that, you know, what I was doing with the weights. Well, don't overdo it. Don't hurt yourself.
What? It's nice that they care and that, but come on, I'm an adult. I've been doing weights since I was 14. I know how to do weights.
I know how to, you know, lift weights and know exercises. And I'm not an expert on anything, but I know how, you know, I've been doing it long enough to know how to do stuff. And also the good thing about doing weights is it kind of forces you to hold a correct body posture because it just does.
It kind of forces my body, my back to be in a correct posture when I lift the weights, as opposed to when I'm sitting here and my back is bent over. Why am I not losing weight? But I look slimmer. It's possible to get thinner without actually seeing a change in your weight.
This happens when you lose body fat whilst gaining muscle. Your weight may stay the same even though you lose inches. I really can't afford to lose inches.
I really can't. Oh, fat. Okay.
A sign that you're moving in the right direction. Another reason scale isn't so reliable, scale weight isn't so reliable, is that it changes all the time. Well, I don't have scales here.
I don't. And part of the reason is because I don't have any scales. That's it.
I did think about buying some, but I didn't want to get caught up in the, I'd just be, I'd be standing on them all the time. You know, literally like I've been to a toilet, I'll stand on them. Had something to eat, I'll stand on them.
I've had a shower, so I washed off some dirt, I'll stand on them, see if I've lost some weight. You know, I don't want to keep doing that. I don't want to get too obsessed with my weight because, as I said, I don't kind of don't care about losing weight.
It's about losing fat. A hundred kilos, not heavy. You know, it's heavy for a five-year-old.
It's not heavy for an adult. Not really. Technically, I should be a lot taller than I am with the weight I am.
But if I lost weight on my stomach and just gained muscle, I'd still could be that heavy. I could be heavier. I could be 16, 17 stone, 18 stone.
I would look like a proper lump though, if because of my height. If I was 18 stone, I would, I just would just look huge. Absolutely huge.
And even if I wasn't fat, I'd probably look fat. You know, with my clothes on, I'd probably look, people just assume that I was just fat because I'd look so big. So, you know, I don't think there's any chance I'm ever going to be that kind of weight.
I don't really can't see it. I can't see myself really putting on much weight. Really, I can't see myself really going much beyond a hundred kilos.
Sometimes I go up to about 102 kilos. Sometimes I go down to 98. You know, it's kind of the ballpark that I'm working with.
Can't see myself really getting too heavy. I like the idea of going to, you know, weighing myself, being slim and still being a hundred kilos. That, you know, to have lost the fat to put on muscle, that appeals to me.
I think that'd be quite cool because then that'd mean that as long as I've got my big, large, full bosoms, I'm fine. As long as I've got that as the main thing. It's crazy.
I can't believe I'm half woman. I'm a half woman. I mean, my breasts take up honestly three quarters of my body.
I'm not complaining. I'm just talking about it. Okay.
I'm just telling you now. Just opening up. No, please don't open up.
Please keep it a secret from now on. Thank you very much. So, oh, itchy neck.
I am interested in, see the last time, right? Okay. It's not the last time, but there's one time. Okay.
There's a few times that I've really gone all out to get muscular. Okay. When I was a kid, you know, back in when I first started doing weights when I was 14, 15.
But as an adult, and the first time was about 1999. And then the next time was 2004. And then the next time was 2009.
And that's it. Yeah, that's it. I've really kind of gone for it, you know, there's only really been like those three times that I've really gone all out.
Now, the third time, I didn't put that much effort in. Because the boxing training, I dropped the weight quite easily. Because I was doing a lot of exercise and I wasn't really, I was more aiming for fitness and I was enjoying doing it rather than trying to look good.
And I don't think I necessarily look good, but I felt quite strong. The first time I did this, is I had an exercise routine that I probably talked about this before, probably talked about everything before. I had this idea.
And this is bearing in mind at the time, I wasn't fat. I wasn't a big fat floppy flip flop that I am now. Back then I was slim, but probably but not fit.
Not physically at my, to be fair, that's not true. I'm just thinking there was another time about 96. When I used to go to the gym every day.
And I did get quite fit then as well. But anyway, but going just go back to the first class is the first time because I feel like I put a bit more effort into this thinking, thinking of it. And, and I got to see the results.
Because I yeah, I decided to do press ups and sit ups every day. That's it. I don't think I did any weights.
Although I might have had weights, I can't remember. But press ups and sit ups. And I decided to do to add one every day.
So I did. I probably did like 10. However many I was able to do.
And then I just added one every day. And I did it for about 90 days, 100 days. And my body transformed.
It really transformed during that time. My stomach was hard and muscular. My chest was muscular, my arms, everything.
Amazing, really, just, just doing that. I mean, the good thing about it is, when you start, it's easy. Easy, easy, easy.
And just adding one a day is really easy when you're only doing a few. Now, once you get to, I don't know, 50. At 50, 51 can be a bit, and 52 and 53, you know, every day.
But I think I got to about 128 or something. And then I stopped. I don't know why I stopped really.
I mean, I could have just stuck it at 128 and said, well, I'll just do 128 then. If it's, if it's too much to do anymore, I'll just stick it at this number. But I really saw the benefits of my body transforming.
And my fat index, whatever, must have been like, so low. Pretty low anyway, but really low. And I was, you know, the weekend I was walking around in these little tops.
Honestly, it's ridiculous. They were tight. I've never worn a tight top in my life.
Apart from if I can wear tight tops quite easy now, unless I get like the extra large. And but I was purposely walking around in a tight top, this little black top I had. And my muscles were poking out.
It was honestly, I did it. I've never ever felt confident enough in my body to do that before. And I'm glad I did.
Because it well, it had, it just gave me a boost. But a lot of attention and stuff and I've never really had attention. Based on how I looked, it was always, it was always because of the weird hats that I wore.
And I used to walk around with a plant pot on my head and stuff. But that kind of attention I was used to. Walking around with dog's poo on my shoe.
And once someone said, how did you get on your shoe? I said, it's everywhere. What do you mean how did I get on my shoe? So it's just normal, it's dogs, it's just messy. I remember one woman saying to me, yep, it's on top of your shoe.
How did you get it on the top? And I realized like, oh damn, because you know, it got me attention. Anything that gets attention is a good thing, I used to think. Not so much now.
That's so ridiculous. Oh dear. But yeah, because I really, it was weird because that was my tight little body.
I was only, I was only, I didn't weigh much. Honestly, I was, I probably weighed 50% more than I did back then. Now, so I didn't weigh much, but those muscles were doing their job.
It was funny. Mind you, now it looked weird. It would look absolutely crazy because if I had my arms on that body, it'd be ridiculous.
Because my muscles are a lot bigger now than they were then. But just generally, because I'm just bigger. So it's just like if I had this belly on that little body, I would look, I'd have the biggest belly in the world.
But yeah, that was, I was pleased with that because it was my idea. That's why it's not my zip, it's my jumper zip, not my trouser zip. I don't have a trouser zip.
And I was quite pleased with that. I was just, yeah. And I was quite physically active at the time as well, which is good.
Anyway, but the end of 2004, I decided to stop drinking. So I didn't drink alcohol at all. I didn't smoke, didn't drink alcohol.
Even at the end of the year, for the last probably three months, four months, I didn't even eat chocolate or biscuits or anything. So I really kind of went to town. I was a vegetarian as well.
And I lost, well, I went down to 11 and a half stone. Now, it's then that I realized that I can't go below 11 and a half stone without looking skinny. Yeah, I was a stone and a half lighter than that.
You know, back before I stopped smoking, I was like 10 stone, maybe 10 and a half stone. So I was a lot lighter. But it's something about once you get to a point with your body where you just won't go any lower, it's like your body just grows into itself or something.
And I don't know if my bones are bigger or my muscles are bigger or what. But even though I was a stone and a half I was skinny. And I'm talking as skinny as you can get.
I was, well, I was doing Wing Chun Kung Fu at the time. So I was working out twice a week there. And I went back to the push ups and sit ups.
So I started doing those again. And like I did in 99. And the transformation was amazing.
Honestly, the transformation, because I'd already lost weight. So it wasn't a case, it was just a case of trying to tone my body up, which is what I wanted to do. Because I'd lost weight for the first, yeah, for the first few months, I'd lost weight.
January, February, March, I moved into this new place in March. And every day I'd get into the bath. And there's this big mirror opposite the bath and I'd stand up.
And I just flex, you know, flex my arms, flex my chest. Wow, it's really making a difference. These press ups and sit ups really make a difference.
And, of course, training, you know, doing the Kung Fu as well. That was obviously helping. And that was probably, that's the last time I was slim, slim, slim, slim, slim.
Now, I didn't even realize how slim I was until, and I've said this before, and I remember talking about this. I started a new job in a call center. And I was standing up for some reason.
And I was probably, I'd just finished training, so I was probably three weeks into the job. So it'd be September time, 2004. And I was standing there and I reached down my trousers, the front of my trousers.
Now, I just realized I could. Now, I had not reached down the front of my trousers in a long, long time. I've not been able to do that, probably since my school days.
And we could just put your hand down the front of your trousers, standing up, sitting down, probably never going to be able to do it, but standing up. And I realized, blimey, I'm really slim. And then I started to think, how long am I going to stay slim, sitting on my bum all day? And that's a very good question, because it was answered quite quickly.
Because of in months, I started to put weight on. And when I left that job, I reckon I was probably at least two stone heavier. Yeah, I think.
Yeah, that's a stone and a half, if not two stone heavier. And I was just like, wow, just couldn't believe it. And it felt so nice.
I didn't put my hands all the way down my trousers, just down. Just, you know what I mean? If you visualize it, no, don't visualize it. If you just imagine just a little bit down, like, wow, I don't have to undo my trousers to get to my, you know, to scratch my navel or whatever you want to call it.
I couldn't believe it. I was ever so surprised. I was pretty pleased.
I was like, wow, this is good. This is, I like this. And then, bit by bit, the fat returned.
I grew like a hippo. And I just don't know, just I don't, I kind of feel that I'm not naturally fat. I'm not naturally supposed to be this size.
I don't, as I said, I don't care about the weight. I know that I'm never gonna ever get down to 11 and a half stone again. I'm too big for that now.
And not just the fat. If you took the fat off me, I'm just too big. I've got too much muscle on me.
Yeah, I'm not showing off. It's just, it's just a fact. I've got more, I've got a lot of fat as well.
I'm not, if I was going to show off, I wouldn't mention the fat, would I? I'm too big to get down to the way I used to be. But a lot of people are, you know, it's hard. You know, I was 24.
What am I now? 73. It's hard to get back down to those weights. But I reckon, I reckon I could lose a stone and be slim.
That's what I think. Slim waist-wise. Not slim as in skinny.
I'm never going to be skinny because I've got too much meat on me bones, if you want to put it that way. I'm not, I can't be skinny. There's too much there.
Too much on my shoulders, on my back, on my arms, my bum. Blimey, my bum's enough there to feed me. I need an army.
I'm still not sure how big my bum is. I like to think that it's perky, but I don't know. The other day I got up, I was sitting on the front of the bus, got up and all I heard was, honestly, it wasn't air being expelled.
It was the people gasping on the bus. Like, what's everyone gasping at? Blimey, so rude. So I might have the biggest bum on the planet.
That might be the reason I weigh, how much I weigh. I mean, each bum cheek might actually weigh 20 kilos. I don't know.
I don't know. How do I find out? See, I haven't made any of these recordings for, blimey, it seems like ages. When I do it every day, every day, when I do it every day, I kind of get used to it.
And then when I don't do it, even if it's just for a few days, it just seems like forever. But it's really not. So yeah, yesterday was a good day.
What I've been doing is uploading some of the archive episodes of my podcasts, but with music. They didn't have music originally. I mean, these are some of these recordings, ones that are kind of almost forgotten in a way.
Not me forgotten, but they'll have been forgotten, because they're just so long ago. Maybe a year or two ago. And it's quite hard to get access to old recordings sometimes, especially if you're quite prolific like myself.
Make a regular recording. I believe I've still got a little bit of a cough. It's okay though.
It's okay. All will be groovy in the end. Yeah, that's about it really.
That's about it. I wanted to do a review of the new James Bond film, but I might do that another day. So I shall speak to you soon.
Remember to be kind to yourself. Because you deserve to be happy. Do something nice for yourself today.
Take care. Lots of love. Bye.
