And the time is 2140 in the evening. Hello, hope you're well. So I'd just like to say thank you to those of you that have sent me messages asking me if I'm okay because I haven't released anything new for a few days.
So thank you for that. The last recording I did was Friday 24, yes, four days ago. So it's only four days ago.
But I suppose because I do these fairly regularly, like daily, in fact, usually. So yeah, I had a bit of a brain fart a few days ago. But I'm back.
But during that brain fart moment, I deleted a lot of my podcasts. And well, 90% probably of my podcasts are now gone. I think it's 90%.
How many have I got now? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. I got 17. And I had 48 before.
So I don't know what percentage that is. It's not 90% is it? It's probably 80%, 70% gone. I don't know.
Maybe less. So I deleted them. I didn't delete the main ones.
So the relaxation hypnosis for stress, anxiety and panic. The Jason Lillen Free Hypnosis Service, Let Me Bore You To Sleep, Hypnosis for Sleeping Deeply, Deep Sleep Whisper Hypnosis. So those I didn't delete.
I didn't delete the whole podcast, but I did delete everything but the last 10 recordings. And the idea behind that was I was going to make, you know what, I can't even remember what the idea behind it was. That's how farty my brain was.
So I don't even really remember why I did it or what I was kind of trying to achieve. So I also deleted all my recordings off of my website. But you can still download the bulk recordings for free.
And the main four podcasts, this one, Let Me Bore You To Sleep, Deep Sleep Weekly, Deep Sleep one and the relaxation for stress. Those ones are available to streams. There's the playlists are on my website.
So you can stream those. They're in the menu. And on my website, also on the very first page, as you go in there, there's a player which has all the latest recordings.
And there's probably going to change those and redo that. But there's 401 episodes available on there. It's got my latest recordings.
Do you want to know more? I can't remember. I don't know. So what I've been doing the last couple of days is first of all, focused on the Let Me Bore You To Sleep, relaxation for stress, sleep weekly and deep sleep hypnosis.
And I re uploaded all of the recordings for each of those podcasts, which took me a long time, but I did it. And they're now all back to normal. I didn't touch the hypnosis of sleeping deeply at all.
That's still as it was. And the sleep insomnia hypnosis, those two podcasts untouched, didn't delete anything. I've left them as they were, as well as the Jason Newland free hypnosis service.
So those three podcasts were left untouched. Everything else was, you know, but now it's renewed. It's renewed as far as the big main podcasts.
I say the big, you know, the most popular ones in the whole world. And then I got some started getting messages asking me where my stuff was. One message yesterday from a lady saying, where's your relaxation course, your stop smoking course.
So I, because I deleted it completely. So what I did is I rebuilt it again, the podcast added the recordings, I still had them. And then I shared it with all of the main podcast hosts, you know, because it's rebuilt.
So I couldn't just, yes, it's all I could do really reshare it. And what I did is with iTunes, I went onto the iTunes podcast, subscriber, you know, where you submit stuff. And I was able to replace the code, the RSS code, that's basically, for those that don't know what it is, it's, I don't know what it is, but it's, it's basically the link, which links the website podcast to their podcast.
So I redid quite a few of my podcasts, like the main ones, and they're, they're back. Unfortunately, iTunes hasn't, it can take up to 72 hours to renew and to re upload everything. At the moment, according to what someone called me, not called me, sent me a message.
I don't know where, let's have a look, I have a message. What am I doing? Where is it? This was from Sarah. So hi, Sarah.
And it's the iTunes didn't have my Let Me Boy To Sleep things on there, which was, but I didn't understand at the time, because I went on there and I saw that it was updated, that it was on there. But then when I went back, I saw that it wasn't, it was just the old podcast with 10 episodes. So I'm actually gonna copy the link, see whether or not it's updated yet.
So it takes a while for it to be completely updated. And no, still not updated it. So yeah, not quite sure what's going to go on there.
But I'm waiting for it to update. But it is available to stream on my website. It's just not updated on iTunes yet.
Which is a shame because iTunes and you can't play the old ones either, because they've been deleted. Oh no, clever boy, I should have just left the old ones on there until it had been all been updated. Didn't even think, didn't think about it.
There wasn't a lot of thinking going on, or maybe too much thinking. Anyway, I've, that's what I've done. Spotify, I've shared everything with everyone again.
And someone's downloading them because yesterday I had 19 and a half thousand downloads. And today so far 7,818 downloads. So someone somewhere is downloading my podcast.
The Stop Smoking one, since I updated it yesterday, has had 324 downloads. I didn't realize anyone was using it. So I apologize for those that have, that do use it and are using it.
But it's back up and running. And I've also added all of my Stop Smoking stuff in just one place. The 28 Day Stop Smoking Course has actually got four, five, six, seven, eight, nine recordings.
There you go. And I've also added, there's a couple I've added and I've changed the pictures, made the pictures much nicer. And you know, there's the Chronic Pain Hypnosis Podcast.
I've re-uploaded that and it's getting traffic. So people are downloading. So I'm quite pleased with that.
Quite often no one touches it. So maybe it's given a little bit of life, a little bit of energy because there's a lot of good recordings. I think.
I'm biased, I guess. The Self-Help Hypnosis, another one, I deleted it. Now I've uploaded more stuff.
You know, I've remade it. And that's had 214 downloads. And it's, and that's just today.
So I didn't do it till today, early morning, early hours. And it's got some good stuff on there. You know, some of my best work is actually almost hidden, which is a strange thing.
So yeah, what other ones? I've got 28 Day Stop Smoking Course, 30 Day Relaxation Plan, 7 Day Cure Insomnia Podcast, Chronic Pain Hypnosis Podcast, Deep Sleep Whisper, Fall Asleep Counting Sheep, Healing Words Podcast, and Hypnosis Asleep and Deeply, Hypnotic Buffet, again, zero downloads. I spent ages making that picture and uploading everything. No one wants my Hypnotic Buffet.
Jason Newland Free Hypnosis Service, that's in there anyway. Let Me Boyd to Sleep, of course. Relaxation, Hypnosis to Stress, Stress and Anxiety.
That's the one that had the most downloads. And yesterday, 7,217 downloads. And today, 3,576 downloads.
I'm kind of surprised considering it's not even on iTunes yet. And iTunes is the biggest, it's where I get my most traffic. So let's just check if it is.
My Podcasts, Relaxation, Relaxation. Okay, Apple. Oh, it is.
Oh, they've updated that one. So they've updated that one, but they've not updated the... I wonder why that is. Strange.
I wonder if they've updated the Deep Sleep Whisperer. Nope. So that's not been updated at all.
So which means it can't be listened to. Which is a bit... Even though it's not gone to... Oh, excuse me, a bit of gas. Although it's not on iTunes, Deep Sleep Whisperer one.
Yesterday, I had 6,231 downloads. And today, 1,200. So I don't know where else people are listening.
I guess Spotify and all the other different places. But iTunes is usually way out with maybe 80%, 60%, 70%, 60% of views or listens rather coming from iTunes. Again, the stats might not be right.
Hypnotic Buffet, nothing. Nothing, I tell you. What's the other one that I do? Deep Sleep.
Let Me Bore You To Sleep. How many have I had for that? 3,412 yesterday and 725 today. This shows you which the most popular one is that relaxation one, isn't it? Damn you.
Why can't Let Me Bore You To Sleep be the most popular one? Hmm. Sleep Hypnosis Weekly. Yeah.
I uploaded that again. It said, again, 1,300 yesterday. Nearly 500 today.
Wow. I should realize I'm doing the stats. This is the thing some people don't like, isn't it? Not the day to moan about it though.
Don't you dare moan to me. No. Hypnosis For Sleeping Deeply.
It's quite strange because on some of the other podcasts, the downloads have gone down a bit because I've not been making anything new for four days. I mean, come on, people. Surely it's like about 1,700 recordings.
There must be one that you can listen back to. Please don't leave me just because I have a few days off. Oh, don't leave me.
And yeah, I do need to. It's not bad, really, though. You think about it.
I had 700 downloads just from the last Let Me Bore You To Sleep. And I uploaded it yesterday. Wow.
In fact, this is weird. This is really weird. I've got more downloads for probably the last three or four episodes of Let Me Bore You To Sleep.
Oh no, I'm looking at the wrong podcast. No, this is on the Hypnosis For Sleeping Deeply. Let Me Bore You To Sleep from 24th had 700 downloads there.
But on the actual podcast, the Let Me Bore You To Sleep podcasts, I have 163. It's weird, isn't it? Mind you, it was a lot higher than that before I deleted it. So not that much.
So I'll stop talking about stats. So I just want to thank everyone, people who got in contact. And my intention was not to delete everything.
And I didn't delete everything. My intention was to maybe... I can't really remember what my intention was, but it was a few different things. And yeah, it wasn't very well really, that's all.
But I'm back. I spent the last two days getting everything back to how it... Well, not exactly how it was because there's a lot of podcasts I've not re-uploaded. I just can't be bothered.
Some that they get maybe 10, 20 downloads a week or something ridiculous like that. It's like, nah, it's no point. Might as well try and only have podcasts that are either a standalone on their own work well, or like the Fall Asleep Counting Sheep has its own little fan club, because it's really silly podcast, but it's nice and neat.
30 Day Relaxation Plan and 7 Day Cure Insomnia are two podcasts that I made many years ago, like 2011. And they were really popular. I had about 350,000 between the two of when I originally released them over a few years.
So they were quite popular. So I'm keeping them just for old time's sake, even though they don't get a lot of usage these days. But just they're a couple of my children that I'm just going to keep around.
The Chronic Pain Hypnosis Podcast. It seems silly to not, that's the reason I got into hypnosis, not the reason I got into hypnosis, but it's the reason I got into making recordings and doing videos is to help people with chronic pain. That was my main motivation.
And when I started making videos, I think, although I was equally doing relaxation sessions. And people ask me, can you do sleep sessions? Because you're so boring. Okay, yeah, thanks.
And the sleep sessions are always the most popular out of everything I've ever done, the sleep recordings. And for those of you that have only listened to me do these ones, there are some people, if they're listening on this actual podcast, Let Me Boy To Sleep, you may not have heard any of my other stuff. The Sleep Hypnosis Weekly, the Deep Sleep Whisperer, or if you go to Sleep Hypnosis, Sleep Insomnia Hypnosis, it's right far down, you know, they're quite far down the list.
There's a lot of recordings I did in the past that were maybe 30 minutes, an hour long. They're really good. And they're very much, and they're not always, some of them are whisper ones, some of them, just everything's kind of softly spoken, because shouty sleep sessions don't seem to be that popular.
I did do one once to see whether or not, I made a video, I was just shouting, but it's more not sleep, but more relaxed. Now, relax, relax your toes, relax your feet, relax your bum, relax your nipples, relax your jaw. And just like shouting.
But it didn't seem that popular. And then I did another one where I did self hypnosis. And I recorded myself and I fell off the chair.
So yeah, but the sleep hypnosis sessions, maybe I need to, the only thing the problem I find with the podcasts when I've got a lot of recordings. So for example, let's say sleep, insomnia, hypnosis, 647 recordings. Now this podcast, that is my most popular podcast at 207,000, two and a half, 207 and a half thousand, 207,405.
But if you want to actually find some of my standalone recordings, years and years and years and years ago, that I uploaded when I first started this podcast, you got to skim right, right down. I'm trying to skim down as I look. And still skimming, still skimming, still skimming.
Okay. Right at the bottom, allow your mind to fall asleep. And you've got, have a lovely sleep.
Give yourself permission to fall asleep and stuff like that. So I don't know how long those ones last. How long are they? Let's go down again.
So just to conjure out for a walk. I didn't take out yesterday and it was raining, proper raining. In fact, I got my little toes wet.
I say little, they're not that little, but yeah, I got my toes wet. And next time I'm wearing shoes and it got me walking in the fields and it was, it was dark, but not dark, dark. You know, the light was still there, but not a lot.
You know, it was on its way out and Andre likes it in the evening when it's not, doesn't like it when it's cold, but he likes it when it's nice and cool and fresh. A summer's evening or spring evening and doesn't care if it's wet, doesn't care if it's raining. He's just happy if it's raining better because he can, he could just roll around in the mud.
Very happy doing that. It's, it's like a dream for some reason. Right.
Okay. That whole story, the whole story of taking him out, that's how long it took me to get down to the end of the podcast to let you know what's there. So allow me to fall, allow you to mind to fall asleep.
That's 10 minutes. Let go of insomnia, 36 minutes long. F insomnia and sleep deeply.
That's over an hour long. And then I've got one just called insomnia. That's 40 minutes, 45 seconds.
Just looking at the long ones, insomnia, shared space, 45 minutes, four seconds. I've got no idea what that's about. ASMR, sleep hypnosis, softly spoken, 32 minutes.
Thunder and rain make me sleepy. I actually recorded that during a thunderstorm and rain. And I'm about a big fan of thunderstorms.
I don't know. Don't ask me why, but you can if you want. I won't hear you though, will I? I won't hear you because you're in America or Australia or Canada or South Africa.
I won't hear you. Or Denmark or France or Germany or Taiwan or Vietnam or Liverpool or Scotland or I don't know, different places. Thunder and rain makes me sleepy.
And it does. Sometimes I will listen to thunder and rain on iTunes and just relax, listening to it. It might sound weird, but it relaxes me.
There's something about the power of the earth, just something that nothing that man can create or humankind can create can match the power of the earth itself. The earth is way more powerful than anything that we can do. And I like that.
I like the fact that I always feel that the earth is just letting us know who's in charge really. And all nice little thunderstorms, nice, clears the air. I just find it relaxing.
My nan didn't because it reminded her of the war because like bombs going off and stuff. So she didn't like it, but I really did. It was fun and really relaxing.
I remember when I was younger, I'd be just really chilling out, be like laying down on the sofa, really enjoy and listen to my nan be hiding under the table. I just really, I don't know. It's really light.
It's something about the, I guess it's a mixture of both the thunder and the rain. But of course you don't get the lightning, do you, when you listen to it. In fact, you know, so it's a lot safer just to listen to it on audio.
My most popular and successful video that I've ever made is on here as well. Try and stay awake hypnosis challenge. So with background music at rest by Kevin MacLeod.
I had over 100,000 plays on YouTube for that one. And every time I upload it to YouTube, it gets played. There's people that listen to it every day still.
And I did it in 2000 and yeah, I think it was 2011 or maybe 2012, 2011, I think. And for other ones, sleeping, I've got sleeping through noise. That was 20 minutes long.
Sleep like your loved one. It says number one, but I didn't do any more, but it was 31 minutes, 35 seconds. Sleepy hypnosis, 31 minutes, 23 seconds.
So it's a lot. And these are nothing like the ones I do here where I'm just talking about. But these are just very guided.
So very guided relaxation, guided sleep, and very focused. Unlike this. So yeah, I don't want anyone to go away from this podcast and listen to other stuff.

Yeah, I decided I'm going to make a podcast specifically just with the sleep sessions, but nothing else. Just the, like from the old recordings I did, and I'll perhaps put them on to my podcast on my website so you can listen to them. In fact, I might do that right now.
No, I won't. So you got Sleep Safely 2017, which makes me think that I possibly did a version before that. And duration, 25 minutes and 54 seconds.
Sleep like a baby with hypnosis. And that's 43 minutes, 51 seconds long. It's actually weird.
I'll tell you a story. I used a picture of someone that I know, their child, baby. And then I changed the picture and, you know, put a little funny, funny wig on the baby's head and gave him really, really long arms, like Mr. Tickle, you know, just general, general stuff.
Hairy feet. And so I basically just, you know, use that and then put, you know, sleep like a baby with hypnosis on the, this is for the video. And I uploaded it.
And someone complained saying that it was a copyrighted picture. When it was a picture of a family, well, for a friend, well, for a friend's child. It's like, it's not a, it's not copyrighted, then is it? And it's a baby.
I mean, I don't want to say that all babies look the same. I don't want to say it, but from a distance, you know, a foot, from a foot away, from a distance. Yeah, so like, yeah.
Anyway, sleep like a baby with hypnosis. That's a good recording. I remember doing that and thinking, yeah, this is just the ticket.

Oh, this is a long one. Relax. And some of you like long ones.
Here's one. Relax and sleep deeply. This is something like long ones when you're in bed, trying to sleep.
Relax and sleep deeply. It's one hour and three minutes. Then you've got relax and sleep hypnosis.
20 minutes. How's this for a title? If you notice, every single title pretty much is different. Although they might all sound very similar.
Although I've just said that after I've read three that were very similar. Relax and sleep. Relax and sleep deeply.
Relax and sleep hypnosis. That's three that were pretty much the same, but I'm referring to all the others that I've mentioned. Not the best time in the recording to brag about how different all my titles are when the last three were very similar, but forget that.
Pure love, pure sleep. Come on. That's a groovy title.
And that's 29 minutes long. Natural deep sleep is your birthright. Duration, one and a half hours long.
How about that? I can't argue with that. Why would you argue with it? But what I put in title? Yeah, I am saying so myself. Natural deep sleep is your birthright.
It's true. It's true. I think I made that recording in, I think 2012.
So only eight years ago. And if I remember rightly, I actually recorded it during a chest infection and I had a reprieve from coughing and I was so bored because I don't know if you do anything for too long, it's boring, isn't it? So coughing for 10 days, I just bored. It's longer than 10 hours.
So I didn't sleep for 10 days. Didn't have any proper sleep. I'm coughing now.
I was going to edit it out, but I thought it'd fit in with the topic. And I had a little space where I thought, oh, I wonder if I can talk. I knew I could talk, but whether or not I could talk out loud comfortably because she, my girlfriend, I kind of lost my girlfriend because of that.
Because we were, I didn't phone her because I couldn't talk without coughing. I think that was the reason. Or maybe it's because I slept with her sister.
I don't know. I think it was, I'm joking. I'm joking.
I don't think it's because I'm not calling her. It's definitely the sister thing. No, I didn't do that.
I kept coughing whenever I spoke to her, not her specifically, but anyone. Well, I didn't really call anyone else. She was the only one I really spoke to.
I mean, not anyone I ever spoke to, but at that time, she was the only one that was insistent on me talking to her on the phone. And I didn't, I just couldn't. It was just so uncomfortable.
And she, we kind of drifted apart. I was only ill for a couple of weeks and then she moved along very quickly. It's like weird.
It's like, wow, see you then. Can't hang around. What would she be like now? 24 hour conversations.
So yeah, I had a little break where I wasn't coughing and I thought, I'll give it a go. Because I was missing not making any recordings. So I thought, okay.
So I sat down. I remember the chair I sat down in. I remember where I was sitting and there was a cupboard behind me and a bottle of water next to me.
And it was a video, so I couldn't, I didn't really have any video editing stuff. So it was a case of just making a video, hoping for the best and just uploading it. I think, I think that was the situation.
So I just did, that's what I did. So what I did, made a video. I might have even coughed through it as well.
I don't think I did. No. I don't know how I managed to go an hour and a half without coughing, but I seem to do.
And so yeah, I did the video, uploaded it and it was quite popular. But when I say popular, I mean for me, not for someone with a cat video of a cat juggling or whatever, you know, not cat juggling, but a cat, a cat juggling. I don't, I can't compete with that.
But yeah, I had a few thousand plays and stuff. And then when I started this job, I had not this job, I haven't got a job, but a job that I had in the previous past. I was in a call center and I was working next to this man called Scott.
Scott, Lee, Tracy, Bob, Aaron, Leslie, Steve, Ian, Lee, Richard, Arnold, um, Ian. Could come back to Ian, but it wasn't Ian. Steve, Roger.
Let's see if I close my eyes, I can remember the name. His name was Humpty. No, no, not Humpty.
Oh, the word has come to my mind, irrelevant. Fair enough. That's what my brain's told me.
His name is irrelevant. And he, he Googled me because we had the internet. I never had the internet in a call center before, apart from when I did, which was the last call center job.
That's, that's not a really good example, is it? But not, the reason I had the internet because I was doing a different job, but not sales. I never had the internet while I was doing sales. Um, because I just would have been on it all the time.
I wouldn't have made as many sales. And although it would have been handy for when people said, they'd say something that didn't really understand what it was, I could Google it. You know, I didn't know much about insurance really, and didn't know much about, you know, a lot of things.
I still don't, I guess, probably, maybe, I don't know, sure, could be, probably not. And I could have just Googled stuff like, okay, what is this thing they call a car? Google it. Oh, so you, yeah, wheels, it has wheels.
I'll find out. What's this insurance thing? Insurance. Oh, that's what I'm selling.
Oh, I thought it was some kind of extension to the, to the loft, loft extension. Oh, excellent. So it'd have been handy.
But anyway, he Googled me, he was sitting next to me on the desk. And he was a top seller. So he didn't want me to sell.
There was a point where he stopped. I overtook him. But he was a better, he was a much better seller than me.
But he, he needed to be the top. He didn't, you know, if anyone else sort of overtook him, he lost, seemed to lose a bit of his mojo. But he was, he was brilliant at what he did.
So he Googled me. Now, if you Google me, I'm on the internet. I'm not, you know, I'm there.
I am there. And he found it hilarious, because I've not told anyone what I did. This is 2013.
I didn't tell anyone what I did. I just was doing my own thing. And I don't mean as far as selling car insurance, because they all knew I was doing that.
Can you hear that background sound? Andre squirting out another. Oh, looks like a really nice little melted bar of chocolate. Looks lovely.
He's always like a melted chocolate button. Oh, and yeah, so then he found and he started laughing. I said, were you laughing at? He said, I think he said something like, is it true? So I didn't know he was Googling me, by the way, I didn't know.
He just did it while I was on the phone to a customer. And he said, is it true? I said, is what true? He said, is it true that natural deep sleep is your birthright? And he just shared it with everyone. And they found it very funny.
So yeah, that was that was a weird one. So yeah, that was, that's that recording. I've got another one.
I do get a little bit creative with some of the titles, either that or just run out of ideas. This one is this was a video as well. It's called let my eye bags send you to sleep.
That's 28 minutes long. There are others I'm missing out because they're short. I'm only focusing on the longer ones.
Magic Sleepy Bed 2018. 40 minutes long. So I reckon that'll be fairly good quality sound, I guess.
And in bed with Jason. Don't get excited. But I was in bed.
21 minutes. I actually did a few videos where I was in bed. I started doing that, I think 2011.
I did a few different versions. Where I just stick the iPhone, balance it, or put it I don't know, I might have had a tripod, I can't remember. Tripod? Like, I don't know.
It is a tripod, isn't it? It's got three stands. But it's, it holds, it's like a microphone stand, but it holds the holds the phone. I've got, I think two of them actually.
And I just have it down quite low. And I just lay on my side and do a recording. Perhaps I should start doing a few more.
Maybe I should do the deep sleep whispers like that. I'm now in bed. Yes, I am.
Yeah, that's right. Now sleep deep. And yes, I've got that did a few of those.
That's just one but I did a few different versions. Let go of insomnia, 36 minutes long. This one is an hour and 18 minutes.
It's one of my older ones. Kick insomnia's ass and sleep like a baby. So I moaned.
I can't believe you would use the word kick. It's rude. So you got that.
Okay, and that's, I think that's all of them. And I start going into the some of the courses I've done and stuff like that. There's got to be just shows you it's not that I thought it was about 50.
But decent recordings I've got. There's got to be some more somewhere surely. I guess now though, when I do a sleep hypnosis session, it's either deep sleep or the hypnosis weekly, sleep weekly.
So I don't, I just kind of had that. I don't give them titles anymore. Like I used to.
Yeah, no, that was it. I think there's no more after that. There might be the odd one that I've added, but it's really just a deep sleep weekly ones, deep sleep, whisper and the let me bore you to sleep.
Oh no, I have found some more, found some more. Oh, you look like they're repeated. Forgive yourself and sleep.
Have I already mentioned that one? These are repeats of older ones. Why have I put them back on there? That's strange. Mind you, I could add some of those recordings, because a lot of people won't even know they're there because it's so hidden.
And if you listen to this on iTunes, it only shows you the last 250 recordings. And because there's, how many did I say? Yeah, hypnosis for sleeping deeply 666. It will be 667.
So we'll get rid of that number. And when this is uploaded. Yeah, how weird.

But you know what? You know what? For those that are still listening, I want to thank you for for reaching out. And I know that there's a lot of people that there might be a lot of people sort of maybe wondering where you've been, whether and haven't sent a message. And it's nice.
Thank you. And every time I have a little break, maybe I don't, I don't mean to want to say break, you know, break down. But whenever some time off, I do get messages from people saying, are you okay? And it's nice, you know.
And what I'm going to do, what I'm going to do is I need to find a way to remind myself that what I'm doing is actually worthwhile. I'm not sure how to do it. So what I thought about doing is printing, printing, not printing, but printing all of my reviews and stuff that I've had posted on my website, messages and stuff like that, the ones that saying how what I'm doing is helpful and useful.
And I'm gonna stick it in a pad, like a book or a folder, and just read it every day, just to remind myself how I'm helping people. And because I need to see it. It might sound a bit, it's not even an ego thing.
It's just a motivational thing. It's motivational. You know, it's no different to, I guess, I'm not comparing myself to a surgeon, by the way, when I say this, but you know, a surgeon may, he might do, you know, five or four, three heart operations a day.
Every day of the year, you know, he might be doing hundreds of heart operations every year. And he may receive, he might not receive many cards or many thank you letters. But when he does receive them, he might receive loads or she, but you know, even if he receives one from every person, I bet you that doctor, that surgeon feels good for that period.
Again, I'm not comparing myself to a heart surgeon, if you're gonna start. I help way more people. Well, yeah, I do.
But that's not the point. Okay, Mr. Heart Surgeon, do heart surgery on 3,000, 4,000 people every day. Go on.
It's not quite the same, is it? And so I'm not, I'm just joking about, please remember that I'm just joking. I'm jocking. That's it.

One of my biggest fears, I think about having something like that done, is the catheter. Because I've been told for men, when, and I don't know if it's true or not, but when a man's had a catheter, and from then on, whenever he goes to the toilet, it just, it's like emptying a bucket. It just all comes out at the same time.
I don't know if it's true or not. I don't know. I've never had one.
I never want one. What I want is a balloon attached, a balloon, just, you know, the end of the thingy. That's what I want.
