What is Hypnosis - who is in control?
In hypnotherapy, hypnosis involves experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with a heightened attention or focus. You are always in control, and you are not 'made' to do anything. Hypnotherapy is not about that, in fact it is the opposite, it is about empowerment. Within hypnosis the unconscious mind is worked with in full knowledge of your conscious mind, so that behaviours and life patterns can be transformed. When you are stressed or on high alert, your mind is operating in the high beta waves, hypnosis takes you down through the alpha waves and into your theta waves where relaxation and using visual language means you can access your subconscious mind, change patterns and plant the seeds of acheivement.
What is Timeline Therapy® and how can it help?
Created by Dr. Tad James, Time Line Therapy® has become widely known as a very effective method of creating comfortable and lasting changes in your life. Timeline Therapy works with learning from and releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs that arose in your past and still effect on you in unhelpful ways. Getting to the root cause of the negative emotion or limiting belief (which could be way before you even remember) and gathering new learnings helps you to create changes in your life for the better.
What is NLP?
NLP is a set of guiding principles and techniques that explore the relationship between how we think (neuro), how we communicate both verbally and non-verbally (linguistic) and our patterns of behaviour and emotions (programmes).
It can allow you to make real changes in the way you work and live and provide you with ways to achieve your potential.
It is widely used by successful sportsmen and women, in business and by entrepreneurs and is equally relevant to any one.

I became a hypnotherapist and coach because of my passion for learning and growth, and the desire to help others learn and grow to their full potential.
Change happens with focus, belief and some hard work. We have an innate self knowledge deep within us, we can know and act on what we need. It just gets a little stuck sometimes and thats where working with another person can enable you to move past the stuckness. I have a deep desire to enable this learning in others to assist people to heal and re-ignite their passions and aims in life.
In my therapy practice I have a non-judgmental, integrative approach, blending clinical hypnosis, contemporary coaching methods and NLP with an intuitive nature, experience and tenacity, this enables my clients to gain great results. I'll work with you to make positive changes in any area of your life; your career, relationship issues, health and fitness, personal growth, achievements and goals.
