Hello, welcome to jasonnewland.com. This is a sleep hypnosis session. Only watch or listen to this when you can safely close your eyes. I’m lying down on my bed, pretty comfortable.

I can actually feel my voice vibrate into the actual bed, which is a bit strange. There’s rain outside my window, so it’s a bit of a spring morning-ish. And I’m just going to focus on my body and focus on how I feel.

And ideally, really, for you to gain the most benefit from listening to me talk, give yourself some time and space. Ideally, somewhere you won’t be interrupted. Maybe you’re listening to my voice at night and everything you needed to do has been completed, which gives you that space to just turn off your brain and turn down the volume. Any thoughts that may arise—you can just let them be there.

In the same way as when you’re watching a movie or a television programme that you enjoy, you may lose contact with how your feet feel, or your hands. You may be less aware of time passing because there are some things that just aren’t that important in this moment.

And what you need is yourself, to just become part of and join with the energy that we have between us: an energy of calmness, a feeling of increasing relaxation that is happening naturally and easily. There’s no effort on your part. There’s nothing for you to do except allow your body and mind to slow down.

And there may be background sounds where you are. You may hear background sounds where I am. I can hear the rain. I can hear a plane in the distance. I can hear the birds in the trees. None of those sounds have any way of interrupting this growing sense of calmness that is spreading throughout your body.

And if anything, any sounds that we may hear can contribute towards deep, deep relaxation. You can experience how you feel more relaxed as you breathe, letting go with every out-breath—releasing any stress or unpleasant feelings from the past. Being released. Letting go. And that feeling you can experience in your mind really can feel amazing.

Just notice how easily you’ve allowed yourself to experience more comfort and a sense of well-being spreading over every inch of your skin, and sinking deep relaxation inside your skin. As you absorb those feelings of comfort and relief, absorb them deep inside your muscles, your bones and every major organ of your body.

Feeling more relaxed, calm and loose. Knowing that sleeping easily is the most natural thing in the world for you. Just let go completely and enjoy feelings of calmness, as if your mind is just melting and your body is just relaxing so deeply—as each muscle melts into total comfort.

Feeling really good about your life. Feeling really good about how you’ve decided to sleep deeply.

Now I’m going to count down from 20 all the way down to one. Every time I say a number, you’ll feel twice as relaxed in your body and in your mind. Every time you hear me counting down from 20, you’ll feel more and more relaxed. You’ll feel more and more sleepy because you’ve given yourself permission to sleep deeply.

Now… 20. Sleep. 19. 18. Sleep. 17. Sleep. 16. Sleep. 15. 16. 14. Sleep. 13. 12. 11. Sleep. 10. Sleep. 10. Sleep. 9. Sleep. 8. Sleep. 8. 7. Sleep. 6. Sleep. 5. 4. Sleep. 3. 2. 1. Sleep.

Paragraph spacing and recurring name or title errors have been tidied. Because this began as a voice transcription, an occasional word or piece of punctuation may still be incorrect.
