Hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland. This is Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Please only listen to this when you can safely close your eyes.

Now, I have finally, not 100% but finally, pretty much sorted out the sound issue. And you know how I did it? Money! I chucked more money at the problem. Now sometimes chucking money at the problem doesn't work.

Which I have displayed time and time again. However, on this occasion it's worked. So I bought myself, well I purchased, and it wasn't for me, I bought myself, no, it's for you.

A cloud filter. A cloud filter it's called. Basically what it does is it's a connection between the microphone, instead of the microphone being one lead going from the microphone into the focus right, still don't know what it's called, but it's like a booster, amplifier thing, that it now goes via another thing called the cloud filter, cloud filter.

And what it does, it boosts the sound, makes the sound clearer, and it's I'd say nearly three times louder, maybe not, yeah, it is probably, I'm still going to have to amplify it to get it to be the sound I want, but I'm kind of probably three, nearly three quarters there, I don't want to do a loud noise like that, there. So I'm pretty pleased, pretty pleased. In fact, when I purchased the microphone, I don't know how long I had it in a four, six months, it was recommended that I buy one of these cloud filters to go with it.

I didn't really understand what it was for, but then after, well to be fair, the volume used to be higher, and then it went down for some reason, and I were not sure why, I was not sure why I did that. Anyway, eventually I did some research and kept coming across this thing, and I think it's the only one, there's pretty different versions of the same thing. But it's 150 pound, or 138 pound, 148 pounds, something like that.

Ordered it yesterday, got it through today, and instantly, you know, I can actually see on the screen as I'm talking, the volume is a lot bigger now than what it was. So as I talk, I'm getting probably minus 22 dB, 20, minus 24 dB. And it's not, I think it should be about minus 16.

So there's not that much volume amplification that I need to do to bring it up. Before I was really pumping it up a lot, which just didn't work for me, not really. In fact, I've played with it a little bit today.

And so this is the first recording I'm actually making. But I'm pretty pleased with how it, you know, how it was before. So hopefully, there shouldn't be much in the way of background sound, like staticky kind of stuff.

Because when something's recorded at a low level, when you amplify it, the background sound, even though it might have been very low, will also amplify. So the more you amplify something, the more you amplify the background sound, even if it's minimal, it becomes more, if that makes sense. Yes, I'm an expert.

And no, I'm not an expert on nothing. No. Hmm.

So before I go any further, I need to do a big old congratulations to Molly in Australia, who's given birth to a lovely little boy. So best wishes, well wishes to Molly and all of her family for the new, your new baby boy. And there's a few I didn't really realize, I don't know what extent, but there was some difficulties.

And so I hope, you know, here, I'm wishing that Molly recovers and the baby also. And the baby's a bit premature. But I was premature.

I was, I was very premature when I was born. And still am a bit premature really, I guess. But I was tiny when I was born.

And I ended up look at me big strapping. Not big strap on big strapping lad. So I'm what more could you want for your son to grow up like me? It's the last thing you'd want.

See Molly posted on Facebook, a picture of a baby. And I got that post sent to me privately from someone as well. To let me know.

And what I did is I posted it posted a picture saying congratulations to Molly and you know, lots of love and stuff on my Facebook page. And there's been probably nearly 100 messages of congratulations. It started off congratulations to Molly.

But I'm starting to think that some people aren't even reading. They think that I've had a baby or something. I'm nearly 93 years old, I wouldn't be having a baby, would I? But anyway, I hope that's not the case.

But I don't know how much attention people actually really give to Facebook posts. So people are sort of saying congratulations. Now I hope, you know, I'm pretty sure it was all aimed at Molly.

But I don't know if there's some people actually thought that I'd had a baby. I'd given birth, which I never, never, never did. No.

But Molly's an amazing lady. And she's amazing mummy. And I just, I just wish you all the best, genuinely.

And that's it. I'm not talking about you anymore. I'm gonna talk about me now.

I can't, I can't talk about myself. So yeah, all the best to Molly. And there's nothing else to say really, other than, you know, hope your strength gets back.

I mean, I was not comparing right before anyone like, gets angry at me. But a couple of weeks ago, I was constipated. Now, having something inside you that just won't budge is, I can only imagine, giving a birth is like being really badly constipated, or having an alien inside you trying to get out of your stomach, you know, like the alien movie.

That's the only kind of things I can really imagine. And people used to laugh, oh, it's not as gruesome as that. I saw a birth.

The first time I saw a birth on film, it was more gruesome than the alien movie. It was worse. Way worse.

Way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way worse. And for one thing, when the alien, when the alien popped out of the stomach, it, its head wasn't covered in poo. So yeah.

So congratulations, you know, it's, it's amazing, really. I mean, I don't, on a day to day basis, I don't find births and stuff particularly amazing. But when you actually really think about it, it is pretty phenomenal that a human being can create another human being.

And obviously, the men do the hard part bit, the most important bit, the hardest part of it. But you know, then women have the easy bit just, you know, carrying a baby for nine months. And I wonder why I'm not in a relationship.

But I have such great, great views of the world. So yeah, it is amazing, really. I mean, just animals, just any animals, even frogs.

Just amazing how they just suddenly, these tadpoles suddenly become frogs. I mean, that's the metamorphosis bit is phenomenal, isn't it? I know, technically, the metamorphosis happening all the time, isn't it inside the womb, because, you know, a boy starts off as a girl. So the, you know, the, we're all women, basically.

But women continue to stay women. And they're born women. But boys are girls, and then they become boys, don't they? Inside the womb.

Yeah, I've got delivery coming. I genuinely thought that there was someone at my door. And I put a press pause, went all the way to the front door.

It was not there. It's annoying. And I'm expecting delivery of two cables that I was told I needed for this cloud filter.

But I didn't because I've already got them. Because I got one that goes in for the microphone. And the lead that goes out of it is another microphone lead.

And because I already had, I've got three microphone leads. I already had one that I found in the bedroom. So I use that.

Blah, blah, blah. I mean long, very long lead. That's a weird noise.

It must be this chair. So yeah, I'm, I'm quite pleased with actually, hopefully, it's not just about loudness, hopefully, it's a better quality sound than it had before. And it's a good microphone.

And it's supposed to increase the quality of the microphone by about 20%. So the microphone alone isn't enough, it needs to boost. It's basically, if you don't plug the microphone in, doesn't matter how good it is, it's not going to do anything.

That's not really logical, but it is what you plug it into, which produces the best sound. Now what I might need to do is look at some better equipment that the cloud filters plugged into. Because that one's an old bit of hardware that I've had for probably six years.

I think it's probably not working as well as it did. So I might look to get some better, better equipment over the next few months, just a better version of that more up to date, more powerful one, which might give me a better boost, a better, clearer sound. Hmm, I didn't make any recordings yesterday.

But what I did do is I got up to date, not completely up to date, but quite up to date with the recordings I had made. Because I didn't really have a desk to sit at to do anything. Now, that's my delivery now.

I can hear a van outside. Pretty sure if I let them knock, I'm not going to edit it out. Let them knock.

I don't need to collect it anyway. Maybe just leave it on the doorstep. Why should I get up? Why should I move? Especially with something I don't even need to use.

But it's good to have spare stuff. It's good to have a little bit of spare equipment. And it wasn't expensive.

So I think they're like six pound each, the leads. So it wasn't a huge amount. But I kind of wish I hadn't bothered now.

However, if I ever want to use two microphones, which I might do, if I do an interview or do something like that, then I will need more leads in order to connect the stuff together. I need another two. Yeah, so it might be useful if ever needed.

I've got two other microphones that are good microphones, but not as good as this one. This is better for podcasts. But there are better microphones.

So you know, I'm sure I'm going to upgrade this at some point. But at the moment, I'm pleased with it. And but it's not really that much that needs doing other than as far as podcasts go.

I mean, all the back door work, I call it stuff that those listening to the podcast are not really going to know about unless you produce podcasts. The administration, admin kind of work, you know, making images, editing, uploading, sharing, promoting, and all that stuff. And then there's putting all this stuff onto my website.

So that's quite time consuming. It is fairly time consuming. And yesterday, I spent a bit of time doing that.

And today as well, being updating the website, I've actually been adding more of my podcasts, some of the ones that aren't particularly popular, but they're there. So I thought I might as well share them. You know, like the hypnotic buffet, the best work I ever did that no one ever listens to.

So that's there. I've been uploading them. So I've uploaded quite a few bits onto the website that you can stream.

A lot of them you can't download yet because I've not done that yet. I need to upload them to the website. So I'll probably do that maybe a bit tonight and tomorrow.

It might take a day or two because probably 150 now not over 100 recordings I need to upload. So that's how many I've added to the website. Probably Oh, yeah, maybe 150 actually thinking about it could well be which is okay.

I don't mind. It's good. And other than that, really, the only thing I need to do apart from the content of the podcasts is to make the quality, the sound quality as good as possible.

Now, to be fair, you know, you could do editing and that but really the best way to do it from my understanding, my limited understanding is to record as well as possible from the start. So the best quality recording that you have to start with is much better than doing a like a poorer quality and trying to improve it in an editing suite because it sounds more natural if it's just like now this is just natural no editing.

The only editing I'll do on this is I'll amplify the sound to get it a little bit louder than what it is now as I record it to get it to the minus 16 bs or bd or whatever it is db instead of minus 24 or 25 is it goes it depends because sometimes I talk a bit quieter than other times and probably as I go through the recording it does get quieter but that that's kind of natural though I mean firstly I'm not going to be shouting in any of my recordings this doesn't you

know so there's there is kind of a limit to how loud it's ever really going to be but I know some people like when it comes if they've got adverts at the beginning the adverts are sometimes louder than the actual podcast but then that's the same on television and on radio as well isn't it and probably on youtube and you know the adverts are generally louder than the actual television show you not notice that see you notice it now I mean sometimes I'll listen to a radio and I'll be in bed asleep and I'll get

woken up by the adverts because they're a louder louder volume so it's they must play the radio show you know the music right just a little bit lower down so they can play the adverts louder because you know they can't they can't manually turn the volume up can they because you you're the one in charge of the volume in it so yeah so that's what I've been doing today been working on the website a lot of a lot got quite a lot done actually I have yeah and now I'm going to be I'm probably going

to enjoy it a little bit more making recordings now that it's the the sound is going to be better better louder easier to produce because hopefully clearer not that I don't think it was unclear before I think that the quality of sound on my podcast has been the best it's ever been since I've been doing it for 16 17 years or whatever it is but there's always there's always room for improvement and it wasn't loud enough I'm told that you know by enough people and I knew those ways of increasing the volume using editing and

I realized that amplification in editing will be that is editing and it's amplifying it but I'm only amplifying it a little bit because once you amplify too much it does get a little bit it sounds a bit distorted just a little bit distorted sometimes the worst ones or the hardest ones to edit or to amplify was the whisper ones because when I do a whisper on the screen as I as I whisper into this into the microphone you can't even see any indention indention is that a word you know you got you might not know

but with a with an audio recorder it shows the lines going up and down as you talk but when I do a whisper one or when I was doing a whisper one before I got this cloud filter it wouldn't even show it still be a straight line and I'd have to amplify it just to hear the thing now I did a whisper earlier I tested it with a whisper with a like 30 seconds of whispering and it's a lot better still not going to be as good as I would like it to be probably the

volume that people would like you know the minus 16 db but it's hard to get that on a whisper without like the background hissing it's not hissing but just this there's a sound there's a there's a slight sound that it's not so much noticeable with music so if you listen with the background music you're not going to hear it because the background music um kind of covers that over but you still hear the whispering so perhaps that's why the recordings with the background music are often more popular than the ones with me just talking but

people do still listen to the ones with me just talking or whispering so I think my aim and I've looked into doing different ways of doing it and I've realized that there aren't any shortcuts the only way really to improve the quality of the sound is to improve the quality of the hardware not separate um like the RODECaster hasn't really um I've not found it to be very good but you know that's partly maybe I'm not using it properly but the the memory disk the SD card micro SD card is stuck put it in wouldn't

come out I'll put it in the right way put it in the right hole and it wouldn't come out won't won't and I can attach it directly to the the MacBook the MacBook gets overheated which makes a sound like you know like an overheated mic um laptop which is absolutely rubbish for recording so I'm still using the iPad zero sound on the iPad makes no sound at all the only background sound here is just the sound of the room you know as far as the central heating is on the windows are open maybe just the

general sound of the room if that makes sense do it make sense make sense to me to me so yeah I'm quite pleased with that and I've started to think well go back to how things used to be in a sense of musicians they got decent hardware decent mics decent amplification amplifiers that stuff which gave them really good sound and they used that in the recording studios without shortcuts so I'll kind of try to avoid learning how to do that stuff and all the wires and all the connections just put me off but now there's

so many wires and all these different connections and the end result's worth it it's just remembering what goes in where because you know just to have this running this microphone I've got I've got the iPad I've got the amplifier I've got the cloud filter I've got an um an adapter I've got the headphones and I got the microphone all these different things all connected together just to make this recording it's weird isn't it really if you think about it but I tell you I will predict one thing laptops will be gone in five years there

won't be laptops anymore it will just be tablets with keyboards but isn't that a laptop well no but the the laptops are just I mean I've the really really good oh I've got a really good one but I think windows I'm used to using windows it's hard to get my head around the the apple but I've got I can use the the iPad easily I've learned how to use it and because I've spent most of my time using this and just this I know I just got used to it you know it takes took a

while I didn't like it to start with but now it's almost it's such a powerful machine the thing the things I can do on it is a pretty amazing really I mean I've got hundreds of books full books um let me just show you I won't show you but let me look and I'll describe it to you one of these books clinical hypnosis in pain therapy and palliative care handbook of techniques for improving the patient's physical and physiological well-being or psychological well-being and there's how many pages 401 pages like that yeah so you're not thinking

why why are you telling me all this well let me just explain it to you books books books books books reason explain them the reason I'm saying this is because this is stuff I found online yeah yeah yeah yeah and I've got 258 books that I found online and some of them admittedly they're pdf files and different different you know different files but I can read all of them on the on the ipad easily I mean there's probably each book some of these books are like 30 40 50 quid each they're like proper textbooks you

know quite expensive to buy so there's probably um even 10 pound each what's that 2580 is that right 258 items so 10 pound each that's 2580 pounds realistically you're probably looking at five grand's worth of books because some of them would be like 60 70 pound some probably even out of print so a good few grand's worth of books and like handbook of hypnosis I've already bought that I've got it I've got it in and I think that cost me 48 pound something like that yes I just know looking at some of these titles that

they're expensive because I've looked them up online so there's let's say at least four four and a half four to four and a half grand between four and five grand's worth of books and they're all free for me to read and I didn't go I didn't do anything illegal I just searched online and just found these books that were free to download now I've got loads of books some of them I've got anyway loads of books loads of books but I've got quite a few books on my bookshelf quite a few books in my kindle

that I've bought over the years but reading it on the iPad reading a book on the iPad is a lot easier on my eyes anyway I find it a lot more easier and more pleasurable to read than reading it on the kindle talking about eyes I put I was trying to get the micro disc out of the RODECaster and it slipped and I dropped the RODECaster it was quite heavy and it landed on my glasses my normal everyday glasses the lens popped out not of my eyes out of the glasses and I went to put

it back in and the frame was bent I can't believe it and it's I've managed to bend it back a little bit and put them in but it's it's not sturdy so I had to call the opticians and say look can you help me please and they said no go away we hate you I said stop it you don't know who I am yet it's Jason isn't it okay yeah and they said I said listen I didn't say listen but kind of explain I I've broken my glasses but I need them you know it's I

know that if I get an eye test you're gonna it's gonna take a few days between the eye test and me getting the new glasses that's no good for me because I can't safely cross the road without my glasses I just can't I just can't you know I can't even see the bus number the big number on the front of the bus until it's almost too late to stop it without question you know it's my eyesight's not great these days someone's walking up towards me and I haven't got my glasses on their face is a

blur which is not bad around here because you know you don't really want if I don't want to look at them but it's it's weird I never thought my eyesight would go like that I really didn't and the lady said why are you telling me all this me and these people you don't want to look at and he's like no I'm just explaining that I need the glasses I can't go without glasses I won't be able to get home because I can't see very well without them anymore in fact my eyesight's worse than it's ever

been it's still I'm gonna need new glasses new lenses more power I guess because they're not they're not doing their job you know start some stuff is still blurry or blurry now that you didn't used to be blurry unfortunately the only thing that isn't blurry is the mirror that's the one thing I do want to be blurry because I don't want to see myself I don't know so they said well we've got an appointment you can give an appointment but it's not for like 10 days so that's no good you bastard she said no wait

wait wait I said you can have an eye because I need an eye test on three years overdue not three years overdue a year overdue because supposed to be every two years so it's three years since the last time I had my eyes tested and I said I need an eye test I cancelled the last one because I just couldn't face this was like in the I think it was in the middle of lockdown the last lockdown I just didn't want to go out and she said well if you come in if you come in

tomorrow we'll try and fix the glasses for you to keep them like going until you know you come back and have your eye test so it's really nice of them I don't know if they're going to charge me for that I don't care if they do I mean hopefully not too much 20 quid or something um but they have I've actually had it happen before where the the lens fell out or something happened and oh yeah I think I sat on them and I took them in there and I actually straightened them out no charge

but to be fair I've been with them since um over 20 years being with the same same opticians for over 20 years not in the same town because I move around don't I but same opticians for over 20 years so they've I'd say I'm a pretty regular customer I'm a lifelong customer really I'll probably still be going with them in 20 years time by then I'll I don't know I'll be walking around with binoculars stuck to my head my eyes just so I can see the other so I can see what I'm eating my eyes

are so rubbish hope not blimey so yeah this is this that's what I'm gonna that's what happened today what else happened today something else happened but I can't remember I think I dropped something on the floor that's it I did my washing me my neighbor did two lots of washing so that I was that was good to help him out I did some washing for myself laundry that is did some washing up as well so I've done that haven't done the tidying up that I was expecting myself to do there's still trying to figure out

how I want the room to be I'm not sure but I'm starting to think that maybe I need I would benefit from sticking to the basics instead of getting too caught up on the technical side of things outside of just you know have using decent hardware to go with a microphone and I suppose over time improving the microphone and just improving the sound so it's the best possible sound that I can get so in five years time three even a two years time the sound hopefully will be a hell of a lot a lot better

than what it is now that just takes time and investment but I want it to get to a point where it's really good quality sound and I can be happy with it for now and then just get on with making the recordings without the I don't know there was a little bit of disappointment over the last month or so ever since the sound went down something seemed to go wrong with my equipment yeah not the first time and it was just always like oh it's not that I'm a perfectionist because clearly I'm not but I

would like the sound to be as good as possible is is because that's that you know that's to me that's the main thing I know content technically is a lot more important but then you know look at what I talk about I mean there's there is no content is there not really it's just me blibbering on about blah blah you know so yeah yeah I'm quite pleased I don't know why it's it's almost put me in a good mood just being able to look at the screen and see that it's all um I mean it's

not high I could I could if I talked like loudly I could get it to probably go off the off the the chart where it would be all distorted but I don't talk loudly I'm a soft talker even though it might sound like I'm talking loudly I'm really not I'm very close to the microphone and I am talking softly uh really yes it might sound like I'm shouting does it does it sound like I'm shouting stop shouting JJ I'm trying to sleep here stop shouting man I'm not honestly I'm not shouting but uh but uh

I'm not honestly I'm not really but this is a good start to my 50 being 52 I know it's been a week but it's the first of September today Wednesday the first of September and to start the month and pretty much the the beginning of my well it's technically I know it's my 53rd year isn't it but let's forget that but it's the start of my 52nd year or of being 52 and to have I don't know I just like I like things I think things should be simple things should just work I don't see

the point in complications and a lot I think that's that's why the iPhone I'm just as an example is popular I think with a lot of people because it's very easy to use generally I mean some bits you need to get used to everything's uh a little bit challenging when you first start but it is very user friendly and and that's what I need I need stuff that's easy to use like Windows laptops easy because I've used Windows since the first computer I ever bought which was back in I said 1998 I think 99 98

99 that was the first computer I owned and that was a Windows so I just I know my way around I'm no expert but I know my way around Windows you know I don't know all the shortcuts I can't imagine as many people that do know all the shortcuts but I know the basic ones you know like ctrl v ctrl c ctrl z that's kind of the three that you really need isn't it unless of course you want to do other stuff I guess so yeah I need to I want to have a look and

see perhaps look into the video side of things because that's where the MacBook will come into its own when I start editing videos if if I start making videos because I'm still not sure not sure if I want to do that I mean I'm sharing I'm sharing my videos my podcasts onto YouTube I just don't know if I want to make videos anymore you know it might sound weird it might sound strange and like why wouldn't I want to make videos when I can reach more people and help maybe more people it's almost an obvious

thing to do especially as it's been tried and tested by myself over many many years in the past I just haven't been active for a few years now but I was active on YouTube for a long time and I was almost I started to become successful I say successful I was starting to grow an audience it was the very beginning it took years and then suddenly I had my first it wasn't viral as in it was viral to me it was viral to me it wasn't didn't like suddenly millions and millions of people watching it

but I had a video that got like 10,000 downloads overnight or 10,000 views overnight something like that and that had never happened before this was at a time when maybe I'd get a couple of hundred views of a video when I released it and you know over like a week and I was happy with that because I was making regular ones and but suddenly to have that one and then suddenly I was getting more subscribers and it just started to grow and grow and grow and grow and grow but you know that that came to

an end anyway at my own hands I deleted the channel which was a bit silly but at the time I had about 3,000 subscribers and I was getting 45,000 downloads a month that was the most I'd got and it was growing it was just always growing so by now I'd be getting millions and millions of downloads a month downloads plays keep saying downloads tonight I'm very much a podcaster these days sort of at downloads don't you now not plays views YouTube views so I'd be if if I hadn't deleted it and I continued to produce

new videos even at the quality that they were because they weren't good quality I was still getting views I still getting people watching and so yeah I'd have wow you think about it it's back in 2000 and 12 so yes it's it's probably it's over nine years ago anyway now actually I think it was still going in 2013 so I think I deleted it once I got that job yeah so yeah it's been about at least nearly nine years so in nine years bearing in mind you know 30,000 became 45,000 views over the month so

it's growing at that kind of rate I would be after nine years there'd be millions millions of views every month maybe even every day means you know who knows how how far it would have grown and I might even have over a million subscribers by now if not more crazy isn't it to think but then you know it is what it is what it is what it is that's why that's why I don't take this as for granted as I used to the you I don't think I took YouTube for granted because I worked hard

to to build it up and I've had a few you know different things going on and different YouTube channels and that so you know it's a lot of experimentation but now where I am just in this I mean it's you know it's a very small operation I've got running here it's not an operation at all I don't want to say the word operation but I'm not um there's nothing big going on but there's a possibility you know there are you know yeah you know I mean there's a possibility of good things happening in the future

with the podcasts and for some reason I just I was really I really wanted I was really really gonna do videos as well basically just do the same stuff do a video record myself while I was doing a podcast but there's a freedom you know what there's such a freedom to not have a camera in your face and I enjoy that freedom because I can just be me if I've got a camera in front of me I'm probably going to show off or I'm going to be self-conscious and with a if you're making videos it

was you have to you don't have to but you know really you need to make yourself look as presentable as possible which is hard it's getting harder and harder as I'm just aging I mean I don't know how how I can make myself look presentable I can sound presentable I mean that's why a lot of uh I don't I'm not sure if it's a reason but I think that's why a lot of TV celebrities and TV presenters go on to present radio shows because they don't have to they've gone through that whole process of show

business and it's all about how they look and what they wear and how their hair is and have to kind of almost look perfect at all times under scrutiny but with a radio show you can just turn up dressed however you want to dress you can wear flip-flops I imagine you can wear tracksuit bottoms like I am and you can just relax so I think radio would be almost the perfect job for me really if I was if there was a job out there if there's any radio producers out there that and I don't even

need much money really just above minimum wage please but I don't you know I just as much as possible as much as I want the proper you know I don't want you paying me less than everyone else just because I'm enthusiastic but did I say enthusiastic have I ever been enthusiastic I think I have I am I just don't show it I'm internally enthusiastic it's like constipation so I yeah I think if there's anyone out there would you want to listen to me though that's the thing it might have seen a silly question like well

talk to on air like a sidekick or you know a co-presenter whatever sidekick I'm Batman you're Robin shut up and yeah so I think that I don't know you never know who's listening there could be someone listening to this who actually works in the industry works in you know radio or something like that I mean wow that would suit me so so well be just a lovely way to to work you know if it's a job I think you're self-employed when you work in places like that you have contracts I think but what a lovely

way to to work to my retirement in a radio show just being able to brighten up people's lives ah ah keep your company keep in your company yeah I mean you could talk to me couldn't you get a phone in something I could technically I could do that from here if I learnt how to do it there are ways of doing it I could learn but uh there's just so much to juggle I mean the podcast on themselves is it takes up a lot of energy and time to do all this so to start producing

a live radio show apart from the expenses of doing it which I imagine would go up a little bit it's cost me enough to run this so I just I don't know three hours a day though I don't I don't know I used to work 12 hours a day sometimes 16 hours a day when I was younger so I think three hours a day is not that much is it you know in perspective to what I used to do I'm not sure are you sure ma I don't know ma maybe ma could be you have
