So I hope you're well, I hope you're okay. So it's Monday the 14th of Jun 2021 and it's been a warm day but it's been very overcast.
In fact, it's kind of getting dark inside and it's only 20 to 7 and it's still it's still light outside but it's not as light as it normally is because you can be outside till 10 o'clock now before it's too before it's dark. So there's usually what 78910 Yeah, so it's usually got at least another two and a half hours before it starts to get dark, but I don't reckon it's going to last that long. If I'm honest, I mean, it's Yeah, but guess what? I exposed my legs today.
I know I can, I can hear the whooping and the sound of fear. You know what was weird? I don't have fat legs. Now if you're listening for the first time, you might think, well, that's a bit of a weird thing to say.
Not really, if you know me, well, nothing's really weird for me but I have, in fact, I'll give you an idea what my legs are like, apart from being short and hairy and they and white, very white, they don't get to see the sun very often. And as I was walking earlier, as I sometimes do, and I was outside and I had my shorts on and I noticed something my thighs were not rubbing together, they were not chafing. Now, that's a sign that I've got okay legs.
I've actually had compliments on my legs in the past. Not by any women, but you know, it's still a compliment, isn't it, even if it is from your dad. No, I'd like a couple of people to say, well, you've got, you've got good legs.
Oh, thanks. They are very well behaved. It's like, yeah, thanks, but please let's not have this conversation again.
Can we just focus on the driving lesson, please, mate? It's, yeah, I've got, I probably do have a bit of fat in there somewhere. But I think what it is, is anyone that's quite heavy. I'm, I don't know, heavy-ish, you have to have very, very strong legs to carry the weight.
So every time you walk around, you're doing, you're getting a workout. Maybe, you know, not cardiovascularly, but the muscles in your legs are getting a good old going over. So maybe that's why.
Plus, I used to do a lot of walking. I said walking when I was younger. I did.
I used to walk everywhere. These days, I'm more of a bus person, more of a bus, I do buses. But that's just because, because of where I live, I live so far away from anything.
I am, you know, 100 kilograms. That's what I am. Roughly.
I might have lost weight, might have put it on, I don't know. Haven't been weighed for over a year. But I don't see any particular difference in me.
But you never know, I might have lost something. Might have put some on, but I would say minimal. I'm not like 120 kilos or anything like that.
If I had put weight on, I might be 105 kilos or I might be 95 kilos. You never know. But what is that in stone? So 100 kilos is 15.7 stone.
And in pounds, it's 220 pounds, 0.462. So 220 pounds. Or in stone, 15.7 stone. Now, you know, that'd be a good weight, a good weight for me if I was like 6'4".
But I'm not. I'm 5'2". So as you can imagine, I look like a cartoon.
No, I'm 5'8". 5'8". You know, that's really weird.
I don't know what this is, why it annoys me. But I had a medical probably about two years ago. And the lady was just weighing me and I was like, I don't know, 99 kilos.
And she went to check my height. And I said, well, I'm 5'8". I've been 5'8 since I was probably 15 years old.
And she almost was gushing with pleasure, saying, oh, no, you're 5'7.5". Like, almost like giggling as she was saying it. And that sickens me. You might think, well, that's a bit of an overreaction.
No, that disrespect towards someone as important as me, I was, I've never been so angry. Honestly, I was, it was almost like a real put down. That seems to just be a certain trait, which I'm not a big fan of in certain people putting down men.
Just like I'm not a big fan of people that put down women. You know, I'm not, I don't, to their faces, behind their backs, fine. But just, you know, that kind of, it's just horrible.
It's needless. It's needless. It's like, it's almost like some measurements.
Okay. I'll let you into secret if you're not a woman or if you're not a man. Some measurements are really important to a man.
In fact, there's two measurements that are really important to a man. One of them is height. Now, even if the man is 5'3".
He doesn't want to be 5'2.5". Okay. He wants to be 5'3". He probably wants to be a bit taller.
I'd like to be a bit taller. He doesn't want someone mocking him by saying, oh, we know you're 5'2". That's something that's really, he doesn't like to be mocked.
Not in a kind of a professional situation, you know. I'm being physically examined by this idiot. Idiot.
They seem to find it funny to mock me. And, you know, that stuff can mock your self-confidence. And it did for me.
I never felt the same afterwards. I remember I was just like crawling home in shame and hiding from people. That extra half an inch means a lot.
It means everything to me. I hope I didn't sound angry there. And I just, that extra half an inch.
You know, it's just, why? Why would you just? The thing is, we shrink, don't we? My dad shrunk. I mean, my dad used to be about 6'2". He's now, I think about 3 foot.
He's really shrunk. He is like one of the dwarfs from the, what is it? Snow White and the Seven Goblins. He's one of them.
He's like a goblin now. I was like, wow. So, I don't know what I'm going to be.
Because, you know, starting off quite short. What am I going to end up like? I'll just be flat. I'll just be on, invisible people will just be walking over me.
I like the proverbial dirty carpet. I don't know. I mean, I don't, I wouldn't say I enjoy being 5'8".
But, I prefer it. I prefer it to being 5'7.5". Now, I want a sect. I want a sect.
I want it to remove from the country. From the planet. I want it to stuck in prison in some multiverse.
You know, some other place in a distant galaxy. Until she learnt her lesson. Don't mock my height.
Now, that might be a little bit over the top. I mean, I'm not sure. It's like, I want her kicked out of the country.
Oh, oh, oh. Was she foreign? Are you a racist? Are you? No, she wasn't. I just want her out of, I want, like my dad used to say, Get out of my sight.
Get out of my sight. And you know that parents don't use their own words, do they? Well, at least mine didn't. What on earth is that? Something's scraping.
Like my dad didn't use his own words. Get out of my sight. That wasn't him.
No 20 or 30 year old, even then, would say get out of my sight. That's something that he learnt. I guess maybe his dad used to say it.
Use your loaf. Now, these are probably English expressions. Which are meaningless.
And very, they're put downs. Like really, really, they don't sound like much, but they are. Oh, brilliant.
Oh, that's great. You know what happened earlier? My friend asked me to look after his dog again. And he knocked loads of stuff over.
Oh, just such an annoying dog. Knocked my microphone over. Knocked stuff off the table.
He's just, I talked about it. He will walk through a wall. So annoying.
And there's stuff on the floor. I don't know what it is. Oh yeah, okay, it's a can.
It's a can of Dr Pepper. Has anyone actually drunk a can of Dr Pepper since 1982? Phone in, let me know. Use your loaf was one.
Get out of my sight. I remember like, when he was about to smack my bum. When he said, this is going to hurt me more than it does you.
Well, don't do it then. Don't do it then. If it's going to hurt you more than, like, I doubt it.
Your hands are bigger than my head. And you're twice as big as me and you're a lot stronger than me. And I've got a very smooth, soft bottom.
Buttocks. It's going to hurt me more than it does you. That's such a lie.
I do wonder about adults that want to actually touch their children's bums. You know, even if it is slapping them, disciplining them. I think there's something a bit dodgy there.
There you go. Yeah, perhaps I need to call my dad. Apologise for what I just said there.
But I don't care. I think teachers, teachers that like to discipline kids. Very dodgy.
Anyone that likes to hurt someone or wants to do that, there's something wrong with them. They've got mental problems. They do.
Very much so. But that's how things were back then. Yeah.
But that's why things aren't like that now. Because we're more educated now. Because back then we were a bit dumb.
The society was a bit dumb, you know. We were very intelligent with things like that. I've got an idea.
I'm going to stop my child from being violent by being violent to them. Yeah. Yeah, that will show them not to be violent.
Yeah, OK. I'll teach my kid not to hit other kids by hitting him. Yeah.
Wow. The brains on these adults is amazing. I don't know when.
I wonder when adults like, you know, my parents' generation, I wonder when they actually started to think for themselves. I wonder when they actually managed to have an original thought. And it must have happened at some point.
You know, my dad's a lot different to how he used to be. He's a lot more, I don't know about considerate, because we don't get on, we don't, yeah, at all really. But he's a lot more gentler than he used to be.
So I don't know, I guess, I wonder. Maybe television's helped. Maybe films and documentaries and, you know, showing the effects of that way of living and that mentality towards children.
Because it was pretty awful, you know, in the old days. Like, before me even, going back a hundred years, kids just so often not being even treated very well at all. I mean, I'm against all kinds of stuff like that, you know.
Apart from sending them out to work, I think chimneys, sending kids down chimneys, I don't know, it just seems like a good idea. I don't know why. It just feels right.
You know when something feels right? It's like sweatshops. It just feels right. It just feels that people should be working.
Children should be working, making shoes and trainers and clothing that costs a huge amount of money to buy. And they only get paid, you know, a dollar a day or something. I don't know why, but it just feels right.
The amount of people that might think, Blimey, I can't believe you're saying this. You really believe this? Well, no, obviously not. But you said you believed it.
But that must mean you believe it then. I take everything literally. Oh, pedantic much? No, I'm glad I wasn't a parent.
I worried that I'd be like my dad. I worried that I'd be like the nuns. I guess I was concerned that I would be like how I was treated at times.
Because our learnt behaviour is learnt, you know, very early on. But I've been very lucky. Because I've had the ability to think for myself.
And to be able to look at that situation and to not repeat it. To not hurt others. And so I feel quite lucky, but that's something that I've done.
Although, on another side, I've had examples of really nice people. Like my Nan, for example. Really kind, gentle, caring, loving person.
So, she used to cry during the news. She did, she'd watch the news all the way through and she'd be crying. And I'm like, Nan.
I come in at the end bit, she'd cry. I said, Nan, what are you crying for? You know, it's only hail, we haven't got to worry about the weather. It's only going to be a little bit cold.
She'd be like, no, it's not about the weather forecast. I'm like, OK. I wasn't here for the other stuff, I don't know.
Sometimes I thought it was because of my shoes. What was on the bottom of my shoes. Because back then, there was a lot of dog poo on the streets.
White dog poo. Never explained. That was a science blind spot, really.
Never explained. Put a man on the moon, but no white dog poo. No, don't understand that.
I remember I had a neighbour and I said, talk about the man on the moon. And she looked at me like, what? Like she really believed that there was no one who had ever gone on the moon. She believed it was a hoax.
It was the second time I'd seen that expression in a woman's face. OK, maybe not the second time, but another time was when I said, hopefully, thank God. And like, how can you believe in God? I tried to explain to her that it was an expression.
A very overused expression that is meaningless. And that she really needed to get herself too upset about it. Because it had nothing to do with her.
It was my words. And I choose what words I use. And so there.
She can use her words, I can use my words. She was a strange one. I don't know what it was.
I didn't connect with her. On a... I got on a ride with her. This is years ago.
I can't remember her name now. I think she was from Manchester. And... She was ginger.
And, oh yeah, she was ginger. I forgot about her. Because I was trying to count all the different ginger girls I'd been out with.
And I've... It's not that I've got a thing for ginger girls. I just... Maybe I have. There is a little thing I've got, but just... I don't know.
So what Emily would say is... Her at school. Then there is... Her. Who I dated when I was about... What, 17? Yeah, 17.
No, 18. Sorry. Then another one.
Her. The one too. And then... Her.
She was not so much ginger more, but she was ginger. And her. I think she was ginger as well.
Kind of. See, about six. Six gingers.
Six red-haired ladies. That was weird though. Because she started dating a friend of mine.
A couple of years later. And he came up to me and said... She didn't really sleep with you, did she? Seriously. He came up to me and said that.
And I said, what? She said, yeah, everyone keeps... Everyone is telling me that you and her dated. And she is denying sleeping with you. I said, is she? I just laughed and walked away.
Denying? How rude. And we were dating, you know. We were adults.
There wasn't much sleeping going on. That night. Not for her anyway.
Because I snore. So, yeah. Other things.
Other things that my dad used to say that were ridiculous. So, use your loaf. That is, use your brain.
Okay. Well, if I use my brain. Then that means that I never use terms like... Use my loaf, wouldn't it? Yeah, okay.
Maybe I should. What other ones? Does it hurt me? Wouldn't it hurt you? Okay, done that one. Yeah, put down.
You are stupid. What are you? And he would expect us to say, I am stupid. And I did for years and years and years and years.
And then when I was about 15. Having done karate for about a year. I stood up to him and said, no, I am not.
He said, well, stop acting it then. And walked away. It is like, that is all I had to do.
Stand up to him. And I couldn't stand up to him physically. I wouldn't have stood a chance.
Because he was huge and strong. And I was like a. Honestly, I was like a little girl's little finger. Honestly, that was the strength I had in my whole body.
But it is okay. It is okay. I am fine.
I managed to get stronger. I can now hold up a whole onion. Both hands.
But I can still hold a whole onion. For at least 22 seconds. He said, don't judge me.
Don't judge me, darling. No, no, no. Hey, darling.
No, no, darling. No, no, no, no. This big issue setter.
She is in town. And she calls people darling. You don't talk like that here.
You don't say, all right, darling. To complete strangers. First of all.
Yeah, it is not really being used. Probably since. The 70s maybe.
60s. All right, darling. It is.
I tried to explain to her. She wouldn't have none of it. All right, darling.
Big issue. What amazed me is. I have done some stuff for her.
To help her. And I bought some shoes for her. Child's birthday.
Still. Asked me to buy the big issue. I bought.
Another like a little suit. For another boy's birthday. It wasn't a suit.
But they are little kids. Little kids. I don't know.
I think it was about 25 pounds. You want to buy a big issue? At the end. Still wanted me to spend money on a big issue.
And I said I don't want it. Because I am not going to read it. I don't like it.
It is poo. I didn't say it is poo. But I said I just.
Because it isn't. It is actually an okay magazine. But I am not going to read it.
There is no point buying something. That I am not going to read. Now.
I said to her. You probably sell more. Why don't you get some nudie mags.
Wholesale. I didn't say that. But.
Try and sell something. That people want to look at. And the big issue.
Or just any magazines. You know. It is.
Does anybody buy magazines anymore? I know some people do. Make the most of it. Because they are all going to become extinct.
It is all going to be digital. And I am not a fan of that. I like magazines.
I like the printed word on paper. But you know generally. It is going to probably come to an end.
Apart from maybe those. That are doing it. Themselves.
You know. That have got like a small circulation. Of magazines.
But these big. Big big companies. That need to sell hundreds of thousands of magazines.
In order just to. Break even. They are going to have to change.
And it is going to be all online. Unfortunately. I tell you what would be really good.
Like a tablet. That is like an actual magazine. So you actually turn the page.
And maybe it has got 20 pages. Or 50 pages. In it.
But it is every time you turn it. It is indestructible. So it doesn't.
But it still feels a bit like a magazine. Maybe a little bit thicker pages. Turn it over.
And basically whatever. Magazine you want it to be. It turns into that magazine.
I don't mean like you know. Wonder Woman. Doesn't like turn around and go boop.
Wonder Woman. It is. It is like KO.
Boxing. Boxing World. Or the Ring Magazine.
Basically anything to do with boxing. Which is what I would read. But you might want to read.
Country Life. Or Farm Life. Monthly or.
Weight Watchers. Or no no it is not that isn't it. WW.
Have you tried WW. Give WW a go. You have not tried it yet.
That is right you are waiting for this advert. To finish. WW.
I am sorry. If your. If your target audience.
Are so dense. That they can't even. Put together two words.
They have to. Go WW. Instead of Weight Watchers.
If they can't even. Remember the words Weight Watchers. Or then.
What hope have you got. WW. What are you doing tonight.
I am going WW. See now around here. They don't say the whole sentence.
I am going town. You are going town. You are going down to the town.
No. I am going town. You are going to the town.
I am going town. I am going town. OK.
OK. I am getting train. You are getting train.
The train. OK. Going town.
Going supermarket. Going shops. Blimey.
Is your time so valuable. That you haven't got time. To pronounce.
These words. Your time is over. You have got so much on.
I haven't got time to say the whole sentence. Going town. Going shopping.
Going football. Going school. What are you doing now.
School. Yeah. What do you mean school.
School. College. What are you doing now.
Take your time. I will return. Yeah.
I am going town. You are going down town. No.
Storm. Storm. Nope.
No. I return. Thank you.
that's something it'd be an acronym really I don't know but anyway WWF which was the World Wrestling Federation and then he got sued by the WWF the World Wrestling the World Wrestling the World Wildlife the World Wrestling Wildlife Fund that the World World Wildlife Fund or was that Federation as well now World Wildlife Fund at WWF changed that because there's so many so many you know like mistakes made the amount of people phoning up the World Wildlife Fund trying to buy tickets to the next wrestling match and people phoning up the the wrestling company and
you know about an injured pigeon at the side of the road it just got too complicated really so that's a thing when you stick to the WWF why don't you say World Wrestling Federation then with boxing WBA championship IBF WBO WBC I don't you I don't say World Wrestling World Boxing Corporation WBC yeah I suppose I don't know see CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at times I'd forget what it meant CBT CBT what's it mean and I think it's easy to forget what things mean if we just keep using these just using the first letter of
each word CBT EFT Emotional Freedom Technique OK, what's the other ones, OCD, Occupation, BACP, BACTD, BAB, I remember someone contacted me when I was a counsellor saying, no this is for hypnosis actually, saying I have PM, oh no, PT, PE, sorry, PE, PE, no I did PE at school, so he's saying I've got PE, what the hell is PE, why just say the word, I thought he just wanted hypnosis, something to do with physical education, which is what PE stands for, what it used to when I was at school, now it stands for Premature EJECI,
and I was like, OK, I'll just bang the microphone, alright, well, why didn't he just say that, say the words, there's too many, too many, like even texting, people just put two letters together, I don't know what they mean, GM, good morning, say good morning then, it's not that hard, it's not hard words, it's not like you have to go to Latin lessons to learn how to say it, or how to write it, unless of course you can't write, then fair enough, but you know, probably, I'd say at least 70% of the world can write
and read, probably 90%, 95% of this country I imagine can read and write, at least 90%, so GM, lol, I just don't get it, I've never, it's not that I've got an issue with people that do it, I've just never seen the point, I don't feel ever in my life put lol, ever, I don't do emojis, never have, because I don't know how, I genuinely don't know how to do emojis, I just put kiss marks, kisses, X's, in the hope of getting a topless photo sent back, I mean, I don't know how to do emojis,
I don't know, I don't know, there's a certain thing you can do on the computer and stuff, I don't know how to do it, so I never, I think what happened is Facebook came out, Facebook was for young people, old people basically bombarded it, Facebook was not supposed to be for people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, it wasn't, it wasn't designed for that, now Mark Guckenberg or whatever his name is, has clearly made a lot of money from the older people because they're the ones with money, because the original audience didn't have no money, because
they were teenagers, they didn't have any money to spend online, so it's good for him, it's not good for the young people though because it was supposed to be for them, and suddenly you got middle-aged people doing emojis and sort of sharing their stuff like, I include myself in this category, I was one of the bombarders, it wasn't for us, it was for kids to be able to have fun away from the parents, so they didn't have to be, you know, just a bit of freedom, online freedom, and we took it away from them, and
I'm pleased, because anything that stops young people from being happy and having fun, it makes my nipples leak with happiness, no it doesn't, it doesn't at all, I don't know why I said that, I just think it's almost, I noticed that certain genders, I'm not gonna say women, but certain genders really embraced all of the texting lingo, like absorbed it, learnt it, so I've not been able to do it, I know what some things mean, and I suppose I'm being, the reason why I'm being, sort of saying women, is because most of my friends on
Facebook are women, so I guess I don't really have a good argument on that one, but with the men that I know, they generally don't seem to do it, don't seem to be as fluent, but again I might be completely wrong on that one, and I don't care enough about it, to really sort of push my argument forward, because there is no argument, because I'm just talking for the sake of it, you know, should have realised that by now, well I hope it didn't sound too happy then, so yeah, I did, what did I do
today, I didn't really do anything, I went out, I made a couple of recordings, I think, I'm losing track, I really am losing track, oh by the way women are brilliant, I just want to just put them forward, if you ever think that I'm putting women down, trust me I'm never, ever, you know, I try not to put anyone down, I joke about stuff, and I try not to put men down, because being put down is just not nice, weird I think about Ondrej when I said that, but just for some reason I've got a
special, there's a special, there's a part of me that really likes women, there's a special part of me that really likes girls, no I just, I think, I think I'm just more feminine than masculine, I don't think I've got much in the way of masculinity in me, I think I am, I'm not a woman in a man's body, or anything like that, but I don't know what kind of body this is really, I don't really feel like a man's body, I'm not a mephrodite, I've checked, I did some searching, I've definitely got a woman's body,
I don't know, I just, I don't really connect with any, anybody, not really, I do sometimes on a certain level, but I don't really understand what's going on with people, on certain levels, you know, the need to be right, the need to, um, the need to be important, or to feel important, or the need to want to control others, now considering I'm a hypnotist, I don't want to control others, you know, I just, that's partly why I do my way of doing things, is because I like to generally do things quite gently, sometimes a little
bit of force is needed, a little bit of energy, a little bit of emotion is required with hypnosis, some would say always, yeah, if you want to make a change, if you want to pussyfoot around and carry on the way you've been going, then do that, don't waste my time, which some hypnotists would have that attitude, don't waste my time, go away, come back when you're ready to make the changes, and then we can make the changes, and that might sound harsh, and I generally don't sort of go, go in for that kind of mentality,
because I'm just so cute and cuddly, but there's a lot in it actually, because if someone wants to still be a, you know, want to live their life as a victim, oh everything happens to me, you know, and they love the labels they get given, and on this, and on that, and online, anybody else in the wide awake club, I can't sleep, like really like milking it, like well do something, that's why I respect the people that listen to my recordings, it's because you're doing something, you're not just moaning, you're not just like, uh, you're
doing something, and if, as long as you're doing something to help yourself, I'm not aiming this at anyone, just as long as we, I include myself in this, as long as we are doing something to progress, to move forward in our lives, to help ourselves, then I think that's pretty amazing, and if it doesn't all work out perfectly, then, you know, just keep going, and just things will become easier over time, and just do what you need to do, so I've got a lot of respect for people that actually do something, people that just sit
around moaning about it, oh nothing's ever going to go right, and just, well tough, it's going to be like that, because that's what you're focusing on, and if you don't do anything, if you don't help yourself, then, you know, that's how you're going to, your life's going to be, and you know, and I'm not talking about people that are seriously ill, that can't help themselves, I'm talking about like a general average person, there are some people that can't help themselves, they do need to be helped, and I've been in that position myself, and sometimes I
didn't get it, a couple of times I did get the help, and there's a difference, there's a difference between someone like that, and someone that every, you know, I mean year in, year out, oh it always happens to me, if I, I won't go, I'm not going to jump out of a plane with a parachute, because a parachute will probably, I don't know, be upside down, or turn into a flower, you know, or something silly, you know, it's just like I can't, see some of the people are really funny, some negative people are just really
funny, and they're quite fun to be around, like grumpy old men, I like grumpy old men, because they are funny, I mean they're going to have a short life, a shorter life than they would if they were actually attempted to address their issues, and to be happier, but they are entertaining, so I kind of, well good on you, you know, at least you've got a sense of humour, although they're actually quite often, they're not actually telling jokes, they're just really being grumpy and miserable, but I just find that funny, yeah, the best thing to do,
right, if someone's really being miserable, and really laugh in their face, I don't mean like right up to their face, laugh at them, laugh at what they're saying, like almost like they're doing a stand-up routine, and they're there to entertain you, and laugh, and laugh, and laugh, let it all out, laugh, because it interrupts them on a really deep level, because partly they're like, oh, because part of it, they're going to enjoy being laughed at, because you're not laughing at them, you're laughing at what they're saying, well you are laughing at them, but they think
that you're laughing at what they're saying, which you are as well.
I remember my girl, I had a girlfriend, and she, she didn't, I didn't see her, I had a really bad chest infection, couldn't talk, and she kept phoning me up, and I couldn't talk, and in the end, I just stopped taking the calls, and she stopped phoning, just for a few weeks, and then by the end of that, we'd kind of almost split up, but I was really ill, I mean the seriousness, there's a victim, and he had a chest infection, and his name is Jason, everything bad happens, if it's gonna, if it's, if it's
bad, it's gonna happen, it's gonna happen to me, yeah, shut up, so very big on the old positivity, not fake positivity, but just be reality, the reality that, if you get what you focus on, if you focus on negative stuff, that's what you're going to experience, if you focus on positive stuff, that's what you're going to experience, it's like if you focus on the positive qualities of your partner, as opposed to focusing just on the negative ones, the ones that you don't like, focus on the ones you do like, it changes your perception of them,
changes, it might, weirdly enough, even change their behavior, because it could change your behavior towards them, which then may change their behavior, which in turns perhaps makes you happier, which then changes their behavior even more, so they're more positive towards you, amazing isn't it really, some of this stuff is so simple, but it's almost like humans want to act simple, they want to act as if they don't understand anything, and most people are intelligent, most people, probably maybe even way more intelligent than me, so this stuff is not complicated, it's really not, it's like really,
really simple, you know, if you get into a bath, you're going to get wet, really, oh no, I didn't realize, so if you say that to someone, they're going to say yeah, obviously, well if you keep focusing on negative stuff, negative stuff is going to happen, you focus on positive stuff, positive stuff is going to, well nice things are going to happen, if you're carrying a tray with six glasses of wine on the tray, and you're walking through a busy nightclub, everyone's sitting down, but you're walking and dodging through the tables, and maybe it takes
you three minutes to get to the table you're walking to, all the way if you're just walking, thinking yeah, it's fine, completely relaxed, compared to if you were saying to yourself, I'm going to drop them, I'm going to drop the tray, I'm going to drop the tray, I'm going to drop, if you keep saying that to yourself over and over again, I wonder what might happen, you mean I get wet if I get into the bath, and there's water in it, someone say well if there's no water in it, why would you get in a
bath with no water in it, to go to sleep, there's no beds, because I'm at a party, and I got locked in the toilet, yeah fair enough, go away, so oh it's very very simple stuff, this is not even, I mean it's, I guess, it's just so obvious isn't it really, like how you treat another person, will affect how they treat you, and how they treat you, will have an effect on how you feel, so how you feel, the way you come away from that interaction, will differ depending on how you perhaps treat them, to
start with possibly, I know it's not always, not quite that black and white, it's more rainbow colored, rainbow, I remember the last thing Andre said to me, because I, you know, I told him a little bit about, you know, what happens, you know, at the end of, time, our time on the planet, and the last thing he said to me is, it's a little bit of a swear word, but I can't believe it, he said, I said, he said I go there, said yeah, he said are you sure, yeah, it's a, it's a bridge apparently,
there you go, he said I fucking hate rainbows, and then that was it, like blimey, well that's something to remember isn't it, well, so I got a message, he's now in the rainbow bridge, like yeah, Andre wouldn't be happy to see that, he didn't like rainbows, how can you not like a rainbow, they're lovely, they were so nice, the idea of heaven's weird isn't it, I mean, out of all the people that you've seen in your life, and you've known, how many would you actually want to see again, I'm just, just putting it out there,
how many would you actually want to see, because you can be best friends with someone at school, or in your 20s, and then completely disconnect with them, you know, you move on, you move away, you know, and you see them like, it's a different person, you're different, they're different, or you can work with someone for two years, sitting next to them, and one of you leaves the job, you might, you know, keep in track, keep, keep touch for, you know, a few weeks, then you see them maybe six, seven, eight months later, and you can't
wait to get away from them, because you've got enough, it's like, it's changed, it's changed, so I'm just wondering, you know, for those that believe in such things, like, would you want to see everybody, there's certain people I'd like to see, but most of the people I'd like to see, are people that I've not met yet, I don't want to see that many people that I've actually met in real life, you know, I don't really miss people, I'd like to see my Nan, and both the Andres, and yeah, that's it really, no one else I'd
be that bothered about seeing.
I'd quite like to see Simon, he was a bloke that I used to work with when I was a kid, in a bakery, he was just a really cool, cool dude, almost like just to give him a hug, because of what he went through, it's like, just, it's a little bit late really, you know, but I can't think of anyone else really, I mean, maybe I just don't know enough dead people, that's, that's the problem, it's not a bad problem to have, is it, too many of my, too many of my friends and family are
still alive, no, it's quite a good problem to have, no, there's no one, I don't miss people, really, not humans, I miss Andres, I dream about Andres every night, and it's weird, I have the weirdest dreams, but people, no, there's no one, yeah, I don't miss people, there's no one in my life, that if I didn't see them again, it would be particularly bothering me, no one, is that weird, isn't it weird to be able to say that, it's not one person, actually, no, maybe that's not right, maybe it's pretty much right, maybe there's a
couple that I'd like to keep in contact with, but generally, you know, if it came to it, like, you can't see anyone else, yeah, all right then, I'd still like to be able to phone some people up, you know, a handful of people, be able to talk to them on the phone, because that's generally what I seem to do anyway, but just, just, you know, four or five people, that's it, yeah, why me, why does it all have to happen to me, you get what you focus on, you get what you focus on, you get
what you focus on, happy, happy, you get what you focus on, you get what you focus on, you get what you focus on, in that case, why isn't my willy huge, you get what you focus on, you get what you focus on, some things aren't going to change by focusing on them but you know it's about perception and it's about how you feel inside about how you feel inside so yeah I don't know just so I think what I've come out of this is women are amazing men are amazing as well donkeys are evil no
I don't know it's just a bunch of words put together in a specific order in order to sound like it means something but actually when you dissect it and actually read it back you realize that none of it meant anything whatsoever it was a meaningless meaningless chatter I could change the name of this meaningless chatter so yeah I'm gonna go now I'm gonna gonna gonna go now gonna go now need to go oh I went to the garage right went to the garage got some stuff forgot to get water I've got no blooming water to
drink they don't you drink out the tap like everybody else because I'm scared because I don't want to be like everybody else I start drinking tap water maybe I'll end up like everybody else I want to click to be me I don't want to think like other people what do you think like I want to be original like all my friends so I'm gonna go I'm gonna go and I want to say thank you very much thank you very much for your input and I wish you all of the happiness and remember remember remember remember
to be all together now be kind to yourself why why all together now because you deserve to be happy take care lots of love bye
