Lee Adley - Bedfordshire Hypnotherapist
Do you have an issue you would like to change? Want to feel in control of your life?
Would you like to:
Tackle an addiction such as sugar, cigarettes or alcohol
Deal with stress related problems such as panic and anxiety
Lift that black cloud of depression hanging over you
Improve your confidence/self esteem
Overcome a debillitating phobia
If so a combination of hypnosis and cognitive behavioural therapy may help you move forward into a more positive and happier place.
Hypnotherapy is a non invasive, gentle therapy enabling your subconscious mind to make changes at an deep emotional level.
Cognitive behavioural therapy helps you tackle issues by identifying the thoughts that may lead you to sabotage all your efforts to change at a more conscious, logical level.
Together these therapies are really powerful.
I also use Thought Field Therapy (TFT) which is likened to acupuncture without needles.
Each session is personalised to ensure that you achieve maximum success.
For a free initial consultation just contact me on 01908 265410 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Sessions take place in my comfortable therapy room in Gt. Holm, Milton Keynes or home visits can be arranged by request.
I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR); The National Council of Psychotherapists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. Being accepted as a member of these bodies means that I have been fully trained and that I am fully insured.
I look forward to helping you.
