Hello there and welcome to jasonnewland.com My name is Jason Newland and this is Let Me Bore You to Sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.
Hello, so today I've got a special guest my neighbor's dog who's eating a bone right now a big knuckle bone thing which is so you might hear him in the background crunching away it's been a little while since we've had a an animal in the background distracting me from my very important work of boring you so there you go basically I'm looking after him for a little while because his daddy had to attend a family matter so he's up here with me a mixture of being naughty and being good um I had a tea cake
earlier and there was pretty nearly a whole half left and I put it on to the side did not give him any because he's got his food and can upset his stomach a bit I do give him little bits now and then obviously not chocolate or anything like that but um I don't give him too much because apparently he has a bit of a sensitive tum-tum well I go to the toilet come back and he's eating it he's gone to the city and he's got to the plate and he's eating it and there's no sense
of remorse you know if he does that downstairs he'll like run away because you know he's being naughty and he'll be in trouble doesn't care about that with me he'll just he'll do it in front of me you know he will eat off my plate if he gets a chance and he wouldn't even dare do that in normal circumstances so he's a little bit of a a tyke a little bit of a this is a tyke you know naughty boy basically well a little bit he's very naughty but he doesn't care he doesn't have any
kind of um he can't control his urges he's basically like a little human toddler can't control the urges can't you know I mean obviously as we get to an adult it can't be like that otherwise you don't have a life do you basically you just basically be in and out of prison your whole life if you can't control your urges so yeah he's uh he's very naughty but he's also cute I tell you the time he is his best is when it comes to going to sleep so I was laying down on my bed and
he didn't give me any hassle he laid at the back at the bottom of the bed at the side didn't lay on my legs didn't bother me at all apart from one time when he started rubbing his nose in my face because he wanted me to get out of bed other than that he's kind of been really good you know with that stuff I actually uh I did I think it was 3 30 this morning I took him for a walk around the block in the pitch black well it wasn't pitch black because the sky
was starting to light up a little bit which I was surprised about bearing in mind it was only 3 30 and it's a you know it's the beginning of February I know it's getting lighter in the mornings it's getting lighter in the evenings and all that stuff the days are getting shorter thankfully but there's a long way to go before the days are short I just find it amazing how quickly you know for example four o'clock a month ago it'd be dark outside now it's not even dark at five in the evening I mean you
know I mean it's just it's amazing so I love that's one of the things I love about this time of the year and also the weather I was walking around I don't love the way I don't love the weather all of the weather but in this country we we have it's anyone's guess what weather we're going to get we get summer spring winter autumn sometimes in the same day yes you might sound like a lie but it's true we we can get um almost summer weather in the winter after your day can be absolutely beautiful
not cold you can walk around in just a jumper and sometimes even a t-shirt but I don't really do that and in other times in the summer you have to have your central heating on because it's so cold very strange country here it really is so I um I took him for a walk I didn't even have like 10 30 I took him for a walk as well earlier in the evening didn't have my jacket on just had my uh what you call it sweat top hoodie and my hoodie on that was it it's not
all I had on I had also had underwear and track suit bottoms socks yeah I was wearing and shoes I was wearing clothes I was walking around in a hoodie because that would have been strange even for me and again I was walking around it wasn't cold now this morning um it wasn't cold and then I went out again at 6 30 this morning now this time it was colder but I didn't have all I had was a t-shirt and I put my coat on top normally I have a like a jumper or you know
something under on top of that but I just went out and that was enough and it was definitely chillier at 6 30 and then I went out again earlier took her for another walk and what time was that probably about two hour about two o'clock in the afternoon and maybe one o'clock and I just had my track suit top my hoodie on again but it was colder it felt colder than before but still I wasn't cold I was okay if you know what I mean I'm just walking around because being cold isn't actually a bad
thing necessarily if you don't care you know as you know we there's a certain you know Mr Wigwam or whatever his name is who encourages people to sit in ice baths you know to acclimatize your body to be able to get really cold because it's supposed to be very healthy for you if you do it in a you know a careful way I mean my my biggest thing is I don't I don't like being cold indoors it's not my biggest thing but it's one of the things outdoors it's winter it's supposed to be cold what's
the point in moaning about it I mean the only problem I got these days is because I got arthritis in my lower back it does seem to have an effect on my back the temperature so you know that's just one little thing but if you're moving I'll find if you're moving I don't mean home I mean like moving all your furniture but if you're moving around you're walking and it's cold providing you know it's not hugely windy it's all right for me rain is the thing that gets me though because it just makes it colder
you get wet you get cold and it's just uncomfortable but any other weather really I mean it has to basically be we need a tornado or a hurricane to really affect me when it comes to the wind I don't get blown around you know wind I'm my feet are on the ground and this I'm not I'm not getting swayed or anything by any wind maybe obviously hurricane probably could do that but the wind general wind we have here even strong ones don't really have an effect on me yeah what about the way it blows roofs
off we do doesn't have an effect on you but it blows roofs off well you're superman are you yeah I am no I think sometimes if slates and stuff are blown off a roof sometimes it's not because the wind is like huge strong obviously it's it's very windy but it might just be some loose looseness of those things on the roof because there's some very old roofs around so that might be what it is might be what's causing it and once one gets pulled up more get pulled up but you know usually that's maybe because
it's higher up as well because I'm only two foot tall so maybe that's why the wind doesn't really catch me so much and yeah that makes sense uh it's all coming together clearly now I now understand everything so yeah it's um I've been doing that so that's what I've been doing looking after that little little monkey um had the doctor's appointment yesterday and the doctor was saying basically I had blood tests two weeks ago and I spoke to the receptionist and this is two weeks ago and the receptionist said well it looks like your vitamin
d is a bit low but I can't see any other issues but then she said but I'm not a medical practitioner I'm not a doctor so you'll have to wait for your appointment with a doctor in two weeks to hear what's really you know going on plus I hadn't received all the tests back all the results back well I spoke to the doctor and the first thing she said is everything's really good everything's fine apart from one thing and she said to me Mr Newland everything's absolutely fine apart from one thing I said is she
said you're dead everything else is fine no she said again about the the vitamin d but it's way worse than what the receptionist said I am seriously deficient in vitamin d like really deficient so um I'm being put on medication with just strong vitamin d tablets thingies I've got an eight week course of medication and then after the eight weeks is up I'm getting blood tests again to to check that see if things have normalized so yeah so that's that I haven't been able to pick up the prescription because I've got a dog and at
the moment I have to pick them up tomorrow so I was planning on going and getting them today but I just can't be bothered and I feel that's a this apparently um fatigue that would explain my fatigue my you know lack of energy possibly lack of motivation at times you know just a bit um once I get my vitamin d up hopefully that will improve my life a little bit improve my health which is the whole point of it really isn't it um getting outside I mean I do I don't go outside very often but
I mean how long for how long am I supposed to be outside for anyone so I don't know I mean I'm thinking I'm playing with the idea of getting one of those sad um lamps uvc uv lamps and I looked it up online last night I might get one I don't know because that might help um sad lamp they're basically uh what's that lumivitamin l slim sad light what do you mean vitamin l what so even they're saying um this is John Lewis okay this is the website it's worth knowing some people with seasonal affective
disorder sad find that light therapy can help improve their mood considerably however evidence about this efficacy is still unclear so I think basically there haven't been enough studies but reviews and hearsay or people's personal stories show that maybe is a really good thing it's really helpful it can be helpful now I don't have sad and because I'm miserable all year round so it doesn't make any difference whether it's sunny or not I'm a miserable bugger ah there's quite a few different ones you know I mean wouldn't it make sense if they put that light on
laptops and on um ipads and on phones which means I'll be happy all the time because that that light would be shining in my face you know eight ten hours a day maybe when I'm working on stuff but I looked at this lamp it was it no it was with Argos and because I got an Argos card so I can buy it and pay pay later it's quite a big thing I was quite surprised how big the older thing is so I don't know I've got okay health line five best sad lamps for seasonal affective
disorder and how to use them how we chose how to chose them we chose these lamps based on their effectiveness in treating sad as well as user reviews and price point how to choose an as an SAD lamp for you there are many lamps and light boxes marketed as SAD or light therapy lamps not all of these products are effective or appropriate for this use SAD lamps aren't regulated by the food and drug administration FDA so it's important to make sure you buy one that provides enough light and is designed to treat seasonal affective disorder
here are some features to look for so this is an interesting little article so it is healthline.com that's the website so safety don't get a light box that's designed to treat skin conditions I didn't even know such things existed uh genuinely I don't I mean is there are there light boxes for like eczema and scabies and things like that there um acne maybe I don't know really didn't genuinely don't didn't know and these devices aren't meant to treat mood disorders and they won't be effective next one is make sure the lamp filters out UV light it filters out UV light and is labeled UV free UV can damage your eyes and skin
I thought UV light is what I'm aiming to get so it's making me think that this this lamp is not going to give me vitamin D it's just going to give me a light that might help with moods which isn't I mean it's not what I don't want because anything that helps with you know moods is clearly a a positive thing in my life but at this point I'm looking for the vitamins I'm looking that's what I'm looking for well go outside then go outside just open the door go outside it's not that communicated yeah
but it's winter and there hasn't really been any sunlight today it hasn't been completely like dark or dull but it's been a fairly dull day today I mean there is sunlight obviously otherwise there'd be darkness but it's not sunny it's not you know I don't know how what the level of vitamin D can enter my body through my skin and maybe you know I don't know I don't know enough about it specs in fact I want to stop look at this because it's not what I want is it it's not what I need I need
something to help me a lamp for increasing for increasing vitamin vitamin D yeah derma uvb narrowband phototherapy desktop facial tanning lamp wow so is that what I need to do then do I need to go to a set like a tanning salon or get one of those things because well I can't get a tanning bed they they cost a fortune those things and I've got nowhere to put it unless I just use it as my bed replace my bed with it I mean you know I don't know unless I did just get one that's just
sits on or stands up and I just sit in front of it or stand in front of it for 10 minutes or whatever for two minutes so here's the question what light is best for vitamin d ultraviolet b light emitted ultraviolet b light emitting diodes leds oh now I know what leds stand for at least I do while I'm looking at it I'll forget when it's done when I move on are most efficient and effective in producing vitamin d3 in human skin compared to natural sunlight wow so what they're saying is these leds are more
efficient than actual sunlight like real organic normal sunlight and what is d3 are there is there a d1 is there a d29 is there a d69 I don't know is it just one d or is there a double d I don't know what what what is all this thing about these um wow sciencedaily.com so this is a science magazine but it's a website sciencedaily.com the research here is saying that research published in scientific reports shows that lights from ray vo's I don't know what ray vo's 293 nm ultraviolet uv led is more efficient than sunlight at producing vitamin d3 in skin samples Tyler Calagian and his research team led by Dr.
Michael F. Holick PhD MD and supported by Boston University School of Medicine and the Boston University Ignition Award found that's a mouthful isn't it found that skin samples exposed to ray vo's uv led for just 0.
52 minutes produced more than twice as much vitamin d3 as samples exposed to 32.
5 minutes of sunlight wow huh now what I really really kind of need to know is how much of these uv led vitamin d3 amounts am I supposed to be absorbing in a day and am I supposed to be outside for 32 minutes a day or an hour a day you know what what is the the general consensus as far as me you know getting some getting those d's bobbling about wobbling inside me making me healthy and strong and full of energy yeah so I don't know I generally don't know all of this about vitamin
d3 here we go I was wondering what it was two forms of vitamin d are important to humans vitamin d2 produced by plants yeast and mushrooms and vitamin d3 produced by skin but wow when exposed to sunlight I thought you're gonna have to eat skin so that's a bit grim eating skin sounds more like a sin and produced by skin when exposed to sunlight or the appropriate wavelength of ultraviolet light so so about vitamin 3 two forms okay so the one produced by plants yeast and mushrooms which is vitamin d2 vitamin d3 produced by skin
produced by being out in the sunlight or sitting in front of a ultraviolet light of some kind okay so I don't know I mean the whole thing is I'm I've always kind of stayed out of the sun I don't mean I've not been wearing like a completely covering myself in like a like a mummy during the summer but I do the only part of the my body or really that gets to see the sun is my hands and my face and sometimes my arms you know if I'm wearing a t-shirt and stuff that's but it'd
be more like from my elbows downwards so my shoulders my chest my stomach my back my buttocks and my thighs I mean sometimes I will wear shorts so that'll be from my knees down but you know so my thighs are still covered my feet are covered so you know the most it will ever be the most I will ever expose will be my knees my calves and my shins and a little bit of my ankles maybe and then upper body it would be my fingers my hands my wrists my forearms and maybe a little bit
of my elbow and then going up again it'd be I suppose my the top of my head my bald patch at the back of my head because I guess I need to include that as part of my skin now hurrah and my forehead and my face my cheeks my nose my chin my ears the back of my neck depending on what I'm wearing you know if I'm just wearing a t-shirt then I guess the back of my neck is a little bit exposed and the front of my neck as well although you know that's that's
minimal because there's that degree of shade isn't there underneath my chin I suppose so that's kind of and maybe depending upon the t-shirt a little bit of my cleavage I like to show a little bit a little bit of my chest at the top depending on how loose the t-shirt is or how low cut it is low car you know but so there might be a little bit of my chest so if I was to sit in the sun and catch the sun I might catch it a little bit right at the top of my
chest but that's it but I don't sit in the sun I never just sit in the sun generally I think the only time that would really happen is and it'll be for a very short time you know if I go into the park and I've got a takeaway and I'm just sitting there having something to eat for maybe 15 minutes generally I would try and sit out of the sun in the summer in the winter or autumn time you know I tend to try and quite sit in the sun to get you know get a
few of the rays but in the summer I wouldn't so I try and sit in the shade and yeah so but if I was to actually just sit in the sun I suppose if I'm somewhere and I'm and I see somebody that I haven't seen for a while and I guess if we're sitting down in the sun there's a chance I could catch the sun in that situation and I have done over the years I've caught the sun I caught the sun in May when I went to somewhere I forget Cornwall I said I went
to Cornwall and I did catch the sun on one day so but I've I was kind of always what I brought up it's my understanding was that the sun was bad for our skin and because I I'm not very good with sun and I do tend to burn very very easily regardless of what suntan lotion I put on I just burn but I don't like suntan lotion because it's very greasy on the skin it's not very so I generally I will catch the I catch a bit of sun if I'm walking around and I remember
I can't get words out I'm okay with that I don't mind because I never I don't know if I really ever like get sunburned when I'm walking around but I suppose my my face is weather weathered in the sense of I got a lot of years where my face has been there done that you know experienced lots of different types of weather and cold and heat and sun and moon and rain and snow and whatever else I can't think of any other weather wind wind so I I don't know because I used to get sunburned
when I was a kid and I learned very early that the sun was not my friend I used to get blisters it was you know that bad so really from an early age I knew that probably best to take it easy with the sun now I don't go sunbathing on the beach but I have and I did it one year back in probably 86 87 and it's a lovely day went to the beach took a deck chair with me or no probably didn't take a deck chair I probably just had a a blanket and just
put it onto the sand or the pebbles whatever and I just lay there now I don't know why I felt able to do that because I've never really been able to do it since or before never really you know been a felt particularly comfortable in my body to sort of get you know to strip off in public because you are basically naked aren't you apart from some swimming trunks and you know it's like I don't know especially got my eyes closed I don't know if all the boys are looking at me boobs I don't it's
just you know it's like oh it's a little bit uncomfortable but um I for some reason felt comfortable that year I did it a few times and that feeling of just lying on your back with the sun shining on you a little bit of a cool breeze coming from the sea and you can hear the sea the sound of the sea it was fairly calm and you got the sounds of other people around as well in the distance pretty amazing feeling and I relaxed completely now for me to be able to relax completely in a
public place like that when I'm practically nude is either something was different I had more confidence for some reason or basically at heart I am an exhibitionist now I don't believe the second one because I've never really felt the the urges to do any such things as exhibit anything of mine you know I never put anything for people's letter boxes in the hope that they'll go to pull it through or you know just no nothing like that so so yeah I'm just gonna just play it by with this whole vitamin d thing I've got some
multivitamins so I'm gonna start taking those because I've had them for ages but just haven't taken them for ages so I start taking them and if eating mushrooms then maybe I'll start having mushrooms on my pizzas if that's going to be useful and just see you know see how it goes so I don't know I'm not going to ignore it well I was surprised though is the doctor didn't mention anything about having a high um not calorie cholesterol because most years most times I have my blood tests they give so I've got high cholesterol but
maybe the results they give is based upon age and perhaps because I'm now 93 they look at my cholesterol and maybe it is high for someone in their 20s or 30s but for someone at my age it may be a fairly average level I don't know you have to ask the doctor ask her don't ask me I don't know I was just relieved when she said that everything's good apart from the one thing so that should be fixed should be fixed by what eight weeks so what month will we be in after eight weeks that's
weird isn't it thinking about it like eight weeks time we'll be quite a long much further into the year so it's okay one two three 24 one two three okay one two three four five six seven eight so it'll be the first of April literally be starting April when the eight weeks is over so I'll have a blood test probably all book a blood test that might take two weeks to book it so by the end of April I should have the results of that and so yeah it's two months really I mean eight weeks
I probably could have figured that out couldn't I if I'd used me nozzle yeah baby baby I love you so much you make me feel so whole like a complete man so um what else is really going on local recording system is going to what I have been looking at because I'm thinking of traveling to Thailand I found out I'm thinking of traveling to Thailand I'm thinking of moving there living there at some point depending but I just have a um there's lots of reasons for it so I was looking because I'll still be doing
this from there wherever I go I'll be doing this and I was thought well I'll see if there's any recording studios out there and my thinking is if everything else is a lot cheaper than in my country like rent food bills internet you name it it's all a lot cheaper than it is here then sure well it just makes sense that a recording studio to rent for a couple of hours would be also a lot cheaper than here and if that's the case I might be able to do all of this in a recording studio
go in for a couple of hours a day five days a week make the recordings be more professional maybe sound a lot better as well perhaps and then you know just pay for it but hopefully not too much money which would then mean that I wouldn't have to uh well things I'm trying I know this there's a the idea of avoiding having to carry all the equipment with me to travel because I like to travel light my idea is to travel with one suitcase have the very basic stuff in there and then when I get
there I'll buy myself some clothes I'll buy some t-shirts and some trousers and some shorts and stuff like that once I'm out there because um I'll be staying once I go out there I'll be probably a minimum of a month you know maybe 20 28 days for the first day so it makes sense to just you know into clothes you can get fairly cheap clothes out there so just go out there and buy buy what I need to take the very basic which means I'm not lugging stuff around however I will need a separate case
for the equipment it's a very basic stuff like the ipad the microphone microphone stand and the equipment just for the podcast if I wanted to do the video at the same time then I would need that equipment as well I need that microphone that booster and amplifier and all this stuff that's quite a big heavy bag and it need to be a hard case bag and I need to look into how I can travel with this stuff without getting damaged because at the moment it's easy because I'm just here unless unless unless unless I really
did do something different uh you know used a much smaller microphone which I do have I used that when I was in Cornwall his tail is wagging he's basically dreaming he dreams and he does that old running thing he's on his side and his legs are going that's the dog in case you've forgotten I forget he's there and suddenly I hear this noise and like oh what the hell he barks as well like when he's asleep so I don't know what he's dreaming about other than that he's he's all right I like it when he's
just being quiet and he's not demanding stuff from of me not a big fan of being demanded of and at the moment I can't really take him out because this is the time when school kids are around and quite a few people are about with their little dogs I mean today I went to the gara no I went to the pet shop to get him some bones and on the way back just about to enter the park and there was a woman with a dog off the lead so I shouted at her I didn't shout
at her I shouted to her can you please put your dog on the lead so I stayed with my dog or the dog I'm looking after made sure he was there and she walked over I think she had the up with me I think she was annoyed but it's for her dog's safety that I'm doing it because he will attack other dogs if he gets a chance because he's scared of them he's absolutely um he's scared so he he feels he's being under attack so he attacks first well if a dog approaches him he thinks
they're going to attack him now a dog can't approach him if it's on the lead so but I asked you know shout can you please put your dog on the lead please I said please and everything and she did and then as we were getting closer I made sure I was as far away as possible from her and I said thank you but she didn't she wasn't happy with me what can I do and I stop in the park on the way back just for a little while just to sit down for 10 minutes let
him eat one of his sausages that I got a doggy doggy treat so big they're like big long dry savilloys but they're nothing like savilloys they're just I don't know if anything like that might be exactly the same I didn't eat them because they're for dogs I would not actually taste of them so he was enjoying himself he was trying to eat every single crumb it took him a while as well because they're big old things and this man came out and he had this little dog and he was yelling at the dog stop it
and I said um I said don't worry he's on his lead he said no my dog and I said the dog was trying to get to the dog I was with he was like booze on the lead and the old fella said he's trying to come over I said oh better not because this one's this one's not not dog friendly and he said me neither mine neither so but he had a tiny tiny little dog but he had the same mentality as the one I've got don't knock other dogs I'm gonna fight them because I'm
scared when you get in there first I'm sure I know dogs don't have probably that capacity to think that way but you know however way they think of it is seems to be what they do and then as I'm talking to him another woman comes in and she's got a dog off the lead running around so I just I get out of there because the mentality of the locals here is I'm gonna have my dog off the lead it's tough what they don't realize is when me and my friend whose dog it is we we're
concerned about their dog we haven't got to worry about this dog because he's on the lead if a dog if he gets if a dog attacks him he will unfortunately hurt it because of the type of dog he is he's very very strong so he won't be in the wrong but I don't want to see that because I don't want to see anyone's dog get hurt but the neighbors don't understand that you know for me I'm thinking about them I want to make sure that they're little because I know how important I don't think I
did before but with Andre how important having a little furry loved one is and you know I'll do anything to to stop anyone's dog from being you know bitten or hurt but it's very difficult when you've got the neighbors when the people are just letting their dogs off they'll even look over see see me for example with him they know what he's like they know and they'll just let the dog off the lead anyway because they've got that mentality of tough they're not thinking about their dog they're just thinking about wanting to be in the
right like they feel that they're right that they should be allowed to have the dog on a lead off the lead and running around I mean I agree everyone should I should be able to let my dog that dog there off the lead and one day I might but it'd be very very wrong of me to do that but sometimes I feel like just letting them off so I just okay you really want to play that game everybody lets their dogs off the lead yeah is that what you want okay then you you sure how
attached are you to your dog so yeah of course I wouldn't I wouldn't let him off but he's so loving to humans loves kids but dogs nope can't stand them he honestly he just will he goes he loses his mind especially if a dog starts to get close to him he loses it completely and he can't control himself completely and I would say I imagine if he was a human he'd be diagnosed with a personality disorder the dog is he can't be left alone ever I mean literally he can't be left alone if if he
can hear his dad's voice he's okay but otherwise he will start slamming himself against the front door trying to get out he completely loses it and if you go out literally for for a minute then you come back in or two minutes five minutes you come back in and he's acting as if he hasn't seen you for weeks he's unusual dog very unusual and he's got a really thick head you know like skull and he's always banging into things he's clumsy but he's big he's like a terrier pitbull but I don't know crossbreed whatever it
is he's not an illegal dog he's legal he's not a banned one but I think he's kind of in that bracket if you know I mean he's in that ballpark and super strong impossible to practically impossible to control because he doesn't want to do what anyone tells him I can understand that you know I mean I was gonna say no one likes to be told what to do but there are a certain part of society that love being told what to do on there and mind you it's not just SNM is it it's um people
in the forces they must love being told what to do because you know they are being told what to do all the time from their superior officers the police they're being told what to do all the time aren't they from their superiors why would people get told what to do I don't know majority of workers so millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions of people get told what to do I don't know I stopped talking there and I completely forgot what I was talking about must have been something dogs I guess
it doesn't really matter I mean how many people are still awake listening to me I mean I could just go blah blah and people perhaps they're not hearing it because they're asleep because I bored them so much they've just drifted off it's weird because after doing that sound the dog has just suddenly got up what's he doing oh tasty I don't know is anyone listening is anybody there is anybody there I'll stop now I'm gonna stop so yeah so that's it really just got the vitamin d stuff it might be worth me doing a little
bit of research into vitamin D I've done a little bit you know what does to you what deficiency having a vitamin D deficiency how that can affect people so yeah I might I might have a little bit of a look into that because you know it's obviously it's yeah it's an important thing and it's important important enough for the doctor to give me an eight-week course of tablets I think it's tablets yeah it must be it's because I have to put them in myself have to put them in hope they're not enemas I don't mind
no it'll just I don't know I mean maybe they're chewy ones maybe the ones you put in water and you wait for them just to dissolve and just drink it maybe not maybe they're chewy like little gum gum gums you know like you can get vitamins are chewy can't you maybe I have to suck it maybe I have to put it under me tongue and leave it to dissolve I'm not sure we'll see well I'm gonna find out not today but I'll find out tomorrow it's too late to get them today but I will do
it tomorrow and then we'll go from there I mean I don't know how long it takes for the body to start absorbing and building up the amount of vitamin D that it is required for an active lifestyle or for me so that's it really not really much else to say just it's gonna be a 30 second recording really but it's not so I'm gonna go and I didn't make a video of this recording I'm just doing it for the podcast I'm still kind of into minds about making videos because it's so much easier to just
make the podcast so remember remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy
