My name is Jason Newland. I have been producing this free hypnosis service since 2006. There are thousands of free MP3 downloads available on this website. You can stream and download all recordings completely free. 

I have been making podcasts since around 2007. From 2006 - 2015 my main focus was making hypnosis videos, firstly on MySpace, then YouTube. 

I moved away from making videos and concentrated most of my energy on podcasts from 2015 to the present day. 

I have enjoyed an increase in success over the last 3 years as podcasting has become more popular. Although I have used most podcast companies to host my podcast over the years, such as Soundcloud, 3 years ago I started using Spreaker. All of my podcasts are now hosted by Spreaker, and are available on most podcasts providers and directories. 

There are around 2000 recordings available on this site (and growing), so there should be plenty for you to choose from. 

As well as being a hypnotist, I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, with a BA (Hons) Counselling studies. Accredited by Essex University.
