Hello and welcome to Jason Newland dot com. My name is Jason Newland and this is Let Me Bore You Senseless to Sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.

I'm trying out different intros. I'm thinking of doing a generic introduction where I've already recorded the damn thing. And then, you know, just add that to the beginning of every recording.

Maybe. If you like what I do and you would like to support me, please go to paypal.me forward slash Jason Newland. The link is on my website in the menu.

And while we're talking about websites. There are a lot of recordings on there that you can not only stream for free. But you can also download them free as well.

So you can download them right to your phone or to your tablet, your PC. I'm trying to think where else. Maybe your watch even, I don't know.

It used to be, you know, your iPod, because that's what iPods are for, isn't it? For podcasts. But I think iPods are really mainly used for people downloading music. More than podcasts.

So I just want to say hello to everybody. Maybe. Oh, look.

I've got a message from Mary. Hi, Jason. It literally just come through three minutes ago.

A message from my website. I'm listening to LMBYTS. Let me bore you to sleep.

And as you say, the sound isn't as good as before. Oh. There isn't a lot of background sound noise, though, and it's always nice to hear Andre send it all back and say the sound's no good and get a refund.

Stress just not worth it. Get your life back. Out the window with the stuff.

Thanks, Mary. Well. I think the reality is.

Well, first, I can't send it back because I've pretty much already broken part of one of the things. I've got the micro SD card stuck in its slot. It works when it's connected to the laptop.

I don't know what that's funny. Honestly, the things I break, the amount of things I've broken just by opening the package. Seriously, we've got a TV and I managed to just by putting the the the legs in the bottom of the TV.

I split the back of the TV open. I just can't. I don't know.

It's not that I'm heavy handed, either, because I'm not like super strong or just clumsy. Maybe I don't know. And but I think the reality is.

I'm just not doing it correctly as far as the set up of the recordings and all that stuff. And but I got bored with it. And I was putting making I was putting more time into that than actually and then not making any recordings.

And by the time I came to make a recording, it turned into a chore because I knew it wasn't just all a set up. It was all the editing and there, there, there. And I was trying to make videos at the same time.

Well. For now, I've gone back to my old system. So I still use it in my beautiful, sexy microphone.

I'm using the iPad. And. The whole system is very slick, not slick, but simple.

You know, it took me ages to learn how to use the iPad and how to to find editing software that was good to link up with a decent microphone, all that stuff. So but it frees me. It frees my mind.

And I didn't realize how important that was until the last few days. And moving that equipment to the other side of the table and just having the iPad here, having the microphone in front of me. And I do feel freer, genuinely feel freer.

However, I am going to learn to use the equipment and it will be just as easy as doing this when I eventually learn to do it and have the settings correct. But I personally didn't find it sounded better, if not even as good in some ways. I know this background sounds when I do these recordings, and especially when I do this one, because I don't I make no effort.

Generally in life, no, I make no effort when I make the let me point to sleep or the LB. LMB. L let me B. YTS to LM.

Yeah. It's easier for me to say let me point to sleep. Then do the first letters.

I just don't know. LBM YTS. Yeah.

LBM let me bore you just LBM YTS. So I was the same. Oh, yeah.

I make no effort to. To try and get the sound, the background sound gone when I make a recording. For these, because.

And people have said they like hearing Andre. So I try and keep it. The problem is because a microphone is a good microphone.

And so it doesn't pick up as much of the background sound as the other microphone used to. But if Andre is about, I do pick him up and I'll cuddle him. And hopefully you can hear him.

But at least you know that I'm I would never like pretend to be cuddling him. Oh, like in thin air. Tickling his tummy.

Oh, good boy. Give daddy kisses. No, he is genuinely there.

I'm not that sad. You know, you find out like Andre never existed. I just made him up.

No, I have video. I've got proof on the carpet that he exists. I really do.

This was a lovely new carpet. It was in six months later or five months later, Andre arrived and it stopped being a lovely carpet. After about three days, he ruined the carpet.

Absolutely ruined it. Which I'm not bothered about. I don't really care.

You could replace the carpet. Just a carpet, innit? It's only really a problem if I have anyone in my home. Because, you know, it's a little bit embarrassing really.

Especially with a bit of a weird noise. Some strange noises at night around here. But it's not late.

It's about half twelve. So technically it is Sunday. But as far as I'm concerned, it's still Saturday.

Until I go buh-byes. I get some weird noises. Another thing is Andre's been really cuddly to me lately.

And that's not normal for him. So, I don't know. I'm a little bit concerned about his well-being really.

I mean, I give him a full body examination and check his tummy. Because sometimes you get lumps in the stomach. It could be a sign that something's wrong.

But I think it's just age. He's just getting old. And he's probably a little bit more docile now.

Docile, calmer. That's a better word. A bit calmer.

And a bit more cuddly. I think part of it is I pick him up, put him on my lap while I'm sitting down. And he just can't be bothered to get off.

I don't think it's because he wants to be there. But he might do because I'm cuddling him. I'm stroking him and massaging his belly and his spine.

Not massage, but I've got... That sounds weird. How can you massage a spine? I did a massage course years and years ago. So I kind of do the equivalent on him.

But a lot gentler, of course, because he's little. So I do kind of massage either side of his spine. Massage his legs and his feet and his toes.

And move his back legs to try and sort of stretch them. And exercise them a little bit. Because I think he's still not really recovered fully from that injury he had last year.

In his back leg. He's not as mobile as he was. He falls over sometimes.

He hobbles around a bit. He's not in pain. Because I stretched the leg out.

If he was in pain, he'd be like, stop it. Get off. You're not my real dad.

Go away. You know, that kind of stuff. But he's not.

So he's not in pain. But I think there's maybe some weakness there. Which might also be to do with his age.

Because he's six. Well, he's six and a half now. And nearly, God blimey, what are we, in May? It'll be seven in three months.

So yeah, wow, that's gone quick. He'll be seven in three months time. So he's kind of, he's fairly old.

You know, he's not a young man anymore. Even just, he was scratching at the, I heard him scratching about half hour ago. And I thought, what was, is he scratching at the front door? Because that's a new one.

He hasn't done that for ages. I almost, I don't know why, I almost kind of was hoping he was scratching at the front door to go out. Because that would mean he's got some of that energy back that he had last year.

And he does it every year. It's really annoying though, because he does it at stupid times. Sometimes like three o'clock in the morning.

And I'm like concerned about the neighbours and, you know. Because his proper scratching, like really doesn't stop. But he wasn't.

I thought, you know, maybe he's scratching at the kitchen door to get in. But he doesn't even do that anymore. And the kitchen door's closed the whole time.

Now if I'd have closed that kitchen door last year. And the bathroom door last year. He'd have been scratching at them constantly.

Doesn't bother now. So that's a sign that he's just either not interested or can't be bothered. Or both.

And so I go out thinking, what's he scratching at? I want to make sure he's not caught up in something, you know. I don't mean like some kind of difficult relationship. That he can't get out of.

I mean a financial difficulty. No, I don't mean that. But sometimes he will get caught in a bit of cloth or a bit of clothing.

His nail gets caught. But I cut his nails last night so he shouldn't. Anyway, he wasn't even scratching at the bed.

So he wanted to get onto the bed. Now normally the one place he has no problem getting onto is the bed. Because the reward is so great.

He loves the bed. It's a big double bed and he's tiny. And he stretches right out.

Sometimes proper stretches out. Legs, arms. And he takes up pretty much the whole bed.

I don't know how he manages to do it. Or he might cuddle up and he gets underneath or inside the quilt. You know, it depends how he's feeling.

So what I do is I just pick him up and put him on the bed. And I know that's where he wanted to be because he didn't try and get off. Because he won't do anything I want him to do.

If I put him on the bed and he was actually scratching because he was trying to get underneath the bed. Or trying to get a toy that had gone under there. Which sometimes happens.

He would just jump straight off the bed. Like, get off me. What are you doing? If you want to help, pick the bed up.

My toy's under there. You know, whatever. But he didn't, he was happy.

He wanted to be on the bed. Oh, I also found where he's been hiding. Because there's a hiding place he's got.

Where I can't find him. I figured it was underneath the chair. Although he has got a hiding space under there.

Where I can't get to. It's inside the chair. Underneath.

I don't know where it is but I can't get to him. I'd have to turn the whole thing upside down. And it's a proper heavy chair.

It's a double settee recliner that my friend gave to me. And it's heavy. Really, really heavy.

But I found out because I was in the bedroom. And suddenly, he was in the corner going to the toilet on the paper. He does poos and stuff in your bedroom.

He goes in any room he's in. He's got paper down. Well, I'll just let him do it on the carpet.

Oh, wait a minute. If it makes you happy, I'll keep him in a cage. Is that alright? Would that make you happy? This is my little boy.

I know on some levels, it's kind of disgusting. It's in the corner of your bedroom. Yeah, it is a bit gross.

But... No, it is gross. That's it. There is no but.

It is disgusting. But... No, there is no but. For me, the bedroom.

I sleep in there. But that's it. I don't have any other kind of activities in the bed.

At all. You think I'm talking about Nookie, don't you? No. But I don't have that.

But I don't do the things I used to do in bed. Again, I'm not talking about any other kind of self-indulgement. Because in most of my adult life, I've lived in one room.

And I wasn't in prison. I rented rooms. That's kind of what I had most of my life.

And since the age... I did have... I lived in a studio apartment a couple of times. But again, it's all in one room. But there is at least a bathroom and a kitchen.

Which is groovy. But this is the first time I had a one bedroom flat. Self-contained.

Where no one else can come in. In my life. The whole of my life.

So this is kind of special, really, in some ways. It's so special that even the mice want to live here. Now we've got a bee... A bee colony has moved in, into the loft.

So there's a massive... I was making a recording on Thursday, I think it was. And I heard someone shouting my name out. But it wasn't out the back.

I don't mean they were shouting out of my bum. They weren't in the back garden. It was an echo out of my bum going, That would be weird.

Very strange. No, but it was out the front. So I was like, really? How many times do I have to say that I make recordings? And a whole lot of shouting for someone.

When you're outside a building. That's just too council for me, I'm afraid. It's just too council estate behaviour.

For my own personal liking. You know, shouting up to someone's window. No, knock on my door.

Ring my phone. Don't shout up to the window. I'm not having a conversation out of a window.

Just because I live in a council flat, doesn't mean I've got to act like... That. You know what I mean? Anyway, I went down. With a baseball bat, as you do.

And... Eating a kebab. And I was like, what do you want? And there was a few neighbours out the front. And I thought, look at that.

This is going to be boring. This is going to be completely pointless. And you've ruined... Because I was trying to make a video at the same time.

So that was ruined. And... I said, look up. And I looked up.

And I could not believe my eyes. I honestly have never seen so many bees. At one time.

I mean... Thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of bees. Huge amounts. All queuing to get into the loft.

That... I mean... I have seen that number. But only on television. In a hive, basically.

It looked like a hive. Like the outside of a hive. Trying to get in or out.

Or shake it all about, whatever. Huge amount of bees. And this was Thursday.

No, Thursday it was. And then Friday, Saturday, it's been raining. The last two days.

And there was no... The bees were still there. Like, or even during the rain. Not as many, just a few.

Sort of flying in and out. So guaranteed, when the weather's nice next. Which I'm sure will be one day.

In the coming week, there'll be a nice day. We'll see them. And there will be thousands.

Thousands of them. And I was just... So basically, in the loft. It is a zoo, basically.

We've got... We've definitely got mice. We've definitely got birds. I've seen the birds go in and out of there.

I hear them. We've definitely got birds. We've definitely got bees now.

So that's a fact, there's bees. I wouldn't be surprised if we have bats. Because I've seen bats flying around here.

So... A loft is a great place for bats, isn't it? And I wouldn't be surprised if there's some squirrels up there as well. There's a hell of a party going on. A proper party.

And then my friend Snake went missing. For about four months. Maybe five months.

Four months, four and a half, four... Over four months. So Snake was probably living up there as well. Plenty to eat.

So it's just blimey. What on earth? It's absolutely phenomenal. But I was like, I had a proper attitude.

What are you calling me out here for? I was thinking there's going to be trouble. Some kind of drama. And then I looked up.

Wow. It was kind of hypnotic. Now, I have no fear of bees.

Even though, you know, the early 80s or late 70s, the movie industry wanted everyone to be scared of bees because there's quite a few movies out. I think what it was with the movies is Jaws came out. That made people scared to even get in the bath.

Like, come on. But they started thinking, there was a period, you may be old enough to remember this. They made so many different movies based on like animals attacking humans and stuff.

Now, I'm not talking about The Rats, James Herbert, because that was on a different level. But I'm talking more of I guess trying to make mainstream movies based on it or, you know, quite low budget, some of them. Some of them had quite a few stars in them.

There was one that was ants. Like killer ants. There was one that had bees.

Wasps. There was one movie called Piranha, of course. Bit of gas, that's nice.

What's another one? There was one that had a bear. So it was about a bear attacking people. A grizzly bear.

Again, that went against you know, it's like, OK, I've been watching Grizzly Adams for you know, during my childhood and suddenly they're trying to tell me that bears are dangerous. We know they're not dangerous, they're cuddly. Grizzly Adams.

Ben. Grizzly Adams. If anyone doesn't know what Grizzly Adams is, he was a man with long hair that went backwards and a big beard and he had a beautiful smile.

He was such a lovely man and he had a big bear that I think he'd raised as a cub since they lived together. No one really went too much into the relationship, you know, what was going on between them What other movies? The Birds, but that was Alfred Hitchcock, wasn't it? But I'm sure there was like a bird movie. Locusts, probably.

I don't know, I can't remember what other ones. Oh, Spiders. OK, I'll stop talking about this, but yeah, there was lots of those movies that really were trying to scare people.

And I know that horror movies are supposed to do that, but these weren't even like horror movies, they were more like family entertainment. So I remember I used to watch them on a Sunday afternoon sometimes and they wouldn't really show you much, you know, it wasn't like it was gory. They just had the build-up and I'm sure what's her name? From Dynasty English actress, not Elizabeth Taylor who wasn't English, of course.

Jackie? She was in The Slut. Was it The Slut? It was a film called The Slut she was in. Collins.

Joan Collins, that's it. Jackie, Jackie Collins, that's one thing. Jackie Collins was her sister, wasn't she? She was just technically more successful really in a sense of being an author and probably made a lot more money than her sister.

Let's find out, shall we? More irrelevant stuff. Who made the most money? I don't know. Okay, Jackie Collins.

She was worth 180 million. Okay. 180 million.

Let's have a look at Joan. 50 million. So, of course, Joan Collins is more famous in a sense of well, I guess she was just being an actress and stuff, but Jackie Collins.

I don't know how many books she wrote. Must have been many, many, many books. I'd like to write some books.

I know I've talked about this, but I would. I just need help. Generally, in life, I just need some help.

I just need I think I need a partner in crime. I just need someone to organize things. I think I kind of could do with someone to do the editing and to make images and to maybe have a video that's just realistic as opposed to just the one that I use, which is free to use, but I do use the same one for a reason, but someone to make I could just record myself on video and a person, someone to edit it and turn it into a YouTube video.

But where would I get such a person? I wouldn't get them would I but Someone close by would be good Someone that I knew That was really into I don't necessarily have to be really into what I do Just someone that's really good at that stuff Editing audio, editing video You know, so what I'd need is just the files and then they could put it all together And someone that could organize for all the recordings to be transcribed and then organize the transcriptions into Maybe your books a couple of books.

I Mean if you pick a subject such as I'm trying to think well Relaxation and that's a topic I have covered on well Many many times many many times So I could you know if that was all if all the times I've mentioned relaxation was Collated Then out of that maybe there's a short book could come out of that and Then I could just add a bit more of what I've got to say and you know Sort of organize it a little bit myself, but the content would already be there and I could just add

or you know subtract certain aspects Don't know I didn't know Or I could just accept That this is what I do I Could just you know continue to talk Instead of trying to write I could just talk and If someone comes along who wants to Do that?

To go through you know to transcribe my recordings and Edit it into a book Or I would say I've got a few books based on the amount of stuff. I've done the amount of Blimey Thousands of hours of audio Thousands probably I don't know I did I used to keep track of it But now because I've got unlimited audio available on my podcasts I Don't have to I don't have a track of it Yeah, I don't know wait a second To say oh here we go here comes the stats no, I'm not gonna do this stats.

I'm not promise Podcast Okay look at this one for example in bed Okay fair enough I'm gonna avoid his sleep Right So this okay this podcast let me boy to sleep there's 880 hours and 33 minutes So there's 655 let me boy to sleeps But there are About another 80 recordings on there Which would be All right, okay, so the ones with music and stuff like that, okay fair enough so 655 recordings So that that alone forgetting the ones with music they're about an hour each so it's late, you know Even yeah, so you're talking

probably 700 hours Just alone just those if not more So Hard and I deep silly whisper 336 hours Relaxation hypnosis of stress anxiety whoever 908 hours there Sleep hypnosis weekly or that's now Relax and sleep hypnosis daily 157 hours So there's a few there's a is you know over over a thousand Probably maybe 1500 hours Let's say You know, that would be a lot to get through wouldn't it a lot to transcribe But Maybe it's possible.

Maybe it's worthwhile. Maybe it's Doable I don't know I Want to say a big thank you, and I know it's a little bit late in the recording Big thank you to hope Hope says thank you for helping me sleep each night.

Wish the Canadian dollar is doing better against the pound So so hope sent me a PayPal gift, this was yesterday Friday 14th of May. Yeah. Oh, I have already thanked hope but I just wanted to say it publicly Another message this is from Stasia Stasia hello.

I hope this message finds you doing well My name is Stasia Knight and I'm a fellow ASMR content creator and artist I Recently discovered some of your podcast recordings and I found they're very clever and amusing but also relaxing I wondering if you'd be open to some type of collaboration Now or in the future if this is something that interests you Please feel free to reach out at any time to the email and or cell number provided Okay The problem I have not I Never know what's real and what's not real and I don't mean I'm not schizophrenia.

I'm just you know, I'm talking about When someone when I receive a message, I don't know if it's just a random Generic message that's sent to everybody because my name's not on it This might say yeah, but you can't think that people are just out to defraud you or ever Okay, all of that, but I've had both a NatWest and an HSBC Message to my mobile phone Telling me that a new payee has attempted to Watch is that a new payee request is attempted from an unregistered device This is HSBC. Yeah, I'm not with HSBC It says here a new payee Amy Watson has been set up in your online banking If this was not you Yo, he click here.

I'm not with the NatWest So, I don't know anyone called Amy Watson Very strange really honestly, I feel like I need to check my bank to make sure that I haven't got an Amy Watson on there I don't I Really don't Pay a save payee a saved Choose a payee No, there's not Amy Watson on there What the hell, I don't know who that is, but don't lie to me Cancel Yes Wow What was that, that's weird, how come I've got a pound in, I've got one pence in one of my accounts One pence Mm-hmm. So yeah, I don't know whether or not that person's a real person Or not I Have had other messages Mrs. Harris good morning. This message has no content.

I just find it a little bit All right, nothing there I can't see any for Have you always wanted to deliver workshops to reach a bigger audience and grow your business? No. Okay. Bye then This is another message from Bev.

Bev. Don't know who Bev is. Hello Bev.

How are you? Back in 2017 I was frustrated Okay, I'm listening With hearing the same stories from my anxiety clients of either being prescribed medication or long waiting lists for CBT Okay, fair enough. This is quite serious. I'll stop making fun of you We know as therapists that there is often a better way for most people yet.

Most people have no idea Okay, I'll just stop the voice I wanted to get the message out There to the masses of ways that people could have better understand anxiety and give them some tools to help themselves I decided to create a workshop and live in my local area I had absolutely no idea how popular this was going to be and how it would literally transform my business. I Remember putting out an advert for the event in my local city.

I was blown Away that within three days it had 1,000 views and Was sold out I Kept scheduling more workshops until I was almost holding them weekly Not only were the workshops great fun to deliver, but my diary got booked out with private clients as well I want to share what I'd learned about creating a sellout workshop So basically she's trying to Let me click it for yes, I'm ready.

It's gonna take me. Oh It's only 399 pounds Yeah Thanks, but I think I'm gonna give that one a miss Thank you very much But it's very kind of you to offer. I feel very privileged to be part of your Just to be in your periphery road a your peripheral Just to be on your map, you know just for you to know who I am.

Oh, you don't know who I am um Wow It's got from Kerry Did I really happy new year hope is a bit better I just realized she sent me a message on the 31st of December 2020 I didn't reply Thank you. Hope you will be definitely trying to stay more positive Happy new year to you and always be listen to you when I fall asleep They help me so much Why don't I reply to that? I must have not seen it That's awful in it of me Sorry, Kerry Sorry Heidi says hello, sweet man. I'm happy to see you on YouTube again when you smile.

I automatically smile to take care. Ah I'm gonna push to see how much you copy me next time. I'm gonna fart loudly I'm gonna see if you let me know if you fart loudly See Um, I don't know if I read this Um, you helped me this another message from Heidi you helped me fall asleep I'm not lying awake because I worry or think too much just I can't sleep falling asleep is easier now.

Thanks to you Staying asleep is more difficult. Thank you for your message So that's something that um, I guess i'm looking into really um Have to get someone to stay asleep, I don't know Perhaps there's something I need to look into Perhaps there's something I'm very serious.

Perhaps there's something I need to look into Yeah, I need to look into it Fine Yeah, maybe it is I just Hmm okay, we'll look into that I guess it's I had this idea years ago, right years and years and years i'm talking Long before I even even started doing Recordings online So, you know I started studying hypnosis January 1988 And I didn't start doing recordings to 96 So eight years Of being a hypnotist basically before I even Not before I even did anything because I did do stuff You know before that but not much It was really more about studying it and Not Really having much belief in myself So yeah, that was kind of where I was back then but I don't know.

There was something quite nice about it, you know sort of Believing that maybe I could be good at something But then not attempting it Instead of where I am now Having attempted it And realized that perhaps i'm not very good at it That was much easier. It was much nicer when it was a fantasy You know, but Oh dear Hmm So I had this fantasy this idea If I did Recordings every day Or okay if you listened to me Every day Then things in your life will change In a positive way I realized I just rhymed.

I didn't purposely rhyme but it happens from time to time Oh dear um Oh, i'm stopping i'm that's it i'm not doing any more of that Therefore i'm going to take off my poetry hat So I I used to write poetry hard to believe that I That I ever existed really, isn't it? But I yeah, I used to used to used to exist I think I mean really writing songs and lyrics for songs is poetry, isn't it? So but I also used to write poems But i've not done a poem in years, maybe Maybe maybe that'd do me some good if I got a little bit creative with poetry And express myself on paper like I used to Because all my expressions Is verbal is vocally And I don't write anymore.

I don't write down stuff. I just talk it. I just say it and Yeah I don't know.

Um Ah, well I had this idea that every day If you listen to me Listen to me And also I thought about this sort of In the early days of doing the recordings as well Is to have like a regular daily recording that you can listen to a different recording And every day you gradually start to notice Improvements in your life, you know, you'd notice that you're more relaxed You're sleeping better if you had chronic pain issues, you'd notice that you're feeling um You're feeling more comfort physically You're able to do more things or perhaps

you're more motivated to do Things that you haven't done for quite some time so that gradual Benefit gradual improvement in your well-being Or the well-being of someone who's listening regularly That was something that I liked the idea of The idea of doing something different But without it being specific you know because I was For most of the time that I have made recordings that have Had a title, you know relaxation or pain relief or You know, whatever it is i've done So to do something regularly Where it could be flexible I just said that I

just just started thinking that the term your flexible friend And then the barclay card, isn't it the barclay card your flexible friend?

And I don't know I just felt a bit nostalgic there for the past Well, that is what nostalgia is for it's about the past. It's not about the future. Don't feel nostalgic about tomorrow.

Do you? Yeah I wonder I am looking for the next thing to do You know i've I want to I really do want to continue doing regular The regular podcast that i've developed and to keep with that The relax and Relax and sleep hypnosis daily. I want to keep doing them ideally daily But you know i've had a few days off from Most of what I do I'd like to do the deep sleep whisper daily as well As well as this let me put you to sleep do that daily And the thing is I guess the more I do the less The less time I have to do other things new things and i'd like to be I want to keep my creativity going Oh and my burps as well, sorry about that.

Oh and i've got itchy balls Not really connected But they are connected obviously as I said fall on the floor, but I mean the the gas and I haven't got gassy balls.

That'd be weird, wouldn't it? fizzy balls Drop them in water and they go I I don't know what that was about. I apologize I I Doing this let me boys asleep was definitely a creative move for me something different something that's Yeah, it's just very different from anything i've done before really there was some similarities but You know, it's quite a creative endeavor Doing the relaxation for stress anxiety and panic attacks and Because there's quite a few of those recordings that are me talking about a specific subject talking about my life talking about You know, they're not all Relaxation sessions. There's a lot of of me talking about something and I haven't done anything like that.

Well, I did one I think a couple of weeks ago And in fact it might be last week or the week before I did a recording about my own experiences Um But I think that was for the stress and pain relief podcast Just talking about my own experiences Helping people with pain chronic pain And how it can?

be reduced Using relaxation techniques and how I had experience and I could tell the story of you know, this story is about um, I had three Or two Clients or patients whatever very different but extreme Examples Very very extreme examples of being able to one was chronic pain one was Extreme not anxiety and I managed to help both of them in a really positive way So, you know, I kind of told that those stories So that's something I quite like doing as well.

I quite like to talk about a subject and Almost let the subject Overtake me kind of and just just stuff just blurts out of my mouth hard to believe that would ever happen with me But in this instance it's Well, hopefully useful stuff That I didn't know was in there So I do I quite like that version of myself I Do It might sound strange, but I do because I almost feel Like i'm intelligent Like the person that's speaking is making A lot of sense and it's me that's speaking Like where's all this stuff coming from?

and it feels quite nice because Also, I find myself getting passionate and I'm totally focused on what i'm talking about uh, yeah, so I'd like to do more of that stuff But I do want to do something new I don't know what I don't know I'm, not sure not sure I mean i've got plenty to be getting on with You know, i've got enough podcasts to juggle To keep me busy. It's not like i've got an issue with that, but it's not about being busy.

It's About what it's about having fun as well, you know want to have some fun man But today I felt pretty good Yeah, I had a nap this afternoon So I went out Early afternoon into town and did a couple of bits And then I came home I was a bit tired and I just laid down in my bed for about an hour and a half And I woke up and I was just like yeah Actually I'm feeling all right And that's when I moved all the stuff Out of the way Put the ipad back

in its rightful position And made a recording And yeah, I've spent the rest of the day catching up with Sharing the recordings Making images and Also putting them onto my website So it took a few hours to do that And now i'm doing this recording so Yeah, it's three recordings i've made today so that's good it's a step up from yesterday and the day before that So, thank you Very very much And remember to be kind to yourself Because You deserve To be happy Lots of love Bye
