About me

Hi, I’m Zita, Hypnotherapist, Counsellor & Psychotherapist practicing in London & Stroud.

With over 30 years experience of successfully helping and supporting people to transform their lives, I help people to free themselves from the burden of past experience and stultifying habits. Together we will find the courage to identify the changes you want and make those changes. My experience includes a particular interest in Trauma, Phobias, Stress, anxiety and body image.

I am able to help with a range of issues using Hypnotherapy, and I offer safe, effective and confidential help. During the initial consultation, I will take a full history of the issue in mind, and provide you with an outline of the approach we will use.

I believe people have an inbuilt capacity to change, recover and move beyond even the most difficult circumstances and feelings. As Hypnotherapy uses a state of highly focused relaxation that enhances this process. it can be a highly effective route towards a happier, healthier way of life.

You are welcome to contact me for a free phone assessment if you would like to discuss if Hypnotherapy is the right therapy for you, or if have any questions simply call or email me.
