Hello, welcome to Jason Newland for common. It's not a very good advert, is it? What was his website address? Jason... Hello, my name is Jason Newland. This is Let Me Bore You To Sleep.

Thank you for joining me. Yes, thank you. So much.

Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. Not your ice, your eyes. Eyes! So it's Sunday the 11th of July 2021.

I didn't make any recordings at all yesterday. And it's right at the end of the day today. So I'll be doing this and then I'll be going to buh-byes.

I suppose I kind of want to start with saying that Elvis has left the building. Again, I mean, I'm having a few problems. I'm not going to go into what it is.

But if you've listened to previous recordings lately, you'll know what I'm talking about. But other than that, you probably won't guess. So I'm sitting on the toilet drinking some prune juice.

And. It was really, I mean. It was so painful.

And I've been drinking this. Still softener. And as well, which it doesn't taste too bad, really, I don't mind it.

I mean, I wouldn't order it as a drink. On a nice romantic night out or Christmas lunch, but. It tastes OK.

You know, it's my favorite drink in the world. But it's OK. It's, you know, it's a weird, a weird taste.

But it doesn't seem to have made any difference. So I guess I haven't been drinking enough of it. So I'm going to drink it a few times a day.

I may have a teaspoonful every time I eat or something like that. And I drank about half, half a bottle of prune juice earlier. And.

I'm really not sure what's going on because I've never had this before. I've had it occasionally, you know, over the years, like a one off. And.

But I don't remember ever having it last for, it's got to be about a week. Although it's not really because I am. How do I word this? It's not so much the.

That the. The. The sink is blocked by the plugs blocked.

It gets blocked and then it's emptied. But then it gets blocked again. So, you know, a blocked sink.

So it's not like it's been blocked for a week. And, you know, because that would be. Pretty awful.

Harder to unblock, I guess. So it's being unblocked. But the.

The time and effort that goes into unblocking that sink. Is. Ridiculous.

And I woke up. So I don't want to go into some personal stuff. Personal body parts or anything like that.

Because this is. You know, it's family entertainment. I woke up this morning.

My left ball was aching. What's that about? Everything's going wrong. Then I thought, yeah, maybe it's straining.

I've been. I don't know. I've had to wear.

These shorts. That I've got without any underpants. Just so I can let everything just hang loose.

Oh. So. I mean, am I sitting down more than normal? I don't think so.

But maybe I am. Because that could sometimes be a problem with the blocked sink. Or lying down more than normal.

Again, I don't think so. Really. I'm not getting out.

I'm not doing anything. But. I spend weeks sometimes.

Not even leaving the house. And just working on a computer. Like I have been the last couple of days.

I've really been. Working a lot on my websites. And.

Working on a podcast. You know, the. The backdoor stuff that you don't.

Backdoors. I've talked enough about my backdoor, haven't I? But you know. The stuff that you don't know about.

Or you don't get to see. All the work that goes into it. You just get to hear my voice.

Wobbling on about stuff. There's other stuff that goes on. So I've been working on that.

Also been backing some stuff up. I don't mean like. You know.

Alright mate. I'll back you up. Don't worry.

I'm here for you if you need me. I don't mean like that. I mean.

Onto a hard drive that I got. It's two. I think it's two.

Terabytes. Might be four terabytes. I'm not sure.

But it's. I decided to. I got.

I bought it a few. A couple of months back. And I'm putting all of my recordings.

On there. It's just another safe space. Another space.

Safe space. Safe place. Where.

I just don't want to lose my stuff. You know. I spent years.

Putting this together. And making this. Stuff.

Whatever you want to call it. I've got it backed up. On the website.

I've got a lot of it. Backed up. On another hard drive.

I've got them. Of course. Backed up.

On the podcasts. Themselves. It's always nice.

Just to have them. In another. Like a one.

Safe space. Another place as well. Because.

If I lose the website. Or the podcasts. I don't know.

If I can't afford. To pay the podcast. Or can't afford.

To pay for the website. Eventually. It'll just cut me off.

And I'll lose everything. Which. Not everything.

But just lose the content. I don't plan. On that happening.

But. It's good to just. Cover myself.

Because I have lost. A lot of stuff. In the past.

A lot of recordings. And videos. Due to.

Just. Human error. Really.

My. Not always been my fault. There's been occasions.

When. Like for example. I was with a podcast.

And I had. Everything on there. Didn't back everything up.

And they just decided. To. Delete.

Fifty percent. Of my recordings. And then eventually.

I deleted more. And then they closed. It's a free podcast.

And I lost host. And I didn't have. Any security on there.

I don't know why they did it. There was no. Customer service.

Or anything. There's no way. Of getting contact.

And another thing happened. Is where. I've lost a laptop.

Laptop froze. Broke. And I lost all the stuff.

On there. And some of it. Wasn't backed up.

Elsewhere. So I kind of. Learned a little bit.

From my. Journey. My.

Journey. Or whatever it is. So I watched the football.

Tonight. And England. They did so well.

They were so close. I mean. They didn't win.

The European Cup. But you know what. They couldn't have got closer.

It couldn't. It was just by one penalty. They lost.

By one penalty. And that's. As close.

As you could lose. Yeah. He's really.

I mean. At the very. Last minute.

I suppose. The only other way. To lose.

Just like that. Would be. If you is.

Had. It was like. Even score.

One one. Or three three. Or whatever.

And then. In the last. 30 seconds.

The other team. Scored. And it was.

You only played. In extra time. It was literally.

The last 30 seconds. Of the match. And they scored.

And. It's that. That would be the equivalent.

So. There's going to be a lot of. Upset people.

But. I think. It's.

You know. I think. It's.

It'd be useful. To look at the positive side. Of.

How well. We did. I say we.

How well. The football. Our football.

You. England's football team. Played.

They played really well. And there's no shame. In getting beaten.

In the final. Really. Because you.

You've been beaten. By the best team. And in this case.

Not even the better team. Because as far as football play. Go.

They weren't better than us. Because it was one one. All the way through.

Including. Extra time. Including.

An extra half an hour. On top. And.

But. They beat us. By one.

Penalty. At the end. That's about.

As exciting. As often. We're going to get.

About football. You know. I don't normally.

Talk about football. You know. Boxing's my thing.

But. When I see. On the television.

On the news. I see around me. Or hear around me.

People are talking about. The. The tournament.

And it makes a lot. Of people happy. And I'm.

All for anything. Really. That makes people happy.

You know. As a collective. I'm part of.

This country. I'm not. I'm not really.

Like. Actively. Involved.

With other people. Generally. But on a. On a kind of a. Psychic level.

I've lived here all my life. Apart from when I lived in Ireland. For a little while.

But I've lived. In England. Born here.

Bread. Bread. That's a weird word.

Isn't it? I was born in bread. They bred you. Did they? You just.

Weren't raised. No you weren't. You were bred.

You live in a. You know. On a farm. Did you live in a shed? That explains why I wanted a shed.

In my bedroom. I missed it. Um.

See. Yeah. Um.

My moods have been a bit weird lately. But. I'm feeling quite good at the moment.

And that is one thing. That I tend to do. When I make these recordings.

The. Boring. Let me bore you to sleep.

I generally. Only make them when I'm in a. A fairly good mood. Or feeling okay.

That's why. Okay. When I'm not.

Feeling great. I won't make them. But with hypnosis stuff.

I don't have to be in a good mood. To make a recording. Um.

Because also. When I do. Let's say.

A sleep recording. Or relaxation. It does.

Generally. Brighten my mood a bit. Because when I'm talking about.

You know. Relax your legs. Relax your knees.

Relax your boobies. Whatever. I'm doing that.

My boobies. Feel relaxed. So.

I. I guess. I'm. Increasing my.

My mood. My. Whatever.

Raising my level of. Comfort. And calmness.

So. I benefit from that. Lately.

I tell you what. I've been really struggling. To do the.

You hear me I'm like. And I start talking. Well I actually recorded myself a few times.

I'll be asleep for an hour. And I listen back to some of it.

and I can't believe the stuff that I come out with, I talk, I do, I just said, don't worry Lisa, it won't taste that bad, what, I don't know anyone called Lisa and what was I dreaming about, what on earth, you're just weird, oh Tammy, let me wear your bra for a little bit longer, it feels so nice and supportive, weird honestly, I might, I'd feel like I should just put a little recording together of my snoring, but it's not pleasant actually, I don't think snoring generally is pleasant to listen to, especially if you're lying

next to someone and you're trying to sleep, but I should point out something to those of you that get angry with your partner or the love of your life and you complain to them about them snoring and you, you know, you nudge them to wake them up and you moan about them when you're at work, I'm not getting enough sleep, my girlfriend or my boyfriend or my husband or my non-digital binary living being snores, they snore, I just want to point out something to you, okay, something that he or she hasn't told you, so do

you, okay, just what I, there you go, just giving you a bit of information there, the reason I don't tell you about it and the reason I don't nudge you and the reason I go on at you is because they don't enjoy the process of being completely bombarded with negativity towards their snoring, first of all they can't help it, okay, they can't help it, it's pretty much everybody snores to different levels, some people they might snore just because they've got a little nose and their nostrils aren't very big, brilliant for looks, I mean they might

be the most beautiful person ever, like dainty little nose, just like me, I've got about five, five and a half dainty noses, it's about my size on my nose, you can actually fit, you could fit a doll's head up each nostril, you can't, why am I saying stuff like that, but if you've got like a big nose and big nostrils or whatever, you're gonna get more air, if you've got a tiny tiny little nose, unless you've got like blockages or whatever, but it makes no difference if you breathe through your mouth, so you might have

to the flappiest nose in the world and you know have and you could breathe in and have so much oxygen going straight into your brain, into your blood system, that would make you like almost like a genius, the amount of energy and amount of stuff because you've got all that oxygen going straight into your blood system and into your brain, because you're breathing through your nose, but at night we tend to breathe through our mouth, that's why it causes snoring, people breathe through their mouth and because I've got the biggest nose in England, my nostrils,

you could park cars, sometimes people mistake them for car parks, my nostrils and they park their cars, it's very annoying, by the way I'm single if you're interested, yeah but you snore too, just let you know, that's so funny, every single woman has ever told me that I snore, apart from one, in fact no, every woman I've ever met snored, like I've ever slept with snored, especially the ones that told me that I snored, because I'd set my alarm, you know sort of middle of night, so I could wake up and listen and record them,

I only have one girlfriend who didn't snore and she slept so, so soundly, so completely, not a sound, literally, she'd go to sleep and that'd be her, nothing I did would wake her up, okay it sounds wrong, no amount of noise that I made would wake her up, I'm not, I didn't like, I wasn't playing the drumset in her ears to try and wake, I didn't, I wasn't, I didn't need her to be, that sounds wrong, I didn't need her to be awake for what I wanted to do, now what I mean is I didn't

need her to be awake to do stuff, you know just wake up when you wake up, I mean she was working hard and stuff, you don't need me, like wake up, I don't want to watch telly on my own, but she was soundly asleep and I could never figure it out, then after I got to know her a little bit, I realised it was because she basically had no, no conscious, no conscience, you know she slept soundly because nothing she did or said bothered her, she had no sense of regret at all, wasn't interested, like

she's just very, um, together person or whatever, there's different words for it isn't it, um together, confident, um, narcissist, I don't know, different words, but yeah all jokes aside she, she really was horrible, no, no she was, she was lovely, um, she wasn't, she wasn't horrible, she just wasn't nice, it's weird, it's like you know that kind of, you meet someone and like you can, I don't know about enjoy being with them, but you still fall in love with them, you still like fall for them, and be attracted to them, and just um have fun

with them and stuff, but there's something not quite right, but anyway she didn't snore, but she's the only one, and you know what, she never complained about my snoring, because it didn't affect her, because she was asleep, but I don't know what my point is there, there was a point, yeah you all snore, so leave your, leave your partners alone, unless it's a medical issue, then obviously seek help, you know one girl, right, one woman, I was 25, so I think I still was calling women girls back then, and only 25 years ago, bloody hell,

I was 25, and oh I liked her, she, yeah she said to me, right in the morning, I don't know if it was the first time we slept together, or I don't know, they said, you know what, I said what, she said, guess, I said, you're gonna go and make me a bacon sandwich, she laughed, I wasn't joking, I wanted a bacon sandwich, still didn't get it, I'm still waiting for her, anyway, you know she's probably, possibly one of the only women that I dated, that I would possibly still be with, really, really, really was

into her, like in a big way, she's beautiful, she had what I wanted, she had her own flat, that's what I mean, I wanted, I wanted a flat, no, she definitely, you wouldn't use the word flat with her, and she was lovely, I just really liked her, but she was married, not in a relationship still with a man, but he was some complete, I don't know what you want to call him, but he was a scary man, he was one of those, like completely, just a toss pot, basically, he was just stupid, it was, but

they were still married, although she wanted to marry me, so I was up for that, but it was gonna probably cause me a lot of problems, eventually, with him, and yeah, I didn't really fancy that, so anyway, it just came to an end, but that's, yeah, I just thought I'd mention that, because I've not met or dated many women that I actually even considered being with for any period of time, but I was having a conversation the other day with a friend, and he said to me, that was the first thing you kind of want

to do when you meet someone, and whatever, and so he said, I'd like to meet their mother, to get an idea what they're going to look like when they're older, I was shocked, I said, blimey, it's more important things than looks, and we both laughed, and I said, look, and he's, I said, but that's up to him, yeah, it's an issue to their own, but I've never done that, and I was thinking, yeah, because I'm sophisticated, I'm not that shallow, then I realised the reason why I didn't care what our mum looked like, is because

I had no intention of being with her long enough to find out if she ended up looking like our mum, I had no intention, I didn't, not even at the beginning of the relationship, did I think, or I want to be with someone for the next 20 years, or 30 years, or 40, never even entered my mind, it was just, be together for now until it ends, and then we move on, and I found somebody new, I never even really thought about, like, long term, but that's really because I'd never really met anyone, really, that

long term was even an option in my head, no one I really thought, I mean, the one I did like, as she was married to that, and I think, I wouldn't be surprised if they got back together, but they had two kids together, and it was complicated, and we broke up a couple of times because of it, because, you know, it's like she didn't really see any, couldn't see it going anywhere because of her husband, and the bed wasn't big enough for all of us, really, it wasn't, I was only little back then, I was

only really slim, slim, slim, slim, it gave the illusion of a larger foot, my toes, my feet looked bigger when I was slim, if you know what I mean, but it turned out my feet were tiny all along, I keep falling over, they're so tall, honestly, size three foot, I fall over all the time, I was so skinny though, I used to have to wear boots, heavy boots, so I didn't float away, you know, the boots, when I was at school, I had to wear, you know, those diving costumes, you know, the big nautical metal

diving costumes that people used to wear in the, you know, 100 years ago, and it did have like a tube going up to the boat with oxygen in it, yeah, that's what I used to wear, I didn't, I wonder if anyone actually believes what I say, the funny thing, well, it's not funny, but the weird thing about it is, although I say stuff like this, I'm not actually a liar, I know people that lie so easily, it's the most natural thing in the world for them to do, they just lie, and they don't even think

it's lying, it's just, it's almost, I guess they promise to do something, and a person then asks, did you do it?

I said, yeah, I did it, even though they haven't, I said, I don't lie, I just say, no, I haven't done it, why not, what's it got to do with you, you're not my real mum, so, you know, why lie, what's the point, I understand it if you're a little kid, and, you know, you're avoiding getting into trouble, and maybe you've got, um, lying is easier sometimes, I guess, when you're little, um, although, not now, as an adult, there's no reason to lie, I don't think, I can't really think of a reason, a point to

it, there just don't seem no point to it, I mean, what's the point, what's the other thing, I've got a couple of messages, but they are, I'm just thinking, it's 30 minutes in, so some people might have fallen to sleep already, Molly says, hi Jason, are you still on the coke, ha ha, okay, I should point this out, coke, cola, not cocaine, I've never been on cocaine, not been on it, you know, um, but this is coca-cola, the answer is yes, however, I did stop for two days, and, um, I'm gonna look to make some

dietary changes, I need to do something, um, clearly, something I'm doing is affecting downstairs, not, um, not the front of the house, but the back of the house, um, something's affecting the, something's affecting a little railway journey, it's, you know, maybe one of the tracks a bit blocked or something, I don't know, perhaps it needs some work done, but I'm looking at making some changes, I don't know what, yeah, I don't know what, I don't, I don't, but maybe drinking less coke, maybe, I've got, I bought myself, I had food delivery a couple of days

ago, I got some All Brand, which is breakfast cereal, which basically, its main purpose is to, I think, really keep you regular, it's its main purpose, it's not, well, you know what, I don't mind the taste of it, I actually quite like the taste of it, to be fair, but it's not, um, it's not quite the same as a big bowl of Frosties or Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes or Corn Flakes with half a bag of sugar on, or Rice Krispies with half a bag of sugar on, I'm exaggerating, but, you know, it's not the same,

but if it helps to, if it helps to grease the wheels of the little choo-choo train, then it's worth it, little poo-poo train, um, I don't know what else could be doing it, because I've not really made that many changes at all to my life, other than maybe, I am sitting down more, I mean, my bum's hurting, I'm sitting down so much, but that's not the reason, I thought about getting a pack of frozen peas out, and just sit on them, and as soon as I sat down, all I could hear was, honestly, oh man,

it was, oh, I'm so glad I used toilet paper, it would have been awful if I didn't, so yeah, I, yeah, I'm on, I'm on, I'm on the coke, but I'm planning to stop, maybe stopping at what's called the unblocked pipes, holly, how dare you, it was raining again, you know what, right, yeah, well it is July in England, what do you expect, but you know what, two days ago, so not yesterday, the day before Friday then, because I've not been out, to be fair, I haven't left the house much at all the last week,

been to the garage, I think once, but I've been in most of the time, so it rained so hard, in like a short period of time, that there was, it like, floods in my area where I live, floods in the park, even one bit where you go up the hill, and there's these, as you go towards the shops, there's a road that leads to the motorway, but it's a busy road, and there's these houses that are low level, the entrance is low level, and my friend went past them, and they had fire engines pumping water

out of these like houses, because they were absolutely flooded, because of the low level of them, and being on a slope, that's awful, so a neighbour said that he walked through another alleyway, and it went up to his thighs, the water, so I'm guessing probably ankles, a lot of exaggeration around here, it might be in his thighs, but like, it's like wow, this is a lot of flooding, and it's raining again now, it's been raining every day pretty much, since I was born, hope you're doing well, yeah thanks, thanks Molly, thank you, I'm, I'm all

right actually, all things considered, yeah I'm doing all right, just uh, been working, so I can just tell you what I've already said, just working on my website, just working on putting stuff together, I'm gonna be starting doing videos soon, so um, also transcription, I'll tell you about that in a sec, so hope you're doing well, thank you Holly, I put, I wrote back, hi, no back on them, the cokes, and still having issues, I think my hips aren't big enough, your hips don't lie, she said, I mean I don't, you know, I haven't got

uh, birthy hips, if you know what I mean, I'm not, maybe if I did, I could, so I'm really, I've given birth, basically I've given birth to three hedgehogs in the last four days, no wonder I'm struggling to sit down, um, I've got another message, sometimes I get messages on Facebook, and I don't read, I don't get to read them, because they're on a different page, unless it's on my normal page, because I can't, I can't access them on my phone, I have to look at those, I've got a couple of messages, I've got a

message a little while ago on my website, new customer message, hi Jason, I've been going through a very stressful and anxious time these past few weeks, okay, it's a message, right, so I'm just going to be careful I don't, right, I'm not going to read you out all of it, because it's personal, but last few weeks ago I got gout, and um, my son Steve had really bad piles, and no, it doesn't say that, it says, uh, I've been going through a very stressful time past few weeks, because my daughter, um, finding your podcast has

been such a huge help to me, and my daughter, because getting enough sleep enables me to care for her and my grandson, uh, your calming voice and wonderful sense of humour, oh thank you, takes me right out of my own headspace, and I drift off to sleep with only you on my mind, you know what, so do I, I do exactly the same thing, I drift off to sleep thinking just of me, in fact I spend all day and nights thinking of myself, I understand how it would be nice, it's wonderful, honestly, I'm never happier

than when I'm thinking about myself, so I can only imagine drifting off thinking about me, must be pure bliss, I'm joking, I'm joking, um, uh, uh, what a shame, I am 70, and I live in Australia, bummer, don't call me names, my heartfelt thanks Jason, I'm so very grateful, you're the best, that was from, uh, I'm not gonna say a name, but you know who you are, because you sent the message, so thank you, I do appreciate that, um, see, you know, a year ago, two years ago, I just read the whole thing out, including

children's names, and illnesses, and, um, everything like that, but now I'm trying to be more considerate, so I skip through it, and I just read out, basically I don't want to read out the things that are being said nice about me, really, that's the, that's what you want to hear about, isn't it, really, um, as far as being 70, I'm not really that fussy, you know, you know, 70 is the new 50, you know that, unfortunately I'm still the old 50, so we're basically the same age, we're the same bloody age, I'm feeling about 50

at the moment, I think my bum's older than me, really, so the rest of me feels kind of, it works okay, but I'm starting to think, uh, do you know, you know, with the tubes, or underground trains, and the metro, or whatever you've got in your country, we have the underground, um, I know America has one, France has one, I think Germany has one, and a lot of different countries, China, of course, a lot of countries have underground trains, and you all call it, you have your own name for it, we call it the underground,

because we really, or the tube, we do call it the tube, actually, yeah, the tube, I just remembered, the tube, yeah, I'm going to get a train on the tube, are you traveling by bus?

No, I'm traveling by tube, by tube, but it's the underground, I'm going by underground, I'm really surprised, because, uh, you know, where I come from, we've still got trams, yeah, you really do, don't you, you really do have trams, yeah, that's what I said, we have trams, I mean, that's what, trams, we used to have trams in London, you know, 100 years ago, trams, I went on a tram once in Manchester, I liked it, I did, I liked it, it was cool, I mean, it's basically just like being on a bus, which is on rails,

but it was, it was all right, a little bit bumpier than you get on a road, on a bus, and very limited, but at least you know where you're going, you never get lost on a tram, because it's, well, it's kind of, I'll tell you what, years ago, the Docklands railway, so I lived in London before the Docklands was even built, the Docklands railway was built, DLR, and doesn't even have a train driver, how crazy is that, no train drivers, but thank you for the message there, and um, Tracy, it's very nice, oh no, maybe

that's not the right name, maybe I made it up, glass, that reminds me of earlier, honestly, I thought my eyeballs were going to pop out, that was the only message, those two messages, I might have more messages, but I can't get access to them on my phone, so I have to go onto the laptop, oh, oh great, stupid, stupid, stupid, chair, I can't afford to get a new chair right now, I need to pay off my other debts first, by will, I'm still, oh, here's two things, two, two, two things, one is, so two subjects,

one is ferrets, and one is transcribing, so I'll talk about transcribing first, I discovered, I'm not sure if I mentioned it, discovered, actually more than one place where I can get transcriptions done, and it's, I can get up to six thousand, six thousand minutes, which is like, what, a hundred hours, isn't it, a hundred hours, and you just, I feel a lot of people, a hundred hours, that's bloody, it's not much for me, not when you've got as many recordings as me, I need, I mean I get a hundred hours a month, without making any

new recordings, it's still going to take me probably a year and a half, just to transcribe the ones I've already got, or over a year anyway, but it's okay, it's okay, mate, it's, yeah, I mean you think about it, what, a hundred, it's going to take me probably seven months, maybe longer, maybe eight months, just to transcribe the Let Me Bore You To Sleep podcast, now, there is a link, this, this website, I saw what it's called, oh, I can't get to it, anyway, it's called, it's called, let me check it out, I've got my

laptop here, okay, oops, I keep touching the screen, it's like, no, it's not the iPad, it's a laptop, it's a Windows laptop, can't even touch a screen on the Macbook, like, come on, I'm so used, I'm so used to put my dirty fingers on that even dirtier screen, I just forget that not everyone does it, not everyone, you know, not everything has that ability, anyway, so, this website called otter.

ai, otter, as in the animal, dot, a, i, alpha, india, that's the website, I've so far transcribed 104 episodes of relaxation hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic attacks, and altogether, there's 230 to transcribe from that podcast, and I've got, I've got remaining 1,163 minutes left, so I've used, used nearly, I've used five, 4,847 or something like that, so nearly, nearly 5,000 minutes, so I've got 1,163, so it gives you an idea of, and that's going to run out, I can't use it again until it resets on the 9th of August.

Now, and I should have mentioned this at the beginning of the podcast, if you would like to help me to get more minutes, you can, and basically, all you need to do, if you want to, if you want to help me, oh, I don't know, give a one month pro light by inviting your friends to otter, for every friend, for every friend who joins otter, will give you 100 rollover minutes, 100 rollover minutes, and 1,000 rollover minutes when they upgrade to pro, so there's, there's a link, so it's my own link, referral link, so I

could add that to the podcast or something, I just want to see, I want to see what comes up there, because Google, I wonder, is there a private, private, new private window, okay, let me link that in and see what it says, paste, because if I put it in normal, it will come up under my account, because I know that I'm there, they can see me, but here I'm hiding, okay, it says here, if you click on the link, it takes you to page, it says Jason Newland invited you to take smarter notes with one,

with otter one month pro light, okay, generate rich notes for meetings, interviews, lectures, and other important voice conversations, claim by creating a new account, or you can put your details in, so I'm going to make up a name, um, willie, um, willie wobble, no, don't, willie wobble, um, it might, um, willie prosper, but willie prosper, email, what email address should I use, damn it, uh, okay, right, what I'll do is, I'll just make up an email address, what email address do I have that I can use that hasn't been, hasn't got my name in it,

all my email addresses have got my name in it, I must have had something without my name, okay, if I just, um, no, I don't want to think that I'm being dodgy, right, I can't do it myself, so all you need to do is put your name in, first name, surname, email address, and use a password, create your own password, and then it says create an account, you might have to confirm your details, but that's it, um, I don't know if it's going to ask for any other details, I'm not sure, um, well, if you're

interested, I don't, I don't think I really sold it, really, um, I'm going to upload another thing, so we've got 104 done, 104, 104, number 105, 105, okay, I'll stick that back, basically, if I could get, I don't know, 10, 20 people signing up, and it's free, doesn't cost anything, and then you could use it, if you need to transcribe something, you can talk into it, and get stuff written out, and me, I'm using it to transcribe my podcast episodes, so that I can look into maybe, um, well, first two, three things, really, to see,

to just see what I've talked about, revamped, listen, and to remind myself of some of the recordings I've done, some of the hypnosis sessions I've done, to, and maybe start getting a bit more organized, and, you know, putting them into folders and stuff, so that I can know what I've talked about in the past, and maybe, and that's one thing, the second thing would be, to possibly put in transcriptions into the description box for the individual podcast episodes, and maybe YouTube as well, which may be useful to attract more of a Google audience, like the

people on Google, because it'll be, it might be more noticeable by the Google search engine.

The third is so that I'm able to put together an ebook, or more, you know, depending, so yeah, that's, it's more, you know, it's just something for the future, or for soon, hopefully. So, if I could get an extra, when I said roll over 100 minutes, I don't know if they mean 100 hours, 100 hours or 100 minutes? Yeah, wait a minute, 100 minutes, that's no point, is it? 100 minutes is nothing.

What would be the point in that? Right, home, tell a friend get 100 minutes, 100 minutes, that's nothing, is it? But if it's a rollover, and if it's an extra 100 minutes every day, or every month, 10 people, that's 1000 minutes. So if I get 60 people, that's another 6000 minutes. I suppose every little helps.

But I don't know why I thought it was like an extra 1000 minutes or something. I don't know. I was wrong.

I do believe. For the first time ever. Okay, so that's that about transcription.

So I've been working on that for two days. And there's nothing to do at the moment. It's just uploading the audio file to the web to the website.

And it does it all for me. And it's all stored on the website. And I can download or cut and paste it all which I do as well.

And I can have different folders for different podcasts. So it's good. It's all good.

This probably is a file size, but I'll have to look into it. Because once I've downloaded them, I won't need them left on there. So if there's a limit of, you know, 50 gigabytes or something like that, which I bet you're not probably already used up by now.

Now, ferrets, ferret, ferret, ferrets. There was a man who was supposed to collect or I kind of was thinking about collecting a ferret from on Thursday evening. But he didn't want to give one away.

He wanted me to have two. And in the end, I changed my mind. I wanted them but didn't.

I did. You know, I just wasn't sure. In the end, I changed my mind and said no.

And then I was contacted by a neighbor yesterday. Whose cousin or boyfriend or whatever has ferrets. And she literally is a neighbor.

She lives just a few doors up. And she said, I hear you're looking for a ferret. I said, oh.

And she put me on camera, whatever, you know, whatever they call it on iPhone. And showed me the ferrets. And he's got loads.

But the ones he was trying to unburden himself from, one he was trying to get rid of, were what you call them, pure whites with red eyes, albinos. And I'm a little bit scared of albinos. Not human ones.

But just, I don't know, something about them. I think it's the red eyes. It's unusual.

It's unusual for an animal to have red eyes, isn't it? It's weird. But I, I agreed to have, I said I only wanted one. So he was again, he was trying to get rid of two.

I said no, I only want one. Because that's what I had before. And I just, you know, I'll be with him all the time anyway.

He won't be alone. I know having another ferret would probably be much better for him. And he'd have a lot of fun and stuff.

But I don't feel I could handle two. It's hard enough, it was difficult just handling one sometimes. Especially when he was really being naughty.

Two together, I'd struggle to be able to make recordings at times, you know, just like running around, you know, like that, making the noises, fighting and banging into stuff and trashing the place. And no, no matter how much fun that sounds, and it is fun. And when I agreed, this today, this morning that we've brought him round, just one.

And I agreed. Agreeing to it. And I was trying to figure out why.

And there's two reasons really. Well, the main one is because of Andre. It's too soon.

It's too soon. So there's that. The other thing is, I've been thinking of getting out of here, going travelling, maybe not travelling, travelling, but at least going away.

Maybe to Thailand for a month. I'm thinking like next year, you know, once I manage to start the business. And if I can earn enough to get by, and then start to look at different places where I could live.

I'm in Thailand, it's one place, somewhere where I can make my podcasts, but also live in Thailand. Somewhere beautiful, really. It's a beautiful country, the scenery, the beaches, the nice weather, the boom boom, you know, it's lots of house trade going.

It's boom booming. But it's no trade at all. It's all closed in Thailand, pretty much.

So yeah, I'm not sure. I like the idea of just to see what happens, basically. But I can't do that if I have a pet.

And no wonder it wasn't a pet, but you know, let's use the correct term that most people use for dogs, cats, squirrels, elephants, whatever they may, they may, whatever they may have in their home, you know, so yeah, change your mind. I'm starting to drift off there. Seriously, I was starting to, so yeah, I was just drifting.

That's it really. I don't know how long I was asleep for then, but never mind. I just drifted off and started dreaming about something.

I wonder if I was making any weird noises. I'm going to listen back. I'll just listen.

If there's nothing too weird, I might just leave it there. So I'm going to go see as I decided not to get another ferret at the moment. So I'm going to go before I drift and fall asleep completely because I need to edit this and upload it.

Thank you for listening. Please remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy. Bye.
