Very tasty. Oh hello, welcome to Let Me Bore You To Sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.

All of my recordings are available on my website which is jasonnewland.com. I did a different introduction. Wow, 15 years, 15 blimming years. I'll be doing that.

Welcome to, well it started off being, because I was a lot younger, so I was like, hello, welcome to Jason, www.jasonnewland.com. And then it progressed to just jasonnewland.com. But always welcome to jasonnewland.com. Well, I just had a Snickers, or as I like to stick to the original name, I've had a Marathon. I just had a Marathon. Stupid main Snickers.

What's wrong with Marathon? But that was 30 years ago Jay. I know. Let it go man, let it go.

I know, I know I should let it go. Still a Marathon. Yeah, so hi.

This is Let Me Bore You To Sleep and I am, well I've just, this minute, or at least very recently, the last couple of minutes, finished watching the European Semi-Finals, England against Denmark. We only gone and won it. I'm English, but it says England I'm talking about.

Not Denmark, England. England have won it 2-1. Can't argue with that.

Pretty good, pretty, pretty good. So I'm pleased. I'm not even a football fan, but you know what? During the World Cup and during the European Cup and during the World Cup, I used to support the English player.

Sometimes, what's the miserable tennis player, the Scottish one, I forget his name, but he won Wimbledon twice and the whole of England got behind him like he was one of our own. He hates England. He's on record for, he doesn't like England.

He's like all about Scotland and he doesn't, you know, he's one of those ones that hate England. Like, but he's made so much money from England backing him and watching him and you know, giving him an audience in this country. He was a hero.

He was like a national hero. Well, he has been pretty much for years and years, but those two years that he won Wimbledon, absolutely Andy Murray and his mum's famous as well for doing the splits on some dance show. So, you know, even if someone's mildly English, you know, even if they're from another country, we had someone who was, I think he, I forget his name now, but he was Canadian.

But I think he once looked at a picture of England when he was five and then when he became good at tennis, we adopted him. Yeah. He's English.

We decided he's English and we backed him. We loved him. We nourished him.

We fed him from our bosom and I think he was grateful. I think he was quite happy. Unlike Murray.

He's like, when he talks, he's more, way more boring than I am when he talks. It sounds miserable. Yeah.

I'm sure he's not. It's just the way he talks. And to be fair, when you're, and you've got the skill that he has, and to be brilliant at something that he is, at tennis, he doesn't really have to worry about how he comes across, I guess.

Because if you're really, really good at something, that, that carries you. Doesn't matter how popular you are, with the world, if you can't actually win a tennis match, or win a football match, or win in the boxing ring, makes no difference. You know, you have to win.

You have to win to win. You have to win to win. Yes.

Although this country has a tendency over the years of, I don't know, sticking with someone sometimes, like Frank Bruno. He lost to Bonecrusher Smith, Tim Witherspoon, Mike Tyson, the first time, and Lennox Lewis. So he fought for the world title three times, and got knocked out all three times.

And before that, he got knocked out by Bonecrusher Smith. And he came, still came back, and he ended up winning the world title in, I think, 95. Now, and then he lost it to Mike Tyson the next year.

Or the same year, even, I don't know. But we loved Frank Bruno. And that, actually, that's, that is, that is the an example of, it didn't matter what he did.

He could do no wrong. We loved Frank Bruno. The country loved him.

He, he was on TV. He was, he was a huge, as far as I'm concerned, he still is, always will be. But, you know, he's not sort of on television this much, much now.

But he was on television a lot. Back in the day, in the 80s, and 90s, I guess. So he kept, you know, backing him.

And I was actually in the pub on that night when he won the world title. I was also in the pub when he lost, when he, what's that noise? I was in the pub when he fought for the world title against Lennox Lewis and lost in Cardiff in 1990. I think in three, maybe.

93. Would that be right? Yeah. I think he fought Bruno in 89.

He fought with Spoon in 87. I think Bonecrusher Smith knocked him out in 85 or 84. But he came back and he won the world title.

So that, I think that for me, I always sort of saw that as a sign of, you've got to keep going. No matter how much you get knocked down, get back up, and you keep going. And Frank Bruno is an example of that.

Example of someone that had a dream, followed his dream, pursued it, and against the odds, really, he won. And he ended up winning the world title from the man who took the world title from Lennox Lewis by knocking Lennox Lewis out. I mean, you'd think that he wouldn't stand a chance.

No offence, but Lennox Lewis had already knocked him out. Then this bloke comes along, knocks Lennox Lewis out, and then Bruno fights him. So the odds weren't great, you know.

But he did, he won it on points, but he won it clearly. He was great. It was the best night of his career.

Obviously, he won the world title, but he fought really well. Dear Jason, can you please stop talking about boxing? I have no interest in it, and it's boring me. It's a boring podcast.

Yeah, yeah, boring. Yeah, but you're interested, and that takes away the fun. If you're interested in something, I don't want to hear about it.

It's a bit cruel. You're cruel. Ah, dear.

So, I watched the football. I made a recording earlier. It's quite a long one.

I think, again, it's like an hour or over an hour. Blimey, I'm doing long recordings at the moment. And that was the relax and sleep hypnosis daily.

And I talk about, I don't know, something for over an hour. I've got a big bit of peanut in my mouth. Peanut.

I had two days off of drinking Coke, but I bought some, so I had to go to the garage and get something. So, I ended up buying some, I'm so weak, I ended up buying some Coca-Cola's. And one can lasted me about two and three quarter hours.

It's amazing, isn't it? I just, I realised that I'm chucking away half of the can usually, because they get warm, so I get another one out of the fridge. Because I take so long to drink the tings. Still very unsure about what to do with my life.

Weird, considering I'm 72. I should have figured it out by now, shouldn't I? I guess. But I haven't.

I just wanna, I wanna, I wanna do something. I wanna do something, but, you know what I mean? Just something. Have something to, you know, look forward to.

Something to plan. And I had an opportunity to get a couple of ferrets, which will be tomorrow. It cost me £160, because I didn't want to let one go, I wanted two.

I wanted them to go in pairs. So, it's £120, cos £60 each. Not too grand, which is nice, you know? Well, it's not too grand, quite grand, you know? But money-wise, not too, not £2,000.

But in order for me to collect them, I need to sort of get a taxi, and that's gonna cost me about £60 plus to get there and back. So that's £180. I don't have that much money.

I was hoping to really just get one, if I was gonna get a ferret, to get one. But I think the way it's going is I'm just not gonna get one. And it's not gonna happen.

So, I'm just feeling a bit weird, really, about the whole thing, because in some ways, it feels too soon. And in other ways, I just really don't want, don't want another one. All I want is Andre.

However childish that might sound, but I loved him. It wasn't, you know, it's like, get yourself another grandmother. No.

She's gone. I can't, I can't, I can't have another one. I'll get myself another old lady to visit.

No, it doesn't work like that. So I think, I think I need to just face the facts. Well, I know he's not coming back, but to maybe start clearing this place up and tidying up some of it, get rid of the remainder of his stuff and planning a way out of the situation I'm in to move on or to go traveling or something.

Because yeah, I don't really like the lifestyle I have. It's not really even a lifestyle. It's more, I'm not, I don't feel like I'm really, I'm really accomplishing anything.

Okay, maybe I okay, and that's not completely true. I feel okay, if I've made a few recordings, and I've done some work, I've done something. But then, the next day, it's just starting all over again.

I think if I made one recording a week, it almost feel, it'd be weird because, but it almost feel like, okay, it's almost like it'd have more value. If I did one, relax and sleep hypnosis, or one deep sleep whisper, one, let me breathe to sleep. If I did one a week, it seems more, I don't know, more, yeah, more valuable, more, more meaningful.

If I do it every day, it's almost just like, where's another one? There's another one. There's another one. There's another one.

And although it doesn't feel like that when I'm making them, because they are all different in their own little weird way. It's never completed. It's never, it's not even like, okay, I'm not 10% there, or 20% or 30%.

I'm no, I'm no percent there. Because there's no ending. Of course, there will be an ending.

But you know, in as far as podcasting or making recordings, I've been doing it for so long, made so many. There's, I don't know, there's, there's it's, you know, it's almost like playing a game with no result. No way to win, no way, just, just doing it for the sake of it.

Well, not the sake of it, because I, you know, I guess sometimes I lose track of why I started doing this in the first place a little bit. And sometimes I'm reminded if I get nice messages from people telling me that what I'm doing is useful. And that, I get, I get the odd one, but I don't get many.

I do appreciate when I do get them. But I also realized that over time, a lot of people have sent messages like that. You're not going to want to keep sending messages.

Well, is Mrs. Number 15. Yeah, thanks. Yeah, cheers.

Cheers again. Just there. So I don't know.

Not quite sure. My prune, my prune juice arrived today. I had half a cup full of prune juice.

Tasted all right. I've forgotten that I actually like the taste of prunes. I haven't had a prune probably for blimey, it could be 20, 20 odd years, if not more.

But I love the taste of prunes. It's got a really unique, it tastes like prunes. It's nice.

I quite like it. However, it hasn't had the desired effect so far. So I might need to drink more.

Maybe I need to drink a whole cup. Maybe I need to drink a few cups a day. Not sure, really.

And if some people might be listening to this and thinking, why are you drinking prune juice? It's almost like you're expecting some kind of result from drinking prune juice. Almost like you're drinking prune juice for a particular outcome. Yeah, I mean, outcome, something coming out is definitely the result I'm looking for.

So just have a wait. And I'm not, I can't believe I'm talking about this, but I'm not feeling as sore as I did yesterday. The day before is what I really just are.

And yesterday, I still felt the after effects. Today, feeling better. But apparently constipation can be caused.

It's not really that often associated with anything serious. Sitting down a lot, lying down a lot, doing very little exercise, changing diet, or medication or something like that is some of the main causes. Now, I've not had a change in diet.

I've not really had any medication that the painkillers can clog me up a little bit, but never to the point of being. I've never had my poo turned concrete before. So that was, I did, I broke the toilet.

I didn't, I clogged it up though. Why am I talking about this? Why do you keep asking me such personal questions? I don't want to talk about it anymore. You can't make me.

You're not my real dad. So I don't know what to do. What do I do? What do I do? I mean, I don't know.

I just, I just don't know anymore. You know what I mean? It's got to be, I think I need something new, something new. And I've been thinking, you know, at the moment there's a lot of stuff.

Well, being on the news that a considerable amount of care workers are refusing to do the, to take the jab, the, whatever you call it, jab, the thingy that we don't mention on this podcast. As you talk about poo and constipation and using a toothbrush in a very unorthodox manner, but you won't talk about, uh, you know, that thing that everybody talks about anyway. Yeah.

I don't, I decided year, year, well, well, yeah, years ago, I guess last year that I wanted to be a COVID free podcast. And I said the word, but I don't use that word. I don't talk generally enough because let's face it, that, that would be all it would be about.

If I just talked about what was going on in the world or in my life, it'd just be all about that. I've talked about like the effects of it as far as, um, not being able to get any shopping deliveries and stuff like that last year. But I haven't focused on it.

I haven't given it a lot attention because it doesn't need my help. You know, he has enough attention as it is. So I've kind of kept away from it purposefully to be a, a virus free podcast.

I think I've done all right. Kind of. What do you think? Do you think I've done all right? Am I a success, daddy? Am I? I don't know.

Um, I'm not sure. I hope, I hope I've kind of, I've tried to, I've tried to keep away from that stuff. Apart from anything else, it's, it's got tedious.

I mean, for me, it was tedious after a couple of months when it's all the TV talked about, all they talked about on the radio, blah, blah, blah. Come on. And they're still talking about it every single day for how many, 18 months, whatever it's been.

Pretty much since February, March last year, not one news bulleted, not one, not one has really gone, been on telly without mentioning it. And I used to follow it. I used to follow the stats if I still do, but you know, a couple of times a week, I've got a website that I go to and just gives me the world stats, you know, daily and stuff.

But at the beginning, I used to be refreshing it every two hours. I was always looking to see, Oh, I found at one point I was even mocking it. So what we get so excited for people, all four people, obviously not realizing that it was going to sort of take off and become as popular as it was.

And, uh, and all the loss, I mean, my uncle passed away from it. He was very ill, but he caught the virus and he died just for Christmas. So it's touched my family as it's touched millions of other families around, around the world.

So it's crazy, crazy, really. But I can't believe I spent 10 minutes telling you about how I don't talk about something whilst at the same time talking about it. Because you can't talk about not talking about something unless you actually talk about the thing that you're not talking about.

Why have I broken my rules? Because after three years and three and a half years, I finally ran out of stuff to talk about. I've gotten out to talk about how many years has it been? I love this. I love looking, looking at the, the number one was 27th of March, 2018 was the first of these.

Let Me Bore You To Sleep. 27th of March, 2018, 19, 20, 21, March, April, May, June, July, three years and four months. So it's not three and a half years, but it's not far off.

Not far off. And this is number 385, I think. 685, 684 was yesterday, the sixth or seventh day.

So this is number 685. Blimey. It's ridiculous, really, isn't it? Considering I didn't have anything to talk about during the first recording, before I started recording, I did nothing to talk about.

And I've never had to really had anything to talk about. Through that period, my life is probably the most boring it's ever been, in some ways. Yeah, I still managed to do at least 684 hours.

I mean, it's a lot more than that. But 684 recordings, just me talking about nothing at all. 684.

And that's ridiculous. I mean, I don't want to take to actually 684. You realize if you're going to listen all day, 24 hours a day, it would take you a whole month to listen to these recordings.

28 and a half days. So it's nearly a month, depending on which month it is of the year, of course. 28 and a half days.

That's based on them being an hour long. And they're not. So we've got to add at least 10 minutes to each one.

So 685, 685 hours, 685 times by 70 divided by 24. It'll take 1997 days. That's not right, is it? 70.

Okay, wait a minute. So 24 hours divided by 60. 24 times 60.

1,440. Okay. Blimey.

How do I work this out? So 70. See, mathematics. 70 minutes.

So another 10 minutes. So 664. So 6,640 minutes.

6,640. Plus 6,640. So 680.

680. Six. Oh, how many have I done? Oh, this is just hard work.

684, 684 times by 70. Okay. It's 47,880 minutes.

Divide that by 24. Would that be right? By 24. No.

70 minutes. 60 times by 60. 60 minutes times by 684 equals 41,040 minutes.

Divided by. I've got no idea what I'm doing. Divided by 30, 40.

Okay. 600, 684 hours divided by 24. Um, I don't know.

It's take a while anyway. You know, if you 684. If you watch one a day.

So times that by 12. It's 8,208 years. No, that can't be right.

Hmm. I bet someone sends me a message with the correct, the correct working out. I'm just trying to figure out how long it would take.

684 hours. Okay. How many hours in a day? 24.

684 divided by 24. So yeah, it's 28 days. So it's, it's a, it'll take a month solidly.

If you're watching solidly for a month or listening solidly for a month rather, it would take you 28 days or a month with the extra time, probably 30, 35 days. Now that's not very realistic. Is it? So if you really go, let's listen for 16 hours a day.

Again, unrealistic, but you know, you just go to sleep and you wake up, you listen until you go to bed again. So 16 hours divided by 16, 42 days. Or if you do it by eight hours a day, we've still a hell of a lot, isn't it? It would take 85 days.

So 85 days, which is what? It's nearly three months. That really was pointless. Why did I bother with that? Why, why, why did you insist upon me checking that out? No one won.

There was no winners there, wasn't there? Not a winner among us. No, everyone's a winner, baby. That's all right.

No, I'm just looking at my emails, text messages and stuff now happening on there. So, yeah, I think I'm just not very organized at the moment. And part of the reason is the amount of work that is needed.

If I am indeed to move back into YouTube, it's huge. Now, I guess it doesn't need to be as huge as I'm making it out to be. If I just made a video and just uploaded it without any editing or anything like that.

But I don't really want to do that anymore. I don't want to do the way I used to. I want to make them decent.

And I mean, at one point, the video is the important thing. The podcast was secondary. I'd make the video, I'd extract the sound from the video, and I just add that onto SoundCloud or whatever podcast I was hosting at the time, you know, 10, 12 years ago, 13 years ago, whatever.

Because I've been doing podcasts since at least 2007. Because I had a podcast, I remember in 2008, because I just started university. And I remember showing it off to a couple of the other students.

Because I'd had, I found reached 100,000 downloads or something, or might be more. But I was really excited. Look at this.

I'm a hero. And I was just really excited. So I'd 100% had podcasts, at least 2007.

Between then and now, always had podcasts, even when I didn't really do much with them. You know, just as I said, I just extract the sound from the video. And this is what I was doing probably a lot of the time.

Back in 2011, 2012, 13. But not always, sometimes I would make a specific recording, just audio, and no video. So it's kind of a mixture.

But my focus was very much more on videos. For quite a few, yeah, a good few years. But at the same time, still maintaining the podcasts and SoundCloud, I was getting hundreds of 1000s of downloads.

Not every year, but I think I was doing, I was getting about 100,000 a year on SoundCloud. Which is okay. It was is reasonable.

So I was more focused on YouTube, though. Because I don't know why really, podcasts have always really been, I guess because podcasts weren't that popular. They were popular and then they weren't.

You know, for a short while, there was loads of free podcasts that you could join. And, you know, back in those days, like night 2006 2007. The amount of free services that were online was amazing.

You know, you had Facebook, you had MySpace and Facebook came along YouTube, all these free places where you could upload. Well, Facebook, not so much, but you could share stuff. But on MySpace, and on YouTube, you could upload videos, you could upload recordings, podcast episodes, you know, audios and stuff, mp3s.

And there was loads of other places as well that you could do it. And I think I'm going to check it out on here. My free podcast.

It's not there anymore. My free podcast.com.com. Wedos is that the website is still addressed. Wow.

It's now Wedos. Your domain is registered. Your domain is substituted and ready to use.

You can start working on your new website. Okay, my free podcast. Okay, it's not around anymore.

Used to be. Used to be around. Archive.

So there's an archive. Archive. I'm going to check this out.

Because you can search. You can search on internet archive. Search myself.

Wow. Now still just checking that it's not affecting the podcast I'm recording now. So there's a website called archive.com. No, .org, rather.

It's funny, it's funny, really. Because the first thing that comes up, if you put my name in, is hypnotic buffet. People still don't listen to the hypnotic buffet.

It's one of the some of my best work, and people don't listen to it. Even then I, even me, publicizing it makes no difference. Now, listen to it.

It used to be really popular. Well, in my little world. Wow.

Oh, this is just stuff from my website. That's what it is. It's just stuff from my website.

Oh, wow. Now I'm finding stuff. That's not, it's not me.

It nor me nor more. I wonder if I can check for podcasts. Search archived websites.

Okay, go. I'm going to search archived websites. I am on it, because I've looked before.

Wow. Do you want to see some of the websites I've had in the past? Should I tell you? Are you interested? Really? Okay, here we go. So this is Wayback, the Internet Archive Wayback Machine.

Freesmokingcourse.com. ColchesterCounseling.com. jasonnewland.com. Still got that one. Mypodcast.com. BuddhistJay. Wow, it's still there.

ColchesterChronicPain.com. FreePainRelief.co.uk was one of my first websites. I had that back in 2004 when I launched the free pain relief service in my town that I was living in at the time. And online.

And I was, I think I put, I think I maybe put a couple of recordings on there or something. Pain relief stuff. I can't remember.

So technically, I've been doing this for a lot longer than it's 2006. But well, not a lot longer. But FreePainRelief, that was the precursor.

And in 2006, it kicked off and became kind of popular-ish. And then that led to the, I think I started, I was using jasonnewland.com at the same time. Because I'd had that domain name for a long, long time.

But wow, there's pictures. It gives you little captures and lets you know. And what other ones? No, that's, that's about it.

SetStandWaxyWobble. No, it's not me. No, no, no, no.

So I had to think, I think I had about 50,000 visits to the website. So it wasn't a huge amount. But then I just gave it or maybe even more.

But it was something like that. But I was pleased because I had FreePainRelief.co.uk as well. I'm just going to see what website that is now.

If someone else has it. Let me have a look. This is exciting.

Yeah, this must offer free bunion relieving foot gel. Wow. So yeah, that's taken.

And what about, what about, come on, come on. It's exploring 591 billion websites. And it basically takes a snapshot of your website every now and then, whoever you are, just randomly.

And you can search your website and see just as a little reminder, if you know what I mean. Wow. This is 1042 captures of jasonnewland.com. The most recent is the 26th of February.

I wonder why they, I'm just going to look at that one. The calendar views the map. It's not, it's taken a while to open up.

Come on, baby. Open up for daddy, daddy. All right.

Yeah, this just looks the way it is now. However, every time I go back is, if I go back in time, so between 2007, it's been keeping snapshots between 2000 up to 2006 and 2021. But doesn't have any below after before 2007.

So if I just go back to 2007, the very first picture, let's have a look. The 19th of February 2007. Let's have a look what it looked like back then.

Wow. Seriously. Wow.

Free hypnosis audio sessions. This is the headline. This is my website, jasonnewland.com. 19th of February 2007.

It's just got the title free hypnosis audio sessions for relaxation and chronic pain relief. Hi. Hi.

My name is Jason Newland. And welcome to www.hypnosis.com. jasonnewland.com. This website is here to help people worldwide with chronic pain and stress issues. Everything I do is free.

I lead regular hypnosis groups in Ipswich, Suffolk for relaxation and chronic pain relief, which I did. Please join my email list and get regular updates. I record all my group sessions and upload onto this website for everyone to listen to for free.

Please help to promote this free service I offer. And if this audio download is of use to you, please. Okay.

I did introduction video. I say, Oh, there's been a problem with my downloads. They've been so.

Oh, yeah. Look at this. I don't remember this.

There's been a problem with the downloads. They've been so popular. The free hoster is now demanding money.

So they will now only be available from my from this website. Now, it doesn't sound like me. Unless they were asking for a lot of money.

It's a long time. I don't remember what's 1313 years ago, 14 years ago. So I don't remember what, who it was I was with and who how much they were asking for.

But I was working at the time. So I can't imagine I'd have like, at least you were paying 20 quid a month or something back then. Havoc.

Havoc. I tell you what I did find, which is very, I found it interesting. I get stuck on this.

I might this might be a long record. And I might just stay on and have a little look through it and bore the pants off you want to do so. But this is the, this is the index I had.

I had home testimonials, donate to charity. So I was raising money for the NSPCA or RSPCA. I had testimonials, arm pain test, arthritis pain test, phantom pain test.

I would test these are testimonials. So testimonials from people, um, newspaper article, free audio sessions, social network, my space, my space, the link to there, my friends, my blog. Okay, right.

So I come out of that. So I find that interesting. I know.

It might not be interesting to everyone. So if I go to Wow, the 11th of March 2008. So it's a year later, just over a year.

I've actually got a year later. So it's 2008. 11th of March 2008.

That's weird. Anyway, I've got a long list of recordings. I mean, literally, there's, there are lots and lots and lots of recordings that you can download.

I wonder if this is going to open up to a link. Oh my goodness. Right.

Guess what I found? I found the page to my podcast on my free podcast. Oh, yeah, the address is buddhistj.mypodcast.com. And this is Friday, the 10th of August 2007. Audio number eight.

So I have 147 downloads of that one at the time from that archives 2000 June 2007. So look, that might be the earliest. Blimey, wow.

For me, this looks like it's the very first recording I did. Introduction to free relaxation and chronic pain relief. 147 downloads.

And that's a streaming really, I guess, two minutes long that one. However, that doesn't make sense. Because June 11 audio 14.

So maybe I did it after maybe? Yeah, it doesn't go any further back. Free podcast hosting. What if it comes? Does mine come up? Wow.

No, that's that's gone. Come out of that. My complete profile.

Nope, that's gone. Jason. So let's go look at January 2008.

Because that links working. So according to this, I'm getting. So audio number 20.

133 downloads. 21 106 downloads. Audio 22 223 downloads.

118 downloads from number 23. Now, I know, just in my little memory, that it was I had. How many do I have by April 2008? I had a greetings message.

Okay. Recent posts 32. So look on March 2008.

Okay. So it goes up to 32. Number session 32 relaxation session.

Now I had at least in my memory over 200 recordings by the time that they took it off. But you know, just and they deleted loads of the recordings. I just remember that.

But I think it closed in 2009. Maybe 2010. They completely closed it.

But they Wow. Wow. Here.

There's a radio interview that I had on the 13th of February 2008. 13th of February 2008. Who the hell is that with? Well, I don't remember doing that.

And it says it is with my profile. Jason Newland. My life's work is to help as many people as possible to reduce their chronic pain.

Go to my website now to find out more about my free services. www.jasonnewland.com. I was still really and I'd moved at this point. I'd moved I've been doing it for a couple of years, I think.

And I was still wanting to do chronic pain relief. But everybody was interested in relaxation and sleep stuff. So let's look at some of the stats.

I don't think these are correct. But video session 11 10 minute relaxation. Session five.

Well, how many numbers? 118 downloads. That was March 2008. This is the 7th of March session 24 10 minute relaxation session.

121 downloads session 25 10 minute chronic pain relief. 108 downloads. Session 26 30 minute chronic pain relief session.

128 downloads. And March 10 2008. Session 27 10 minute relaxation session.

131 downloads. Session 28 10 minute chronic pain relief. So March 10 114 downloads.

Session 29 insomnia relief. 213 downloads. March 11 session 30 10 minute relaxation session 144 downloads.

Session 31 10 minute chronic pain relief. 134 downloads. Lastly on there.

I think this is no it's not the last one they put March 19 2008. Session 32 relaxation session 210 downloads. Right the radio interviews not on there.

March. I'm confused. So look there.

May 2008. Oh, look, look, look, look. This proves what I was saying.

So session one relaxation remastered 544 downloads. This is made a 30 of 2008. May 31 session 105 five insomnia relief.

Better sleep sessions with sounds of a mockingbird in the background. This is basically a bird game. You're never gonna you're never gonna get to sleep.

Look at you your fuzzy hair. Your funny toenails. 167 downloads for that one.

But it's not showing the whole page. So you see 105 recordings there. I knew there was there was more than was being in my memory.

I knew it. I blooming well knew it. I wonder how far it did go up.

Excuse me. Now how far the the Oh, radio interview 142 downloads. Download this episode.

Seven minutes. Nope, page not available. Now that's a surprise.

They're hardly going to keep all the downloads available are they under being closed for ever. My podcast calm. This is educational, isn't it really? So radio interview.

January 2008. Audio 20. So then we're getting in the hundreds for not everyone.

January 2000 December 2007. Audio 19. Audio 19 125 downloads.

That's the only one showing. November 2007. Again, only showing two recordings 17 and 18 120 and 127 downloads.

I do almost wish that I'd kept track of the all the different podcasts I did back then. I think that's why I started putting dates on them a few years back. Because when I look back, I like to just start Oh, okay.

That's it just it's a little bit organized a bit like a filing system, I guess. So the game these ones are getting 184 downloads 166 149. Let's have a look.

Ah, some of these are all so 16 is it Look at this. Third, first of the third I seven. So this was March 2007.

Short relaxation session. 140 downloads. That's 15 minutes.

Fifth of the second 2007. Short live relaxation audio 132 downloads. So 20th of the first 2007.

Wow, this is even earlier. 20th of the first body awareness session. 84 downloads.

That's 57 minutes long. Audio session. Number 1216 12 for the six 2007 36 minutes long.

Oh, I'm just, I don't know why I just find this stuff. Fascinating. It's about me, isn't it? I guess.

So I was keeping track of some of the dates. Audio 14 167 147 downloads into introduction three relaxation and chronic pain relief. Wow.

So if I come out of that, so that's, that's the link. So I had the link to the podcast on my website. So you could just go there and, and I know that it wasn't my podcast.com that was asking for money because I never asked for any money.

Because I'd have given it to him. Because I love that podcast. It was the first wasn't it was one of the first podcasts I ever joined.

And it's great. It was free. It wasn't just the they had the whole, they had their own audience of millions of people that would use the service.

And even though it's only showing up 131 downloads and whatever, I know I had higher stats on some of the later recordings. Trust me. I'm really lie.

Yeah, it's not coming up. So I come out of there. And if I go back, so if I go to if I go forward to April 2000, February 2011.

Wow, that's my website. So I go to December 2006. This is November the 3rd 2011.

Hundreds of free hypnosis sessions. That's what my website said. Oh, the top is free hypnosis videos and audio mp3 downloads with worldwide known hypnotist Jason Newland.

This is 10 years ago. I'm still not known. Why am I why did I put that? Hundreds of free hypnosis sessions with hypnotist Jason Newland.

I will send updates when new cus the new sessions are available and a monthly newsletter. What can I help? What can I do? What can you do? What can you do to help? Oh, my name is Jason Newland and this free hypnosis service is produced by me. There are currently 240 free videos and audio mp3 downloads available here to use.

And please help me to promote it. I need you to help in reaching a bigger and wider audience. There are 200 free.

Wow, so that is a different, different setup, relaxation menu, chronic pain menu, insomnia menu, stop smoking course, reduce pain medication, anger management, exam nerves, daily hypnosis, 30 day relaxation plan. That was new back then. Whisper hypnosis, increase confidence, difficult people feel awesomely wonderful.

Everything changes, including you. Stop nail biting. Now I actually had an anger management course.

I also had an exam nerves course, and also had a driving test course. I lost them all. They I don't know along the way they disappeared.

I lost them. So these are ones that I created myself. My name is Mimi Mimi.

There's lots of links to different pages. Now it's not. So let me just move to a different move a little bit closer, shall we? So this is the second of February 2011.

Again, changed. Oh, there's my Facebook page. Jason Newland fan page, Jason.

148 fans. Wow. And there's this, you could literally just click to listen to the different audios I had.

And again, I had a menu articles and a menu of articles. Testimonials, testimonial PDF. I had a testimonial PDF.

And it's the clue that wasn't I just told you. But I literally had hundreds of testimonials. Hundreds.

And you might think, yeah, yeah, no, I literally, I've got a page here. And it's listed. This is March 16 2011.

According to this, or 380 testimonials from people who have contacted me and sort of posted stuff on the website and stuff. And so look, I'm the most relaxed I've been in a long time. I'm going to refer you to my friends and family.

And I just see if it allows me to go to different pages. No, it's not. Damn you.

No, it's only allowing that one page. That's not fair. So if I go ahead in time, I want to go ahead.

Okay. I want to be able to see because there's this whole. Oh, wow.

Okay, I want to go all the way to April, March 2011. Okay. Come on.

It's not allowing it, please. Okay. If I have to go back, then I'll do that.

I think I've gone forward too far in some of the pages. That's what I've done. Come on.

Come on. Right. Okay.

So if I go forward to 2013. Only one. I mean, there's a few.

So I'll go to 27th of July, 2013. What on earth is that? Wow. There's just a picture of some candles.

That's not good. So I go to May, May the 25th. It's got to be something a bit better there.

Oh, it's on there. I think some of the websites are used, they used Flash. And that doesn't always get remembered very well.

So I go forward to 2014. 4th of January. Come on.

Come on. Oh, this is a mess. Absolute mess.

Because of the Yeah, it's a mess because of the the website I was using. Let's go to 2016. 8th of March.

What's going to come up there? But you would know till you look, will you? I know. I was just, you know, talking generally. Generally.

Come on. What's on the 8th of March, 7th of March, 2016. And I was living here, wasn't I? Living here.

Come on. Come on. Saved 123 times between 19th of February 2007 and 2021.

So 14 years. Right. That's not happening.

So let's go. Let's do another one. April 15th, 2016.

Now this one's working. Okay. Again, it's a mess.

It's a mess, mess, mess, mess, mess. But I think it was okay. You know, it just looks a mess the way it is.

Oh, wow. That's interesting. It's actually working.

That's not a bad little website, actually. You know, kind of. Anyway, I'll come out of that.

So let's go to 18, 2018. 11th of March. This should be fine.

Come on. Yep. It's working.

So this should be fine because I'm using. I don't remember what I was using. I don't remember what website I used back then.

What's, you know, website building software, but nothing is coming up at all. So I'll come back out of that. Let's look on November 20th, December 23rd.

That's moving. So that should. Ah, okay.

So it's the same website as what I've got now. It is exactly the same. But do I? Okay.

23rd of December, 2018. Do you know what the latest recording is? Number 67. Let me boy to sleep.

Live Facebook stream. Wow. Oh, that's interesting.

Okay, I'll come out of that. So go to 2000. Let's go to 2017.

We didn't do that yet. So 30th of September, 2017. What's occurring on that day? Oh, okay.

I remember this. I do remember this, but I don't know what I was using to build it. I've used practically every single website building that you could ever have.

I've tried them all pretty much. I was all listed. So Friday, 29th of September, 2017.

Live relaxation stream number five. Tuesday and Thursday, 11pm UK time. Wow.

Live relaxation session number four. Headache relief. Tuesday and Thursday, 11pm.

That's the 27th. Blimey. And this is all listed.

Um, relaxation, sleep, and then chronic pain. And it's going through all the different pain issues. Right, I've come out of that.

So what month should I go to now? 2019. 2019. Let's go to December 16th.

December the 16th. Wow, what a mess. Blimey.

It's not really, it's, it's, it's organized differently. That's all. Oh, look at this.

Some of the testimonials. Very relaxing voice, but I find your ramblings interesting and not at all boring. New sub, thanks.

Oh, thanks. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these recordings. The ASMR hypnosis videos are my favorite.

That's from another person. Amazing podcast. I started listening to this podcast when I had difficult time relaxing.

During exams, I discovered this podcast and would listen to it every night. I immediately felt more, more, more. No, it's not allowing me to go anywhere with that.

Oh, it is. Wow. Amazing podcast.

I've been listening on CastBox for a long time. Love these Jason. I've been listening on CastBox for a long time.

Hasn't occurred to me that I wasn't subscribed to your channel. Time for a long one again. As soon as I hear Jason's comforting voice, my mind is at ease and I feel relaxed instantly.

Jason has been successfully getting me to sleep for the last few hours. For the last few weeks. What was usually an anxiety filled two or three hours of trying to fall asleep, is now a short and calm experience.

I actually enjoy and look forward to. Thanks, Jason. You're doing amazing work.

Never fails to set me asleep. Thank you, Jason. Another one.

Believe in myself again. Hi, this is from Emily. I just want to thank you for providing me with a better outlook.

I've suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for a while and didn't want to medicate as I felt I'd be dependent upon them. I just wanted to thank you for teaching me how to control and believe in myself again. And I've only done a full seven episodes and thank you so much.

That's for the relax and stress. Relax and stress and stuff. Yeah.

You're changing lives. Hi, just was moved to thank you for the free app for insomnia. You're changing lives, buddy.

So thanks. Thank you. Another one says, you are literally my favorite person.

At the moment. That's from Beth. You're the best friend I never met.

Thank you so much for helping me get through my loneliest days. Thank you. I just love your voice.

It's so calming. You're my best friend that I never had. Wow.

There's loads. Blimey. There's loads and loads and loads loads.

Wow. That's one way to get back in touch with some of the testimonials I've had. I can stick them on the website again.

Anyway, I think I've kind of used up my time here. Very unwisely, I think it's not particularly well. November 2020.

November 1st, come on. It's got a highlight on it for some reason. I want to check it out.

Okay, that's just exactly the same as now. So there's no difference there because only a few months ago. January 2020.

Let's have a look. January 2020. Jason Newland.

This is January last year. Over 1,100 free Hypnosis MP3s available to stream and download since 2006. So there's a list of different stuff.

Again, this is a different website to the one I'm using at the moment. These free Hypnosis MP3s can be streamed and downloaded. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.

All free Hypnosis recorded by Jason and by me. All sessions organized. I'm up to number 472.

Let me fall asleep at that point. And that was August 2020. Wow.

What are we now? July. Yeah, so I've done a couple 100, 200 and something since then. It feels like I do them every day, but clearly I'm not doing them every day.

I just have I have moments when I don't do them. And that's November. That was November.

3rd of July. That's what we need. That was November.

That was That was a lot closer to here than Jolly. Jolly. Okay.

All right. This is the website I'm on now. Okay.

443 in July. 3rd of July. Literally kind of the same.

I think there's six today. So the 3rd of July. So a year ago exactly.

I was a number 443. It's a 456. It's about 244.

244. Something like that I've made in the last year. That's weird though.

Because look at this. This is July 2003, 2020. And I started doing the Jason's story time.

Humpty Dumpty and other stories. So I only just started doing that. 247 deep sleep whisper.

Wow. I just think it's strange. I don't know why.

Just it's weird to look back upon a star. Looking back upon a star. We are where we are.

Because that's where we are. Wow. So that's a little bit of an insight into the past.

Regarding my podcasts and my website. I wonder. I wonder.

YouTube. I wonder if anything comes up for me. Search archives.

If my YouTube channel comes up. I'd really like to see that. Because it might show me some of the statistics.

You know what I mean. It might. It might not.

But it might. Nowt. There's nothing there.

Okay. Right. I'm going to end this recording now.

Because it's 95 minutes of absolute drivel. But I think it's quite. It's mildly interesting just to see.

Just to sort of be reminded that. I really was doing this stuff a long time ago. You know 97.

No 2007 rather. Or 2004 if you go back. If you go back for one of the websites.

But 2007 I was very active. Making recordings really regularly. Daily.

Making new recordings. And probably new videos. At the same time.

Or separate even. Wow. And people were listening.

They really were. Anyway that's it for me. Thank you for listening.

Remember to be kind to yourself. Because. Because.

Because. Because. Because.

You deserve to be happy. Lots of love. Bye.
