It's something I need to, get this off my chest. It's not a brassiere, I'm not wearing one today. What I'd like to point out is, if, if, if, if, if, for example, well, I do other things.

See, I do a lot of relaxation and sleep sessions that are nothing like this. This is just me yapping on about nothing for an hour or so, and that's it. There's no, not really any substance to it.

It's not hypnosis, it's not guided relaxation, it's not meditation, it's not sanitation, it's not, it's just me talking and boring you to sleep. But, I, I don't know if you want to use the word specialize, but I guess I do. I kind of specialize in relaxation and sleep recordings.

Other than these ones. So, I've got the Deep Sleep Whisper Hypnosis Podcast. That's where I whisper.

Now, go to sleep now. Now, close your eyes, go to sleep. You can't open your eyes, you want to go to sleep.

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. You're asleep. That's, that's an example of that one. The other one is the Sleep Hypnosis Weekly.

And, to be honest, I don't do them every week. I try to do them every week, but sometimes there's sort of maybe 10 days between. It's, although, I did one today, I think, earlier.

And I really enjoyed it. And the reason I enjoyed it is because I just let my creativity juices just flow everywhere. I just let the juices just erupt.

And I put trust in my ability to come up with the right words. That's it, words. And, so I put trust in myself, in my unconscious mind, to be able to, I guess, experiment with ideas at the same time as helping the listener to relax deeply and also to fall asleep.

So I enjoyed that and I'm thinking, you know, maybe try to be a bit more regular with this stuff. Where's Andre? Oh, good. It's been a weird day here today.

It has. Anyway, so I've got that weekly relaxation, it's a weekly sleep hypnosis. But the recording's also for relaxation as well.

So it's relaxation and sleep. And also there's two versions, one with and one without music. So that's, you know, that's a weekly thing.

Then, then, then, then, then, what other ones do I do? I can't remember. I do relaxation hypnosis for stress and anxiety and panic attacks. That's one of my most popular podcasts.

And with that, I do three different things. I either do a recording, which is aimed at deep relaxation, maybe a relaxation hypnosis session. Guided or me just talking.

And then there's the, as I'm speaking to you right now, I've just seen my first Christmas advert on television. Andre's just come out of his bag. Good boy, Andre, you did it on the paper.

Eventually. I knew you, I knew you, oh, lovely. I knew you had it in you.

Obviously you had it in you because it's now on the paper. He's behind me now playing with his toys. And there's a lot of toys.

I'll quickly finish what I'm saying and I'll tell you about him. So yeah, there's, I do those recordings on that podcast. I also do recordings where I do maybe short ones where I talk about maybe a technique, an idea, you know, something that you could test out for yourself.

Quite often, it's, you know, a relaxation technique that you can do at work or while you're sitting on a bus and, you know, as an example. And then I also make recordings that are a lot longer, usually last about an hour or so, where I talk about something. Really, Andre, do you have to do that now? Could you hear him? It is my fault.

No, I mean, I don't, I'm not a big fan of blaming myself or anything, but on this occasion. It is, it's my doing. So here's what's happened.

I, I got fed up with the living room being messy. I'm also getting a little bit fed up with Andre not sticking to the right place to go to the toilet. He's a naughty little boy.

Oh. So what I've done is I tidied up the living room. And I, I've moved everything around.

There's a whole area in one corner that's taken up, I'd say probably 10% of the room, maybe more. And that's where you can go to the toilet and I'll put down, what's this stuff, pellet things that you can go to the toilet on. So I've done that.

And then I put his water and his food in the other corner. Thinking, well, he won't go to the toilet, he won't go to the toilet near his food. Obviously, well, I say obviously, but he won't.

And then behind me, where the table was and everything and another place he used to go to the toilet. I cleaned all that, so I was cleaning the carpet today with the carpet cleaner. It works better than a whisk.

And I basically turned the whole area behind me into a play zone for him. So I put down bubble wrap. And then on top of the, he loves bubble wrap.

And on top of the bubble wrap, I've put all of his toys. His teddy bears, his toys, everything's all on there, his little balls he plays with. It's all there in the corner.

There's a lot of room. And then I thought, I'm going to stop him going to the toilet underneath the table, which is now near the TV. In front of me.

So I put a bag that he used to like sleeping in, but he hasn't had access to it for a while. I think it fell into some water, so I had to take it away and let it dry off, and I just forgot about it. So I put his blue jumper in there.

Well, he used to be my blue jumper, but he loves it. He's eating now. Not the jumper.

And so I put that in there. So that he didn't go to the toilet underneath the table. I thought I'd got it all sorted.

I've got my abdominal board, my sit-up board, just over there, a little way away from me. Well, everything's just a little way away. I don't live in a park.

And not that all parks are big. But it's hard to hide in a park that's small. Not that I spend time hiding in a park.

I'm going to move on from that. So, Ondrej was in the bedroom while I was doing all his stuff. It took me hours to do this.

You know, it's quite a big old job, a lot of tidying up, vacuuming, cleaning the carpet. Yeah, so I did all that. With pretty much the intention to try and make this place better.

I've got rid of the black, squeaky, dirty, blue chair that was uncomfortable. That's now gone. So I got rid of that.

And I ended up having to break it in half. Because the screw, which was keeping part of it together, it just wasn't working anymore. I don't know if it got rusty or just stopped working.

After five years, it just, yeah. So I had to snap it off. Snap the metal off so it's a sort of, almost do a contortionist act.

But eventually I broke it apart. So that's gone. And so I'm now sitting in the brown chair that I always sit in now when I make recordings.

It's not hugely comfortable. For sitting and watching television. I don't mean to complain.

I don't want to moan. I mean, the other one, I could lay back in it a bit. But it was a bit of a balancing act.

Because if I put too much weight on the back, it'd collapse. Which wasn't ideal. But now that's gone, it's made more room.

Because that was taking up a fair bit of room. And there's more room behind me. So I've laid all these toys out and everything.

And I had a discovery which was a bit, I wasn't pleased. I found a little mouse. A little dead mouse.

Now this building has unfortunately a history of the little fellas visiting. I'm lucky in the sense of, I've only ever seen one. And I found it.

I think a couple of months afterwards. And it was, he was deceased. And it was in the storage room.

Now this one. He was a chubby little fella. And I'm not really sure how he got to where he was.

He was just in the middle of the carpet. So I don't know if he was living in that chair. I don't know if Andre caught him and just got bored and left him there.

In, on the carpet. But anyway. So I evicted him.

And, did you hear him? My fault for putting bubble wrap. There's I think about 12 sheets of bubble wrap on the floor. And all these toys on top.

He loves bubble wrap. Loves it. I'm talking loves.

Loves. Loves, loves bubble wrap. So I've done all this.

Okay. And, you know as far as the mice go. Andre, I'm never going to have a plate of them because of Andre.

You know he, he's not. Just, just his smell that he lets off would keep anyone away generally. So I was surprised that one came in.

But as I said I don't know if Andre caught it. Because he doesn't eat stuff like that. He's fed.

He's never hungry. So, no doubt if he was hungry he'd eat anything. Because they can be quite scavengerish.

So now he's, he's doing now exactly what he did then. Okay. He was in the bedroom.

There was a bag full of. What was it? I don't know. I'm trying to think what happened first.

In what order. But anyway he was sniffing stuff and. What are you doing dad? What are you up to? Can you keep the noise down? So he came in.

He had a look around. He walked up to the. You know the, where all the toys and stuff are.

He turned away. He wasn't interested. Walked underneath the table and sniffed the bag.

He was clearly happy with what he smelled. And he got, he climbed into the bag and went to sleep. So everything's kind of going to plan.

I thought he might have been a bit more interested in his toys. Because some of them he hasn't seen for ages. Because they were packed away in a big box.

But he didn't, didn't seem interested. So I got his water in the corner. And his food.

And his toilet area, the other side of the room. In the corner, the big area. All nice and organized.

And he's got two tubes that he can run through. To get onto that part as well. If he wants to do that.

Well, he woke up earlier. I don't think he knew where he was. He looked very confused.

And that's probably because he fell asleep in a bag. That he hasn't slept in for ages. And it was in a place that he's never been before.

So he runs out. Looks into the corner. The water was there.

So he couldn't go there. Looked around. And he just crouched and did a poo.

In the middle of the carpet. Didn't even run to the corner where all that is set up for him. He looked up at me and then he went back into his bag.

So I thought. So what I did is I cleaned that up. Lovely.

I put a mat down. I put his water. Over the other sort of in between.

The two corners basically in the middle of the room. It's not in the middle of the room. But it's at the side.

And I put his food down as well there. And I put paper in the corner. Where the water was.

Where I'd moved the water to. And just now he came out and he went to the corner. And he seemed happy for it being there.

And now. I've got a table. That's not far from me.

In front of me. And. There's a few bits and bobs that I need to do.

To make it all more accessible. Because. Yes.

I don't know. It's not. I had it quite tidy before.

Like it wasn't. It kind of was at the same time. But now.

I don't know. It feels calm. Oh yeah.

Nice and calm. It's raining all day. All day.

Raining. I phoned my dad up. To see how he was getting on.

And he said yeah. Yeah thanks you. I said yeah thanks you.

He said yeah see ya. Bye. So.

It's the second longest conversation I've ever had. Not just with him. With anyone.

Most people turn. And hide when they see me. Coming.

Down the street. But. Always.

By everyone. Sometimes. Sometimes turned into most people.

I had a phone call. This morning. And I read the number out to you.

Where's my phone? Oh there it is. See. I like to share stuff like this.

So. Mr. Calls. What day is it today? It's.

Strange. How strange. So.

Yeah. Two days in a row. Yesterday.

And Thursday. It's not two days in a row then is it? But Thursday. And yesterday.

Which is Tuesday. I woke up. And I'd had a missed call.

But no caller ID. No caller ID. No.

It's very unusual for me to get that. And. So.

And then. And each time they were in the morning. 9.54 on the 15th.

Yesterday 11.02. In the morning. And today. I got a call.

At. 11.52. I answered this time. Because the number came up on the screen.

Although I answered because I was awake. Because I was going to answer. To find out who was calling me.

And. According to this. It was a three second call.

And they never said nothing. And then they hung up. I called back.

And was told that the number didn't exist. Weird. So here's the number.

now but as you can see there's not many there's only a small amount what I do collect though is a useful telephone number I'm falling asleep talking about telephone numbers useful telephone numbers for the future I suppose an example of that would be the vets that I took on the way to the Indian restaurant and take-away though I have been in there to eat at least once years ago five years ago I've got UPS I've got my catalog telephone number I've got a taxi telephone number Sainsbury's customer service telephone number I've got my telephone number

which is really handy when someone wants to know what my number is and I have to give it to them yeah I've got the pharmacy telephone number I've got the post office number I've got the gym number local gym and I mean it's not someone called Jim it's the gym you know I mean the only gym in the world I've got a locksmith I've got the lady to help me with that bird that I saved or rescued a while back I've got a supermarket delivery drivers name and numbers but they're just gonna be different whoever

calls I guess I got go daddy telephone number on here for some reason go daddy is the it's a website thingy yeah website thing I've got the garage telephone number I've got the doctors I've got the council telephone number I come a bank I've got another pharmacy I've got place for the water bills I've also you know got a few family members and friends that's the rest of the numbers so there's not much at all hmm yeah if I knew you were going to do that I would have said thank you yeah it's been quite

a busy day really you know all things considered I put my lot done I'm hoping now Andre's gonna I hope he's gonna behave there's no way of knowing he's his own rule maker that's whatever he wants when he wants yeah he's a maverick a maverick did you say a maverick yes a maverick oh I did some press-ups earlier that story was too boring for me to even be just generally
