I am an experienced and qualified Solutions Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist. Solutions Focused Hypnotherapy is such a powerful way to help people to overcome many issues and get the best out of life. You may feel 'stuck' with a behaviour that you don't like or that affects you day-to-day life. Stress, anxiety or insomnia may be affecting you. You may think you've been this way for so long that it will be too difficult to change, but being deeply relaxed in trance will help you to be more receptive to new ways of thinking and achieving your goals.

I have a health and welfare related degree, I am qualified in psychotherapy / hypnotherapy and I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

£130 stop smoking (Pre session questionnaire and phone consultation and one 2-2.5 hour session.)
I work in Torbay, but location is not an issue as I also successfully deliver face-to-face online sessions through Zoom and Skype.
