Today's Monday, the 19th of October 2020, I had a message from Ben and I mentioned his message yesterday in yesterday's podcast and Ben said about, what did he say, oh yeah some of your earlier podcasts are all over the place, when listening to them, thought I'd give you a heads up.

Now at the time I wasn't really sure what he meant, I said I'm not sure what you mean by all over the place, question mark, well after I did the recording and I went buh-byes and then I woke up and was just all excited for the day ahead and I had a message saying, it repeats itself halfway through the cast on two to three episodes, which podcast app, I replied, Apple, there's not much I can do about that, I didn't say it, I do wonder, you know when you text somebody or send a some kind

of digital formatted message, it's hard to know isn't it, what the emotion is underneath the words, see I just wrote there's not much I can do about that, try listening using Spotify, this is how I was writing it, there's not much I can do about that, try listening using Spotify or another podcast app or listen on my website, that's how I was saying it, now I realised that he might have read it differently, like there's not much I can do about that, go listen using Spotify or another podcast app or listen on my website, it's

like I didn't mean it like that, it's almost did it come across like that and he came and said, I didn't know if it was a problem on your end, I'll start listening on Spotify bud, so he might have been angry with me, he's like I didn't know if it was a problem on your end, I'll start listening on Spotify bud, so yeah and then he put sorry, sorry, sorry, so again and I said not on my end, it's an Apple issue, not sure what they're up to, so I checked it out on Apple on

my iPad, um because I do check stuff out and people contact me, I do check things out and he said yeah it's been pants all weekend to be honest, well he didn't say that it says been it's been pants all day tbh, were those three words too difficult to spell, tb say to be honest, don't put tbh, I don't know what it means, clearly I did know what it meant because I just understood it, I see this all the time on Facebook, people abbreviations can't even do it like, I think the one thing that annoys

me, not Ben obviously, but I'm talking about on Facebook and on some of the groups, so I'm on a few groups like the bipolar group, a few different things, not huge amounts but a few and hypnosis one and stuff like that and someone will post a comment, maybe it could be a question, I think a recent one is, oh wow this, yeah a recent question on this hypnosis group, this is a couple of weeks back, was something in the vein of can hypnosis be successful in in stopping someone from being gay, that was kind of

the that was the question and straight away everyone's in it, everyone's an expert, that's the one thing that really annoys me, in, I mean it might be the same in all fields but my field is hypnosis and counselling, psychotherapy, that's my field of, I'm just banging the microphone now, I don't want to use the word expertise but that's my field of endeavour, my field of interest, my field of knowledge, my field of experience, my field of education, however you want to you know express, it's my field, I am part of that community even though I'm

not really part of any community but you know I'm part kind of of a collective of people that use hypnosis to help people I guess, yeah anyway, so straight away I wish I should have talked about this at the time, maybe I did, did I, I can't remember, who knows, guaranteed that thread, that particular conversation would have been deleted by now by the person that put it up, Andre Snowden, which is nice, anyway I, people replying, one person said yes they can, it almost as if I kind of got the sense I could have read

their mind, like I am the king of everything hypnosis, I know everything, I am an expert, yes they can, I mean some people do believe anything is impossible or impossible, anything is possible rather, using whatever their favorite technique is, so you find that with creators of techniques, you know like CBT, Gestalt therapy, MLP, hypnosis, eye movement therapy people, which I don't know a lot about actually although I'm interested, EFT, TFT, that's the one where you tap in different parts of your body, people that do aromatherapy, reflexology, acupuncture, even I guess people, chiropractors, some people that

do, they specialize in a certain thing, really do believe that they can cure or help everybody in every situation, whether it's true or not I don't know, but it's, I think when it comes to psychological therapies, if you want things like, I don't know, uh when sexuality comes up, I step back a little bit and think, all right, let's see what other people have to say, and generally their belief systems shine, shine, shine out in their replies, even though they're supposed to be professionals or hypnotherapists, you know whatever, but their prejudices and their belief systems,

bearing in mind their belief systems, it's just probably something that's been passed on to them, because I would say it's a generalization of course, but most, most people bigoted, small minded about certain subjects, is because they haven't thought about it themselves, they haven't actually been able to step outside of what they've learnt through their passed on belief system that they've grown up in, whether it's home or society or the country they're in even, so they're the ones that harder to, chances of them changing is very slim, if they're basing that, because especially it's almost like

that things have to be connected to each other, and when you, in order to get rid of one, like a house of cards, they might all fall down, and then the person, well they might not know who they are anymore, and that's scary for anyone isn't it, so, but what fascinates me about, you know like racists and homophobes and people like that, quite often they're really nice people, generally, there's this whole, this stupid idea that you know someone spends their entire life, 24 hours a day hating a group of people, and that's all they talk

about, undoubtedly there are some people like that, I'm not saying there isn't, but I've met loads of people over the years that are really really nice people, unless you try to kiss them, and you find out that they don't like you know gay people or something, it's, and how deep and angry and hateful they are on that particular subject, but they might be really nice in other ways, I mean you think about it, loads of people like surgeons, for example, they save lives every day, well they might not save lives every day, I mean to

be fair, a lot of the lives that surgeons save are the people that they've just cut open, and the person wouldn't be bleeding out if it hadn't been for them being cut open by the surgeon, it might just be a routine operation, so maybe the reason they're saving their lives is because the surgeon's incompetent, or controversial, no but of course it's not true, they're wonderful, but they, you know, who knows, you don't know, you might, this surgeon is helping people all day long, and he's, you know, he's devoted his life to helping people, and he

goes home and goes into his cupboard and puts on his his white, white uniform, a big, you know, ghost looking, white overall, and you know, he's a Ku Klux Klan member, you don't know do you, but you know, five hours early might be doing a heart transplant on someone that wasn't even someone that, you know, on a person that he didn't believe should exist, weird isn't it, weird stuff, I mean I don't think you, you don't have to be racist to be in the police force, you don't apparently, it's not compulsory, so I don't know

the police, I've, because I've been a good boy all my life, so I haven't had any run-ins with the police, ever, okay once when I was about 13, 12, 12, 11, something like that, and one of my favourite things with my friend is whenever we saw a policeman, and back then, that's the thing, I was like why don't you say police woman or police person, well I never saw a police woman until I moved to London, so for the first 20 years of my life, never seen a police woman other than on television, so yeah,

there you go, so you know, if it was a man chasing me, I'll say man, if it was a woman, I'd say police woman, why don't you say police person, because I don't want to, but if you said police person, I mean why can't you be a bit more woke, oh, can you imagine to be woke, what it would be like to have to watch every single word you say, so as not to offend somebody, that's got to be complicated, and the ironic thing about it is woke people determined not to offend anyone, unless that

person disagrees with them, then they will offend the hell out of them, they don't care about offending people that disagree with them, so wow, I decided years ago, I'm not walking on eggshells or tiptoeing around anybody ever, ever, done it, never liked it, not doing it again, thank you very much, and I don't care if you're the biggest, strongest, scariest man in the world, I ain't tiptoeing around you, no, I ain't going to be intimidated by nobody, because there's no point, zero point, it's like what would be the point of me getting feeling intimidated, if

let's say Mike Tyson, he's training to fight again, if Mike Tyson walked up to me and decided that he wanted to beat me up, what's the point of me being scared, I'm going to be unconscious in a few seconds, what does it matter, what's the point of being scared, and it's a win-win situation really, well unless I don't wake up, but I can stand there and trade punches with him, so I can defend myself and punch him back, possibly, you know, I don't, unlikely, but you know, someone's going to film it, it's going to be

on YouTube, it's going to be in all the papers, I'm going to be classed as like, oh he stood up to my Tyson, or if I just get knocked flat out straight away, which is more likely to happen, he got knocked out by Mike Tyson, which is not an embarrassing thing, to get knocked out by two-time heavyweight champion of the world, you know, it's not an embarrassing thing at all, and then when I woke up in the hospital, I would be a millionaire, because I would make so much money, from that occasion, not just from

his, you know, his lawyers would want to pay me off, also, you know, all the newspaper interviews, it'd be brilliant, well, it wouldn't be brilliant, because I don't ask, I guess I'd have to carry my head around with me, but how did I get onto Mike Tyson, I think I've been watching a lot of boxing lately, a lot of boxing, I do like it, I do, so what have I covered so far, Klu Klux Klan, incompetent, um, not lawyers, surgeons, getting knocked out by Mike Tyson, and all that came from what, what was I talking

about originally, podcasts, oh, that thing, yeah, the Facebook, can we, can hypnosis change somebody's sexuality, it's like, well, that's not asking, can hypnosis, can hypnosis make me six foot tall, no, next, can it change a, it can't change, I mean, you can add, potentially, okay, there, there are experiments, and there are studies in various things regarding hypnosis, what it can do medically, but even with things such as serious, serious illnesses, it can't be classed as a cure, because it is actually illegal, well, in my country anyway, it's illegal to say that you have a cure

for a medical condition, especially something serious, if there is not a cure for it, now, yeah, I was thinking of some of the studies, there have been studies, and there's loads of hypnosis sessions on how to increase a bosom size, how to clear up skin conditions, how to lose weight, but that's a different thing, it's not as if you're doing a real, you're not doing a session, and then you wake up, and you're slimmer there and then, I watched this hypnosis session on breast enlargement, and the person was making the lady's chest, testicle area larger

throughout the actual session, and basically, when she was first standing there, she had her shoulders crunched forward, so, you know, she, that was how she looked, and every, she, you couldn't hear what he was saying, because I had music playing, and he was talking to her, and then he'd get her to check, he'd like, move her around a little bit, and basically, throughout the, I think, four different times that he spoke to her, he would readjust, readjust her posture, so at the end, and she was standing up straight with her shoulders back, which was forcing

her pectorals forward, which meant it looked like he had succeeded in enlarging those, I wouldn't say dorsal muscles, it's not dorsal, what's a dorsal muscle?

A fish had them, don't they? He, I don't want to say the word breast, it sounds, sounds just a bit, it sounds nice, no, he basically, that was the title, breast enlargement with hypnosis, or using hypnosis, he kept, so basically, the only part of her he touched was her shoulders, and he was kind of manipulating and shaking her shoulders around a bit, and each time, he was straightening her posture, to the point where she was basically leaning backwards, and her chest was sticking out further.

At the same time, between each time, he got her to check her chest, and to physically check, okay, so she was squeezing them, and said, oh, they're bigger, this is what happened in the video, this is not me making it up, I'm not just saying this is what, and she was like, and it was, it had subtitles to it, and she said, oh, they're bigger, and four times, he did this, and he was like, and then he'd shaken her around, and then she tried again, and she was like, you know, examining them, that's the best

way to say it, that's it, examining, okay, Andre's going to the toilet, how lovely, he's gone onto the paper, eventually, well done, Andre, wasn't that complicated, was it, wasn't that difficult, was it, hello, you are lovely, do you want to give me cuddles, give me cuddles, he knows I want to pick him up, that's why he's not gonna, he's gone to sleep now, anyway, so basically, what happened in this video, is she was touching, you touch any part of your body, the blood flow comes to that part of the body, now, that particular part of

the body can become flush with blood, I don't know, I'm not talking to people like you don't know this, but that's part of what was going on in this video, so she was focusing on that part of the body, which also would create a blood flow to the part of the body, which would increase, would, you know, increase blood flow, which would increase the size a little bit, her touching them would then create blood flow again and would stimulate a bit of size growth there and then, and then each time she was being straightened by

this hypnotist, uh, her shoulders being pushed back a little bit more, they were being pushed out and she was noticing that there was, there was more, it felt like there was more there, I can do that trick with my belly, I can just push my belly out, you know, if I push it, it looks a lot bigger, if I'm, if I'm just laying down on the floor or on the bed, I say on the floor, like I could never get back up, but on the bed, I don't look as waily as I do when I'm

standing up, because my belly flattens and it spreads throughout the body, it just covers the entire bed with blubber, it's lovely, I don't know why women don't, don't contact me more often, I give, I paint such a lovely picture, no, I think you're fine, it's your personality or lack of, why, who said that, well it was you, wasn't it, there's no one else here, why do you say things like that about yourself, it wasn't me, well who was it then, I don't know, I don't say them like that, like what, I don't know, like a

constipated squirrel, I said like a constipated squirrel, actually I do, don't I, yeah, have some prune juice, go on, squirt some prune juice in your mouth, yeah, that's prune, I haven't had any prune juice for years, anyway, so that's what was going on with this hypnotist, so technically you could get someone, it's not my, this is not my bag of tricks, it's not really something I've got any interest in, even though, on some level of course, but from a hypnosis perspective, no, because if you get someone, especially if it's cold, it's a cold day, everything

shrinks up a cold, they come in and you just like, yeah, I can set a video camera, start taping it, and I can get this person to like, wow, in fact we could even measure it, measure that area, and then at the end of it, measure and it's like half an inch larger or whatever, and I go, wow, yeah, I could do exactly the same thing, readjusting the posture, getting a focus on that area, you know, I see that and I think, I mean it looks good, but it's a trick, it's not real, it's not

real, it's not real, I wanted it to be real, but there have been quite a few experiments on that particular thing, and I don't know why, but going back to the whole like, can you change someone's sexuality with hypnosis, I posted a better use of hypnosis is to help the person accept their own sexuality, to accept themselves for who they actually are, and I got a lot of likes on that one, but other people still wanted to sort of like, well, I've seen studies, well, you know what, I remember years ago, I went to, I

used to help out at the college, the university rather, when I was in university as well, so I used to help out with a meditation event on a Friday night, and the person who used to run it, it's all part of the Buddhist center, but my friend, I got on really well with him, and so I used to just assist him, I used to make coffee and tea and hand out biscuits and that stuff, and it was nice, it's a nice little evening, you know, and I remember we was sharing a chaplain, which was being

used by everyone, all religions, like one sort of section of the university, but it was very much, the Muslims, the Muslim religion was quite prominent there, and they had a huge, well huge, quite a big library of books, and one of the books was about homosexual conversion, I think was the title, and it's like, I'm thinking, they'd want to, I mean, it's not, you know, I've got no issues with people who are gay, but they'd want to, they'd want to purposely change to be gay, and because of, you know, hassle, like, it's not what it

means, it's about someone that is, that thinks that they're gay, someone that thinks, and to convert them through religion, and it's definitely not a one religion situation, lots of different religions, well, I know at least three different religions that also believe that they can convert someone's sexuality, so I find that, I'll be honest, I don't even find it interesting, I just find it pathetic, there's people, there are therapists, counsellors, people that are trained, like me, I've got a degree in counselling, people have actually trained to my level, if not higher, even, you know, masters or

whatever, and they work as a conversion therapist, which is kind of trying to convert someone from who they really are, to be who, you know, I guess they want to be, or who they are told they should be sexually, and people actually do that for a living, for a living, wow, I think it's also interesting, there's something you might, well, you might know, you might not know, that a lot of people that work in the mental health industry, in this country, a lot, I'm not saying a majority, but a lot of people, who are doctors,

nurses, surgeons, psychologists, psychiatrists, mental health workers, I'm laughing because what comes next, a lot of those people, a lot, come from countries where they do not believe in mental illness, okay, like it's a standard thing, so someone, instead of being schizophrenic, they would be classed as being possessed, that's an example, and some people have those belief systems in them, built in from birth, built in, and they're allowed to practice, and to work with people that have mental illness, when they don't even believe it, they don't even believe that it exists, yet they're still working with

them, still doing their job, a friend of mine, her doctor said, oh depression doesn't exist, her doctor, depression doesn't exist, that's what it is, depression doesn't exist, there are people that believe that, there are whole countries, who believe, that believe that you can change your sexuality, because it's illegal to be anything but straight, and or if someone's mentally ill, it's, it's the devil, it's ridiculous, and some of these people, these people, it sounds wrong doesn't it, but some of those individuals work in the health system of this country, when I don't think anybody that has

those beliefs, should be allowed to work in the health system, just like if someone's racist, or homophobic, or outwardly, you know, sexist, or has, for me that's, they're all no-nos, it's not about being perfect, just decent, is it too much to ask, that the person that examines my prostate, is not going to judge me for enjoying it, no, is it, no, it's not what I was meant to say, is it, is it, I have so many questions, and I don't know why, I think it's just, it's scary, the level of ignorance, or the level of

belief, that people have, not just in other countries, in this country, I mean, if you flip it on its side, it must be really weird for someone to come from, I don't know, Egypt, or, you know, some, some faraway place, and to come here for the first time, especially if they'd never, never met a European person, and to see the things they do, to see the, imagine, seeing a toilet for the, I'm not saying people in Egypt don't have toilets, but different, different countries have different types of toilets, don't they, and I went to Amsterdam,

very different type of toilet to the one we have here, there was no toilet seat, what the hell was that about, that's not right, no toilet seat, how are you supposed to sit there for three hours, reading newspaper, and having a little nap without a toilet seat, that's the only thing I know different from other countries, I'm sure there's different things, oh yeah, having to walk to a well for miles, when we just turn a tap on, I just imagine, I can't even imagine it, I mean turning a tap on, I can't imagine it, I

drink out of bottles of water, I don't, I don't drink out of the tap, but I just, wow, those beliefs, old thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of years old belief systems, that are almost in, I think maybe, I mean Jung used to say this, or Jung used to say this, that he believed there was like a collective unconscious, and people were almost born into it, they shared that collective unconscious, and especially groups of people, you know, sort of a society, and so people with, they're almost, let's say someone's born in a country where they didn't

believe in, okay what, yeah, they didn't believe in the commercialism, or they didn't believe in the type of, it didn't, okay, they didn't believe in the digital age, or didn't believe in running companies, or you know, the way that we, how do we run a country, I forget, you know, the infrastructure that we run, capitalist, that's the word I was looking for, so they don't believe in capitalist systems, so a lot of the, a lot of countries that say that they don't believe in that, and I know because quite often they post messages online using

their iPhones, or their tablets, bless them, it's got to be a big, big change, isn't it, imagine going from moving so quickly in society, so within a hundred years, I'll listen to that, it's a little helicopter, I think, or a plane, imagine moving actually even less time, moving from living in like a really ancient city, like really still living in that kind of lifestyle, original, traditional lifestyle, where the skills are passed down, and you know, you can, I think it must be amazing, I mean, you can literally walk down the road and say, yeah, that's

where Jesus was born, mind you, I do that all the time, we could all say that's where Jesus was born, but it's just a field, yeah, I know, but that's where he was born, I don't think so, but you could, couldn't you, like if he was in Israel or wherever, or Palestine, I don't know, wherever Jesus was born, and he, to be able to sort of know that things that happened thousands of years ago, can almost be traced, because the history is passed down from generation to generation, and everything's, I almost feel like in this

country, there is no, even though we've got one of the, got a rich, rich history, you know, you know, we've got, we've got bridges older than America, in this country, but it's, I don't feel it really gets passed down, you know, it's very, people, I don't know, it just, doesn't seem, because everything's new, a lot of things are knocked down and built new again, and I see, most of my knowledge is, like on how things look, is from what I see on TV, or in movies, or documentaries and stuff, but just seeing these places where

people are still, it just, you can imagine, it's just the same as what it used to be thousands of years ago, you know, except thousands of years ago, people didn't have mobile phones.

I'm sure there was other, other changes as well.

I'll tell you what impresses me about the Middle East, is not Kuwait, not Budapest, where is it, what's that, that place, the richest place in the world, it's got the biggest, it's basically desert, Quebec, not Quebec, you know the place, you don't, I don't have to remember the name of it, but I know the place, basically, it's just desert, and on the desert, they built the most beautiful city in the world, as far as like perfect, everything is almost perfect there, and the women can even drive now, they're allowed to drive, that's an example of,

they're almost, so in that country, or in that part of the country they built, it's the most advanced city on the planet, so in some ways, it's like, that is the most advanced city in the world, the tallest buildings, the best, everything is, you know, because it's built with money, you know, by billionaires, trillionaires, whatever, yeah, about two years ago, women were allowed to drive for the first time, so that, I just find that funny, I don't take offence, there's nothing funny in allowing women to drive, you know, it's not funny, it shouldn't happen, of

course, obviously, did he mean that, or was he messing about, I don't mean anything I say, I'm just chatting about nothing, if you haven't figured that out, in 530 recordings, then you're never going to figure it out, I'm just talking crap for an hour, that's what I do, I quite like playing the old devil's advocate a little bit, because I can see both sides, and I can see more than both sides, and the reason for that is because I don't actually care about either side, as far as what either side thinks, so, you know, I

don't talk about, I don't know enough about some of the conflicts in the world, and I don't really talk about that stuff, but I don't care about either side of the conflict, so, if I did talk about it, whether it's Palestine and Wales, they've obviously got their issues, and I don't get involved, nothing to do with me, or, you know, Israel and Liverpool, I don't, I have nothing to do with those conflicts, I don't understand the history behind it, so, I can't always remember who's supposed to be who, by saying that you're mocking it, and

that means that you're a fascist, yeah, okay, back into your box, fascist, no, I think there's a different word for someone that doesn't care, it's a different word, for someone that really has no interest in those political things, in people's, you know, having basically been in disagreement for thousands of years, which sometimes seems to be the case with some countries, or parts of a country even, I've got no interest in that, I'm not on this planet for that, I can't be bothered, if people want to be angry and spend their life being angry, let them,

you know, just, I don't have time, it's boring, if anything else, boring, I remember, I still remember this person, and no, I don't talk about it, but pride, people have pride, gotta stick to their pride, it's so important to be right, gotta be right, it's all about me, pride, I had a friend years ago, he said, if you haven't got your pride, you've got nothing, I said, oh dear, oh dear, what do you mean dear, oh dear, I said, you know, you're supposed to be a genius, but you're sounding really dumb right now, huh, I

had another friend who's started doing the old sort of racist-y kind of semi-racist, in our country, and this is someone who said about doing a podcast with me, and I said, do you realise, if I do the podcast with you, you're gonna make me sound really intelligent, and they laughed, I was like, are you gonna come out with that stuff, like I come out with stupid stuff just for the hell of it, I don't mean, I have no emotional connection to anything that I really say, it doesn't mean anything to me, just, what's the point

in having a belief system if it causes suffering, what's the point in that, there's no point, one of my biggest goals in life is to eliminate as many belief systems as I can in myself, anything that's limiting, get rid of that, you know, just let it go, baby, let it go, what use is it, what use, how is it helping me, hey, I've got to have a belief system, because I can't love people unless I've got people to hate, yeah, okay, good love of that, I believe in unconditional love, yeah, okay, you're that person that

you love unconditionally, okay, why don't you love me unconditionally, I bet you can't, I'll bet you can't, I'll find a way for you wanting to get away from me, talk to me about unconditional love, unless it's a ferret, I can relate to that, because he's pushed me, he's pushed me beyond what I should ever get pushed, and I still, still adore the little smelly belly, I do, my little ferret friend, I don't know what the point of this recording was, it's just me, me, about stuff, I've got to stop watching the news, my exercise bike

comes in a couple of days, I'm gonna get fit and healthy, I'm not sure why I'm making recordings anymore, because I took the adverts off, which means, I don't know, it almost feels like it's a bit pointless doing them anymore, if I'm not going to create something for my future, but I did a really nice relaxation slash sleep recording for the relaxation for stress podcast, and it was about 47 minutes long, and then there's a version with music which is two hours long, but it's a good recording, and I enjoyed, I enjoyed making a recording,

and yeah, it felt quite good having done it, and another thing is, Saturday and Sunday, the stats were awful, but today, Monday, shot up again, and the last time I looked, it was about 5,000, I didn't even reach 4,000 yesterday, or the day before, it's like 3,000 something, so to reach 5,000 today and tomorrow, and bearing in mind I made a recording quite late in the day, it'll probably be 2,500 by lunchtime, so I'll probably be at 6,000 plus tomorrow, if not more, isn't that exciting, tell me more, yeah, all right, yeah, yeah, yeah, so

I've been cancelling a lot of my stuff, trying to reduce my outgoings, so I cancelled Netflix, now TV, cancelled Amazon, although I've still got nearly a month left anyway, before it comes to an end, but I've cancelled all the renewals on pretty much everything, I'm not sure if I've cancelled Audible, but I probably need to do that as well, but that again, that's nearly got a month left, so it's only just sort of swapped over or renewed, I think like a few days ago, what else, oh yeah, I had this, I forget if it's called

Headliner, and it's an app, they said there was a trial on it, but they charged me £12, £12.

99 a month it is, after the week trial, well there was no trial because they charged me £12. 99, so I cancelled it, you know, un-renewed or unsubscribed or whatever, because you can do it via Apple, which means it's secure, because I've not put my own details in there, I just did it through Apple, but how ridiculous, they charged me £12. 99, but anyway, it's a good app, and, or is it an app, let me have a look, pretty sure it's an app, weird, let me go to my subscriptions, yes, Headway, book ideas in widgets, expires the 17th of November, so I joined the 17th of October, it's supposed to be with, in fact if I click on it, it actually says there, oh, forget it, I don't care, anyway, I paid £12.

99, it's now expired, expires 17th of November, and what it is, is it's almost like an abridged version of a book, so kind of the best bits of the book taken out, or left in rather, sort of edited down to the best bits, you can read it or you can hear it, you know, you can play it out loud, so I listened to a few of the books, it's good, £12.

99 a month, too much, so I got rid of that, Britbox Monthly, I expired that, so that expires on the 9th of November, and Apple Music Subscription, that expires on the 15th of November, so there are two things that I paid for, one was on a trial, this is Fight, it's an app called Fight Boxing, Wrestling, MMA, and I signed up for it so that I could watch boxing at the weekend, as Lomachenko and Lopez were fighting, it's the biggest fight of the year, and the only way I could watch it is if I went

on to Fight, so I watched that, subscribed, but that was a week free subscription, and then, so I've cancelled it, so it runs out 23rd, which is, is it Wednesday, oh, 1, 2, Friday, I think Friday, so that will run out, and I've got a subscription to Fight, but this is top rank, runs out 16th of November, but it means I can watch a lot of big fights that I can't watch anywhere else, so that's good, so there's one on, I think, the 30th, it might be this week coming actually, Inui, Inui, Inui, he's like

a bit of a superstar boxer, from, I think he's from China or Japan, that sounded bad didn't it, and you know what, because I generally don't know if he's from China or Japan, something in me thinks he might be Japanese, I don't know why, I don't know enough about him, let me check, Inui boxer, okay, here we go, so you've been, oh yeah, he's, he's, you know, he's, he looks Chinese, so therefore he might be Japanese, yeah, well, he is actually Japanese, he's a Japanese professional boxer, so I probably knew that, because I do read

up on the boxes, and I do know about him, he's basically, they call him the monster, because he knocks everybody out, pretty much, apart from the ones he doesn't, so he's had 19 wins, 16 by knockout, and I think it was, yeah, he's all, he's just, and he's little, you know, he's, I say little, what I mean is, he's little, he's one of the, what, light flyweight, junior bantamweight, bantamweight, and that's the size of an average poo, I mean, it's, they're really little, I mean, I could, I reckon, I could fit him inside my belly,

I was going to say my ass crack, that would be wrong, but he's little, he's 27, and I say he's little, I don't mean that disrespectfully, because he's a world champion boxer, and I don't really want to annoy him, he's a three-weight world champion, currently a unified bantamweight world champion, he's held the WAE, WBA, super, IBF, and ring magazine titles since 2019, previously held the WBO junior bantamweight from 2014 to 18, and the WBC light flyweight in 2014, so he is a superstar, but I think, I think, this is the very first time he's ever

fought, no it's not, oh, it's the second time he's fought in America, but it's his first big fight, I think, like first one where he's really getting the attention, he fought in Glasgow in 2019, but according to this, he's only fought out of Japan three times, no, twice, and then he's fighting again on the end of the 31st of October, which is amazing, because the 31st of October is a big boxing day in England as well, it's, who is it, Usyk against Chizora, they're fighting, and Usyk is the first former undisputed cruiserweight champion of the

world, former Olympic gold medalist, and he is, let me just check, Usyk, I can't spell his name, I put Isonk, Usyk, it's not working, okay, Usyk, Usyk, not Isink, so he won the Olympic games in heavyweight gold in 2012, and yeah, he's unbeaten, 13 knockouts, 4 decisions, 17 overall wins, and his last fight was against someone called Chaz Witherspoon, who, it wasn't a very good fight, he retired in round 7, but it was really not a good fight at all, he, I don't know why, I'll tell you what it might have been, is Usyk was

out of the ring for nearly a year, from November 2018 to October 2019, so to be out, he might have had an injury or something, I'm not sure, so to be out for a year, and then he's been out for another year, between Chaz Witherspoon and Derek Chisora, but that's more to do with the plague, so, I don't know, the zombie plague.

Who did he win, who did he, who did he, retained one, Morris Breedis, retained one, okay, right, Tony Bellew, World Boxers Confed, Murat Gaziyev, all right, he's fighting, wow, he's another one, he hasn't fitted, he hasn't fought for two years, over two years, and he's fighting for the vacant WBA international heavyweight title, wow, I thought he could have got into a world title, sort of straight away, because he, previously, had two world titles, and that's pretty impressive, isn't it, don't you think, wow, so he won the world title, IBF cruiserweight title, retained our superseries, and

then he won the WBA unified cruiserweight title, and then, yeah, and then he lost his two titles, blimey, and now he's fighting, nicknames the real deal, ridiculous, I think boxers, right, professional boxers, they need to find out how well they're going to do, before they give themselves a name, like a nickname, because this bloke, Sefa Seferi, has lost three times, okay, 28 fights, 24 wins, 22 by KO, it's a good ratio, 22 or 24 wins, 22 big knockouts, but he's lost three times, he's drawn once, and he's called himself the real deal, clearly not, the

real deal is what Evander Holyfield called himself, and he was, the most successful heavyweight champion of all time, he won the world title four times, heavyweight title four, four times, and as well as being a cruiserweight unified champion, previous to that, and the only thing is he, he did lose a few times, more than a few times actually, I think you'll find, so this bloke that's fighting, in this Sefer Seferi, fought Tyson Fury, and retired in round four, back in June 2018.

Ah, okay, let's go back to that then, this boxing record, Tyson Fury, Sefer Seferi, blimey, that was Tyson Fury's first fight after Vladimir Klitschko, so basically he won the title in 2015, came back in 2018, his first fight was against Sefer Seferi, and Tyson Fury picked him up and kissed him on the lips, I think, before the fight started, and then beat him up, and the bloke retired after four rounds, and then he fought Francesca Pianetta, just one Pianetta, now it's points, 10 rounds on points, that was pretty bad, so those two fights were bad,

they weren't good at all, and then he fought Deontay Wilder, and he basically is a draw, and then the next two fights were really good, Tom Swartz and Otto Wallen, and then Deontay Wilder, who he knocked out, and now he's fighting someone on the 5th December, so Tom Swartz, unbeaten before he fought Tyson Fury, Otto Wallen, unbeaten before he fought Tyson Fury, Francesca Pianetta, and well yeah, Sefer Seferi, so many losses, all right, so he, to be fair, to be fair to him, and Tyson Fury, before he lost to Manuel Char, you know, it was

a decision that Manuel Char went on to win the world heavyweight championship, so I guess he is a lot better than what he came across for the Tyson Fury, but Tyson Fury can make the best boxers not look particularly good, just because of his skills, Christian, wow, anyway, I found a subject to talk about that I enjoy, boxing, because no one else will listen to me when I talk about boxing, it's almost like I'm the only person in the whole world that enjoys boxing, but it can't only be me, I want to say a big

thank you to Vicky for your PayPal gift, thank you very much, I should have said this at the beginning of the recording, so what I'll do is, I need to go to that now, I'll do it now when I think about it, so annoying, when someone has a different email address to their name, I've got to remember how to spell her name, cancel, cancel, no her name is in cancel, delete draft, Vicky, V I K K I, V I K K I, thank you for your kind gift, lots of sexy kisses, thank you, here's a

picture of my hairy bum, you know it's really helped me because I've got some expenses, I've got the the money for the podcasts going out tomorrow, or it might, yeah tomorrow, Tuesday, so 50, was it 54 pound I think, so I've got 58 pounds in the bank, so hopefully that'll go, which means that yeah, so I've just got enough to cover it, I'm hoping, I'm hoping, so that's it, another boring recording, he talked about beliefs today, it was quite, I think boring is the the word you're looking for, yeah boring, very boring, I'm sure I'm

not the only one that can make, you know, politics and stuff like that, boring, I think it's, especially this day and age, when everything seems to be about one thing, so I'm gonna go, remember to be kind to yourself, because you deserve to be happy, do something nice for yourself, and I shall speak to you again very soon, lots of love, bye
