Yeah, hello and welcome to jasonnewland.com. My name is Jason Newland and this is... Let me... let me... what is it? I bore you to sleep. Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes. There you go.

I want to see if I can get some voiceover work. Some voiceover work. Yeah.

I don't know what kind. Anyway, I hope you're well. I hope you're alright in that.

And I have... Earlier on I did a new recording. Where is it? I did a new bedtime story time. Jason's bedtime story time.

And I've got the wrong glasses on. Okay. Number 11.

Jason's bedtime story time. Welsh Rabbit and Hunted Hares. Adapted by Jason Newland.

27th of October. Oh my goodness. It says 27th of October, August 2020.

So I'm going to need to change that. Wow. How strange.

That's very weird. That's got me thinking. How did I manage to do that? I need to go back to the podcast and have a little look.

Jason's bedtime story time. Okay. Oh, the last one said October, August as well.

Because it was 7th to 6th of October. And for some reason I managed to have left August in. So edit episode.

I'm going to edit it now. As we want to. But how do I go? Space? No.

Leave page. Okay. I'm going to have to do it on the iPad.

I can't do it on here. So I can't move the key to the left or to the right. Or at least I don't know how to.

Anyway, so that's that one. It's, so it's a Welsh, they're Welsh fairy tales. So I'm going to be doing more of them.

And just go through various fairy tales I can find. I've downloaded quite a few books to my Kindle. And I'm just going to be reading those ones.

So there's that. Part of, no, that's not the reason. Jason's positivity podcast has been getting an increase in listens as well, for some reason.

But yeah, there's 38 episodes on there. And the last one was the 13th of October. So there might be a couple more that I can upload to that.

But the actual bedtime story times. Oh, wow. I'm getting a regular audience for those.

I didn't realise. Oh no. A regular audience, but not, not many per day.

I was looking thinking that's good. Then I realised it's weekly stats. So we'll see.

I'll do it. But the thing is, people listen to them when they're on the other podcasts, the insomnia podcasts. So they do get listened to.

They do. And so for example, I recorded it about three hours ago, something like that. And I think I had three, three listens on the actual podcast.

But on the sleep insomnia hypnosis podcast, I've had 59 listens or downloads. And on hypnosis for sleeping deeply, 71 downloads. Yeah.

But here's something quite exciting is my statistics. I've got I passed the 2 million mark yesterday. So I'm now at 2,005,005,133 since the 21st of November 2018.

So less than two years ago, 2,005,000. It's not bad, is it? And that's it. I've got no other messages.

I don't think. Is there messages? No, no messages. Leslie Mann said, how are you? And I did a thumbs up.

There's no picture of her. So look profile. See if it's, there's no picture, no photos.

So I don't know who the person is. That's quite unusual this day and age to have a, yeah, so I don't really know. It's got some, there's literally on her profile, there's one, two, three, four, five, four posts.

The first one was December 2018. So I'm not really sure who it is, who the person is. But if you're listening, hello.

She's got six friends and I'm one of them. So unless it might be someone that I've got on another profile. Some people have more than one profile.

And I don't normally add people that don't have pictures. Not because I want it. I just, just because then you get an idea if it's, I don't know.

The internet is a visual thing, isn't it? A little bit. Just to get an idea who I'm conversing with. So yeah, I've been working on the audio levels, trying to get it louder, but clearer.

And using two mics now. Trying to get them both, you know, both ears to be roughly the same level. And it's definitely a process.

But the reason I'm recording on such a low level is to reduce background sound as much as possible. Because the more pickup I have, the more it picks up. So I have if I have it on a higher level, so that it records a higher level, it will also pick up other stuff.

That's my understanding of the process. So I'm trying to try to work on it. So what I'm doing is I'm recording it, then I'm basically, during the editing process, I am copying and then pasting back on top of itself.

So the two tracks turn to one, and then that's overlaid by another track by another track by another track, to the point where it's at a higher, probably the highest volume it can be, before it goes into the red, before it goes into the potential distortion level. So that's what I've been doing. And I'm trying to get every recording to be as loud as it possibly can.

So that all the recordings at the same level, that makes sense. And then you see, you don't have to have it on maximum whilst you listen. So you can have it on perhaps medium volume.

And hopefully the recordings the same level as the adverts at the very beginning, that might not happen, but there shouldn't be such such a difference. So doing my best, I really am doing my best. Yeah.

So the last few days, I've really been tired and a bit miserable, really. And today, I don't know why, don't know why. But today, although I spent a lot of time in bed, I'm feeling better, feeling more myself.

So I guess just a period I was going through. And yeah, another thing I've done is I ordered my food, I mentioned I've got a delivery coming tomorrow. So I ordered my food, and I just ordered what I got last week.

And then I, what I do is I edit it. Edit is probably not the right word. But I really, I change what I've ordered, I amend the cart, I think is the correct terminology to what I want.

And then I finalise it. And then I have to, I have to do it by 11 o'clock. 11pm the day before the delivery.

Well, I nearly missed the time. I was literally doing it with 14 minutes left on the clock. And what I did this week, because last week, I ordered all healthy stuff.

And I ate hardly anything. Because all the healthy stuff involved cooking. And I didn't want to cook.

I couldn't be bothered. So I ended up spending most of the week eating breakfast cereal and toast. And you know, so it wasn't, I just couldn't be bothered.

It was I just had one of those weeks where I could not be bothered at all. Well, today, tonight rather, about an hour ago, I had a nice cooked meal that I cooked for myself, which is good. And I have ordered, I've ordered like the staple stuff, you know, that I normally get or milk, breakfast cereal, bread, some salad stuff.

I didn't get any sugar. I do, I got enough for a week. So it's fine.

I got some coffee, so those kinds of stuff. But I decided to stock up on stuff that I don't normally buy. So I bought loads of chocolate.

I don't eat loads of chocolate, by the way. But it's nice to have a chocolate bar now and then. And especially for some reason at the weekends, because boxing's on a Saturday night.

And I'm going to sit up here with my friends watching boxing. And we're gonna, well, I'm going to be eating some chocolate. That's my plan for Saturday.

And maybe a pizza, because I bought a pizza, Fraser Pizza. So I bought a lot of chocolate. None of them expensive, like a pound or two pound for like four or eight chocolate bars, different ones, crunchy, flake, various ones.

And it's just there. It's not there. I'm not going to be eating all of them.

And I'm not, I'm not saying this as in like pretending, and I actually am going to be eating all of them. Although I probably will eat, well, I will eat all of them. But not in, not all at one time.

I'm not a big eater. I am in a sense of I'm big and I eat. But I'm not a big eater.

And I don't eat a lot of food at once. The meal I had, I probably ate half of it. And I was full.

And I don't I don't have a big appetite for food. Mainly I have hunger pangs because I haven't eaten but not because I'm hungry. I have, you know, feel sometimes feel a bit unwell because I need to eat.

But I have no appetite. So yeah, my appetite is really, I don't know why it's not been particularly great lately. But yesterday I went to the Wimpy and I had a Big Mac, not a Big Mac, a quarter pound of cheese.

And I went all the way into town just for this. This is on Monday, because it's Tuesday now. And I just, I enjoyed every bit of it.

It was beautiful. And as you can see, it's the first time probably since it's got me two or three months since I last went there. And I did exactly the same thing.

I went into the park. I took a bought a milkshake from the was it the off license or corner shop. And I drunk that with the burger.

And I sat on a a seat. Yeah, a seat, a bench or whatever in the park. And there was loads of people around.

Loads. I mean, it was, I know it's half term. So I guess there will be more people.

But it's the first time I've seen the town busy. This year, really, it's for a while for as long as I going back as long as I can remember, I did come into town probably the beginning of the year, January time. And then after that, I probably didn't come back until maybe March.

And then I didn't come back again for probably probably till maybe August. And a lot of people about a lot of people, but I had an appetite for that burger. And they said, Oh, do you want chips? No.

I didn't say no like that and shouted them. No, I don't want chips. Did I ask for chips? No, no, I just said no.

I said no, no, thank you. I mean, the burger was five pound on its own. 4.95 just for just for a burger.

4.95 has to take away. That's a lot of money, isn't it for a burger? Compared to McDonald's. You get two cheeseburgers for a pound.

Well, one for each one. So two cheeseburgers is equivalent to one quarter pounder. It's a two pound quarter pounder with cheese and McDonald's.

I don't know. It's not nice. It's not 4.95. I'm sure it's pretty much what 3.95 maybe.

But it's nice. It was nice. And then today I was dreaming.

I had some really, really strange dreams. And I keep having these dreams that I've talked about this before. And I don't know what it is.

I don't know what the point of the dream is. I'm starting to think maybe the point of the dream is for me to get in touch with some gratitude for what I have. Instead of, I guess instead of focusing on what I don't have, which I don't think I do that too much of that these days I have done in the past.

I think sometimes it's not so much I focus on what I don't have, but I will think about what I've lost. And just like any anyone, anyone really event, you can save any age really, there's all lost things, aren't we? We've all lost things, whether it's people or all belongings or lifestyle or job or whatever. And because I'm so ancient now, there's just been a lot of them, a lot of losses over the years.

And I sometimes focus on it. But I don't feel that I'm focusing on it in a negative way so much as feeling sorry for myself more in a, I don't know, nostalgic possibly, and potentially, what can I learn from that? There's also other ways sometimes I look at it and think, well, I got through that. No matter what life throws at me, I will, I will overcome it because I have so far.

So sometimes it can be quite a positive thing. But when it's in a dream, I don't have the control of it. I don't, I don't seem to have any logic to apply to it.

So I guess it's just, it's almost pure emotion without any, without a break without. Yeah, just it's, you know, I guess without any logic is really what I'm trying to say, but I was trying to use a different word from logic. Reality, maybe, without reality.

And I had this dream, and I kept waking up. And this is during the day today, and I kept going back to sleep and having the same dream, kept going back to sleep to the same dream. And it involved my brothers.

It involved, it was really weird. I had this conversation with my brother, okay. And he was angry at me because I hadn't sent a birthday card to his new girlfriend's dad.

Okay. All right. First of all, I'd never met his new girlfriend.

Didn't know what her name was. I didn't know she had a dad. And not only was my brother angry with me, my whole family was angry with me as well, over it.

So I decided I had to move out of the home of where we were living. I mean, this is the most ridiculous scenario of all time. First of all, why would you send? Why would anyone send a birthday present to their brother's girlfriend's dad? You know that? How would that even be a thing? Unless you were friends with a man, you know, perhaps you got to know him.

You know, of course, that's a very likely possibility over time that you'd get to know maybe the family and some people don't get married. They stay in a relationship for years and years and years. And it's, if they're the in-laws, they might be there at Christmas.

And as a committed bachelor that I am, I might be there so I might get to know them. The fact I haven't seen my brothers for 20 odd years is, you know, by and by. But what a weird dream.

Strange. And I keep having the amount of times right that I wake up and I open my eyes and I realize where I am, but I have to almost in my brain, with my eyes open, map out my home to remind myself where I'm living, that I have a home. And it turns out that this is almost the most precious thing in my life, this, this flat where I live.

Obviously, Andre is the most precious, precious thing in my life. But, you know, as far as something that I always wanted. So, so long.

And it's a big deal for me. It's a big deal, even though I've been living here over five years now. It's still a big deal.

I think sort of unconsciously, it's still part of me doesn't believe that I finally was able to get out of the type of lifestyle that I lived in for such a long time, 25 years or however many years it was, to finally, you know, to have my own space, my own bathroom, my own kitchen, you know, just my own bedroom and a living room, you know, two rooms. Never had that before. Not where it's my own space.

I did live in a flat when I was 17, with a bedroom and a living room and a bathroom and a kitchen. But there was a room in there, there was a storage room for the, the office for the business downstairs, the chip shop. So they could come and go as they pleased.

And also the members of the public could use my bathroom as well, because there was a restaurant downstairs and they had to provide a toilet to the customers. It didn't really feel like my own space, if I'm honest. But I've got no customers coming up here.

It's a weird sentence, but yeah. I've got me exercise bike. I've got me microphones.

I've got me a little iPad over there, recording me. I've got me mouth. Rabbit in on.

Yeah, it's good. It is good, my friend. It is good.

Such a weird dream though. I had this dream. Shall I tell you what this dream is, yeah? It was like a movie.

Let me tell you about this dream I had. Let me just have a drink of pop. Right.

This dream. I was a superhero. I was, as he sniffs.

I was a sniffing superhero. Super, super sense of smell. And no, I didn't.

I was a superhero anyway. I think. But basically, I was in this group of four of us.

And we had these guns and knives. And it was weird, but we were kind of a team. And I was a new member of the team.

So I was being introduced, really, to it all. And at one point, I said, I can fly. And they said, what? I said, yeah, I can fly.

I said, look. And I said, if you look at me, I can actually touch my head against the ceiling. I can rise up and touch my head against the ceiling.

And I did. And then I said, I can also fly up to trees and fly onto the roofs of buildings and stuff. They said, you say roof? I said, yeah, I did.

I meant roofs. Reefs. Roofs.

Roof and roofs should be surely a different word for roofs. Roofs. Anyway, and they said, oh, that's good.

And then I realized, as I was saying that, I became a bit self aware that actually, the fact that I am able to fly or levitate to the ceiling meant that I'd stop breathing. So that's what happens when I stop breathing. I dream I can fly.

So it's, it's kind of time to wake up. But sometimes I don't. And another thing that happens when it's weird.

And when I need to wake up, if I stop breathing, because I've got sleep happening, so if I stop breathing, I'll feel that I've got my mouth, my mouth is full of cookies. And I'm trying to get the cookies out of my mouth so I can breathe. And then I wake up, and I realized that I'd, you know, stop breathing and stuff.

So I get my breath back. Another thing is, I actually, when I need to go to the toilet, no matter what's happening in my dream, I start looking around for somewhere to go to the toilet in the dream. That could be any situation, it could be a wedding.

And suddenly I'll be looking for a corner to go to the toilet. And that'd be the thing. And then eventually I wake up and I need to go to the toilet.

But because I've been asleep, sometimes I can't go to the toilet straight away. It depends what the dream was about. Sometimes I have to wait a little while.

But yeah, it's very strange how things are, what I find, things are almost, things that outside are being, I don't know, that's probably outside, maybe the way I'm feeling, whatever I'm needing to do physically, is being, becoming part of the dream. Yeah, there was more to that dream. I think I, excuse me, let me think.

There was one part of the dream where I was in a residential home. There was another part of the dream where it was Christmas. There was another part of this dream where I, this person was trying to, I think this person liked me, and then I was trying to get rid of them.

I think it was someone, I thought it was a girl, a lady, and it turned out to be a man. And I don't know, it's a bit weird, but I just kind of like decided not to pursue that particular relationship any further at this time. But the person in question did not agree with my my final decision.

And it's very strange, I was kind of running away. You can imagine a psychiatrist, are you sure you weren't running away from your true sexual identity? No, I was running away from this very strange person who didn't have what I was looking for, or had more than I was looking for, you could say. Yeah, a handful where air should be.

Not hair, air. Yeah, anyway, so a handful where air should be. I quite like that.

Not sure what else has really happened today. Been in bed most of the day. But feeling better than I was, really.

This is nice because I wasn't, I haven't felt, I haven't felt great for a few days really, including over the weekend. But today, yeah, it's, it's a bit better. And tomorrow, I get paid some money, so I'll be able to pay off some debts.

I've got the water bill to pay off. I've also got, I've got the, I've got the water bill. I've got £30 I need to pay a friend that I had to borrow money off.

And then I got £40 and I've got to pay off something else. So I was at 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120. Wow, blimey.

So that's 120. I spent 129 on my shopping, which I really shouldn't have done. I should have, it's too late now, but I should have limited it at 100.

£129. I did get some other bits and bobs that I needed as well on there, so £129. So I've got that, which means I will, wow, I've overdone it.

Yeah, I've overdone it. Oh, that's all right. Don't matter.

It'll all work out. It's only money. Only money.

Blimey. Wow. Yeah.

Wowzers. Oh dear. I'm now thinking, oops, but it's too late.

Too late to, I should have got less stuff on the delivery. Yeah, I should have got less. But yeah, I should have got less.

That's all right. It doesn't matter. Does it? I've got a lot going out on the 1st of November.

Yeah. Oh well. It'll all come out in the wash, wouldn't it? It'll all work out.

It has to work out. I do try and buy stuff for the future. Even the chocolate that I bought is not just for this week.

It's for the next two weeks. So it's not like I'm just buying all this stuff and, you know, I've got some ice cream, two tubs of Haagen-Dazs on special offer, by the way. I've got two tubs.

I'm not going to be eating them straight away. I rarely, rarely eat ice cream. So it's, it's something that they will last me two weeks, if not longer.

So I'll have some this weekend and I'll have some next weekend. The breakfast cereal is more than I need. I've got enough breakfast cereal to last me and probably a week.

I've probably got a week, a week left. So the breakfast cereal I've got is for the future. So I've got 48 Weetabix's, a big pack of Weetabix's and a big pack of Muesli Alpen original.

A big like bag of it. Is it one kilo or I don't know, one ton or something like that. So I've got enough breakfast cereal to last me, you know, probably for a week.

So I have four. It depends. If I have two breakfasts a day, which I do sometimes have, then it probably won't last me a week.

But I've got four Weetabix's that I have every, you know, if I have four Weetabix's, that's, that's a breakfast or a snack dependent. 48 divided by four, four. So 10 breakfasts, this is 40.

So it's 12 breakfasts, isn't it? With seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12. So that's just under two weeks. And then the Muesli is, I reckon, at least five bowlfuls, at least five breakfasts out of that one kilo.

Maybe a week. Yeah, maybe a week. So I basically got two weeks breakfast already, which makes me wonder why I'd bother spending that £10 on a breakfast I didn't need to.

I don't know. But it's okay. I think it's nice to have stuff ready for the future, rather than leave it to the last minute, which is what I, I used to do when I was younger.

But part of that is because I didn't have anywhere to store anything. Didn't have cupboards. I'd have one, one cupboard or part of a cupboard in a kitchen, where everybody has access to as well, anyone that lived in the place.

So nothing was really secure. And a tiny little bit, bit of a fridge, which would always be a tiny fridge as well, smallest fridge you could get with a little ice box at the top. And depending on how many people live in there, I'd get maybe a shelf or two shelves and a little bit of the ice box.

So that's how I used to live. Now, I've got two freezers and a fridge. So there's plenty of, I mean, really, I could do with more room in a fridge.

I could do with a larger fridge really, but it's fine. I've not really had too much of a problem with it. It's always been okay, really.

Sometimes I buy too much stuff and it's, there's not enough room in the fridge, but generally a lot of things don't need to go in the fridge anyway, until maybe they're opened. So like a tomato ketchup, don't need to put that in the fridge until you've opened it or marmalade. So I love, one good thing, one of the good things about doing these recordings is I enjoy the fact that I'm educating people.

I'm passing on my knowledge of marmalade and such and such things, you know, but what else? Yeah, there's still some stuff I need to get. I need to get some more food for Andre. He's got enough for a while.

He's not anywhere near running out, but I will need to, I reckon by the end of November, he's going to be coming to the point of running out of food. So I need to get him a bunch of stuff, uh, you know, maybe a few months worth. So I might, I'll do that in November.

Um, other stuff, it's just getting stocked up and now Christmas is coming up. I'm quite lucky this Christmas because I've got less people to buy for, uh, ever since that car crash. I have less people to buy for because, um, I had hardly anybody, uh, do anything for my birthday.

So my 50th birthday, my family, I only had my dad and my little brother, uh, send me cards out of the whole family. I had friends send me cards and some of you people listening here may have sent me a card or stuff like that, but because my family didn't, those that didn't won't be getting any cards or presents from me in the future. Well, that's bitter, isn't it? Yeah, maybe, but it saves me money.

I always come out with less money. I always end up overspending at Christmas. To be honest, it's for people that I don't even see.

I rarely see them. You know, in my life, they're not part of my life. You know, it's sort of, I care about them, of course, but I don't see them.

I don't know really what they're up to. So it doesn't seem a lot of point if, if I can't get a card, if I can't even get a card for my 50th. That's quite a big, you know, it's a, it's a, it's a milestone, isn't it? A milestone.

Milestone. So yeah, so I'm not buying presents or birthday cards or Christmas cards, rather, or birthday cards either for anyone but my dad and his wife and my little brother. That's it from now on.

What about your nieces? And so they haven't sent me nothing. You know what I used to do for my niece? I've sent her a bite. I think I've got a, I used to spend quite a bit of money on her presents, but then I never got to hardly ever saw her.

And then when I did see her, quite often, she just ignored me anyway. Like, what's the point? There's no point, is there? Another thing is I got a, when I get something nice, I got this scooter. And I don't know how old she was, five, maybe? Bought her a scooter.

And I sent it to my dad's address because I didn't know what the address was of where my niece was living because they were moving around a bit. So I sent it to my dad's and he gave it to her for her birthday or for Christmas or whatever. She didn't take it home.

She just left it at my dad's. So I know for a simple fact that she doesn't associate me with that scooter. She associates my dad with that scooter.

And she didn't want to take it home, which means she obviously doesn't like it very much or appreciate it. So yeah, that's it. I'm not buying them nothing.

You bitter old man. I gotta be practical. I gotta be practical.

I can't, what's the point of me spending £200 on Christmas that I don't have? I've been generous. I've been so generous over the years. I've always bought stuff.

Even when they constantly, my stepbrother sends me same text every single year. Just check we're not buying presents for each other this year, are we? Same text, same wording, I think four years in a row. I always reply by saying, yeah, I ignore it now anyway.

But I used to say, yeah, I am. Do what you want. Because you know, I like these people.

And I used to go up, I used to go, this was, well, yeah, I was, I've always gone up there before Christmas. I used to go at Christmas, but I can't with Andre. So we would have our Christmas maybe the week before Christmas, where the family got together.

And I don't see why the only people opening presents should be my dad. Because he always gets a present. No one ever thinks, oh, we don't get presents for the parents.

The parents always get presents. The children always get presents. I'm sorry.

That's not fair on me, because I'm never going to be a parent. I'm never going to be a child. Although I'm acting like a child now.

Does that mean I'm never allowed to have presents again? Just because I haven't reproduced? It's not fair. So this year, I'm going to buy myself presents. And I'm going to wrap them.

And then on Christmas Day, I'm going to open them. They're all going to be from Andre. Oh, yes.

I did that the first Christmas he was here, wrap loads of stuff up myself for myself. Some of it was just like cans of lager, cans of coke, chocolate, you know, just bits and bobs. And Andre had his presents and I actually filmed it.

I'm not sure if I did it live or just filmed it and put it on to Facebook and YouTube. It was lovely. I don't know what happened to it.

I think I deleted it like I delete lots of stuff. And it's gone forever. I do wonder if it's anyone out there that has actually downloaded any of my videos from the past.

I'd love to see them. Not the person who's downloaded them, but the videos. Just to sort of, I wish I'd kept them because I keep everything I do now.

Even the stuff if I delete it, I still keep it now. Everything's stored. Not necessarily ordered or organized.

Did you say organized? Or did you say organized? I may have stuttered. Stop picking me up on stuff like that. Oh, okay.

I yeah, Christmas, I'm not gonna, I'm not leaving. I'm not going anywhere Christmas because of the current situation around here. But I'll get my dad, I'll get my parents something for Christmas.

I'll always get my little brother present, you know, because he's the only blood relative that I have any contact with, other than my dad. Like close relatives, like blood, plus my brother and my dad. And I have, you know, I've, although I haven't seen her for a long time, I always had a really close, I don't know, quite a good bond with my cousin.

She's my auntie's, my dad's sister's daughter, and she was around the same age as me. And then I've got another cousin who is, but she's a distant cousin, distant. She is my grandmother's sister's daughter, daughter.

Yeah. But grandmother's sister's daughter's daughter, that's it. And she was more like a sister when I was living in London.

She's more like my little sister, very close to her. So I have recently got back in contact with her, but we haven't spoken properly yet. But, you know, so she's my blood as well.

I mean, it's a bit of a mix of blood, I guess, because the way it layers down, but my dad, then it is with parents, isn't it? So it's my dad's blood and my mum's blood, blood. It's weird that I've got genetics, genes, genetic code, all that stuff. Is it geno? And with my brother, he's my, officially he's my half brother, which I don't like, really like that term.

He's my brother, my little brother. I've known him since he was born. Not the minute he was born.

That would have been traumatic for an eight year old. But I remember when he, you know, since he was a baby, and I still know him now, and he's 40, 42, 42 years old. So he'll always be on my Christmas list.

But I think, yeah, I think this everyone's kind of gone and doing our own things. And that's life, isn't it? It's natural. So yeah, Christmas will be cheaper this year.

Because what I'd normally do is I buy Amazon vouchers. So I buy like £10 vouchers and give them to, or £10 or £20 depending, and give them to the kids. So that would be, how many kids are there? 1, 2, 3, 4. Yeah, 4. So it might be £10 or £20 for each of those.

Maybe 10, I don't know. And then my brother and his girlfriend, then my other brother and his wife, then my other, my sister. And there's not that many people, but it adds up.

It's not a huge, huge amount of people, really. But just seems to add up, seems to be expensive. I've got a couple of friends I send presents to.

Yeah, I've got a friend who, he doesn't believe in, doesn't believe in birthday cards or Christmas cards. But then he minds when he doesn't get any. That's funny.

I don't believe in cards. I think they're stupid. I don't like them.

No one sent me any cards for my birthday. I didn't get one birthday card. Like, you said you don't like them.

Hey! Moany old trout. See you there. Yeah! I don't like cards, but I want them.

Yeah. Yeah. It's been a lovely time to fall in love with the moon high above.

Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. Do it again. Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.

Until it rains. Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. Don't stop now.

Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. Until you hear me cry. Aye, aye, aye.

Trying to think of what else to say. I normally have something to say. What does I normally do in these recordings? I told you about my dream.

Uh, I said tomorrow. Yeah, tomorrow is just a case of just giving money away. That's my Wednesday.

Every penny is gone before I even get it. Wow. Wow.

Wow. That's okay then. That's all right.

It's okay. It's all right. Doesn't really matter.

Oh, my neck just clicked. Wow. I just love the aging process.

It's brilliant. Did you say you love the Asian process? No, the aging. Oh, sounded like Asian.

No, aging. I love the aging. How would I love the Asian process even make sense? What is the Asian process? Was it a television show? I don't know.

I'm just saying that's what it sounded like. No, I love the aging process. Does that not make sense to you? Well, not really.

No. Why? Well, who would love the aging process? Why would you love it? I was being sarcastic. Oh.

Oh. Yeah. It wasn't enough though, was it? What do you mean? Well, I thought that little back and forth would get us through to the hour and get us, you know, finished the last five minutes off.

But it didn't last long enough for us to get past the hour. Because, you know, I like to like to make every recording last an hour at least. Yeah, why is that? I don't know.

Just a target I set for myself really. Oh. I mean, sometimes they do go over the hour.

Sometimes it's an hour and a half. Sometimes. Yeah, sometimes they are a little bit less.

To be fair, I've done ones of 50 minutes in the past. Yeah, I was thinking about that. You were what? I said I was thinking about that.

No, you just said I was thinking. I was thinking. I was thinking about that.

Are you making fun of my speech? Yeah, I guess I was. I'm sorry. Yeah, you should be.

Okay. Okay. Fair enough.

You know, sometimes I find myself repeating myself. Sometimes I find myself repeating myself. And other times I forget what it is I was talking about.

I think. Should we just bring this recording to an end? Yeah, I think so. I mean, it does feel like it's come to its natural conclusion, doesn't it? Yeah, I think you're right.

Yeah. I think we should just, you know, call it a day really. What do you mean forever? No, not forever.

Unless you talk to Yuri. If you don't want to do any more. No, it's not that.

It's just, you know, that'd be weird, wouldn't it? Imagine if I just stopped making these recordings. That would be, there must be at least three people that would miss it. Three whole people.

Right, time to go. So thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself because you deserve to be happy.

Lots of love. Bye.
