Hello and welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. My name is Jason Newland and please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. I have a podcast specifically, a website rather specifically for this podcast, Podgast, which is LetMeBoreYouToSleep.com. Of course you can find the podcasts wherever you, I guess wherever you're listening now really, but just let you know that that's there.

Also on my website jasonnewland.com all of my podcasts pretty much are on there and yeah including older episodes that you may struggle to listen to on where you're listening now because most podcasts players will only have the the latest 250 recordings. Now that's a lot, admittedly 250, but for this Let Me Bore You To Sleep podcast there are, I don't even know how many, how many? This cough of mine I've still got it. I'm going to edit out most of the coughs but I might miss the odd ones so please excuse if there is your excuse if you there may be the occasional cough.

That's all I'm saying. I'll try and edit them out. 763 so this is number 764 so to my estimation there will be 513 recordings that you will not have access to on the podcast player.

If you're listening on our Apple podcasts, Google, Spotify, I mean you may have Spotify sometimes will allow you to get all of them. It takes a while to go down but I'll just let you know those recordings are all available on my website jasonnewland.com and the LetMeBoreYouToSleep.com. We have to keep pressing down to get to the earlier ones but not really worth the effort if I'm honest. There's nothing much happened, nothing much happened.

So yeah I was going to say that my cough has receded which it seemed to have done this morning. For some reason it's a bit worse at night but I'm hoping that it's going to be reducing. I will continue and although you might not hear it because I let that out I'm coughing a lot which is a bit annoying for me.

There you go. Anyway I just um probably about an hour ago went into my kitchen and there was a mouse in there. Now if you love before I say anything it's a cute little thing okay.

So it's not something to be like it's it was just it because I taped up with duct tape this whole area where it gets in and I've not seen a mouse for months and months and now I guess the weather's cold outside and they're trying to get in and it managed to get in but it struggles to get out. So it's just there and I walk in the kitchen and it's right near the boiler because basically they put the boiler in and all the pipes are just just um not empty but there's nothing sealing them. So these little buggers can get in whenever they choose but this one couldn't get out and it kept looking at me.

I wanted to get out so I just left it and eventually found its escape route and then I went over to the mousetrap so I put a mousetrap down which it hasn't touched because I saw a mouse there about three days ago. I've seen it a couple of times just running across the thing so I've emptied all the counter there's nothing on there but I put this mousetrap with some shredded wheat and not shredded wheat yeah shredded wheat breakfast biscuit things inside the mousetrap. I was thinking why is it not why isn't the mousetrap caught anything and I looked at it and the way I put it it was lodged right next to the sink which meant it couldn't close.

I looked inside it and there was no shredded wheat left it'll be basically come and got all the shredded wheat because there was one left right near the pipes and then I came back later and it was gone so that's what it came in there for. So basically I was inviting the mouse in with the trap if it hadn't been for the food in a trap the mouse that might not come in so what I did is I put some more shredded wheat in set the trap up again but this time so that it could close.

It's a humane trap by the way and or mouse friendly might be a better term came in there for a half hour went out and the trap was closed.

Now I didn't know if the mouse was in there or not because it's black the the mousetrap is black plastic and it's the best mousetrap I've ever had it's really good but you can't see inside so what I did is I put it into a white bag like a food bag sealed the top of the bag you know with a knot so it couldn't and if there was anything in there wouldn't get out and then took the ends off of the mousetrap nothing to start with and then eventually it like popped his head out cutest

little thing in the world honestly tiny really just but so cute but wanting to get out obviously like what are you doing looking at me this big eyes and just cute little nose and so I took it into the field and this was actually this might have been a couple of hours ago took it to the field and let it free now it's a little bit cold outside I thought well I don't know what its chances of survival are hopefully it'll find somewhere warm but what other options do I have can't give it to my

friend who's got a snake because that's that's he'd love that but no no yeah I can't being eaten alive has got to be the worst option there is you know setting it free in the field there's got to be the nicest thing I can do to it I'm not just going to let it go back you know empty and let it go and run back into its in the kitchen and you know I can't it's pointless that is so I don't want to harm it so I took it as far away there's no point letting

it outside in the garden because it's going to come back into the building well that's just dumb yeah just like let it out in the garden it's going to come back so I put it into the field which was not far away but far enough that it wouldn't it's not going to find its way back into this building I don't think I don't think you never know and I've set up the I've set up the trap again so I hope if I might I've been very lucky here as compared to other flats in the building

or in the area I only seem to like do one at a time I want to get one I don't see anything don't see any more for a long time so what I've done though is on Amazon I have purchased I'll tell you what it is because I've ordered it I can actually bring it up where is it um orders okay I've ordered a rent-a-kill mouse and rat um mouse and rat gap sealant um with a two of them plus a sealant application gun basically what it does is it just seals the gaps that you

want sealed so all those gaps where they're not my well the mouse is getting in I'm going to be sealing up in the kitchen I'll start in the kitchen and then maybe work in the bathroom never seen anyone in the bathroom but I'm gonna see if there's any holes I can fill in in the walls in or where that's where the pipes are in the bathroom and then the bathroom cupboard although I never go in there but there might be I don't know there's there's the odd hole and stuff in the wall and stuff so

I'm just gonna do that but do the kitchen first and then I'll do the storage room which again I never go in but I know the mice do have access because I found I found a dead one in there once so and there's a hole at the top which leads to the attic so I will not a big hole but definitely big enough for mice to get in and out and not a squirrel but a mouse probably not a polar bear but a mouse I just list a lot of animals that it won't fit let's

just seal that up so I've got two of these sealing tubes I don't know how much I'll get out of each one but apparently they take about three days just to dry up but I think the the stuff itself deters so the mice don't like it the smell of it or whatever and so they won't try and like bite through it and you know so hopefully that should do the trick I don't think there's any holes in the living room I keep the bed the kitchen door and the bathroom door closed at all times apart

from when I go through them because I can't walk through doors you know I have to open them I'm not a ghost and yeah so that's doing something about it isn't it oh just got myself comfortable because I thought I had done something about it with all the duct tape I thought if nothing else it's just going to really deter them because it's such sticky it just you know I've got all this duct tape upturned on the counter I thought I didn't think it would get stuck to it but it would be annoying to them

but that doesn't seem to be the case so I'll get rid of all that in a couple of days or tomorrow when the stuff comes through when it gets delivered and then I will go to work I'll do the boiler first like around where the boiler is I'm going to seal that whole area up then and yeah and the pipes underneath and then maybe go for the area behind the cooker there's some holes that lead to the cupboards because they get access to the lower cupboards and then once that's done I'll start looking inside the

cupboards because these massive holes that are just big gaps where anything just like can get in and out so I'm not quite I don't think this sealant is going to quite do the trick for that but I'll see I'll see that's it that's the story of the mices I'm just it's weird the mouse is so cute it's like a nice gray little thing and you know it's just it can't harm me it's a little just a little mouse and he was just coming in to get his breakfast you know all he was coming he wasn't

coming in to harm me or to do anything bad he just came in because he wanted his breakfast cereal he didn't even do any poos or anything wasn't he you know wasn't like just going around weeing and pooing everywhere um just came in to get a breakfast cereal which took the which is probably about half the size of its body you know and that was it that's what I wanted just to eat so I hope it's okay but you know I can't do any more than what I've done I put it into the field I've

caught a couple of mice in the past put them into the field and that usually seems to do the trick it does the trick posted a picture of Andre on Facebook today just I found it just I don't know where it was I found it I think it was on um Twitter I found this picture of him asleep it's quite a close-up picture it's really cute his eyes kind of half closed his little tongue is sticking out a little bit his big pink nose with little brown markings on it and he's got his arms crossed

over and he's just perfect perfect little thing so thank you for those that people have left a couple of uh messages I should actually reply I've not gone on there since so thank you for Duchess NK Evisaboss and Gzrgzanigz which I'm guessing that's not her real name Riri Belinda Sarah Darlene Molly and Ray a cave sorry and Marion got hugs four of him today said Belinda um oh uh Sarah I bet you do so I put in the thing I miss seeing my boy um I bet you do miss hearing his antics says Sarah thank

you hugs says Darlene Molly Rose sends kisses Kay says lots of love Jason you loved each other so much and you gave him a lovely life hope you're okay I've not messaged you for a while but I still listen every single day and you still help me so much I miss hearing his little troublesome goings-on lots of love thank you okay Marion says I completely understand how difficult his loss was to you you'll never get over it but it will get easier much love thanks I agree I agree with that Marion Marion the uh this

silly cough of mine I can't I can't abide this cough the idea that I get over it is yeah it's not a get overable thing I think it's uh it's just eventually just with life and I think of him less and less over time I guess it's weird it was just such a big part of my life but part of the reason for that probably is because my life was so small I didn't really have much going on so I was here with him 24 hours a day sometimes and I just spent that time with

the little bugger MC Zoe hi Jason I listen to your let me bore you to sleep podcast on Spotify are you still doing them without music I prefer without still love your pod still love your podcast I wanted to ask um well I better reply to that um hi Zoe I do all with and without music so all all my recordings I do now I do a version with music I do like an original recording without music and then I do versions with music of two hours five hours and ten hours because different people like

different things and I'm nothing if not flexible or yeah it's something I have done that's one thing probably that I do that perhaps other people don't do is I carry on regardless that's one thing and never give up and I try and offer as many um I try and cater for as many different people as possible some people prefer podcasts with music some prefer them without some prefer long ones some prefer um sure yeah so I try and um try and cater for as many different needs as I can not always easy because there's just

too many I guess in reality to really cater for everyone but I'll give it a go I'll give that damn good go oh yes oh yes oh yes so yeah I'm hoping the old cough will be going though it's annoying me so much yesterday it was hurting my sides like my left hand side was in pain I kept holding it because it was coughing now it's hurting my bum so so yeah anyway things are okay I was up all night last night watching the boxing till about five half five something like that so I got

quite a lot done actually uh the boxing started at midnight and they were talking for about an hour before anything even happened so I thought I might as well do a bit of work on the podcasts and stuff so I did it's gonna take me ages to edit this podcast it really is because of the amount of coughing spluttering yeah so how's everyone doing you know I'll probably do an hour recording and then go through the editing and there's only like 12 minutes where I'm not actually coughing it's ridiculous my hearing's not come back yet

so um that's strange I thought it would have done by now I tell you what I'm gonna do I'm gonna put some eardrops in now while I'm talking to you and I'm gonna talk with my head bent downwards so I'm sticking my left ear first that's it so my left ear oh I really felt it go in there wow so I'm gonna hold my left ear down I'll move the microphone a bit that's it oh the weird thing about it is normally when I put the eardrops in I haven't done it for years really for

quite a while it was one years a block probably but normally I hear a lot bubbling and sizzling and stuff but I can't hear anything I can feel it in there but that's it I can't actually I can't feel any fizzing or anything like that it just feels a bit cold someone told me the other day that cod liver oil is really good for ears so that might be something that I might look into what I did is I've got some cod liver oil tablets and I broke them and squirted it in my ear but

I didn't seem to do the trick made my ears very slippery which I suppose is good but if why would it be good I don't know this is really weird because I'm holding my head to the side so that it can do its trick but I don't know if it's even doing anything I don't know oh I wish I do strange very strange normally it takes I do this for about 20 minutes just have it like bubbling and sizzling and it feels lovely usually it's not really already getting any feelings at all it's a little

bit like um do you know that I'm not sure but but it's kind of like space powder that you can get in little tiny little and it's like you know sweets for kids and you stick it on your tongue and it like um sparkles and pops and stuff that's usually what my ear feels like but no I'm gonna let it drip out now wow I feel a bit different I can feel it dripping out I can feel it bubbling a little bit as it drips out that's weird isn't it I couldn't feel anything when it

was in there oh I don't know it's weird just very strange to have my ears sort of stay like this for so long maybe I do need to suck on a sweet or something suck on something and you know they do with planes do they say you suck on something when you're taking off or like landing or something need to be a little bit more specific with that as well but hey it's okay it's my first time being arrested oh it's I think it's mainly emptied out of my ear now no nothing never mind it's

worth a try wasn't it I'm not even gonna bother with the other ear although I want to now okay I'm gonna do the other ear now here we go here we go hmm right oh wow this is completely different experience wow it really went in wow this felt like it went right into the ear not just to the cavity but like it went right away inside the left ear didn't do that this one did the right ear really felt it wow oh that's a strange sensation that was oh that's very strange okay I'll keep talking

so it's Sunday today the 7th of November I've got the week coming ahead I might try and get a food delivery this week I haven't had one for a couple of weeks other than that I'm not sure actually other than that I feel like I've got headphones on and I can hear my voice from the microphone in the headphones but I don't have a headphones on that's what it feels like with this stuff in my ear I'll move my jaw around a little bit see if it it helps it no it didn't help at all

brilliant when the boxing finished yesterday last night this morning whatever I went to bed and I had to get up because all I was doing was coughing so I decided to go to sleep on the city sitting up so I brought my duvet in here and that was all right actually just went to sleep eventually for a few hours and then later on I was able to go to bed for a few hours right I'll let it empty out my ear now I just have this hope that it will empty out and release whatever else

is in there but there might not be anything in there it might just be just closed up for what for whatever reason the inner ear it might have liquid in there it might have nothing in there might just I don't know I really don't know right my right is now empty and this is lovely isn't it there's nothing coming out my ear it's the liquid what I might do give me two seconds I'm gonna get some tissue roll just have a look see if anything's come out left ear nothing right ear nothing no nothing I

mean I quite like however weird this might sound I'm kind of hoping for a big gunk of wax or something to come out and suddenly to be able to hear properly and that to be the reason but it would have to happen to both ears unless one ear affects the other I don't know I just like I just want to know what's going on man you know I mean just wouldn't know what's going on if it's not sorted by Christmas I will go to the doctors but I don't see why it should continue it's not

like it's uh gradually come on like this with age you know this is something that just suddenly started to happen two weeks ago when I was unwell first honestly the most surreal thing like two days in a row I woke up with an earache one in one ear one in the other ear two different days and then the ear ache kind of subsided once I was awake I thought that's weird how weird is that and you know earache doesn't bring back happy memories so I used to have a lot of earache when I was a

little kid but I haven't really had it you know as an adult or even as an older child or teenager so it's like oh okay and then it disappeared and then on a Wednesday a couple of weeks ago honestly I know I probably mentioned it but it's like my ear was echoing my left ear was echoing while I was hearing them telly I was getting feedback from myself my left ear was giving me feedback I've never experienced that in my life that's really really strange damn strange indeed and it's weird just it's weird isn't it

don't you think very weird it's not the weirdest thing in the world but it's still pretty damn weird yes oh dear me so haven't had like huge stats the last couple of days today and yesterday I only had like 20,000 downloads nearly 21 yesterday and 20,145 at the moment I'd probably go up to about 22 23 by the end of the day but it's quite a slow day but yeah never mind 173,000 175,347 downloads so that's in the first seven days of the month so I'm not on target I'm not on target yet I need

at least 200 a week for this one because I need 800 downloads 800,000 I know being greedy and I I don't know you see I've not really set up much in a way of targets really in the past I've had vague targets for this stuff you know I'd like to have I'd like to have over 10,000 downloads a day that was a target I had but as for that was I set a target for the end of what 2019 to have at least 10,000 downloads a day but it didn't happen I set the same target

for 2020 it didn't happen so eventually this year it did happen but and it's only been a month really since the end of September that I set targets for November and December never really done it before and no I set targets for October, November and December so I exceeded the October one so I don't know I've not I don't normally work to targets it just makes it makes it a little bit more interesting for me to set a target and to reach that target because what it used to be like at work when I did

sales had targets I had to generalize a little bit here but I think the general target was you had to reach at least 15 sales a week in order to pretty much keep your job now the three well I had four different sales jobs in call centers over the years the the first one with the mobile phones although they weren't into sacking people milly nilly willy badilly they didn't keep people on long if they didn't reach the targets when I moved into insurance they didn't get rid of people as quickly because they'd invested quite a

lot of time I guess and money in the applicants you know pay to advertise with agencies to get the applicants and then they've given them three weeks training and so you know they were pretty I can't all of them really all three insurance companies were good from that angle and they didn't want to get rid of people the first one especially really didn't want to get rid of people you know they're all about trying to encourage and help with growth and stuff but eventually they had to you know someone didn't I don't think it was

just if you didn't reach a target but as if you didn't care if they saw someone like really didn't care and didn't try and the same as with the next company I was with it was a much the sales floor were made up of people like me from my original from when I was working at Churchill the sales floor there was maybe 10 people like me 10 people that were not ruthless but like really hard worked hard to get a sale were determined to get a sale there's maybe 10 people I was in the top

you know sometimes I was number one sometimes I was number two there was no one above me apart from one person but there might have been no I was I was in some ways I was the top in some ways I wasn't if that might sound weird but I I wasn't as good as Jody okay Jody was the top seller and he funny enough he um I was in Blockbusters after I'd left Churchill I was in Blockbusters and I saw Jody I said how you doing man he said yeah good I saw what you're up

to because I was working in a gift shop and I wanted to work in a gift shop and I wanted to be there full time but they wouldn't allow me because I was in debt and they said I had to go back and get another job there was a Buddhist charity so they they wanted me to they were kind of forcing me to leave in a way so I ended up getting looking for work I applied for a job at AXA AXA is a really big company one of the biggest companies in the in the

country maybe even the world I don't know I'm not sure I want to cough now it's a big player anyway it was it was I don't know about now but I'm out of the insurance world so I don't not really that um knowledgeable about what's going on in car insurance I used to be used to know my way around the old the various different companies but I they I applied for a job there and I was going to get paid half the amount of money as I got at my other job at Churchill and because

I was getting paid 12 grand basic and earning doubling my money so I'd get another 12 grand on top with my bonus to make it to 24 grand now there were people there that were earning a lot more than me but yes I guess from that angle I wasn't the top but okay but with the statistics with conversion I was the top with conversion so some people would get they might get more sales than me but their conversion would be really not not very good they might sell sell I don't know 13 percent of the

quotes that they give but they did the quotes really quickly their phone calls would be done and dusted within you know a few minutes my sales conversion was often like 20 22 percent sometimes 25 percent but probably around about 22 between 22 and 25 which is a huge conversion that's like one in four and no one could touch me on conversion because I was the slowest person there I was so slow I would get to know the customer intimately well you know not intimately but I'd get to know them and I wouldn't rush them and

I'd keep them on the phone you know and I'd talk to them and I'd get the sale but because I was on the phone for so long I couldn't I mean I did but sometimes I couldn't match what other people got sales the amount they got so the other top people would do a quote in two minutes sometimes where it might take me half hour so you can see how the more quotes it's a numbers game the more quotes they get the more sales they'll get more quotes they do the more sales they'll get if

they ask for the business because no all you got to do is ask and that's the difference between the difference between I'd say the top 50 percent the bottom 50 percent on the sales floor and the top 50 percent so to get into the top 50 I'd say even higher probably to get into the top 60 percent no top 30 percent or 40 percent to get into the higher level so all you got to do is ask for the business no sales techniques no sales knowledge no even rapport building no telephone technique nothing just ask

for the business do if you're quoting someone they've you up do the quote for the car insurance or whatever the product is and say would you like to take that out can I set that up for you and that can be your sales technique and they can say yes or no if they say no then those people generally just say okay thank you for calling bye and that's it they will still be in the top 50 percent of a sales team of a set on the sales floor just because they asked for the business and

that is one of the things that a lot of people struggle with the most just asking might sound silly but it's true it is for a lot of it was never a problem for me I had no issue with it but asking for the business see I used to say are you going to pay by credit card or direct debit I wouldn't even ask for the business I just assume they were taking it and some people say oh credit card or I'll do a direct debit or I don't even want the bloody thing so you

know it can go either way and I didn't say I wanted it I said oh sorry I thought you I thought because you've got a good price or I don't know I just you know say what I can't remember what I used to say it's a long time ago it's years ago this is 20 years ago when I was working at Churchill blimey literally 20 years ago I'll have been there two months in 2001 absolutely crazy I'll have been there for two months October November well not even two months probably four five weeks I started

on the no no no that's wrong two months because I started on the 10th I think it was 10th of um September of 2001 that's it yeah so it will be because now it's the 10th today blimey literally 20 years 20 years honestly it's ridiculous 20 years I feel a little bit ill just saying it out loud 20 years of nothing I feel like I've kind of had and the 90s didn't go quickly honestly the 80s didn't go quickly the 90s didn't really go particularly quickly you know I got a lot done in the 90s

did a lot met a lot of people did a lot of gigs and worked in the comedy club was a DJ had lots of dates I you know a lot of stuff happened in the 90s the last 20 years what's happened nothing exciting I know that much not really okay I've had my little boy Andre that was pretty amazing to have him for those years and I guess I started this didn't I started this whole thing in 2006 and it's still going on created something out of nothing literally this was all created out of nothing

so I feel quite pleased with myself in some ways that I managed to have enough faith in myself to put myself out there and do something that as far as I was aware no one in the world was doing now I didn't know that anyone else was making hypnosis videos or podcasts at the time and admittedly there was only a handful that were but there were others I don't think there was anyone doing it on myspace and then I moved from myspace to youtube for videos that is for the hypnosis pain relief relaxation and sleep

sessions and I had both audios and videos on there what was that I don't like it when there's a noise out of nowhere there better not be a little mouse out there somewhere oh little monkeys I was gonna say oh yeah um people are there babe I don't know what I was saying I was distracted easily distracted yeah when I was doing myspace I was on there and there was a lot of music a lot of indie you know independent bands independent labels and I saw just went on there I loved myspace much more than

I ever liked facebook I really did it was a much nicer place than facebook ever been has ever been my experience of myspace was a lot of people that were getting on with each other actually I might have maybe had blinked eyes on and I don't know but my experience of myspace was very positive so I joined myspace and I thought I'll post a video why not I had a little webcam laptop and I just recorded it I think it was in black and white and I just uploaded it to myspace so at that point

I'd already been making audios on CD for my relaxation groups that I used to host or lead in the drug and alcohol rehab places I just I just remember really being a bit scared of opening myself up to criticism now my experience of the internet and as I said it's before facebook before I knew about youtube the internet wasn't a negative place it was there was I hadn't experienced the the kind of stuff that I've seen on twitter and facebook and maybe some of the other social networks but at the same time I didn't know

if anybody was gonna like what I was doing because I didn't even know if what I was doing was any good just me me sitting there talking into a camera doing what I normally do in a group setting because before my original podcast recordings were live recordings of me in the group that was the original recording so you should have this stick to phone thing record and then upload onto podcasts and stuff because there was uh that's sort of when podcasting started I think around about the 2006 2007 time it was quite popular for a

while and then it seemed to just die out and even though podcast hosts still around throughout that whole period and I was still making podcasts throughout that whole period when it wasn't popular and then there was a resurgence a few years back when it started to become popular again so me and probably a lot of other people just maybe continued doing it but during those years I'll be getting about maybe a hundred thousand downloads a year which if you consider compare that to 175,000 for the last seven days it's amazing you know but back then

I was happy with I was like wow 100,000 downloads and then it grew to 200,000 and like brilliant I was pleased honestly I was over the moon that that many people had listened to my podcast and were coming back and listening and leaving a bit of feedback and saying if you like what I did and I had a website well jasonnewland.com same website and I had I think hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of messages people telling me how what I did sort of helped them the pain relief and relaxation and the sleeping and it's you

know I used to get a lot more feedback back then which is kind of ironic because my audience has grown by I don't know how many times but huge amount compared to what it was but I don't get much feedback nowadays but then again I was you know from 2007 onwards I was on YouTube and a lot of my feedback

and a lot of my viewers like well I guess yeah followers whatever would come from YouTube so I suppose different audience to maybe the podcast audience and of course there's going to be a crossover I mean I listen to podcasts and I watch YouTube videos so and it's not one doesn't exclude the other but going back to myspace I posted the video and it was about 10 minutes long and it was either a relaxation or pain relief one of them and I mean I got about 10,000 downloads not instantly but over like a period of

a few weeks I think it went up to about 10,000 and I was over the moon and the amount of people that post the comments saying well done we like this keep going amazing anyway yeah yeah yeah I forgot what I was thinking what I was talking about um a lot of really positive feedback from myspace you know it's like all these uh in these bands and singers and I think it was like comedy performers uh anything like poets poet poets yeah poets and there was a lot of people that like to listen to the

different music so you'd be like fans would get together and stuff great great great place I think it's a after facebook I've been successful because it came before facebook and facebook copied I guess a lot of what myspace was doing people I suppose people you know they found facebook a better experience maybe but as far as uh for bands and singers and stuff like that facebook couldn't replace what myspace offered yeah myspace just pretty much it's still there I think but let me have a look is myspace still it was still online last time I

saw yeah it's still there I think I'm sitting up again um yeah so that is yeah the bands it's gone back to its roots being all about music which is really cool I mean as I said I think if it'd come out after facebook and been what it was which is about you know a place for musicians maybe it will grow maybe it is growing maybe it's getting bigger I don't know I'll be interested actually I'll leave that there I have a little I have a little look at that another time hmm yes myspace I

remember with myspace whenever you joined I think it was Dan the man that was in charge he'd instantly be added to his friends list and he had like a hundred million friends or something and there was a picture of him just standing there looking out of the window which was random I can't believe I was only wow I was only 35 when I started all this you keep saying that I know I can't help it I just don't believe it I'm 51 50 bloody one just don't seem right yeah I think more happened that's not

true I suppose more happened between 2001 and 2005 and 2006 god it's bloody cough I just have to stop talking when I break down the individual years you know at university a year when I was doing this when I was doing that 2006 when I was seeing people in their homes for chronic pain relief and volunteering at the you know the rehab clinic doing group relaxation sessions 2007 to 2010 at university full-time the years when I was a counsellor and the year you know moving into here and the years of Andre and yeah so I

guess a few things have happened I suppose kind of anyway I'm gonna go and I'll spend the next 10 hours trying to edit this to get out all of the coughs there's been about 500 coughs during this recording and it's been very difficult so thanks for if the odd cough gets through I apologize take care of yourselves bye
